Not the best chip shop in Zwijndrecht.

The food is good and the staff is friendly.

I have always picked up meals, they were well taken care of, everything individually wrapped. Now I had the order delivered. Unfortunately, two containers of mush; the fries were covered in sauce, so limp and sticky. This made everything unappetizing. I threw half of the "food" in the bin. Never ordering again. Disgusting. This is not Kwalitaria quality. My suggestion is to wrap the different items separately when delivering as well, so that a meal is actually tasty.

Had special fries/loaded fries. The meat/vegetables were decent, but the fries were rock hard. The seating area really should be cleaned more often. Otherwise, the staff was friendly.

Ordered tonight. Shake handled too roughly, could just be thrown away, order incomplete. An apology was offered over the phone. The delivery person just looked troubled, without any form of sorry... must be the new generation. Never again Qualitaria for me.

Good and fresh food, but they just can't handle the busy periods. Which is sometimes quite sad for the staff; a young boy who served me got upset because he did something wrong. He was already afraid of my potential "angry reaction." Perhaps they should put out some more staff so this sweet boy doesn't have to walk on eggshells so much.

Delivery takes a long time, unfortunately there is absolutely no communication; right now I have already been waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes... This is the last time for me at Qualitaria...

Always good food. It is bizarre, though, that there is no air conditioning for the staff in the place. It is 40 degrees outside and it is disgustingly stuffy inside because of the deep fryer. Inhuman! I also don't really like the idea that sweat droplets could end up in my food this way.

Super delicious food! Sometimes delivery takes a little longer, but you can always call to ask if you can pick it up instead of delivery; you can also see that they have a lot of delivery orders. Great service.

My wife needed to use the toilet, and this was met with understanding. When I wanted to pay for the visit, it wasn't necessary. Very friendly!

I used to order from Kwalitaria quite often, but that’s over now. Waited 75 minutes; the fries were overcooked into inedible brown rubbish. There was a centimeter of salad dressing in the salad bowl. The burger was okay, but there was way too much sauce. Went by the next day with a complaint and was absolutely shocked. They rummage around in the warehouse and then handle the food without washing their hands. I watched the food being prepared, which made my complaints seem insignificant. I left without filing a complaint. They said they were too busy (all chickens were walking around without runways). The delivery person was friendly, though.

Ridiculously long delivery wait times and no communication. Ordered at 17:57 and called myself at 19:00, only to be told that it still needed to be put in and wouldn't be delivered for another 15 minutes. So, a 1.5-hour wait for some fries and snacks. You easily get the excuse that it's busy, on a Wednesday evening... If that's the case, at the very least communicate to your customers that it's going to take an extremely long time.

There was a friendly young man behind the counter who helped us well. The food was hot and delicious! The shop looks clean and inviting! Worth repeating!

For about six months now, the quality of the fries has often not been good. There is a lot of grease in the fries. You can also see it in the orange-grey color instead of a nice golden yellow. Not good in terms of taste or mouthfeel. I have been coming to this Qualitaria since it opened and I was usually satisfied over the past few years. The only cafeteria with tasty fries. So come on Qualitaria, do something about it. It would be a shame to lose customers like this. ---- Gave it a chance three more times, but the last time three-quarters were inedible and the milkshake had a nasty taste. I am going to look for another cafeteria.

We were told that we were turned away because it was too busy with orders, and in a very unfriendly manner! He could have just said it is very busy, we can help you but you have to wait 30 minutes, then we would have decided for ourselves whether to stay or leave! First of all, it's a nice place. Except the restroom looked really dirty and was full of toilet paper and poop. I reported this, but apparently nothing was done about it. The people working behind the counter aren't nice, friendly, and spontaneous. They don't bring a smile to your face. The fries were rock hard and really not tasty, it was awful. We'll never be back, which is a shame, even though it's a nice place. It seems like they're cooking it reluctantly, not with joy and love. Such a shame.

The food is delicious, but it's a shame they got the order wrong for the fourth time in a row. My girlfriend, like the last few times, is missing something from what she ordered. And when you try to reach them, they don't answer. Poor service.

Friendly staff and good service

It's funny how much the difference between Thuisbezorgd and Google Maps reviews is. My order arrived an hour and a half later than planned. The woman on the phone was unfriendly and curt after waiting an hour, with no apology. I received the wrong order, and then gave up on contacting (or being patient) about it. The food ended up being lukewarm/cold. This is the last time I'll order anything online. Prices are generally rising and the quality is deteriorating. It's truly ridiculous that we all perpetuate this out of laziness, and I'm definitely part of the problem myself.

Yesterday, after a long time, I placed another order with Kwalitaria. I can't give this place anything but a 10! The order was delivered super fast by a super friendly delivery driver. The food was still very hot and the flavor was fantastic! The fries were deliciously hot and crispy, and the burgers were really well topped. I haven't had such a delicious burger in a long time. Hats off! I'll be back soon with another order from this great place :)

Bad. Really bad. The tall young man with the arrogant appearance is a nasty person. He was yelling at a staff member right in front of customers. Just calm down, man!

Ordered delivery from here for the first time. Fries and two croquettes. Everything was lukewarm, and the fries were tough. There was no potato in the fillet, so you're just eating the crust.

Kwalitaria Oudeland was taken over by a new owner a few months ago, and this has brought about several improvements. The most important improvements are that the fries are now cooked properly, hot, and crispy, the snacks are noticeably less greasy, and the staff has also improved in friendliness. So, compliments, keep up the good work! The selection is varied and diverse, with several old favorites returning to the menu. The breads and prices are straightforward, and there's a wide selection. However, the prices could be lowered a bit, considering, for example, the current (discounted) price of potatoes.

If you order food that turns out to be faulty, you can return it for a refund, which should have been the case here, as I've rarely eaten such bad food. For a restaurant like Kwalitaria, the quality is truly poor. A summer burger (ordered by two people, unfortunately): the chicken was extremely dry. A special Philly cheesesteak fries platter: poor balance. Lots of cheese sauce, little meat, and it was fatty and unappetizing. Another person chose a cheese sandwich: two of those small, soggy "plastic" cheese slices. The sandwich itself was tasty, but barely filled. The fries weren't good either. In short, no one enjoyed their meal, and with today's high prices, it's a waste of money because everything was thrown away. Two people got sick after eating. We will never order from here again!!

I got the burger with a cheese soufflé on it, and the only thing that was good was the cheese soufflé. The burger was chock full of everything under the sun, the bun was wetter than my balls after soccer. I'm surprised the box even closed. Apparently, I also bought the chicken pesto fries without pesto? The fries tasted like they'd been sitting on a hot plate for two hours, the bacon blacker than the night before. Everything on the salad was just dumped on instead of being spread out evenly. A good first and last time.

After my order was delivered (partially) cold twice last week, I contacted Gideon and received a voucher. We used it today. This time, I walked to pick it up myself, and when I arrived at my grandmother's house after 5 minutes, it was still boiling hot. So, 5 stars this time for the service and the hot food. If you really want to excel as a chip shop, fresh-cut fries are a real goldmine. But I understand that as a franchisee, you don't have much say in the matter.😄

Vandaag om 17:30 uur 4 patat en een paar frikandellen besteld. Na een uur bel ik netjes op om te vragen hoelang het nog duurt. Zat nog niet in de frietpan zegt, met een kwartier is het. Nou in totaal 1,5 uur later stond er een jongedame voor de deur. Mijn schoonmoeder deed open en vroeg aan haar of dit normaal was. Haar eerste reactie op een rotmanier was: kan ik toch niks aan doen?! Het is druk. Mijn schoonmoeder heeft aangegeven bij haar dat we voorlopig hier niet meer gaan bestellen waarop ze alleen maar een grotere mond gaf dat het haar niks kon schelen. Wij waren maar 1 klant! Echt schandalig dit! Als dit mijn personeelslid was was het gelijk klaar geweest. Zeker tegen een ouder iemand!

The Bull burger was disappointing, buns were dry and too big for the amount of meat. Fries were disappointing. Delivery person was on time.

Soms na het werk op vrijdag even snel een patatje halen, en dan is Kwalitaria in Zwijndrecht een fijne keuze. Het is makkelijk, snel, maar toch net even anders dan de standaard snackbar. Ze hebben verrassende menu’s, zoals nu bijvoorbeeld het lentemenu met dumplings – een bijzondere én lekkere toevoeging. Altijd netjes, vriendelijk personeel en voldoende keuze voor als je iets anders wilt dan alleen een frikandel of kroket. Aanrader voor wie snel wat wil eten, maar toch iets meer verwacht dan standaard fastfood!

10 fries delivered on time, nice and hot and tasty!

I'm done with the quality now. The service is incredibly slow. The fries were dry and lukewarm when I got home after 5 minutes. The hot chicken wrap I ordered had suddenly turned into a beef teriyaki wrap that had completely fallen apart. I've ordered food from here regularly, but they've never really impressed me with their quality. This was definitely the last time I ordered anything from here.

The ladies take turns ruining the burger, squeezing all the fat and juices out of the burger and leaving it for too long, so what do you get in your bun? Tasteless, dry and hard piece of meat, unfortunately. Oh yeah fries were good. But I would train the ladies better, put your heart into your cause

You do your job very well, only the fries were fried a little too hard, which I thought was a bit less tasty, but otherwise the service is and was very good and the people are lovely. The thing is that I don't live in Zwijndrecht yet, otherwise I would have come much more often. I also visited you with a friend, her boyfriend and son, but I'm talking about a long time ago. Because the service is really very good, so otherwise no complaints.

Ze deden op de stoofvlees verse prei ringetjes mischien hun specialiteit maar ik wilde gewoon even patatje stoofvlees eten na 6 Jaar FF in NL..het was zeker niet vies!

Prima eten, snel bereid. Muziek stond erg hard waardoor het binnen eten niet zo prettig was.

Softijsje gehaald. Wat je mag verwachten van een softijsje krijg je ook.

Vriendelijke en vrolijke dame die ons had geholpen. Eten is ook prima. Heel veel verschillende hapjes hebben ze. Leuk bedacht. Wij kennen meestal alleen frikandel speciaal. Maar ze hebben daar ook een oosterse frikandel. Heel leuk bedacht.

Wat een kwalitaria. In een woord geweldig. Ik kende dit Kwalitaria helemaal niet. Kwam er toevallig terecht. Wat een lekkere maaltijd met garnalen. Vriendelijke bediening en een nette zaak.

Zeer ruime keus aan assortiment. Kwalitatief goed. Vriendelijk personeel. Mogelijkheid ter plaatse te eten. Toilet aanwezig.

Eten online besteld, werd redelijk snel bezorgd. Frites was prima, stoofvlees heel veel saus en erg weinig vlees. Kipsalade was het geld echt NIET waard. Runderreepjes teryaki was heerlijk. Ik denk niet dat we hier snel weer bestellen

Vandaag na lange tijd weer een keertje geweest. Nou, ik weet weer waarom we hier graag kwamen toen we nog 3 staten verderop woonden: de beste zelf gemaakte burgers ever! Gaan we weer vaker doen!

Altijd lekker eten en snel klaar. Aardig personeel raad deze cafetaria aan aan iedereen.

Super bediening hier. Ik werd netjes en zeer vriendelijk buiten bediend aan een tafeltje. Die ook nog eens super schoon werd opgeleverd. Het eten was er snel, en het was perfect bereid. Goed heet, en smakelijk.

Vanavond bestelling geplaatst om 18.02 uur. Er stond dat het ongeveer 40 minuten ging duren, maar binnen 13 minuten stond de bezorger voor de deur met de bestelling. De hamburgers die we besteld hadden waren flink door elkaar geschut alles zat onder de saus en 1 van de broodjes was schuin in gesneden waardoor de hamburger amper op het broodje bleef liggen. Tevens waren de hamburgers lauw tegen koud aan zelfs. Je kan me niet vertellen dat dit vers is klaar gemaakt het leek er meer op dat het al klaar stond. Erg jammer
