Kroesen's Marktbakkerijen in Wijk 50 Hoogeveen

Just got a cup of coffee on pull day. A small cardboard cup, only half full. And that for 2.95... shame on me.

The food is great, but in my opinion the staff just doesn't want to sell anything. Anything but enthusiastic and doesn't listen to what you want, also very pushy while you are still looking at what you want. Been twice now, thinking maybe she wasn't having her day. But had the same experience twice.

The friendly lady cannot help it that the products supplied are often not completely fresh. Or I got something from the previous day.

We were waiting to order a sandwich, were sent to the dining area, and then sat at a table. We first waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken, then another 45 minutes for our sandwiches while others were already eating after us. When we paid, we were also charged an additional service charge, even though we'd ordered four sandwiches instead of €4.95. Instead, the sandwich was €7.25. We pointed out when we were paying, but they simply said that was our service charge. I'll never go back.
