The guy is unfriendly. The guy is also very aggressive and has no interest in his work. Horrible guy!!

Upon entering, there are signs with the dinner menu, but no prices listed anywhere! So it was a surprise: fries with peanut mayonnaise for €4.80. What a price! That's ƒ10.58 (guilders)—unbelievable. Where's this going?

Delivered 20 minutes late, and we were missing fries and a croquette from a kids' box. The food wasn't warm enough. We tried to contact them for 45 minutes, but no one answered. We left a voicemail, but they didn't call us back. This was the last time we ordered from them.

I come here regularly and am very satisfied with the staff (helpful and flexible) and the food available. What really struck me is that they're not at all difficult if you want a different menu. 👍

The price-quality ratio is bizarre. You order fries with mayonnaise, but you get a tiny basket of fries, yet you pay a premium price. We won't be coming back.

Nice shop, but lacking atmosphere. No sauces with the fries is fine, but not offering a deposit on cans and presenting it as a "policy" is simply unfriendly to customers. Should customers just take those empty cans home or throw them away? Ultimately, it's money that's been paid, and given your prices, you should at least expect this level of service. It's amazing how something that costs nothing could actually result in so many satisfied customers.

They want you to order via a QR code and the website. Only half of the menu is not listed on the website. 80% of the drinks are not on the website. Ultimately I was allowed to order at the cash register instead of via the app. It ended up being 2 coffees because they didn't have the pastries they advertised and the choice of sandwiches was very disappointing. There were 4 staff in the shop, but it still took more than 5 minutes for a cup of coffee to arrive, service needed 2 hands to bring 1 cup, so that required a double walk. Fortunately this was unforgettable because I don't want to think about accidentally walking in here again.

Ordered for the first time and had it delivered from Van der Valk Vianen. Menu chicken gyros...very little meat. The salad could use more dressing as it is very dry...and the garlic sauce is just water. The hogweed very tasty.

We found it very expensive in the snack bar where we ate, especially the fries, the potatoes may be more expensive, but a portion of fries is less than a kilo, even the major and satay sauce were very expensive. So continue, another case to China Gr ton

A great place for lunch or dinner! The staff is helpful and ready to help you. Dishes are freshly prepared and you have a delicious combination of a Kwalitaria and a Delifrance, so there is something for everyone. Not only are individual snacks available here, but also delicious menus. From chicken satay to real beef burgers. Delicious salads and wraps are also available. There is a toilet available. You can park for free in the parking spaces in front of the Kwalitaria. You can order at your table via a QR code or at the counter.

Delivered more than half an hour late. Cold food and didn't get what I ordered. Shouldn't be that hard if only 3 things were ordered.

It is way too expensive for the service you get, you have to wait almost half an hour before you get your food and then not everything is complete, you get a big mouth from the employees that you have already had something, but we missed a whole menu, such a shame that they solve this for us, next time we will not go to Kwalitaria and the manager was clearly not prepared for the crowd, we were fobbed off by the manager with sorry, it is a chaos

Waste of money! Cutlery was handed out of an employee's trouser pocket. My son did not receive a children's menu but a loose fries and frikandel. Furthermore, we went back to the counter 5 times before our order of €90 was complete. After all these complaints, we did not receive any feedback on whether everything was now to our liking. So the employees are also not at all open to feedback or improvement, I do not recommend this to anyone.

Get a kapsalon without a fork, portion of fries is just enough for a child but very meager. 1.20 for a bowl of sauce that runs out after 20 fries.

We will never come to this location again. Ordered a children's menu, the child wanted another surprise that hung above the cash register but was not allowed to be exchanged and was told it is what it is and we are not going to open the other boxes. Now comes the food, we paid 10 euros for a family portion of fries for 2p with mayonnaise, but you get almost nothing on your plate and if you ask, you get a very unfriendly answer: yes, it is for 2 people. You have to pay 3.5 for a cup of sauce. Incredible

Good soft ice cream, but the luxurious toppings are quite pricey

Fries taste great and the burgers are simple but okay. But the prices they dare to ask here are outrageous. Everything has become expensive these days, so it makes sense that increases have been implemented here. But here it is at least twice as expensive as any other snack bar.

Farmer's omelette contained too much zucchini and eggplant instead of normal Dutch vegetables. Tasted bland and soggy.

Ordered a warm ham sandwich, 3 slices of ham, 3 pieces of mushroom, no cutlery was given, I had to go get it myself. People were very busy talking to each other. Not a good impression of the "main branch" and the sandwiches were also very disappointing for that price.

It was busy, and the gentleman was alone, so it could take a while, I understand, but the gentleman didn't seem that busy to me, yes with cleaning. Okay, a young man comes to help, and 2 gentlemen who have been inside for 5 minutes get their sandwiches, after which the young man also starts cleaning. When we asked what was going on with the order, they were still busy and I said so, blah blah, asked for a refund and left, waiting 30 minutes before Jan ass at a chip shop who is too lousy to prepare sandwiches, bye

over the years we've tried the Kwalitaria for several of it's products, however I have always found that for a location that attempts to use QUALITY in it's name, the quality of all products is worse then any competitor. The only leg up they can truly claim (in my opinion) is their wide menu. Which I often find as a large negative indication as it means that they need to stock various items, this can mean that their quality assurance falls behind and they end up with old products in customers hands. For anything out of the deepfrier the fast food joint on the Voorstraat is better. For Burgers I would sooner head to Utrecht. For Pizza's I would normally go to Sint George but they sadly closed, so now I would either go to their long standing rival on the Voorstraat or New York pizza (NEVER DOMINOS)

Our dishes were really tasty and with a very good presentation. Portions were also abundant and prices were OK. The staff is amazing as well and the place's ambience is really nice with so much vegetation.

Wij hadden ervoor gekozen om het daar op te eten. Blijkbaar had ze het niet gesnapt en liet ze onze bestelling gewoon op de toonbank staan voor afhalen. Wel erg jammer om niet gewoon aan te geven dat je een fout hebt gemaakt.

De snacks zijn prima, maar hier haal je geen fast food. Op een woensdagavond stonden er 3 jongens en 2 meiden achter de balie. Eentje nam bestellingen op, legde de snacks klaar en rommelde wat met friet. Wat de anderen deden konden we niet ontdekken. Behalve dan wat kletsen, met elkaar sjansen en op de telefoon kijken. De rij werd al snel langer en we moesten ook lang wachten op onze bestelling. Als ze het werk slim zouden verdelen en als iedereen überhaupt zou werken, zou het allemaal wat vlotter verlopen.

Goed verzorgde snackbar met vriendelijk personeel. Parkeerplaatsen voor bezoekers. Eten was lekker maar toch niet de lekkerste snackbar van Vianen. We hebben hier 1 x gegeten maar laten ook weleens thuis bezorgen, dat komt dan altijd snel aan de deur.

Prima bediening en rustige plek.

Ik had al niet zo veel met Kwalitaria, en dit filiaal bevestigde het nogmaals. 8 euro voor een mager kip burgertje is al een absurde prijs,maar voor dat geld mag je wel op zn minst verwachten dat het van goede kwaliteit moet zijn. Echter het was dramatisch te noemen. Kip was veel te hard gebakken, was droog en broos. Het frietje, naja die paar pinnekes friet tegen wederom een absurde prijs was ook nog eens te hard gebakken. Ik kom zelf uit de horeca en behandel ieder personeels lid met respect. Dus ik loop subtiel weg van andere klanten naar de medewerker dat mij geholpen had om over de kip te praten, deze verwijst mij dan minder subtiel naar zijn collega dat tussen de klanten staat om daar maar te gaan klagen. Ik probeerde mevr. subtiel uit te leggen dat de kip niet naar wens was door dat het droog hard en broos was. Mevr haalt de kip uit het broodje en zeg met een ondertoon " die kip is gewoon goed, het is wit toch ? " ik geloofde mijn oren niet.. waardeloze toko en veel te duur !!!! Tot nooit meer ziens

Echt super weinig friet in dat bakje kwam niet eens tot het randje zelf geen vriendelijk personeel ervaren over je zitten praten met zijn twee achter de balie

Goed en ook lekker gegeten zo als gewoonlijk bij kwalitaria. Jammer dat er niet standaard een sausje bij het menu zat.

Slordig afgeleverd eten Saus lekt kroket plat. Dan bel je... komen ze nieuwe brengen.. Ook tot moes... kwalitaria is wel jammer dit...

Nette schone eetgelegenheid, kwaliteit en bediening zijn prima. Eet altijd bij een Kwalitaria ergens in Nederland.

Wat je hier krijgt is veel minder goed dan wat je krijgt bij de Delifrance op Amersfoort Centraal. Broodje kaas was te hard en qua beleg was het alleen kaas en sla ipv wat je daar krijgt.

Top kwalitaria Het eten was perfect

Jammer bij de sla geen Dressing jammer Patat veel te hard gebakken een hoop krum kei harde stukjes. Varkensshnitsel en gyros shoarma goed.

Dit is de derde keer dat ik wat besteld heb en alle drie de keren hebben ze een vlees kroket gegeven ipv een vega kroket. Dit is super slordig en vooral vreemd. Als ik dan bel om dit aan te geven zeggen ze dat het niet klopt. De service is daarin echt heel treurig, terwijl het volgens mij erg simpel is om het even op te lossen.

Eten was goed. Maar efficiëntie ontbrak waardoor bestelling lang op zich liet wachten. Maar ach .... duurt even en dan heb je wat. Alle terasstoelen en tafels waren vies en veel vogelpoep. Als het dan mooi weeris, dan wil je graag buiten zitten. Helaas 😞

Gore papieren rietje bij milkshake, dit is echt waardeloos. Zorg voor je eigen plastic rietje. Milkshake verder is top. Patat met saté erg teleurstellend. Droge, harde stukken saté. Prijs hoog voor wat je krijgt. Vroeger hadden ze oriental burger (met satésaus) die vond ik erg lekker maar staat niet meer op de kaart helaas.

Keurig netjes geholpen. Friet werd opgediend in een leuk frituurmandje op een bord tesamen met een bamihapje. Nadat de jongen mijn bestelling had gebracht(wat ik speciaal vind voor een snackbar) vroeg ik om een beetje ketjap of sambal ,hij ging dit gelijk halen en diende dit op in een klein schaaltje.

Nette zaak, wel aan de prijs. 2x snack, 2x patat met saus en een blikje Fanta kostte me ruim €15
