La Bamba 2.0 in Wijk 00 Binnensingelgebied

The food is delicious, but unfortunately there isn't always a spot to eat right outside.

Stopped here on a bike ride today, a bit early and with quite a big group. Despite that we got our orders quickly, fries were super good and service was very friendly. Very much recommended

Super tasty fries and very good prices

Delicious fries made from unpeeled, fresh potatoes. Limited seating. Standing tables.

Amazing food, absolutely delicious! 😍 This was my first time here and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent place to get some fries. They are freshly made in front of you and taste delicious. They also have a variety of sauces/toppings and the fries are available in three sizes. It’s become a tradition for me and my wife to eat there together every friday afternoon as we have come to love the place. Staff speaks Dutch, English and some German. Absolutely recommended for all!

Super nice owners, clean place, affordable and tasty food

An unfriendly employee demanded payment without even seeing the product. He became aggressive immediately.

The best fries in Enschede. Freshly cut potatoes, the right frying technique and oil temperature, and then the love put into the fry basket, and you have delicious fries. Add a snack and you can get through the day feeling good.

It was delicious, highly recommended.

Best fries in Enschede, and the service is pretty quick.

I go here so often after school or in my free time. The food is amazing, nice thick fries. Tasty sauce. But it could use a few more seats.

Delicious fries! Highly recommended!

The fries are really delicious and fresh. There's plenty of sauce, too. The Big Bamba is truly enormous; two people could easily share it. The special sauce tastes great and is topped with fresh onions. Unfortunately, there's little to no seating, so people often sit at the McDonald's tables. It's a bit pricey: €6.50 for a large bag plus €1.50 for sauce. Still, it's a bit of a nuisance when it's crowded.

Really great, arrived a little later than closing time and were still helped, super!

The fries really aren't as tasty as they used to be, too much salt. The peanut sauce is also super gross. The curry was good though. But no, unfortunately I wouldn't come again.

The most expensive and simultaneously most unappetizing fries I've ever had. They're sitting pretty heavy in my stomach now.

It was so delicious, I highly recommend it.

Best enjoyed plain, just with salt – a gourmet delight.

Quality fries, always nicely fried

Great staff, super friendly and fast service. The fries and snacks are super tasty, highly recommended!!

For the best fries in Enschede, La Bamba is an absolute must-visit!

After the fries at La Bamba in Venlo were so incredibly delicious, we absolutely had to try their Enschede location – and what can I say?! 🤩 We're completely thrilled again! The fries were once again wonderfully tasty. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A particularly nice touch: I even got my fries served in a little bowl. We'll definitely be back! ⭐️

Great staff, super friendly, and fast service. The fries and snacks are delicious. A place I definitely don't miss when I'm in town 🍟🤤

The special frikandel was delicious. Definitely worth repeating!

Delicious, with great service and helpful people!

Best fries in the region, perhaps even in the entire province. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, good quality, delicious fries.

Super sweet lady and delicious fries

We waited approximately 40 minutes for our order, but were never informed that the wait would be this long. Had we known, we would have made a different decision. Due to another appointment, we had to leave and eat somewhere else. Transparency about waiting times is essential and was missing here.

We had to wait 40 minutes for our French fries.

Unfortunately, only standing room was available. Otherwise, the food was very tasty.

The fries were absolutely delicious! All that's missing is Parmesan cheese.

Delicious fresh fries and friendly staff!!👌🏽

It's a takeaway place. The fries are freshly prepared right in front of you. Very tasty. I can recommend it. I wish there was more seating. But all in all, great.

I had homemade fries today from a curly-haired girl. I'm still savoring the experience; they were absolutely delicious. The service was friendly, and the curly-haired girl had a wonderful smile. I highly recommend it; I go here weekly now! It was so delicious!

Great fries with super friendly staff, especially the lady with the curls 😃😃 .

Deliciously crispy fries in their skins👌. The best in Enschede, freshly baked in their skins! And fast service, especially the pretty girl with the curls 🤩

Service and food top. Helped by a friendly lady with curls, great! 😉

Best fries in town! Very friendly staff too; you always get great service.

Delicious special frikandel with onions 🤠

With Dasty above the deep fryer, wait for 5 minutes when the customers have left.

The nicest, most friendly and hardworking staff at la bamba Enschede!!!

The chicken burger bun was cold. The fries weren't salty and, with ketchup and mayo on top, were very soggy.

I'm a loyal customer and eat here regularly/often. I also always go with friends or family. Normally, I'm very satisfied. But now I'd like to share my story and leave a review. P.S. I even have a La Bamba stamp card. I forgot to get it stamped a few times. I mentioned it a few times and didn't even get a few extra stamps. Which really disappointed me, a bit stingy, but oh well. Of course, I went twice recently. Both times, the lady gave me half a bag of fries, which was really poor! It's a shame, La Bamba. I was such a loyal customer, but when it happens like this, it's really a shame!

Very tasty and fresh. The sauce with mayonnaise and peanut sauce is a 10/10.

Very tasty and highly recommended for the price

Hi, we wanted croquettes and cheese assufflé. Daniel served us very nicely and friendly. He recommended a regular croquette instead of the veal croquettes, which was very well seasoned. Thank you very much, we can recommend you anytime. We'll be back.

Very tasty and fair pricing. The staff was also very nice.

Because there were lines of people waiting in front of this place two days earlier, we thought we should get fries here today. For 1 children's fries with peanut sauce and 1 medium fries with Linda sauce € 9.50!!! paid, absurd prices. We didn't think the fries were very special either, there were a lot of small pieces in them and the peanut sauce was much too thin and too sweet. Not worth repeating, Febo is tastier.

Simply the best in Enschede, perhaps also in the Netherlands.

That I haven't been here before! Delicious home-cut fries and it's even tastier with brandy mayonnaise. A bit more expensive but it is definitely worth it. Truly the best in Enschede.

It works like that.. Fries 🍟 could have used a little more.. a little soggy on the inside..

I've never eaten such fresh fries with the skin on. It was simply very tasty and there are many options for what you want on it. Very friendly staff. We would love to come back whenever we are in the Netherlands. Top 👍🏻

Fries were good in themselves but unfortunately only lukewarm and therefore a bit soggy. Unfortunately !

Real Dutch freshly made fries, also with delicious sauces. I came here by bike on a bike trip from Amsterdam to Berlin. The last good fries from NL were served here - I have never eaten such good fries in Germany. If you are in the very beautiful city center of Enschede, you should definitely eat fries here.

One of the most famous foods in the Netherlands is fried potatoes. They are delicious and delicious. I recommend trying them.

We used to visit this potato shop once a month. We experienced their delicious sauces and crispy, fresh potatoes. However, half of the large size potatoes I bought today were full of fries that had remained at the bottom of the cauldron and absorbed oil. We had a very bad experience for a business we came to fondly and trust.

The best fries in the area, made from fresh potatoes and without a long wait, for a good price.

Nice potatos, a bit on the high side, no place to eat it,when its raining you need to stand inside the shop while other customers are waiting.

I always like to eat they’re fries when in the city it’s just 50/50 if you get them delicious or not. Some know how to handle the salt to make it delicious and some think they need to melt snow instead of adding a little flavor. This time .. it was like she though there was an avalanche to melt with all the salt. Perhaps next time the salt will be more acceptable. Even the pigeons didn’t want to eat it.

Great fries made from fresh potatoes. I've never had such good fries in a snack bar. Only recommended. Inconspicuous from the outside

Girls who work there are very arrogant I had to pay 4.60 euros for a medium fries that were half full and fries were cold too I didn't dare ask for new ones because they were very arrogant I had to pay 70 cents extra for nothing I ordered medium fries with mustard and mustard sauce is not a special sauce, so what did I pay 70 cents extra for, I don't know?

Delicious snack for frikandel and fries. Fair prices

Fresh fries to go. The potatoes are cut in front of the customers. The fries are served with the skin on and are very tasty. There is a large selection of sauces. Is very centrally located. Recommended

The fries are really tasty A little too much sauce but good

I've rarely eaten such delicious fries 👍 always enjoyed it 🤩🤩🤩

The best fries in Netherland 😍😍

Mega good fries that are made from potatoes right in front of your eyes. A good selection of sauces is also offered here. I like coming here.

Mega fries, fresh, crunchy, ketchup and mayo with onions, simply mega

It's rare to find really tasty fresh fries. Others would say "Boh fries with no taste" but that's just the pure taste of a potato. There are plenty of sauces to choose from and the price is great for the quantity. Just try it out

The fries are very delicious and crunchy, the price of the extra sauce is not reasonable!

Fries are great. Made from fresh potatoes, with peel Lots of sauces to choose from. Joppie sauce is a MUST at 🍟

Incredibly delicious fries!🍟 The price = good The taste = world class The ordering system = well, but it's still quick. All in all the best shop for fries in Enschede. Sauces are great too! Portions also very good!

So delicious! Fresh and with lots of sauce! The truffle mayo was excellent. Always happy.

Place to get the best & authentic fries in Enschede. A bit more expensive than common fast food fries but worth it.

Fresh potato fries. Good portion and delicious sauce. Unfortunately there are hardly any places protected from the rain.

Super tasty fries made from fresh potatoes with skin on. There is also a large selection of sauces and a sufficiently large vegan selection. Definitely recommended...

Tasty home-made fries (not factory fries) and reasonably fast service. On busy days it may take a little longer. Too bad they don't have the Zaanse mayonnaise as a choice. No place to sit unfortunately.

The Fries here are really good!! Very crispy and crunchy, the staff is always helpful with everything i need. In my opinion the best Fries in Enschede.

Vendors there looks like they are captives and working for 5 cents per hour. Just quit your job if you hate that much.

They make very good french fries in the Netherlands

Prices are too high in my opinion...

Give 5.9 euros of fries half the bag, super too salty.

Fresh, good fries, always great, no matter when.

Delicious fries 🍟 a real “secret”. Price/performance perfectly fine. The sizes are totally fine for the price.

Nice little place with French fries specialty. Very welcoming and customer oriented personal. Will gladly come again !

Tasty food, fries are fresh, not frozen, chicken burger and nuggets are just pieces of meat 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 much better and healthier then mcDonalds or KFC. €€

Ein echt cooles Geschäftsmodell. Beste Pommes ever.

Very good food made with fresh potatoes.

Die Pommes sind sehr lecker. Das Personal ist freundlich.

The best friet ever tried in the Netherlands, always fresh and delicious , very advisable

I liked the fries from unpeeled potatoes. The price is little high and staff little too busy with themselves, service attitude can be improved

Zollstock altijd erg lecker frietjes

Selbst gemachte Pommes, soweit lecker, aber der Laden in der Gasse zwischen Primarkt und dem altem Rathaus, ist besser!
