La Mama in Wijk 00

Our food was too cold and inedible. Pizzas were missing ingredients like gorgonzola and egg. The crust felt just like a slice of bread. Only half of the pasta was in the container. The delivery person was 40 minutes late. And now you pay 4.40 in delivery fees. And if you call to ask where your food is, they don't know you. Even though we have been ordering for years! I don't want anything from la mama like this anymore.

Tried La Mama again, now that they're getting better reviews. Well, we won't be doing that again. The pizza was undercooked and therefore a swamp. The shawarma was supermarket quality. The sauces weren't delivered. Thrown the biggest part away.

Jeez, how long can it take you?!?!?!? A delivery person on a bike or something????? Damn, these people really take ages if you want something delivered… pfffffff

I waited almost two hours for my pizza, and on top of that, my pizza was lukewarm; I had to heat it up myself. The website states that you get a 10% discount on all pizzas and pastas, but this was not the case for me either. When I asked about it, the answer I received was, "I don't know either." This is so bad. In the beginning, I was full of praise and the food was good, but now this has completely missed the mark. No more La Mama for us!

Ordered from La Mamma 3 years ago, terrible.. Had to wait a very long time and the food was cold... Had a second chance now, but disappointing again. No gorgonzola on the pizza, even though we had requested it, and the potato slices were lukewarm / cold. This was / is the last time we will order anything there.... If we go to Winschoten for a pizza, it is still nice and warm... We live in Pekela, so surely you should be able to expect hot food... Never La Mamma again for us...........

You place an order of 40 euros, including 2 platters and a bambino pizza. The pizza is not sliced ​​(as requested), there is no salami on it, and we only received shawarma and vegetables without slices. We had to wait another 45 minutes for that after calling twice more. Negative points La Mama, no compensation has been offered yet. Last time ordering from you, such a shame!

Received the wrong order. It happens, but you hope it's resolved properly. Our order was supposed to be delivered, and we were allowed to keep the other incorrectly delivered item. Our order arrived at 7:15. The food was barely warm, and the potato slices were dry and cold. Six bags of potatoes were thrown away. The salad had no dressing. No apology, no compensation for the inconvenience. Extremely poor service.

Terrible restaurant!!! After three hours, we canceled our order. We called several times to ask where it was. We were told the delivery was on its way. We then rescheduled for a hot meal within half an hour. They missed that again. We canceled the order and ordered food elsewhere. And then the doorbell rang. We sent them away with the food. Now we're going through the whole ordeal with Thuiszorg (Home Delivery) to get our money back. In short: never order from La Mama.

Waited well over 2 hours for our pizzas. 1 salami and 1 carbonara special for €14. Called at 7:00 PM to ask if the order had gone through. The lady on the phone said they were on their way. They were delivered at 7:32 PM and, just as I feared, they weren't very warm anymore. But sorry, the pizza looks terrible and really wasn't tasty. Such a shame.

Have it delivered, yes it is busy and you have to make do with it

Had food delivered last night. We are usually satisfied with the food. Ordered pasta carbonara and it was floating in liquid... Called and it was resolved immediately. New pasta delivered and was delicious. The delivery was super fast this time, it also depends on what time you have it delivered.

"in the past" La Mama was good. Today we ordered and 1 dish and part of another dish were missing. The (that's what it sounded like) young lady on the phone was not very friendly but sounded rather bored. There was no apology. The delivery person brought the missing dish after an hour, also without apology. We certainly understand that such things happen, no problem, but an apology is at least appropriate. The food itself was also not nearly as tasty as what we know from La Mama. All in all made us decide not to order here again unfortunately

Just placed an order via thuisbezorgt. It says it failed so I do it again and it says it failed again. I see on my bill that it has been deducted twice and then I call them and they just hang up again. I will never order from here again!!!!!

Very disappointing, dry cold shoarma, 2 small pieces of spare ribs also cold, but high price. I was very satisfied before but this is now the 3rd time that it is disappointing so we are looking for another.

Ordered pizza at work. Man, what a terrible pizza. The base and crust were hard and very chewy. Way too much grated cheese on top. It shouldn't be called pizza. It was good and delivered on time.

Ordered spareribs for the first time. Very satisfied! Spicy and sweet, very well marinated. Absolutely value for money!

Worthless company doesn't get what you order

You have to wait 1.5 hours for your food. Then you also receive the wrong order. Waste of our money. It looked more like a supermarket pizza, very hard and not tasty.

Previously the shawarma was delicious... But the last 2 times it was seriously unpalatable! Today the shawarma was thrown in the trash. Very greasy and soggy, it just made me gag! No, never here again! Waste of money. Now just make a sandwich.

Usually the food is good, but you can't watch the time lately. You can also mention in advance that it will take 2 hours for your food. Even the pasta is still cold, luckily new pekela can also be ordered from Veendam

Got some really nice spare ribs tonight and were kindly helped by the La Mama employees!!! Two sweet and two spicy, super tender ribs and wonderfully prepared. Tasty, spicy potato slices and fresh salad. Definitely worth repeating (again) 😋. Our compliments to the employees of La Mama 👌🏼

It's a shame that you can't put things together yourself

Enjoyed a delicious, fresh pizza on Sunday evening. Orders are being processed continuously, so more people around here seem to appreciate a good pizza!

Ordered food and picked it up, unfortunately there is an error on the menu which means there is cheese/cream sauce in the dish and this is not stated. Of course we called and from what I read in several responses here, the response was predictive... apparently it was our problem. Finally, someone else ate my dish and it turned out to be fried. Very poor service, not customer/solution oriented at all. We won't come here again

I had a delicious meal and it was delivered on time

Ordered food from this restaurant tonight and it took over an hour and a half before it finally arrived. The pizza was cold upon arrival. Pizza was also not cut and looked like someone didn't feel like doing their job at all. Definitely not recommended for ordering

Order regularly, delicious dishes. We were able to pick up our order in a short time today. Once home, the order turned out to be wrong; Received doner instead of chicken fillet and with vegetables when it should have been without. Called to ask how this could be resolved, but of course mistakes can happen. They couldn't bring it for another hour and there was no excuse. The girl on the phone said that we should be happy that we were getting new ones for free that we actually paid for ourselves. In addition, there was a dirty edge to the garlic sauce containers.

Super tasty spareribs. Highly recommended. Chef Berry and Tinus are also great. The craftsmanship, the taste. The experience. Everything is correct. The finesse with which the ribs are prepared is excellent and unique in its kind. These spareribs stand head and shoulders above the competition. 10 out of 10, only praise and compliments about the way these Spareribs are prepared. I suspect that these spare ribs are in the top 5 of the best spare ribs in the Netherlands.

Dirty pizzas that taste like salt. Took 1 hour for it to arrive, never ordered from here again

Eten was heel lekker, hele nette ,schone pizzeria, al zou je dat niet zeggen als je aan komt rijden buiten. Parkeerplaats is niet uitnodigend.

Normaal gesproken tevreden, maar vandaag was dramatisch daarom twee sterren. Na twee uur wachten gebeld, er werd verteld dat het bonnetje er niet meer hing dus dat betekende dat de bezorger er elk moment er kon zijn. Na een half uur toch maar weer gebeld. Er was een fout in de bezorging. Uiteindelijk om het geld terug gevraagd. Er werd geen excuses aangeboden door de dame achter de telefoon en daarna werd de telefoon gewoon opgehangen. De bezorger kwam het geld terug brengen en bood wel zijn excuses aan. Erg jammer dit allemaal.

Rond half zes eten besteld, de dame van La Mama vertelde dat het streven was om de bestelling binnen een uur af te leveren. Na ongeveer een uur en kwartier gebeld waar de bestelling bleef, het antwoord was, ik kijk even, wat is het adres en huisnummer, dat werd doorgegeven en het antwoord was, de bestelling is onderweg. Na nog ruim een kwartier wachten nog niets. Weer gebeld, ook nu weer werd er gezegd uw bestelling is onderweg. En zowaar na een kwartier kwam de bezorger op de fiets met de bestelling, koude pizza en gebakken aardappelen. Één keer maar nooit meer.

Goeie maar bezorgen in veendam zal chill zijn

Heerlijk eten en netjes stipt op tijd bezorgt, maar het is erg vet. Het zou niet overbodig zijn iets minder olie te gebruiken. Maar ga voor de rest zo door!

2 pizza's laten bezorgen, vlotte bediening en erg lekkere pizza's en geen natte pizzabodem zoals vaak bij bezorgde pizza's.

Verkeerde pizza's bezorgt telefoon ligt naast de haak ga je er heen om te zeggen dat het niet goed is je wel hoor is wel goed ik hun menu er bij gepakt Oh Ja togh niet vervolgens krijg je gelukkig wel nieuwe pizza's Maar niet 1 keer sorry we maken een nieuwe of sorry neem plaats we lossen het op ze roepen wat na de pizza bakker en dat is het klantvriendelijkheid kunnen ze nog wel wat van leren voorlopig de laatste keer word als hond behandeld

Heerlijke gerechten die echt allemaal erg lekker zijn. Geen overdreven prijzen en zeker één van de beste in de buurt. Aanrader dus.

Heerlijke pizza's en heerlijke soep. En daarna was het ook nog heel gezellig.😏

Geen alcoholische drankjes en geen toetjes. Maar wel heerlijk eten, heel veel keuze en vriendelijk personeel. Er is een afhaalmogelijkheid en bezorgservice.

Eten is goed maar zou het fijn vinden als er even gebeld wordt of het eerder bezorgd kan worden of als het iets later komt dat is wat ik nog mis

Kwaliteit van het eten was prima. Toch een kanttekening n.l. de hygiëne en Covid preventie werden nauwelijks nageleefd. Kennissen werden begroet en gekust en vervolgens werd er verder gewerkt zonder het reinigen van handen.

Meer een afhaal restaurant. Zou er niet zo met de familie gaan zitten qua entourage. Het eten is erg lekker en niet duur. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Vaker hier besteld. Lekkere verse pizza's, aardappel schijfjes lekker knapperig en goed gekruid. Jammer geen volkoren pasta gerechten en wijn.

Anderhalv uur wachten op eten is het er is het koud, zoveelste keer al. Loatste keer west met die grapn mokkers!!

Altijd lekker en goed eten. Meestal is de bezorging ook op tijd.

Meerdere keren gebeld om te reserveren, maar wordt gewoon niet opgenomen. Naar een uur maar gewoon besloten heen te gaan om te kijken of er plek is. Pizza is wel heel lekker.

Helemaal goed. De Spare Ribs zijn lekker! Aanrader!
