Great fries shop. My foster family orders from here sometimes. The fries are delicious and crispy. Definitely recommended!😋🍟

This place is getting ridiculous. When you walk in, you're not even greeted, then you stand at the cash register for over 30 minutes and are never asked for your order. The staff is grumpy. Customers' orders aren't being taken and you have to ask for them, followed by zero response. The phone rings for over 30 rings, which is frustrating. The owner sits with his hands on his sweaty forehead, then grabs the frikandellen from the Fritrine with his sweaty hands. It was bizarre, so I left. After that, I received excellent service from the old villagers, who understand how to run a snack bar. Absolutely nothing is too ridiculous for this...

Good food, neatly maintained and friendly

Good afternoon, I'd like to report two things. I just read Mrs. Van de Brink's review. As a neutral observer of this ritual, I'd like to inform you of the following: After the woman placed an unclear order, where it wasn't clear whether it was takeout or pickup, she and her three young children ate the order. During the meal, it was chaotic, with children running around on the benches. The staff commented on this, but the woman didn't respond adequately, and the children weren't corrected. The woman gave the bag (too big for the trash bin) to the small child to throw away, while she herself was standing 1 meter away from the bin. "Then you should ask the employee." The employee was grilling meat at the time, wearing hygiene gloves, and can't accept trash. Apparently, Mrs. Van de Brink wasn't pleased and started making a scene in front of the employee. The manager wasn't pleased and advised the lady to leave the premises. I would like to mention that this was a very busy Friday evening rush hour. The staff did their utmost to process every order correctly and on time (I had a delicious meal), and in my opinion, it's very unfair that a review like the one above also has to be endured. Too awful for words! Never go here. Years ago, I used to go there; the staff was always grumpy. Now I thought... it must be better by now, just to get some fries with the kids. We wanted to eat it there, and then they put everything in cardboard packaging in a bag on the table. Okay, it happens, I'm not the worst, and yet with kids, we eat it out of the containers. They asked afterward if it needed to be put on a plate, but all the sauce and everything was already in the containers, so I thought, I'll save them the trouble. Afterwards, I neatly put everything in one bag and let my daughter throw it away. Just as she was about to throw it neatly in the trash, they snapped at her: it doesn't belong there! The child stood there... so I said: maybe there's another trash can. Answer: no! Snap! So I told my daughter: give it to the lady then, maybe she can throw it somewhere. Well, then I got yelled at! Unbelievable, right in front of my young children. Such a big mouth! And all this while I'm trying to properly dispose of the trash, after having already accepted eating from those containers. There was another man walking around, and I was hoping for something more decency and common sense. I still held out some hope he'd apologize for her behavior, but no, he went above and beyond. It's truly awful, the people who work there. You're treated like a dog, even though it was supposed to be a fun outing with the kids. They'll never see me there again, and I'm going to tell everyone what happened. Stay away from this sullen shop. Money down the drain!

Great food, but not if you have it delivered. Soggy fries, which was considered normal after I called. I order often and elsewhere, and they're always crispy. The response was that we'll look into it, but that's obviously not going to happen since it's not the first time I've called. Last time I chose Kwalitaria Waddinxveen.

Better than regular fast food restaurants

Today around 5:00 PM, a delivery person on the bridge near Overtoom yelled at us to get out of the way. It was a young man with dark curly hair. Very rude, as there was plenty of room for everyone to pass.

Don't say online that you're open... and then you drive there... completely closed.

Great for a tasty snack, fast and friendly staff. And the cats are happy with the cardboard packaging.

A number of sandwiches were no longer available from the menu. (Hot meat) Fries were fine, service ladies very cold and not at all sympathetic. Almost bordering on indecent. Spring special Burger was not bad.

The fries were well done, not those soggy fries. The frikandel speciaal was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The seating area consists of a long bench with a few small tables, where you can sit with two people. For a quick bite this is fine. Too bad the online offers do not apply if you eat there.

Just a cafeteria. You can buy hamburgers and other non-traditional fast food. So fine if you want something other than a frikandel speciaal. Atmosphere is limited. It is not a very big place. Staff is reasonable. Tip: Do not chew gum when serving your customers. A bit friendlier is also allowed. I am a customer. Overall experience is fine. Do not expect too much. Kwalitaria is in that respect also just a name for a better cafeteria?!

Hygiene issues, I'm really sick of it

Kwalitaria Waddinxveen where the staff consists of children/teenagers. Fries are terrible to fry and meatballs make you sick. Staff is not familiar with hygiene but is full of chatting/gossiping and so on. Delicious with chewing gum. Not worth the money. Are you looking for a really tasty cafeteria? Then drive on to Ouwe dorp Waddinxveen.

Bad service and employees eat chewing gum and use language that is not normal

Had dinner here tonight and what a disappointment this was. Staff were anything but cheerful and were just fooling around with each other, eating chewing gum and gossiping about the guests. Upon arrival, there was no way to say goodbye and when serving, fries were spilled, that can happen, but no apology was possible. Received a new fries with difficulty. It is a cafeteria and not a restaurant, we realize that but how this happened is simply not appropriate! While the fries were still on the table, they even said "she doesn't even clean it up" this is not the customer's job. It's a shame that this business exists as Kwalalitaria, they don't know quality here.

The description clearly states 1+1 free. Only get 1 delivered. Nice scam to lure people.

The delivery person drops food. Everything was covered in sauce. Burgers were lukewarm and not well done. We order burgers almost every week, but after this time I don't want to order anything anymore.

So... I've been there twice now, with a little over a year in between, because I come to Waddinxveen from time to time... But although the food on site is very good, as befits a quality... Tonight we had a delicious meal at Kwalitaria Waddinxveen. We sat for a good 10 minutes when a call came in about a delivery person who almost hit a dog on a sidewalk. Apparently not the first time as the manager on the phone was already quite angry. The manager then walks with a colleague, laughing, to the kitchen, where the door was open. The delivery person was now there and was confronted with 3 men around him. Everything within sight and hearing of us as customers. Subsequently, a colleague of hers returns to apologize. A little later we hear her shouting at the delivery person straight through the now closed kitchen door. All this was accompanied by foul language. We received a tenner in compensation. We appreciated this, but at the same time we did not find it a pleasant experience. I would rather they apologize to the delivery person. (Although it may have been right that he was sent away)

Milkshake meer softijs dan shake. Patat hete kip = niet echt hete kip meer zoetzuur. Kleine stukjes patat. Jammer, vroeger waren jullie perfect. Ga hete Kippie maar weer zelf maken.

Gister daar heerlijk gegeten. Door vriendelijke dame geholpen. Alleen toen we binnen kwamen zaten achter in de winkel de berzorgers ,zich te vervelen,hangend over de tafels ,met schoenen op de bank,gingen zelf hun eten maken,pakten de verse groente met blote handen vast ,zonder eerst hun handen te wassen. Dit vind ik geen goed beeld voor een kwalitatief zaak.

Uitstekende snackbar. Eten is altijd goed. We halen hier graag onze vrijdagmiddag snack

Goeie snackbar voor vegetariërs!

Een hamburgermenu besteld (voor thuis) en wat was die lekker. Meer dan genoeg friet en de hamburger was gewoon heeeeel lekker! Bezorger was ook op tijd en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Vanavond kinderboxen besteld op de site van kwalitaria. Volgens de beschrijving zouden er cherrytomaatjes in zitten. Dat was niet het geval. Toen ik daar over belde zeiden ze gewoon dat die niet geleverd waren. Maar dat werd niet aangepast op de site en er zat ook niets anders ipv tomaatjes in: worteltjes, sla of zoiets. De capri sun lag tegen de friet aan en waS dus warm

20 min wachten op je bestelling is best wel lang..Online bestellingen gaan voor op mensen die binnen komen stappen.

Kleiner gemütlicher Imbiss. Wir haben dort Frikandel Spezial und Pommes Frites gegessen. Alles sehr lecker.

Opzich altijd goed, lekker en op tijd met bezorgen. Alleen de kipnuggets van hier zijn echt erg vies. Ze zijn smakeloos, slecht van structuur en er zitten veel taaie stukjes in die niet weg te eten zijn. Geen aanrader.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Lokal sehr sauber. Guter laden für einen einfachen und schnellen Imbiss.

Lekker gegeten, goed verzorgd en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wil je een lekker snack of maaltijd en heb je haast ga dan lekker hier eten.

Vriendelijk personeel en prima producten

De eerste keer is ons goed bevallen. We hadden sate menu dat erg goed smaakte. Zeer snelle bezorging, goed verpakt en lekker warm. Zeker een aanrader.

De allerbeste Kwalitaria! Super lekkere patat, niet te vergelijken met andere snackbars. Niet te vet, niet te zout, gewoon perfect! Ik rijd er speciaal voor naar Waddinxveen.

Irrtümer und Zwischenverkauf vorbehalten

Goed, Duidelijke prijzen, Het menu-tje hamburger met RAS patat is wel aan te raden. Ze brengen overigens ook thuis !! Lekker makkelijk.

Mooie en eerlijke produkten. Niet echt vetklepperij, maar mooie patatten en heel veel keus. Leuk dat alles zo mileuvriendelijk wordt verpakt. Altijd aardig personeel.
