Kwalitaria Parijsch - Culemborg in Wijk 00

I've been to this place a few times, and I have to say the food is always great, but there's a woman with black hair who's unsympathetic to her employees. Whenever I walk by, I see this woman smoking in the back and yelling at her employees while she's not working herself. I think this is a nice place with good food and potential, but because of that woman, I'm hesitant to return.

I had dinner with my husband and son today. What friendly and polite staff! I don't know how young they are, but they're a real asset to the company! One had curly hair, the other black. The food was also delicious! I recommend the Samurai burger. Excellent! We'll definitely be back!

Sunday evening, 7:00 PM: four young boys were working there. They were arguing about who should clean. And they were throwing towels at each other. The tables and chairs were covered in crumbs. It looked like a hangout for young people because of these young employees who clearly needed some guidance. As for the level of hygiene, I have my doubts and won't be back.

Yesterday I wanted to get an ice cream at 8pm. Online it said they were open until 9pm. However, they were already cleaning and the door was locked. Very bad.

Very disappointing experience!!!!!! We ordered wraps, but the amount of mayonnaise was really excessive, when you squeeze it, so much comes out that it is enough for five wraps instead of one. The taste was completely spoiled by the sauce. When we contacted them to report the problem, we were spoken to rudely and loudly. Instead of apologizing, it was suggested that WE should come to the restaurant to prove that something was wrong, as if we were lying! That is not how you treat your customers!!!! Mistakes can happen, but how you deal with them says it all. And here every form of respect and customer friendliness was lacking. The staff really does not understand anything and does not work at all. The fries of €7.20 were also a disappointment, not fresh, probably double fried, and they did not taste like anything. Everything ended up in the bin. Very unfortunate for the money and the experience. Hopefully you take this feedback seriously and work on better quality and respectful service towards customers!!!!!!!

This branch recently had a new owner and the difference was quickly noticeable! The service was great, the employees were super friendly and the food was delicious! There is a nice and welcomed atmosphere. I'll definitely come by more often.

Today for the first time in a long time again got something and what an improvement. Staff was friendly and the food was ready very quickly and super tasty. The new look is also a big 10!!

I think this is rightly one of the worst Kwalitaria branches in the Netherlands. As a Kwalitaria I would be ashamed to attach my name to this. Almost every order goes wrong: something is missing, it is prepared incorrectly, or the quality of the food leaves much to be desired. Management of this branch: please ensure that you have competent staff and maintain control. The way things are going now really doesn't make sense. From now on I will get my fries on the other side of Culemborg - then I am even faster. Hopefully things will improve soon, because the location and the potential are certainly there. But this way it's a sinking ship.

-- update -- Do not use the digital self-service. Prices are incorrect. Consumer-unfriendly scenes such as automatically selecting a large sauce when choosing large fries, where the sauce costs more than 3 euros. Special sauce loose is cheaper than loose mayo or loose curry, family bag is just as expensive as loose portions, etc. A lot of information is missing. So just order at the checkout for now. Very unsanitary service. Although the girl and the boy (always teenagers) were nice, the young man looked very unhygienic and wiped his nose with his hands while eating my sandwich afterwards. Don't come 30 minutes before closing time because the staff will already be cleaning and not selling anything. They probably don't get paid after closing time... very unfortunate and misleading. Open also means that you must be able to buy.

We used to often get the Wednesday fries day offer, but last week was the last time. Staff doesn't look at you, you aren't greeted. Leftover food everywhere on tables. Standing behind the counter, chewing gum, preferring to chat with each other rather than help customers. Quality has deteriorated enormously; fried fries that were limp and tasted like old fat, croquettes lukewarm on the inside. And increase prices…. No, not for us anymore.

Fancy an ice cream, brother on the road. Returns with bizarre scenes. Shop empty, staff smoking behind. Loud music from the cold room and freezer. I'm just going to get groceries at Lidl. Just before closing time, a whole group of people are sitting on patio chairs. Loud music. Smoking, and I hear grinders clicking. I worked there before corona, I was given 5 minutes to take a break and then move on. Had to make it happen to turn on music. Not the first time either, I have seen that group of friends with a crate of beer behind the shop. Qualitaria intervene! It was a fantastic case, which turned into a dumping ground for underage thugs. It's a shame, I see my nice workplace from the past being destroyed

Employees were smoking behind the counter. No one in the business. Didn't come when I asked. They all wanted to smoke their cigarettes first. Do not go there!!

Stopped by for an ice cream. I ask about the lactose-free ice cream options for the ice cream. 3 employees yes uhh no idea. Treated terribly, they all didn't know the answer. Where is your allergen card where you are supposed to check things like that??!! Finally went home with 2 scoops, 1 melon and 1 red berry. Fingers crossed that it goes well because according to them those were probably the flavors without milk. Once and never again the chance of things going wrong is too great

rude i didn't get my food until after 20 minutes and when i ordered sides they just said no.

Ordered 2 burgers, it would take 40 minutes, but the delivery person was there after 20 minutes. Both my sandwiches with beef burgers were still completely red on the inside, so I could finish cooking them myself. Fast delivery but the quality of the food is very poor, especially for the price you pay.

Jammer dat niemand begroet wordt bij het binnenkomen. Klantvriendelijkheid aan de kassa is ook heel matig. Je wordt bijna niet aangekeken, aldus je voelt je niet welkom. Veel werknemers hebben geen werkleding aan. Een hoop details die ervoor zorgen dat ik niet meer dan 3 sterren kan geven.

Ongeveer 80% van onze bestelling klopte en het meeste was nogal lauw. Dat is, gezien de totale chaos die er op alle vlakken heerste, best een aangename verrassing. Muv. één medewerker liep iedereen er rond als een kip zonder kop, met alle gevolgen van dien: lang wachtende en klagende klanten. Ik geef ze alsnog 5 sterren, omdat het zó gênant was dat het zielig werd - en omdat ze ondanks alles best aardig bleven.

Ga hier alleen eten als je omringd wil worden door burgers uit het afvoerputje van de maatschappij.

Gezinsportie friet zonder zout besteld is met zout geleverd, tweemaal gebeurd uit 5 bestellingen. Burgers zijn afwisselend gemaakt, soms conform het recept en soms onbreekt er enkele ingrediënten. Patat of frikadel speciaal zonder ui, krijg je alsnog met ui. Prijzen op de website klopt soms niet met de prijzen in de winkel.

Ik heb optijd besteld via thuisbezorgd. Vaak zijn ze op tijd. Nu had ik aangegeven om 12:45 te laten bezorgen. Inmiddels is het 14:47 en is het nogsteeds niet bezorgd. Reken maar uit hoe lang het is. Als ik bel word er niet opgenomen. Via de klantenservice van thuisbezorgd om 14:05 contact gehad. Toen zeiden ze dat ze onderweg waren en dat het elk moment zou zijn. Elk moment is voor mij niet 3 kwartier later.

Ben nooit zo,n fan van kwalitaria, als er iets anders in de buurt zit rijd ik verder

Sinds een aantal maanden draait de frietzaak weer heel goed. Ondanks drukte vaak snel geholpen en anders informeren ze je. Lekkere friet en fijn personeel!
