Fast, fried, frozen. Fast, because they operate like a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Fried, because that's the only thing they do. Frozen, because nothing they sell seemingly carries any kind of originality or craftsmanship. Perfect for an hour of desperation, avoid otherwise.

Once I've spoken to the owner to resolve the extremely disgusting food, he initially says he'll give me a refund, but then you arrive at the food court, and the owner claims to know nothing about it! There are several mousetraps in the store, which are occupied by mice nine times out of ten, but the mice roam freely through the refrigerated display case, and the staff doesn't do much about it. Nice and fresh! The atmosphere is decent, yes, but the place itself is from the war! They don't know how to invest in equipment there!

Extremely unprofessional businesses. I posted a review they don't like. They then misuse your personal data and harass you on WhatsApp to delete it. Be careful when sharing information (such as when placing an order), because they handle it very carelessly and unprofessionally!!! They don't quite understand that a customer's experience can be different from theirs. The fries were a 10. The fricandel was a 9. The meatball in the gravy was a 5 (that was the only downside).

And if you read more things, multiple order errors are made on your side. Very annoying. After a small slip of the tongue on my part, the order was still passed on correctly. Nice place and have been there often. Minimum order usually around €30.00 (2 people). Only the owner and her father are no longer so friendly when something goes wrong. The order included 2x shredded fries with mayonnaise and 1 special that we always order. This time the potato chips were not potato chips but some kind of crispy chips or something like that. Then we should have asked for lightly fried when ordering, how do you come up with that?? And how do you come up with arguing with your customers about potato fries? Just give a new one or pay it back. No, we shouldn't come anymore. How unprofessional can you be as an owner to say that to your customers when something went wrong during the preparation. They were deeply offended because they don't make mistakes!! End of discussion and no new rasp fries and/or money back. People beware...they seem nice until you comment on them. These people are not customer friendly and way too expensive for what you get. And definitely don't order hot chicken fries because you have to look for the chicken. It's scandalous how we were treated for overcooked rasp fries. Come on with your counter-answer, no word about this is a lie. You and your daughter should be ashamed!!!! You won't see us anymore!!!

Now my idea of ​​a meatball from gravy is apparently very different from what this entrepreneur means. And, if I can believe this lady, the whole of De Bilt thinks differently than me when ordering a meatball from the gravy. The thing I got was something that might have been round, dry, yet too soft, cut into three slices of junk that tasted most like lukewarm, old vanilla ice cream... damn it!!!! The cute thing was that this lady on the phone repeated that I paid for what I got... which makes sense. But I certainly didn't get what I hoped for! €3.90 and €2.45 ​​for an indefinable bite plus delivery costs. Quality??? No, just a snack bar!!!!

I came here during the holidays, we bought 1 large fries and 1 rasp fries. Even though they had extensive luxury fries dishes here, we just opted for simple because we wanted to take it with us. The fries were not expensive, we tasted them very well, not too greasy and tasty with a little salt. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely come back!

Unexpectedly good! Very well filled and tasty sandwiches are served here. The coffee is fine. There is a spacious seating area where you can eat at a super clean table; I think you can almost eat off the floor too. Sanitary facilities ditto clean. See lots of reviews about bad fries down here. Just a nuance to that... fries are no longer what they used to be in any Dutch chip shop. Potato harvests have been very poor for a few years, meaning that major suppliers can no longer deliver consistent quality. For really good fries you have to go to our southern neighbors, where they are still traditionally fried in beef fat and the potato is not soaked with palm, rapeseed and sunflower oil. In general, Kwalitaria de Bilt is still doing well when it comes to fries, and I think the burgers are quite good!

An hour later I was called when I arrived and this was quickly clarified, the delivery person came quickly and the food was still at the right temperature. A week later I ordered the same dishes from another snack bar to compare and you could really see that the quality food is better.

Very bad. Expensive and bad food. Just ordered something via home delivery against my better judgment. 3 fries in a bag, 2x frikadel, 1x bear claw, chicken nuggets, bowl of satay sauce and mayo. The satay sauce was everywhere except in the container. Was even in the mayo. Fries limp, undercooked, mealy and bad taste. No salt. Hoar curd dry, onions old and tough. Chicken nuggets too hard. In short, straight into the bin. My son wasn't happy so I baked it myself. Called and was told, yes, that's not good. Shall we send again? But for us that moment has passed. I've been waiting for over 40 minutes and I don't feel like waiting anymore. And the bad aftertaste is still in the mouth. And then it was OK, we pass on hey. So that's it for them. Name of quality not (anymore) worthy since new owner. It's a pity. It's done for us, we also give it 1 star for home delivery. And highly recommended via the socials to family friends and everyone in De Bilt and surrounding areas.

I didn't know it had been taken over, I only just saw this. I order there at most 3 times a year. But must say I was satisfied. I had called in advance to ask a question and then made a small adjustment to the crispy burger, no spicy sauce for my daughter. This arrived in good order, the lady called me to say that it had arrived and asked if it could be delivered earlier, which suited me very well, but I could not choose an earlier time, so it was well arranged. The bag clearly said there was a sandwich with a different sauce.

Kortom erg slechte service en jullie zijn mij als klant definitief kwijt. Ik zal dan ook iedereen afraden om maar iets bij jullie te kopen!

Is eigenlijk 0 sterren waard. Dat dit bedrijf kwalitaria heet. Beter Slechttaria Sinds het overgenomen is door de nieuwe eigenaar merk je dat hun inkoop goedkoper dan goedkoop is. Je zou denken dat er weinig mis kan gaan met het bakken van een frikandel en friet. Mega veel zout erop en de frikandel zeer goedkope en slechte kwaliteit.

Wat ooit de beste snackbar van de Bilt was, is sinds de nieuwe eigenaar achteruit gegaan. Onze bestellingen gaan bijna altijd fout.. jammer

Lekker eten en geweldige service We zijn hier nu al een paar keer geweest en het eten is altijd lekker. De service is geweldig en de mensen zijn ongelooflijk vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader.

Helaas was de patat half rauw en de frikandel koud van binnen. Berenklauw niet goed gebakken uien waren nog hard en gehakt van binnen koud. Hoop dat het de volgende keer beter is.

Sinds er een nieuwe eigenaar in zit die beter als de vorige ging zijn valt het voor de tweede keer erg tegen niet gare patat berenklauw pinda saus waarvan het niet doorbakken is en de ui nog rauw als het zo door gaat maar opnieuw opzoek gaan naar een andere patatzaak jammer hopelijk gaan jullie nog beter worden

De nieuwe eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk. Heb hier een uitstekend vers broodje carpaccio gegeten. Echt een aanrader!

Afgelopen zaterdag een heerlijke luxe variant van friet met kip en saté saus gegeten. Het zag er niet alleen heel goed uit, maar smaakte ook zo. Vlotte en keurige bediening, alles is schoon en netjes. Een aanrader, ik wens de nieuwe eigenaren heel veel succes. Zeker n bezoekje waard!!

Vandaag enkele snacks gehaald. Ik wens de nieuwe uitbater veel succes. Het is er zeer schoon. De mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk en correct. Het eten is zeker Okay. Zeker de moeite waard een bezoekje te brengen en mooi dat er zo’n zaak is in De Bilt. Ik heb er geen aandelen maar moest toch gezegd worden.

Heerlijke gegeten, was echt top! De frietjes waren mooi van kleur, krokant en niet vet.

Eten besteld en laten bezorgen. Moest lang op de bezorging wachten, maar alles was gelukkig wel goed warm en lekker. Royale porties.

Op een zaterdagmiddag binnengelopen. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Schone zaak. De bestelde berenhap werd met wat verse salade gepresenteerd. Erg lekker.
