Ordering a vegetarian menu and then having a piece of meat in your mouth because of the salad... "Oh... sorry." Disgusting, disrespectful. Fries cold and limp.

I don't like ordering at self-service terminals at all

I stumbled upon this snack bar by chance. The food is really great and the atmosphere is cozy.

Quality is always expensive, you know. It's good food. But not worth the price.

We were always very satisfied with Kwalitaria Ter Apel. That is, until our order was delivered. We received much less fries (for two people, at €6.50) than usual. We've ordered from here before and have always been satisfied. The waitress refused to accommodate us (she had seen the order herself, and it was indeed the normal portion), so this was unfortunately our last visit.

We've been ordering from Kwalitaria since it opened in Ter Apel. And we were always very satisfied. But lately, we've noticed the portions of fries are getting really small. We ordered a normal portion of fries for two people (as always), but now both plates were barely half full. We politely called to check, and they said this was the normal amount. Or maybe they ordered three portions last time? We know what we've been ordering all these years. But they don't accommodate us... that's no way to treat regular customers. They won't see us again; that wasn't necessary.

Ordering three ice creams...a nightmare! This could be better.

Good fast food, you can order from your seat via mobile phone, at the terminal, or directly at the counter. The food comes quickly, and everyone is very friendly.

Fries were tough and not cooked through, some pieces were even raw Ordered beef croquette but got a kind of flour croquette that was inedible, yuck This is the 2nd time so never again...

If you want to order something, they don't have it, and if you order a second item, they don't have any balls either.

We had ordered fries that had to be delivered. I understand that everything is getting more expensive but here they just missed the mark. For 2 people we got half a plate in total. We paid 6.25 for this. So this was also the last time we ordered here.

Lovely place to stop for a bite to eat. Plenty of variety. Place was clean and tidy the lady serving was very pleasant and helpful. The food was nicely cooked and good. Would recommend. The ice cream sundaes looked delicious although we didn’t try one.

Worthless rotten food and when you call you are sent from pillar to post

The fries were not crispy but chewy, frikandel was a bit disappointing. Maybe this was due to the crowds. Too bad, but a nice place and friendly staff

We were sick for 3 days 2 weeks ago....comment/complaint submitted in writing. Never heard anything about it again. No excuses...nothing...you won't see us again.

Kindness is hard to find. I don't think the employee was interested in it. Schnitzel was fried so hard, dark brown (almost black), fries were good, only small portion. Price and quality are hard to find.

Super nice Kwalitaria with nice staff, excellent service and delicious fries! I like to come here because of the extensive vegetarian/vegan snacks that this Kwalitaria offers. Recommended!

The food is tasty, but the satay sauce makes you really sour. The best would be Wijko sateh sauce with a bear bite, but that is probably too expensive.

An eggball adventure at Kwalitaria De Musketiers that I will never forget! 🇳🇱🥚 A few weeks ago, two incredibly nice and, let's say, heel aantrekkelijk Dutch women convinced me that I definitely had to try an Eierbal. Of course I couldn't say no (who could?). So off we went to Kwalitaria De Musketiers in Ter Apel. As soon as I took the first bite I thought: “What is this magical snack?!” Crispy on the outside, creamy and warm on the inside – a real smaak explosion! The Eierbal is one of those things that you might not have on your list as a tourist, but it's really tasty! Kwalitaria De Musketiers knows how to prepare this Dutch delicacy to perfection. The combination of crispy breading and soft egg almost brought me to my knees. And of course I was allowed to listen to: “Now you’re a real Dutchman!” 🇳🇱 So if you also want to try some typical Nederlands and happen to be in Ter Apel - get an Eierbal at Kwalitaria De Musketiers and become part of the Eierbal family. Dead to the next person!

Got dinner last night. Fries double salted! Shawarma burnt black! Container of salad with 1 cm of water at the bottom! Chicken satay dry and rock hard! 26 euros in the wheelie bin! Never again. Very bad!!!!! And also dangerous due to burnt food and a lot of salt!!!! Even our dog threw up the satay!!!

Had dinner with them for the first time today with 3 people, the staff was friendly so far. I ordered a chicken schnitzel menu and was asked if I wanted a salad with it, of course I did. When they brought it to our table, I only had a schnitzel on my plate with fries, I had to think about the salad, schnitzel was still half raw, and everything came from the deep fryer, fries were good. When we went to report it at checkout, we were looked at stupidly, and nothing was done about it, this was the one time we ate there, never again

So rancid. Snitzel menu.. meat in a bag. not edible.. tough. Fries cold. No sauce delivered.. ordered. No salad. Waited an hour and a half for this. Called: better luck next time, they say. Just eaten a slice of bread with cheese.

Due to the crowds today, our order would not be delivered on time. We received a phone call about this and when the order was delivered, it included two large cups of soft ice cream (free) for the wait, which the four of us enjoyed for dessert. Very neatly solved! Thank you. Until next time😉

Ordered chicken satay menu with twister fries. But the fries were cold and limp. And the chicken satay was burnt. Called 5 times and was on hold for at least 20 minutes. But was not admitted or helped. It's ridiculous that they simply can't be reached!

Today we had dinner there with 5 people. Never again. We all had a snitzel menu. Total with a can of drink 70 euros. The snitzels were hard and so dry that you had to wash them down with liquor. Probably the snitzsls fried in a deep fryer. We reported this and now next time we will get 3 SMALL ice creams for free. Well, keep them because we will never go there again.

Just ordered a children's menu. 3 small pieces of frikandel and barely a handful of fries. Also had it before with fries for 2 people. You couldn't even fill 2 plates with it. The sauce seems to have flown over it, and when I call I am told that those are normal portions. But they do ask for large sums of money. I'll give up and from now on I'll go to my competitor, where they serve normal portions!

Contrary to what is stated on the menu, the satay does not actually come from the baking tray, but just like my "farmer schnitzel", it came out of the fryer half cremated. Extremely dry and tasteless. A fresh salad...no way. Only thing that was good...the fries. And that for more than 20 euros. If the name Kwalitaria would suggest that everything would be of quality...well, then you still have a lot of catching up to do!!!!!

Since everything is freshly prepared, you have to take some time.

Old fat and deep fry greasy tasting croquettes. Bah

It was during carnival so the food took a long time. But also packed inside. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Fries were super crispy and the hamburger (special, without lettuce) also delicious. Very special...paper cups and straws, but with a plastic lid on them.

We had dinner here with 2 adults and 1 child. The selection was large and requests were catered for. Very nice staff who take good care of the guests. Parking is available on the side of the road, otherwise on a side street. We look forward to visiting you again.

The food was good but I had to wait almost an hour for my order

De afgelopen maand 2 keer bestelt via thuisbezorgd. De eerste keer was de levering snel en het eten goed. De tweede keer was de levering zeer traag. Normale frituursnacks waren warm en de patat was goed. Helaas was de burger verbrand. Wat zal ik zeggen? Bestellen op eigen risico?

Vriendelijk personeel. Eten dikke prima.

Een nette cafetaria met vrolijke bediening. Maar het blijft natuurlijk een cafetaria, al is dit er wel een die in zijn categorie hoog scoort. Ik heb aangegeven dat we er 'gedineerd' hebben, wat een lichtelijk overdreven term is voor een patatje met rundvleesreepjes. Maar wel lekker!

Essen war okay aber Herbst letztes Jahr deutlich besser

Gewoon prima. Niks op aan te merken. Beleefd en aardig personeel. Lekker eten.. Vlotte bediening. Wat wil je nog meer?

Heerlijke milkshakes en lekkere ijsjes. Het personeel wat er werkt is ook aardig en beleefd zoals het uiteraard ook hoord.

El lugar no es excelente, pero cumple bien su función. El sándwich de brie, lo mejor.

Einfach alles perfekt. Muss auch mal gesagt werden

Ik had een burgermenu besteld. Het bleek alleen een broodje hamburger met friet te zijn. Bij thuiskomst zie ik op hun website dat er ook salade bij geserveerd had moeten worden. Nu was het erg karig en vooral erg duur.

Eine preislich etwas teuerer snackbar. Die Chilisauce ist nicht scharf...merkwürdig. Die Bedienung gut und die Gerichte gross genug. Die Auswahl gross. Aber leider eben Recht teuer.

Die jongen met die gigantische baard is echt een legende. Super personeel!! Aanrader
