Waited an hour for our sandwiches. When we asked - after an hour of waiting - we were told that we were the only ones and that we should complain to the boss at 170. Rarely have we been treated so unfriendly. Finally two of the three sandwiches arrived. We paid quickly and didn't wait for the third sandwich. Even more to do.

Delicious coffee, good pastries (truffle point), but the service leaves much to be desired. No opinion about lunch, etc., not consumed there. Staff friendly but clumsy.

Today after the funeral we decided to have lunch at Kanditirei Smit in Kampen. We arrived at half past two, ordered 3 cokes and cappuccinos, came fairly quickly, ordered 4 soups, half an hour on the road and not normally so little content. Then ordered a ball sandwich, at 2.45 pm, just left the soup bowls, didn't ask if it was tasty. The ladies were in the kitchen, didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink yet, no napkins. So I went home at 3.25 pm with a bad feeling, many euros lighter So never again to Smit unfortunately

Bakery without buns? We came for lunch but the cook was not yet present. 2 stars because the coffee was tasty.

Extremely dry ham sandwich, a salmon sandwich with mainly honey (what do you mean honey? Why not cream cheese or capers and red onion) and tea without a tea bag... Two young ladies in the service where there is not an ounce of enthusiasm to be found. After reporting it, there was no excuse, no discount or compensation. An absolute must!
