We spontaneously decided to eat there. We called ahead, reserved a table (which you should do even in November), and received a warm welcome. Great crispy pizza and homemade pasta. A lovely, uncomplicated evening.

We had a wonderful meal at a true Italian restaurant. The people there were incredibly friendly. The five of us started with bread, bruschetta, and carpaccio. Then we each chose our own pizza. Finally, we were offered a limoncello on the house. Looking for pizza in Zandvoort? Now you know where to go! Highly recommended.

Been there during the F1 Dutch GP Weekend, preferably call to book in advance but you can wait less than 10 min and having a table. Food 10/10, incredible service and ambience during the GP Weekend.

The food (pizza and pasta) was freshly prepared, and the pizza had plenty of toppings. After ordering, it took about 10 minutes for the hot food to arrive. For our personal taste, it could have been a bit more seasoned...but that's purely a matter of taste. The seating was great, and the service was also prompt!

The pizzas were okay—not particularly good, but not bad either. What was truly subpar, however, was the service. Yes, the restaurant was full, but you shouldn't make your guests wait 30 minutes to order. Also, the cutlery was forgotten.

We had two fantastic meals with the family. The food is perfectly prepared, authentically delicious, comfortable seating, and child-friendly. We tried various pastas and pizzas, but the quality was simply excellent! If we're ever in the area, definitely worth a visit!

The pasta was completely tasteless and overcooked, the salad was poorly prepared and didn't seem fresh. Even worse: Shortly after eating, I got stomach cramps that lasted all night – including severe diarrhea. I can't say if it was due to poor hygiene, but something like that rarely happens to me. La Fontanella simply serves good food. My husband and I ate there twice and would certainly have gone back if we hadn't left. I highly recommend the Tagliatelle alla Romana (the best I've ever eaten). But otherwise, we only saw good things that were served. Whether it's pizza or pasta, you won't be disappointed here. Reservations are recommended; we only ordered a takeaway pizza the first time and then decided to eat there again the next evening. Super friendly and personable service, the pasta and pizza were excellent. They were flexible about my request to leave out the ham on the pizza and charged less for the pizza accordingly! The tiramisu was truly outstanding! The best we've ever eaten - we absolutely recommend it!

JULY 2023 This long-established restaurant, which moved to a beautiful downtown location a few years ago, offers delicious cuisine and large portions at good value for money, as well as a highly recommended red wine (Babera). The staff at this family-run restaurant are very friendly, and the wine prices are reasonable. We were extremely satisfied!

I ate Aglio e Olio with Peperocino. Neither the olive oil nor the garlic was particularly good, but both were very, very good. The garlic was cut very unevenly. The Peperocino didn't even taste like peppers. Unfortunately the noodles were cooked a little too long. There was some parsley. No spices - which is okay if the remaining ingredients were of better quality. After the service staff sent the food back, the same plate came back with slightly burnt garlic, spaghetti sticking together but better peporocino. In summary: Unfortunately the ingredients were of poor quality. The service tried very hard to compensate for the “mistakes”. They were very friendly and offered us a drink as compensation.

The food was quite okay. The quantity was okay, but the taste was bland, not bad, but not good either. None of our four dishes convinced us. The ambience was also fine. Shrink-wrapped menus served as place mats, which unfortunately isn't particularly stylish. The furniture and other decorations were okay. The service was bad. We had to wait a few minutes for our table, which was assigned to us by the waiter, to be wiped down. However, the crumbs were pushed back and forth rather than actually removed. After some time, the drink orders were finally taken. Small 0.2 l bottles were then served. That's not really enough to quench your thirst. After about 20 minutes we had to say that we wanted to order because no one came to our table. When the food was finally brought, it was only mediocre at best. We then had to wait a long time to pay. One had the feeling that the staff was overwhelmed and no one really felt responsible; and that even though not even half of the tables were occupied.

Rarely have I eaten such good food. One of the best Italian restaurants there is. Not only are the owners super friendly and accommodating (also Italian (?)), but also the ambience and the service and price performance are a hit. Within a few minutes we had delicious bread on the table with a dip on the house and then our orders a few minutes later. These were not only visually very well prepared, but the taste was also unsurpassable. Thank you for the great stay and much success for the future. Keep it up.

The two of us went here for dinner last night. I had a Pizza Pazza and was extremely satisfied, pizza like it should be at an Italian restaurant. Nice, thin dough that was perfectly topped and prepared to perfection. My girlfriend had a mixed salad and spaghetti aglio et olio and just raved about it. Service was absolutely attentive and friendly! We'd love to come back!

We have had the best pasta from an Italian restaurant here in many years!! The pizza the other evening was also tasty but not quite as great as the pasta. We didn't try dessert. Bread for starters with dip is over the top delicious. The staff is multilingual, friendly and attentive. Classic Italian atmosphere with Ferrari decorations on the wall ;) The owners and employees are partly Italian themselves. Gladly again:)

Had a green salad as a starter, spaghetti frutti di mare, 1 beer and 1 glass of white wine. The food was very good, the green salad a bit too expensive. Some parmesan was charged extra. Does it have to? Spaghetti was perfect and overall it was very good. I don't want to complain any further about the prices. I'm a little older and maybe a little out of time.

We love the Italian restaurant in Zandvoort, we eat there whenever we are nearby. You could actually tell it was our tribe of Italians. We love it there. The only thing that bothers me is the small drink bottles, but that's probably standard now

This restaurant is located in the heart of Zandvoort where we had a fantastic meal. Plenty of variety and it's all excellent. Just like the wines, well varied and all of excellent quality. You can eat the usual courses: Starter (Anti Pasto), the first dish (Primo) which consists of pasta and the second dish (Secondo) where you can choose from meat or fish. Of course you can order less because the portions are quite large. Pizzas are also made there and are also very tasty. The service is excellent, I can't say anything else. The owner couple are both from Italy, the staff is also largely from Italy and that really gives an Italian atmosphere, which I greatly appreciate.

Pizza was a solid 7/10, however, Pasta was hardly seasoned. Service was awful, waited 20min after finished our first round of Drinks.

Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. As a starter we had a Buratta salad (this was only served to us when we asked for the main course), Pizza 4 Cheese (it was what it was supposed to be but the taste was a 2), Tortellini AllPanna (you could literally count the tortellinis on one hand, taste wise). It wasn't good either, we don't know where the price of 16€ came from), pizza salami (we ordered more because the tortellini, as written above, was only a morsel and tasted like the 4 cheese pizza). The waitresses were never attentive, and things weren't going well for the other guests either. Left €70 for two people for such a bad meal. Can't understand the other recessions I can't recommend it more!
