Unfortunately, very bad. The previous owner knew how things should be done. The staff was good too. I ate there last week. Unfortunately, I ordered large fries but received small ones. Ordered 2 frikadel speciaal sandwiches, but couldn't find the sauce. So little. Ordered today and had it delivered. Including fries with peanut mayonnaise. Unfortunately, no sauce with it. Called and asked them to deliver it quickly anyway. We live across the street. But unfortunately, we haven't received anything yet. I will never come here again and won't order anything anymore either. Incompetent staff.

Sometimes young people just hanging around inside and thinking they're in charge. The staff are friendly. The quality of the food is inconsistent. There are better places in The Hague.

After waiting an hour, the order still hasn't been delivered. When we called, the connection was cut off and then the receiver was put down. This is the last time we order from here.

I had to wait a long time; my frikandellen were already fried, but the fries weren't in the fryer yet. A young boy came after me and ordered; he got his fries immediately after a few minutes. My fries still weren't in the fryer. The snacks had been sitting in the bag for a very long time. Finally, she went to look at my receipt, and only then did the fries go in. Finally, my receipt was called; I complained about it and got the answer: "They've only been in the bag for 2 minutes." I said: definitely no more than 5 minutes. There are 5 young people standing there, but they don't know what they're doing. It's a shame, but this is really unacceptable; your fries and snacks should go into the fryer at the same time. They shouldn't be working on 6 receipts at once.

What a huge disappointment. We placed our order via Thuisbezorgd at 5:25 PM. At 7:00 PM, we still hadn't received anything. The phone was busy the entire time. I suspect the receiver was simply put down, as everyone must have tried to call. Eventually, we drove to the branch ourselves at 7:05 PM to ask where our order was. To our surprise, it turned out they hadn't even started preparing it yet. We had ordered early on purpose because we had guests with three young children who need to go to bed on time. Waiting an hour and a half for a few fries and snacks is unacceptable. Even worse is the complete lack of communication. No phone call, no apology, absolutely nothing. Since the takeover, Kwalitaria Hogeveld is unfortunately no longer what it once was. The service is terrible and the organization seems completely lost. This was the last time for us.

This won't last long like this. The young people working there aren't being taught any discipline, most of them just can't remember whether you want sauce or not, and if there are more than 3 customers in the place, panic sets in. One nice guy tries his best, but the rest just take advantage of the situation. Get rid of that rubbish; you're ruining the whole business. Focus on delivering quality food and quality customer service.

Good fries, good service, friendly, hardworking family. I will come back here. Update ‘26; became very expensive after renovation. An alternative is Waldhoornplein.

It's pretty bizarre to have an employee make remarks on my face when picking up an order. While we all know how much the Dutch love their white supremacy, can we at least have some boundaries and performative respect for paying customers? Wow.

I don't know if the boss is on vacation, but the kids are useless. I just waited almost an hour for my fries, my order. The croquettes were overcooked. You could build a house with them. You could barbecue the chicken wings. They look like charcoal. The cheese soufflé has become solid and the fries are ice cold. Next time I'll come tell you personally, but this is really worthless, guys. If you keep this up, you'll be bankrupt within a week. Good luck.

What a delicious chicken satay dish! Large pieces of chicken. Fresh fries with a salad and a boiled egg. The peanut sauce finishes it off. We had a pistachio milkshake for dessert. A new owner since December, a super friendly man with equally friendly staff. We will be back!

Kwali-kots-ia. Everything is bad: the kipcorns are old and dry. They get the cheese soufle from the wholesaler, but they buy the cheapest and therefore least tasting. The fries taste strange, maybe they fry them in the same oil as the snacks. That owner is stingy and doesn't even add salt to the fries. The mayonnaise tastes bland and the rasp fries are really old and give you diarrhea from your mouth and other body holes. Really, how this company can still exist is a mystery. Better to go to a snack bar run by Dutch people. And then there are the prices, man, they are expensive. I'm going to call Kwalitaria's head office because the number of complaints I have and the people from the neighborhood have are very high. At other Kwalitaria's the food is tasty and can be kept down.

Really too harsh and angry for words. Paid €4... for a regular fries war. Well they can get that. €18 for: 1 special fries, 1 war fries, 1 berecluse peanut sauce, 1 special fricansel and a medium milkshake. Never experienced that after frying the fries were put on the scale or perhaps too many fries were sent to the customer. Not taking customer wishes into account. Amateurish things going on there. Advice? Drive by

Een snackbar als alle andere, niet speciaal voor fastfood redelijk goed te eten.

Goede service, klantvriendelijk, veel vega opties. Zijn hier vaker geweest en altijd wel goed eten. Laatste keer wel een klein minpuntje: Kroketten waren iets te snel uit de olie en nog koud van binnen.verder geen opmerkingen alles prima!

Fries = average (3 star), hard to mess fries up Burger = Subpar (1 star), also why do Dutch restaurants put cucumber on burgers?

I used to very much like fries with peanutsauce (patat met pindasaus) but since a while don't find it that tasty anymore, there is no 'wow this is tasty man' anymore when you long for chips... Also I doubt whether the fries are really seperately baked in plant oil without the snacks made with animal ingredients, I have seen various shopkeepers fry these snacks together with fries, so no appetite to eat fries anymore then. I hope its getting improved, otherwise would have been easy quick way to get snacks also for vegetarian people.

Heerlijke burgers en friet gegeten. Zeker aan te raden! Goede kwaliteit en service! Ook als vegetariër heb je hier keuze uit 2 burgers (tomaatburger of een zalmburger), dit heb ik bij andere filialen nog niet gezien.

Niet altijd even goed, soms wat te vet, soms vergeten ze wat. Zijn wat wisselingen geweest in personeel, maar eigenaars zijn nog steeds dezelfde. Ruim keus en vriendelijke mensen. Zal dit aanpassen wanneer het gewoon weer goed is, zoals het lang geweest is.

Ontzettend vriendelijke mensen, altijd vrolijk. Het eten word heel netjes bij je aan de tafel gebracht, het eten altijd heerlijk heet en vers voor een naar mijn mening redelijke prijs. Voor diegene die in de buurt van wateringse veld ergens een hapje wilt eten raad ik sterk kwalitaria wateringse veld aan!
