Broad menu that takes intolerances/allergens into account. Clean kitchen and helpful staff. Vegan cupcake is very tasty, airy and not too sweet and the blue Pea latte with coconut milk is recommended for a change! In addition, the food and drinks are attractively presented, there is a relaxed atmosphere and there is an opportunity to work behind your laptop with a socket in some places. Highly recommended ;)

Recommended child-friendly café in the center of Schiedam with surprisingly delicious vegan baked goods. You will receive an excellent welcome in a relaxed atmosphere. Some tables are also equipped with a socket, if you want to work there on your laptop. If you happen to be shopping in Schiedam, this rest stop is definitely worth a visit.

Super nice place and especially a very nice study and workplace now with the new sofas and chairs that are more comfortable than the old ones :) the owners, husband and wife, are also super friendly and social. They know a lot about coffee and have a wide range of coffee and syrups as well as vegan milk. In addition, they make all pastries and cakes fresh on a daily basis. Highly recommended. It's also nice that they have coffee to go, for when I don't have time to sit there, that I can still take a latte with coconut milk and popcorn syrup.

Nice and quiet cup of coffee on Saturday morning, very friendly staff and soothing background music in a very nicely decorated "coffee house", that's how I want to start every day. Delicious cappuccino (to-go also possible!) Conclusion?? Definitely recommended, so just try it once!!! Photo ; Granola bowl, soy yogurt with strawberry-banana-blueberry... Also highly recommended!!

Very cute place for delicious coffee and pastries, and much more. Delicious cakes, cappuccino was delicious. Super nice people too! Apparently they also have a lot of things for breakfast/lunch, and a good variety of teas! Very nice that they have a play corner. It is also very spacious inside, which you may not expect when you walk/drive past it. Recommended!!! If you park in the parking garage of the passage, the first hour is free :).

Only had an iced coffee here. When you enter it is already nicely decorated If you walk further to the back you will come to a nice seating area where you can sit comfortably.

The company has been taken over by someone else. As a result, a number of things have changed. In the past, everything was vegetarian and sugar-free. Now there are more options on the menu. Like a single dish of meat. Unfortunately, all sugar-free options are gone. And is shocked with regular cola and apple juice. Furthermore, it has become slightly more expensive. But that could also be due to inflation.

A place with many different choices, and very nice owners

Kid friendly, fresh cookies and cakes, friendly owners, and an overall cozy spot. Huge added bonus that their terrace borders a playground, so parents can relax and enjoy a delicious coffee while kiddos play. Really can’t recommend this place enough!

Too bad it was taken over! We miss the tasty organic apple juice and now got the cheapest wholesale apple juice. Pastries are no longer what they used to be and the menu is also a bit less. Iced coffee turned out to be a frappuccino and when we asked, we got a strange response. We miss the old Latte Heart!

My second living room with delicious coffee, cookies and cakes! And super fun: instead of a paper cup, you can also rent a regular “cup” for your coffee to go. If you return it you will get your “rent” back. So sit in the (winter) sun.

Superb nice staff with delicious cake and coffee that energised me! Was explained the whipped cream used in the cake is without sugar and used some rose water which makes me like the cake even more! Lovely back garden to sit in, also the interior is nice looking you can also see how they make the cake. A perfect stop before diving into the Genever museum.

We were going to have coffee at Latte Heart Coffee & Cakes. After all the fantastic reviews we read, this really had to happen during our visit to Schiedam. It wasn't busy. There was a young man standing behind the coffee machine. Next to him the choice of cakes. We already chose what we wanted to eat with our coffee. When we entered, one of the female employees was talking animatedly with a young couple with a baby. We were not welcomed by either the young man or the lady. No boo or yuck. Ok, then sit down and wait for someone to take your order. Wait, nothing happens. Customers at the counter who come in later and are helped. One of us goes to the toilet. Even when we visit the toilet, no one comes to our table, no eye contact, the employee is now standing 2 meters from us behind the bar, no "we'll be with you shortly". Nothing to show that we are welcomed as a customer. If you can't even do that anymore, close the tent. Bah!!!!!

Latte Heart is such a nice place in Schiedam! I like to come here for a good coffee for which they don't buy the first best bean, but really pay attention to it. Emma also makes the tastiest vegan pastries! I recently needed a cake super last minute and they were even able to arrange that for me. That's what they call service... 😍

What a cozy spot in the center of Schiedam! Loads of vegan brunch options including American pancakes, delicious and healthy juices and some vegan pastries. They serve good coffee, you can sit inside or outside and staff is friendly.

When I visit my girlfriend, we always meet here first to have a cup of coffee and a cake. They have good coffee and the homemade cakes are delicious! We will try lunch on our next visit and we are confident that it would be just as delicious.

Went to Latte Heart for the first time, it was worth repeating. Nice atmosphere, nice ladies and a delicious cappuccino. The banana bread was just cut in the open kitchen and was still warm. How fresh can you have it... We will definitely come again back.😋👍

Have ordered from here a few times. The food and drinks arrive packed perfectly at the best temperature and freshness. Love all the plant based options and the little text messages and notes scribbled on the packaging. All items I've tried taste nice. Will visit in person soon.

Upon entering, we doubted whether we were going in, as it seemed quite dark due to the closed curtains at the back. In the end we were very positively surprised by the small outdoor area and the delicious food. Recommended for anyone who wants to have lunch in Schiedam.

This place is so cozy, homey and welcoming. The food is amazing and I think they make their cakes there too. What surprised me the most was the variety of drinks they have. They are not so common at other places, although I wished they were. For example, we had a “dirty chai” which is chai with a shot of espresso and a beetroot late. They also offer plant-based milk, which is a big plus :D The service was amazing and the people working there are really friendly. If you’re around the area I recommend that you go there ;) I’ve read in other reviews that they have problems with the printed menus, but honestly I think it adds to the charm of the place.

Best cakes and coffees in Schiedam.

Vorige week voor het eerst eindelijk naar binnen bij Latte Heart. Schattig lunchtent gerund door moeder-dochter duo. Het oogt er ‘gezellig rommelig’ waardoor er een huiskamergevoel ontstaat. Lunchkaart is niet heel ruim, maar bevat wel een aantal goeie klassiekers. Wat mij betreft mag er zeker wat meer samenhang zijn tussen de gerechten. Ze lijken nu enigszins lukraak te zijn gekozen. We hebben de American pancakes met blauwe bessen en de scrambled eggs toast besteld. De American pancakes waren aan de dunne kant en dus zeker niet ‘American’. Er mag volgende keer een extra eetlepel beslag bij. Scrambled eggs was perfect luchtig. Gerechten waren niet super bijzonder, maar smaakten prima. Wel zou ik adviseren de porties iets ruimer te maken of de prijs wat te verlagen. Advies voor de dames is om nog te letten op de hygiene. Vanuit onze tafel kon ik duidelijk zien hoe de eigenaresse tijdens het bakken van een taart met haar vinger in de beslagkom zat en vervolgens aan haar vingers zat te likken. Nodigt absoluut NIET uit om een stukje taart te eten.!!! Jammer als je juist bekend bent om je taarten. Verder was de zaak schoon en bediening vriendelijk. Latte Heart heeft zeker potential om een hippe lunchtent te worden, maar men zal nog eerst de puntjes op de i moeten zetten.

Wat een leuk zaakje! Het is een perfecte spot om even tot jezelf te komen. Bediening laat je lekker zitten, maar houdt wel contact. Ze hebben heerlijk huisgemaakte gebak met daarbij alle soorten koffies en diverse theetjes. Je krijgt hier een huiselijk gevoel. Op elke tafel staat weer wat ander. Bij ons toevallig een houte 3D puzzel, erg grappig! Ik kom hier zeker nog een terug voor een zo'n goeie kop koffie!

Today I went with a friend for the first time and it is such a nice place with a wonderful atmosphere. I went for the tiramisu cake and a cappuccino and they were excellent. The coffee was full of flavor and the cake was simply delicious!! I am so curious about their other delicacies, I will definitely come back for this. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great coffee corner!! A true asset to Schiedam!!

Een fijne nieuwe zaak in Schiedam waar je terecht kunt voor koffie, thee, gebak en lunch. Alles komt vers uit eigen keuken en wordt met liefde bereid. Ook kun je er honing kopen van Schiedamse bijen, vaak zelfs live geslingerd in de zaak. Vriendelijke bediening en je kunt er ook fijn werken als je dat zou willen. Lunchtip: brood met geitenkaas, aardbeien en honing.
