Very good chicken wrap and the teriyaki beef menu was top-notch! Very tender, soft strips of meat! Fast delivery as well!

There is a freezer in the shop; unfortunately, it was filled without water ice or other pre-packaged ice, but with a supply of snacks—a slight disappointment if you don't like soft serve ice.

Unusual experience. I didn't eat here, but a bathroom break cost me a whopping €3.05. I've been in quite a few expensive countries, but I didn't expect a snack bar to be more expensive than the average toilet in Switzerland. The urge to protest in the French way was strong, but I'll keep it polite: this is really way too expensive for just a quick hand wash and moving on.

Kwalitaria is really good. The food is delicious and always hot. The fries are crispy, and the burgers are excellent. The staff is friendly and quick to help. Everything is neat and clean. Definitely recommended!

The food itself was okay, but the staff was incredibly unfriendly. I placed my order, sat down, and then the food arrived. They brought me the wrong menu, of course, I said something about it. She then walked away and came back angrily, showed me the receipt, and blamed me. But I think she was the one who entered the order.

Kwalitaria Tournoysveld Woerden. I was treated very rudely. They refused a 10-euro note with a tiny corner missing. They had entered the order incorrectly but blamed the customer. This is the last time for me.

It's truly outrageous what you get for your money. 35 euros for two swarma fries, there were 10 pieces of meat on it and a little bit of fries. Seriously, people, don't buy anything here, they are so unfriendly and rude on the phone, we will never go there again.

Toilets for customers only. Even if you're willing to pay for them, because I understand perfectly well that money needs to be made. A little more consideration on this point would have been appreciated.

What a SHIT snack bar. They make you wait 20 minutes while your food is apparently ready. Completely cold. Forgot 2 things when ordering, yes we can't find the receipt so that's not right. Still pay 45 euros for a bag of crap. Never come here again

Half-done fries for one person with a container of sauce that is not even half full, for almost 5 euros? Not really a Kwalitaria. Oh and if you order take-away, you are not allowed to drink your drinks inside. Strange rule. We will not be ordering from here again!!!

We got a mini bag of fries with 2 fricandelles special, where they were too bad to cut open the fricandelles special for no less than 12 euros! (The satay sauce had to be paid separately for the fricandelles!) Shameful!

The first few times we ordered everything was very good! Fries tasty, snacks well cooked, etc. Food arrived hot. Now the last two times the fries were very limp. Almost raw. We don't order here anymore. After the first call we received new fries fairly quickly, but they were also soggy again. They are also extremely difficult to reach. After enough, it takes them an hour longer than stated. We won't eat here again!!

1838 burger is excellent. However chicken sate menu comes standard without saté sauce which is just insane. Name should be changed to chicken skewer menu. Feels like a cheap money grab to charge extra for the sauce. Same for extremely expensive paper takeaway bag.

A modest but neat cafeteria with a reasonable to good range of available products. Unfortunately, the staff was rather neutral, but they served the order neatly - of their own accord - at the table. All in all, not a bad place for a 'bite'. And with a little more enthusiasm, you as a customer will feel even more welcome.

Hardworking family business. I am always treated in a friendly manner and have never had an order not be correct. This afternoon I found out that they have replaced the plastic containers with cardboard. This way, the costs are not passed on to the guest, which is of course nice.

Arrived here on the way and found it closed. It was open on Google. How lucky that the neighbor was open, nice people and delicious hot chicken fries, I will definitely go there more often.

Quick friendly service, fair price, good fries

Fries were not very tasty, fried for far too long, no salt on them, which is a shame. Ordered a ball sandwich, which looked like a sandwich with a ball on it, but the taste was far from good. Also very unfortunate Milkshake was the best but all for 11.85 this was my last time there. Was a great thing years ago. Now far gone

You don't have to order anything here for a big drama delivery! You just have to wait and see if you get it delivered. Already ordered 1.30 ago, the phoned order was not known, although we did receive a confirmation by e-mail. I have now called again and they have not received the order. Unbelievable just a scam don't buy anything here!

Queen burger menu and satay menu. Unfortunately it wasn't the burger I had read on the menu. The biggest disadvantage of the satay menu was that it is packed in a foam box, so you get soggy/soft fries when you arrive home (moisture remains in the box) and the satay sauce, a special taste. Next time just have fries. That's nice.

The ladies are very nice and prepare your order with all the love. Never any complaints when they have helped. Unfortunately the gentleman's mood is often stormy. Often makes mistakes in orders and the quality of your order is poor (he often unravels it).

Excellent quality. Tasty burgers and snacks, but unfortunately some soggy fries. Fries except a nice Kwalitaria, but pay attention to opening hours, these are not what you would expect from a snack bar.

Good products but quite expensive. A bit too expensive if you ask me. Too few fries for too much money. You can order a family bag of fries there from 5.40 euros. You then have to say how many people you are going to eat with. If you say 3, you pay 5.40, if you say 4, a family bag costs 7.20 euros. They just put together 3 or 4 portions of 1.80 euros and pretend they are providing a service. They are real clowns in this case. The profit for the chip shop lies in the saving of packaging material.
