La Dolce Vita Heemskerk in Wijk 05 Poelenburg en Oosterzij

Just ordered a three-course meal, the carpaccio was brown, smelled absolutely awful, and tasted just as bad. The pizza was cold, which I can understand since I live a village away. The tiramisu was frozen in the middle and tasted sour. So I called the restaurant normally and told them what the problem was. The guy went completely berserk and told me to just speak his language. I'm definitely going to avoid this restaurant. That's why I have to give it one star, but I don't think it even deserves one.

We ended up here by chance because we were with a group of nine and the nearby restaurants were completely empty. Upon entering, the atmosphere isn't particularly inviting, but it is clean and tidy. The service is certainly good, and the owners' direct engagement is a real plus. One of us ordered the Milano pizza, which the chef considered an excellent choice, and he even brought it personally, complimenting us on the choice 😃. Then the food. Aside from the fact that the rolls weren't warm (not necessary, but it tastes better) and that not everything on the menu was available anymore (the Pizza/Pasta le Dolce Vita wasn't), the food was excellent! It's something to get really excited about! Simple but well-prepared with fresh ingredients, not too greasy, simply delicious. And the portions were certainly sufficient for an average eater. Afterwards, the only dessert available was the Tiramisu from the already limited selection of two. The Armenian pastry had already been eaten on Friday 😕 The Tiramisu was considered very delicious. Afterward, the owner/chef even came with a drink for the road, a nice and personal gesture. All in all, there are a few minor things that could be improved, hence 'only' 4 stars. Still, I gave it a 5-star review based on the goodwill! Thank you for your hospitality! 🙏

The pizza and service were very good. The atmosphere was okay, but the strong garlic smell... well, we drove to the hotel and immediately had to put our clothes in the laundry. If you like that smell... as mentioned, the pizza and service were great. No German spoken. Only Dutch, English, and Russian.

A lovely little restaurant. Due to circumstances, there was only one person serving, who also had to handle deliveries, so the owner pitched in. The pizza, lasagna, and garlic mushrooms were delicious. The desserts were sold out, but that didn't spoil the fun.

I recently got takeout from this restaurant, and I really enjoyed it. The pasta was a very nice and generous portion, and the pizzas were also delicious. The food was ready on time, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended!

The first two times, I was satisfied. The third time, things were missing from the pizza. The fourth time, the delivery was again terrible, and the pizzas were burnt black on the edges and had a base thinner than a sheet of paper. No more Dolce Vita for me.

A truly delicious Italian restaurant with great, friendly service and a very cheerful chef in the kitchen. The air was a bit stuffy, but we could overlook that. We left the place full and in a good mood—exactly what we wanted.

La dolce vita consists of great super friendly people who prepare the food with love. You can taste this. The pizzas (especially pepperoni or milano) and pastas (especially carbonara and campionella) are highly recommended! If you are hungry, do not hesitate to order here. The atmosphere is very casual and familiar. You will receive a warm welcome and your order will be taken quickly and served within a reasonable time. I had a pizza Milano and my daughter pasta pesto. We both had a really good meal. The products were fresh and full of flavor. Pizza base thin and freshly topped. I know the lasagna here is also very tasty. Even when I was in the car back home, I still enjoyed the aftertaste in my mouth. I would like to come here again.

Great meal! I happened to be in the area and saw this business on Maps, and they were immediately helped when I called to place an order. Once we arrived at the location, we were greeted very cheerfully by the staff. The pizzas were delicious and nice and large. Definitely recommended!

Had a bite to eat here after the F1 in Zandvoort. Even though it was a bit later, we were warmly welcomed. Hardworking and very friendly staff, with good pizzas. Choice is not huge in terms of drinks (Cola, Fanta, Spa red and Spa blue).

After we were turned away by the Italian restaurant in Uitgeest, we ended up at this restaurant. The hostess was super friendly and we were helped quickly. The choice was very large, just like the pizzas that appeared. The food was excellent. We received a tourist tip from the hostess, since we were on holiday here. When we left, our two children got rocket ice cream because it was so hot. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come here again! (Maybe I just missed some music or something inside.)

Picked up pasta here for the second time and it was super tasty again! The portions are more than enough for a big eater and we even got a super tasty Italian salad for Father's Day. The husband and wife of the restaurant are also very friendly and the quality of the food is superb!

Unfortunately, I was treated very rudely when my husband had the wrong pizza. That was the last time. When we ate there we kept arguing in the kitchen. Not so nice.

Beste restaurant. Wekelijks kom ik hier eten, kom ik het afhalen of laat ik het bezorgen. Het eten is altijd geweldig lekker en vers. Daarbuiten zijn de eigenaren altijd gezellig en wordt alles met liefde bereid. Nergens zal het beter smaken dan hier. Iedereen wordt met open armen ontvangen en de eigenaresse denkt graag met je mee naar een goede keuze. Bij twijfel dus zeker hier bestellen!!

Enorm lekker, verse groenten en vlees. En goede deeg voor pizza.

Kom hier al ruim vijf jaar, ik ken geen betere plek dan hier. Het eten is heerlijk, en de bazen zijn enorme schatten. Ben echt blij dat ik het hier gevonden heb.

Simple pizza place. The owner was polite and spoke English. The pizza was good for the price point, though it had a little much garlic oil. The seating area is very dark, you will usually want to order for delivery or takeaway.
