Kwalitaria Braadspit Nieuwegein in Jutphaas Wijkersloot

Placed an order. We were first politely called to say a product was out of stock; a replacement was arranged (although they initially wanted to refund the money). Then the order arrived, but it was incomplete. After calling, they confirmed the missing item was still there. But suddenly, they couldn't refund the money... even though they could just 10 minutes earlier. So far, nothing received: no product and no refund. We were also supposed to receive a call back, but that didn't happen. Meanwhile, the phone has "coincidentally" been disabled, so you can no longer call. This all feels very coincidental and unreliable. This is the last time we'll order anything from them.

Definitely a great snack bar! Had lunch yesterday afternoon, it was delicious and freshly made, and the staff were very friendly 👌🏼😄 The snack bar itself could use a makeover 🙃

Chicken corn served specially on burger buns. And the veal croquette was inedible. I'll never eat here again.

We have ordered from this Kwalitaria a few times. Unfortunately, the quality here is not what we expected. I do not recommend Ras fries because they are either overcooked or completely limp. We have also had the snacks twice that the snacks were dark on one side and barely colored on the other. Unfortunately, we will not order here again

The umpteenth time that the order is not complete, frikadel sandwich, special, where the sandwich is swimming in the sauce, I even gave my order one by one, so that the young man has time to write everything down, things go wrong again, when young staff are deployed, they employ people who are capable.

Ordered 1838 burger without tomato, then I got no egg, no cheese, no chicken and no sauce. Then not reachable by phone.

Dear Qualitaria. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the meal I ordered for a few people this afternoon (see attached photos). Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Everyone complained that the food was cold and inedible. I got a stomach ache myself, probably because of the cheese soufflé. (see photo) I kindly request that you prepare the food with the same care and attention as if you were making it for yourself. This was really not acceptable. For me this is the last time I eat here.

Trust the process? I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again. After waiting almost an hour and a half, we were finally able to eat our food. (We had ordered). Calling in between was also of no use, because there was no answer and they were redirected to the website. But it was worth it! In principle, you get to my house with three somersaults, but I still have the feeling that after baking they practiced the somersaults in the tent for half an hour or that the delivery person made too many somersaults with a long detour. The fries were cold and dry as if they had been waiting outside the fryer for too long. The fries were just begging on the doormat to be warmed up in the air fryer. What the fries had too short, the schnitzel had too long. The schnitzel was dry because it had been in the hot pan/plate for too long. The standard dry jokes at my uncle's birthday are even more manageable. The peanut sauce had to be looked at with a magnifying glass because otherwise it wouldn't look like much. I took a measuring tape to distribute it evenly to my pieces of satay meat. I am happy to have received the green ticket that gives me access to the quality factories. While enjoying the frikandel, the green ticket came into focus more and more. What joy we had here. There was nothing wrong with my food. I would like to thank you kindly for the service, but your quality-price ratio is not right at all.

What happened?? First thing that comes to mind. It has recently been under new ownership and it shows. It looked really dirty inside. Information signs only worked on one of them. Ice cream display case empty. Kindness was hard to find. And the food, in this case the burger, was only just warm and the chicken burger was as dry as anything. Fries very well done. We can go on like this for a while. This is really a shame because we have been coming to you for years. But next time we'll drive a little further.

During a final conversation the Qualitaria will be improved in due course. The owner is a very hard worker and, despite the crowds, committed to the people. Class!!

I spent Sunday together with my wife, ordered halal frinkedal, a halal one vegetarian, my laundry was recently poisoned by this, which caused me to be taken to hospitals

Ordered a spring burger menu with a 180g dutch beef burger as a replacement, the burger was super raw in the middle, and also on the sides from the outside. Rasfries are tasty, they add a lot of sauce, the blueberry milkshake was also tasty, shame about the burger, tried to call about the problem but they were not available. - UPDATE - This was resolved by telephone and Braadspit communicated with me to find a good solution, top location.

Gyros with fries were unpalatable, there were few gyros to be seen. Reheated small pieces of uneaten meat, if it could even be called meat. Calls itself Kwalitaria, little quality to be found in this menu. So last time I ordered something here

Nice atmosphere by staff. Despite the peak times, they appear calm and not stressed. The location is not very attractive, but it is also a snack bar. You can eat there or take away. The good thing is that they are doing their best to keep the momentum going.

Unfortunately, all the food was very lukewarm, fries were hard and greasy, pulled pork had quite a few black pieces of meat in it, regular fries were tough and dry, there was a large piece of chicken in the wrap, which made it difficult to eat and was barely closed folded. Unfortunately, the food was really not tasty this time. You pay more than 40 euros for this ☹️

Lekker en glutenvrij gegeten. Ik ben blij met het feit dat dit kan. Er waren meerdere mogelijkheden om uit te kiezen. Ik zag later dat ze ook een goede website hebben waar je evt filters in kunt stellen voor o.a. glutenvrij. Enige min voor nu is dat ook hier geen glutenvrije satésaus is. Ondanks dat kom ik zeker nog terug

Eten voortreffelijk, mensen heel aardig, maar de zaak is erg rommelig.

Keurig nette zaak. Frikandel en mayo vergeten, kreeg de keer er na een patat en frikandel gratis van ze, dat hadden ze niet hoeven doen. Eten is verder top

Volgens een collega de beste in Nieuwegein, En ik denk geen woord gelogen, vriendelijk personeel en erg lekker eten.

Geen goede ervaring helaas. Online eten besteld, bezorgtijd tussen 17:20 en 17:40 aangevinkt. Om 17:50 gebeld of de bestelling er aan kwam, waren ze het nog aan het maken. Toen het iets na 18:00 bezorgd werd, was er een extra portie friet gegeven ipv kip. Weer achteraan gebeld, daarna wel redelijk snel de kip nog nabezorgd. Helaas ook niet erg onder de indruk van de kwaliteit.

Snelle service. De friet is lekker ze letten goed op de allergenen en hebben ook glutenvrije snacks.
