Konditorei Noor in Stadshart

I am not someone who writes negative reviews easily, but after "eating" here, I couldn't help myself. Before dining here, I saw some negative reviews but more positive ones, so I thought, "I'm curious." Upon arrival, I asked if our dog was welcome, and that was no problem (positive point!). When I wanted to order a cola, they said there were delivery problems with the supplier and therefore no cola. So I thought, "I'll order a coffee instead, and my wife a hot chocolate." After about 10 minutes, we received this and were able to order lunch. Due to delivery problems, many items on the menu were covered with a sticker. Some items weren't completely covered, so I thought to myself, "Maybe it would be better to just print a new menu card, because it's just a laminated A4 sheet," or print them again with something like "temporarily unavailable," but I don't work in the hospitality industry, so I'm probably taking it too lightly. I ordered a meatball sandwich and my wife ordered mini pancakes. After about 15 minutes, the waitress came to tell us that there were no more mini pancakes "because the cook had given them to someone else and it was a mistake." This turned out to be a couple who arrived much later than us. While she was telling us, someone called out that they had found another bag, so there was no problem after all. In the meantime, we had already been sitting there for at least 45 minutes, and I had consumed one cup of coffee, and nothing else had been offered in the meantime. I walked over to the parking meter for a moment, as I suspected it would take a while before the food was served. I heard next to me that "the cook had made a mistake" and had given someone white bread instead of brown bread. I thought I had read this in an earlier review as well. When I returned, my sandwich of disappointment was ready. A meatball that had presumably been thawed in the microwave and had been in there for at least 15 minutes. The meatball was lukewarm and didn't look very good. The bun was barely baked and still very white (also a previous complaint from another customer). The lard from the meatball had seeped into the bun, turning it into a very disgusting, soggy substance. But under the motto of "a hungry bear eats anything," I started eating this sandwich with moderate enthusiasm. After a few bites, I couldn't process the disappointment and stopped eating. The place is nicely decorated and my dog ​​had no other complaints. The staff was also friendly. A few tips! Make sure your menu is in order. Ask "would you like another drink?" more often. The saying "they eat you poor and drink you rich" still holds true in the hospitality industry, I think. Make sure the "cook" doesn't make too many mistakes. If there are about 20 people, I can imagine things going wrong, but it wasn't busy, so the fact that simple things still go wrong with 8 guests really surprises me. I will definitely come back again for grief counseling, and if it is fine then, I will remove this review. Good luck with it!

Ordered salmon sandwiches, they were pre-baked sandwiches that were still very pale and not completely cooked on the inside. Also ordered such a sandwich WITH BROWN TOASTED BREAD, which came on WHITE bread. We got a brown roll but it was NOT toasted. Eggs were boiled blue. Glass of ginger tea tasted like nothing, ginger was completely dried out. No reaction to anything. Didn't drink it either. No atmosphere, employee said they hadn't had time to go shopping (she walked to AH to get salmon but no ginger🙈🙈🙈

Had a terrible experience here, the service was slow and the food was terrible. We had to wait 30 min for some simple drinks and had to ask for the menu. After seeing the menu, the options were very limited, we decided to go for a wrap. There was a picture on the menu of the wrap that looked like a good filled wrap for the price you had to pay. The food, like the drinks took forever to arrive. Once the waiter came with the wraps we were in shock, the wraps were very small, and flattened like a panini. Nothing like the picture, looked like a kids meal. The waiter also slammed the plates on the table, which resulted in a wrap falling of the plate and she just walked away. Didn't come back once to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. I had to walk to the register to pay and when i mentioned that I didn't like the service, it was flat out ignored. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I hadn't been to this lunchroom in a while. But it was a huge disappointment. Inside it looked shabby and untidy. I had coffee and a pastry. Because the kitchen was already closed at 1600. Pastries were dry and tasteless. The prices are higher than many other lunchrooms. Noor won't last much longer this way. Very unfortunate!

Delicious breakfast, nice menu and friendly staff!

We have been visiting Konditorei Noor regularly since the beginning. Always enjoyed a delicious meal, whether it was a drink, Christmas brunch or lunch. Yesterday I went to Noor with my family to have some lunch, but it was so disappointing. I looked at the menu and was shocked that there was so little choice, and then the price you paid for it. But anyway, Noor is our spot, so we chose it anyway. Young lady came by to order drinks, it took over 30 minutes for our drinks. The attention was completely focused on the baby shower table. Then another lady finally brought the drinks (an iced coffee in which there was no coffee, and a glass of tap water that had to be spa blue and a sparkling ice tea. We wanted to order some food, but that was not possible with this lady and we had to we waited for the other lady but she was busy with the baby shower table. After 20 minutes I went inside to pay and was sad about how it looked inside, not tidy and a display window with hardly any pastries. We left with mixed feelings but ended up having lunch at John's. Dear Konditorei Noor, you really have to get going, otherwise the customers will really stay away. And that would be such a shame for all the hard work you put into it!❤️

Held a baby shower for 14 people. There were only 2 teapots (reserved 2+ months in advance), the rest had no lid so it was broken, and the number of plates was not enough and they were added later (a different type). We then received a larger teapot (also without a lid of course) There were also not enough strainers for the fresh tea. We were served food one after the other (normally in portions first sweet then savoury) This was enough choice and was also “okay” And I still couldn't go to the toilet because it was broken. All in all such a shame, if you book well in advance I would think that this would be well prepared.

First of all, you had to wait a long time for drinks, then you ordered lunch, to make a long story short, the quality/price ratio is hard to find, way too expensive for what you get and not tasty!

The waiter was a very nice woman. Ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and fanta. 30 degrees outside. Fanta was lukewarm and the ham cheese sandwich had a pizza taste on the bottom of the sandwich, you could also see orange from before that, I think they made it from another sandwich. I really don't think that is hygienic and the sandwich was therefore absolutely not tasty! If you had an allergy, they would still have a problem. We indicated this, the only thing they said was we passed this on to the cook. We received no compensation in return (for example, new sandwich), nice play area for kids. But unfortunately it came regularly, but now I don't go there anymore since there is a new owner it has unfortunately become less

It's a cozy spot with a kind staff. I didn't like their churros that much, but they were nevertheless nice. Good for a sweet stop.

Nice large play area for young children. One separate changing room with a changing mat, wipes and even a bottle warmer and chair for feeding. Too bad that during lunch time on Saturday we ran out of pesto, ham and cheese if you want to order a sandwich. The order also went wrong, in the end only 1 of the two sandwiches arrived. Tip write down the order. The service was very friendly. But lacked guidance from a manager at that time.

The first visit and also the last. There is nothing to criticize about the customer-friendly waitress staff, but you don't have to come here for a tasty snack. We zijn onlangs bij Noor geweest nadat we "goede" reviews hadden gelezen. Tjonge, wat kun je bedrogen uitkomen. We zijn er nadien achter gekomen dat, zeer waarschijnlijk, de reviews vooral bij de vorige eigenaar hoorden. Het was heel jammer want het heeft zeker potentie maar wij vonden het eten ronduit slecht en dat komt niet vaak voor. We hadden een ontbijt geregeld en werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Daarna ging het eigenlijk allemaal mis, de koffie en thee waren ze vergeten. Het ontbijt, zie foto, was triest met oud brood (althans droog), droge scrambeled eggs (roerei), een beetje salade en zoete vruchtenyoghurt. Zeer teleurstellend, zeker als je foto's ziet van hoe het ooit geweest is (onder vorige eigenaar). Heel jammer en ook jammer dat de goede naam van de vorige eigenaar (dat nemen we tenminste aan) zo snel verdampt. Ik hoop echt dat het snel beter gaat want zo kan het niet lang goed gaan ben ik bang. Voor ons een teleurstelling, we zijn na twee happen opgestaan en weggelopen. Sorry.

First time in the cafe and had the best experience- their latte was tasty and the lady who was working there had just the best attitude- very friendly, nice and talkative. Also, great posters on the walls :)

Recently had lunch in this restaurant. The food served is excellent and simply delicious. There were two of us: I had a complete breakfast and my partner had an omelette. They had completely forgotten our order, if a high tea with a large group is taking place at that moment, they simply cannot handle it. Price/quality, I thought the food was too expensive: they charge too much money for what we got. Quite okay if you want to have a quick lunch somewhere, for a nice lunch I would go somewhere else.

Konditorei Noor ordered. At first glance it looks like a nice restaurant. But the atmosphere was poor due to the poor service. Staff saw us come in and greeted us. Then we waited 10 minutes before we were finally helped. After ordering, the drinks came first. And it was said that the pastries would arrive shortly. After 5 minutes I asked where it was. The kitchen and service pushed it towards each other. In the meantime, we've finished drinking and haven't seen any pastries yet.

I think this business has just been taken over, omg what a dirty business! Healthy sandwich, soft bun ordered 6 euros.....white bun, terribly dry, wilted lettuce, half a slice of tomato. And that was it... 1 cup of tea and water with 3 sprigs of mint, nothing more... 9 euros 20 paid (usually I open my mouth and don't accept this, but I had to go to an appointment! A healthy sandwich should include cheese, ham, fresh lettuce, a fresh egg, etc.... If you have staff problems, especially with the cook who is ill a lot, close the business...plus 6 euros...!! The table we were sitting at was dirty with leftover food and sticky, and was not cleaned properly. Staff was gossiping about another customer very negatively and contemptuously, very sad to hear that. Toilet was clean.

We enjoyed a fantastic high tea yesterday! Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, the service was great and the snacks were really delicious! Today our daughter opted for high tea as a children's party. When we arrived and we were already 5 minutes late, they had only just started setting the table and creating enough places. We were helped by 2 friendly young girls. Unfortunately, the snacks were disappointing. We had expected a children's high tea that they would get mini donuts, macarons, etc., but they received snacks with goat cheese, pesto, etc. This was very bad for the kids. disappointing. We also indicated that a girl is not allowed to eat pork, but unfortunately a pizza roll with pepperoni was served without warning. Online it is also indicated that unlimited lemonade and tea is served, but we did not see any lemonade. Online there is a 10% discount on a high tea advertised, but this also did not go well at checkout. 3 stars for the effort and friendliness of the service.

Elke koopzondag is er ontbijtbuffet. Een leuk initiatief ook geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld mensen met glutenvrije dieet wensen. Wel van tevoren reserveren. Lekkere broodjes, diverse sapjes, koffie, thee, zoet en hartig beleg, gebakjes, pannenkoeken etc. etc. etc.

Fijne locatie in de ochtend om de dag te beginnen, goed ontbijt en goede koffie

helaas niet zo’n fijne ervaring. Drinken was vergeten tot 2 maal toe. Eten kwam eerder dan het drinken. Terwijl we eten al op hadden, kwam toen pas ons drinken. Jammer. Reactie terug; Er werd gezegd dat ze het druk hadden, niet dat er een incident gaande was. Als dat ons was verteld zoals u het omschrijft dan was er uiteraard meer begrip.

De beste horecagelegenheid van Lelystad is Konditorei Noor,gevestigd in de Kroonpassage 1,knusse inrichting,leuke decoratie Ski s bij de ingang,klein terras Goede menukaart naast diverse gebak kan je ook terrecht voor broodje uitsmijter met bieslook ,heerlijk gesmolten kaas,kwaliteit rauwkost,tomaten schijf was lekker rijp,lekker was het. Ook portie patat met mayo een aanrader,knapperige patat,deze was perfect kwa smaak gebakken ,mooi goudbruin,vriendelijk personeel. Tevens bezorgen ze ook eten/maaltijd...

Iedere zondag aan het eind van de maand is er bij Noor op het Stadhuisplein een ontbijt wat echt een aanrader is. De sfeer is relaxed de bediening is fantastisch je wordt er met een lach ontvangen en je gaat met een tevreden en een glimlach om je mond weer naar buiten. Dit gaan we zeker herhalen.

Heerlijke vers pannenkoeken. Goede restaurant. Niet te druk

Super gezellig, rustig. Vriendelijke personnel, veel keuze menu en lekkere coffee.

Daarnet een heerlijk ontbijtbuffetje gedaan. De sfeer was ontspannen, de bediening was vriendelijk en het eten en drinken was lekker, met genoeg variatie. Echt een aanrader.

Vriendelijke service, verassend lekkere lunchkaart en heerlijk gebak e.d. Jammer dat de inrichting een wat rommelige indruk maakt. Wel leuk uitzicht op het stadhuis plein.

Gezellig restaurant. Heerlijke Hongaarse goulashsoep gegeten met een hard bruin broodje in plakken gesneden en geserveerd met kruidenboter. Heerlijk en niet duur. Echte aanrader. Boven verwachting. Top.

Hier een high fry gehad. De verrassing vonden we de patatjes met kaas, het was lekker! De zaterdag dat we er waren was het druk, maar de dames en heren van de bediening hadden het onder controle en bleven vriendelijk. Heel fijn, bedankt voor de leuke middag :)

Met de cappuccino en de Tiramisu (die er helaas niet altijd is) hebben ze mij toch te pakken ondanks mijn "ruim boven de AOW leeftijd" ouderdom. Ik vind ze óók de beste van allen die hier een zaakje hadden in dit pand.

Na eerdere positieve ervaringen vond ik het vandaag erg tegen vallen. Bediening is erg ongeinteresseerd en let niet goed op.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk eten voor jong en oud en fijne sfeer. Voor de kinderen is er een leuk speelhoekje en speelgoed voor aan tafel. Wij komen er graag af en toe lunchen of voor een lekker tussendoortje. Echt een aanrader!

I LOVE the place and the service, their handmade peach ice tea and their American pancakes with mascarpone are TO DIE for! Such a cute little place with a wide range of comfortable seats, outdoors, indoors, table, couch, an adorable little kidfriendly spot and delicious pies and cakes! I reccomend!

Heerlijke warme wafels gegeten met mijn dochter. Zij heeft een Oreo en ik een Red velvet. Met een lekkere warme drankje erbij via Social deal actie, maar zonder de actie ook zeer zeker de moeite waard!

Lekker gegeten! We wilden dit gerecht ook eens thuis proberen maar t mislukte. De combinatie met rozijnen is voor herhaling.

Heerlijk ontbeten op het terrasje. Eten was super vers en mooi gepresenteerd. Vriendelijke bediening. Een aanrader!
