The food is really tasty and the price super convenient for Amsterdam. The ingredients are all fresh and taste amazing. Definitely recommended for a nice sandwich or kosher plate if you're in the area!

We were biking all around Amsterdam, and stopping here for lunch was a great highlight. Three months later, my son is still talking about his delicious schnitzel sandwich, and my pargiyot sandwich was also special. Everything was perfectly cooked and exploded with flavor. Next time we're in town, we'll be back!

They have Limited choices to show off their incredible skills in making the traditional Israeli food. My kids, wife and myself enjoyed every bite and wished we had more room to have more. It was more than reasonable and would love to come back again to meet a family away from home.

Had schnitzel plate. The salads chips and pitta were great. Particularly the salads. However the schnitzel was a bit overcooked and dry. The staff member also gave a feeling that I was not welcome.

Ordered - they didn’t include a single one of the 5 add-ons and condiments I paid for. Just got a tiny dry chicken schnitzel challah bread without sauce. Also managed to out wrong sauce on my fries. Guess they really didn’t give a damn… given this cost almost 30€ excluding delivery fees I’d say it’s worth being annoyed about

We ate at La Biss after looking for a kosher restaurant and enjoyed every bite! We ordered schnitzel with challah (which reminded us of home) and chicken in an excellent baguette.. The attitude of the owner of the place was warm and we really felt at home.. Highly recommend!!

Extremely expensive for mediocre food. Small portions, not tasty, disappointing hummus, schnitzel was OK. Cannot understand how they can charge so much for this. First and last time for us unfortunately.

So yeah I have been there before during walks through De Pijp at the spot itself the food is great, so my review is only for the delivery option they have. I just ordered through Uber Eats and it was terrible. I paid extra money for four ingredients (tomatoes, schug, amba and onions), none of them to be found in the sandwich. The bread was all soaky. They put in the same bag as the mineral water which was ice cold (the only good thing), but because of that the bread was ice cold itself as well.

Food was good the first time I came here and the female blond cook was nice. The second time there was extremely rude service from one young male cook. I am a person of colour, I wonder why they were so rude……WHY are you in Amsterdam if you can’t handle diversity and be nice to everyone. First, he was unfriendly as soon as I walked in, as if I pissed him off by wanting to order food. Then, corrects my pronunciation as if I was intentionally doing it wrong. Meanwhile, another customer also pronounces the word wrong and surprise! No correction, and the other customer was NOT a person of colour. At the end, he gives me the pita in a little paper and I asked “Do you have a bag”? And the little genius had the nerve to say “It’s already in a bag”. In what world is it acceptable to talk to customers this way?? Just do your job?? If I have to pay extra for the bag, then fine, but don’t have an attitude simply for asking a question. The first time I came here, the woman had no issue giving me my food in a bag, before I even asked. So incredibly rude. I would suggest firing this little boy. I can’t even eat the food now because of my experience there, makes me want to throw up. Many other KIND Israeli food places in Amsterdam to go to.

Amazing schnitzel in pita! served cut when you have that in a pita and its crispy, full of genuine flavour, done with austerity, dedication, love and the typical know how you can only find in Jerusalem. But now the Pipe as well. Also the pita in La Biss is the real deal! Which is a rare advantage if u like real Pitas.
