Worthless place, one time they throw the snacks into a pool of sauce, the next time you get no sauce at all. Better to set the takeout time 15 minutes earlier, then with a bit of luck they'll have it ready by the time you get there.

The staff were friendly, even though I was very late and they were busy with the final cleaning.

Delivery was delayed. During the phone call, it was confirmed that the food was already on its way. Nevertheless, I had to wait 30 minutes, even though the building is only a 5-minute bike or car ride away.

They don't have good service, especially because of that young guy named Anis. He has absolutely no respect and hasn't learned any manners, and I got too little. Ordered over 25 euros worth of snacks, but you really get very little for it.

Last night, my mother-in-law and I had a lovely meal at Koopmansgildeplein. I received a warm welcome and was pleasantly surprised to see the menu—what a selection! We were served quickly and efficiently, and the food was delicious! I'll definitely be back!

Fries are delicious; you pay more for them, but you get more in return. If you're not stingy and the price is 2-3 euros lower than the competition, I'll go to this snack bar. It does get very busy, though, because this place is very popular, so you have to order ahead of time.

How is it possible that two restaurants in one city are so far apart in terms of quality, price, customer service, and quantity? We tried ordering from Koopmansgildeplein again, but once again, it ended in one big disappointment! We waited over an hour for this mess: half a container of lukewarm fries, sauce ordered AND paid for, but didn't receive it, and the satay was unfortunately still ice cold inside. Too bad, too bad... next time we'll just get it from the other side of Culemborg at the traffic island; it ALWAYS works there, without exception! Anything is better than having it delivered to our home by this place. I appreciate your response, but don't blame me for not trying to resolve it with you first, because I did try! You indicated that I should have called, which is a bit of a shame, because I did this several times. The first time, after an hour, asking where my order was, the answer was: it's busy! And after receiving my order, I called again to say the sauce hadn't arrived and my meat was cold. The response I got was that it was busy... When I asked if this was normal, I was told it probably wouldn't be too bad... I really prefer to share positive reviews! Really! But you guys are making it incredibly bad! This is the third time in a year that I've experienced this with you, and I always remain hopeful... So it's not just about it taking a long time, or something being wrong... it's not an exception, but rather the rule with you! Just ordered and picked up at the restaurant. When I got home, two items were missing. I called immediately, but they were constantly on the phone (or was the phone next to it?). So I went back. They didn't offer more than a feeble excuse. They said they were busy, but that wasn't true. After all, we were there the whole time. How hard can it be to check if you put the entire order in the paper bag? A small portion of fries for €2.85 is really small, like a toddler's.

Saw plates with apple pie and cappuccino. Apple pie was gone. Then only cappuccino, unfortunately, didn't work because the machine didn't work. Great place, cozy and good service

I've been to this place a few times, and I have to say the food is always great, but there's a woman with black hair who's unsympathetic to her employees. Whenever I walk by, I see this woman smoking in the back and yelling at her employees while she's not working herself. I think this is a nice place with good food and potential, but because of that woman, I'm hesitant to return.

I had dinner with my husband and son today. What friendly and polite staff! I don't know how young they are, but they're a real asset to the company! One had curly hair, the other black. The food was also delicious! I recommend the Samurai burger. Excellent! We'll definitely be back!

Sunday evening, 7:00 PM: four young boys were working there. They were arguing about who should clean. And they were throwing towels at each other. The tables and chairs were covered in crumbs. It looked like a hangout for young people because of these young employees who clearly needed some guidance. As for the level of hygiene, I have my doubts and won't be back.

Very disappointing experience!!!!!! We ordered wraps, but the amount of mayonnaise was really excessive, when you squeeze it, so much comes out that it is enough for five wraps instead of one. The taste was completely spoiled by the sauce. When we contacted them to report the problem, we were spoken to rudely and loudly. Instead of apologizing, it was suggested that WE should come to the restaurant to prove that something was wrong, as if we were lying! That is not how you treat your customers!!!! Mistakes can happen, but how you deal with them says it all. And here every form of respect and customer friendliness was lacking. The staff really does not understand anything and does not work at all. The fries of €7.20 were also a disappointment, not fresh, probably double fried, and they did not taste like anything. Everything ended up in the bin. Very unfortunate for the money and the experience. Hopefully you take this feedback seriously and work on better quality and respectful service towards customers!!!!!!!

I think this is rightly one of the worst Kwalitaria branches in the Netherlands. As a Kwalitaria I would be ashamed to attach my name to this. Almost every order goes wrong: something is missing, it is prepared incorrectly, or the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. Management of this branch: please ensure that you have competent staff and maintain control. The way things are going now really doesn't make sense. From now on I will get my fries on the other side of Culemborg - then I am even faster. Hopefully things will improve soon, because the location and the potential are certainly there. But this way it's a sinking ship.

Consumer-unfriendly scenes such as automatically selecting a large sauce when choosing large fries, where the sauce costs more than 3 euros. We used to often get the Wednesday fries day offer, but last week was the last time. Staff doesn't look at you, you aren't greeted. Leftover food everywhere on tables. Standing behind the counter, chewing gum, preferring to chat with each other rather than help customers. Stopped by for an ice cream. I ask about the lactose-free ice cream options for the ice cream. 3 employees yes uhh no idea. Treated terribly, they all didn't know the answer. Where is your allergen card where you are supposed to check things like that??!! Finally went home with 2 scoops, 1 melon and 1 red berry. rude i didn't get my food until after 20 minutes and when i ordered sides they just said no.

Ordered 2 burgers, it would take 40 minutes, but the delivery person was there after 20 minutes. Both my sandwiches with beef burgers were still completely red on the inside, so I could finish cooking them myself. Ongeveer 80% van onze bestelling klopte en het meeste was nogal lauw. Dat is, gezien de totale chaos die er op alle vlakken heerste, best een aangename verrassing. Muv. één medewerker liep iedereen er rond als een kip zonder kop, met alle gevolgen van dien: lang wachtende en klagende klanten. Ik geef ze alsnog 5 sterren, omdat het zó gênant was dat het zielig werd - en omdat ze ondanks alles best aardig bleven.

Ga hier alleen eten als je omringd wil worden door burgers uit het afvoerputje van de maatschappij.
