Heartily enjoyed their rendition of pulpo de gallega. The host was very accomodating and suggested fitting wines. Very welcoming mixed warm cultural and upcoming neighborhood, where little Berlin meets little Ankara.

I had the pleasure of dining at Le Vieux Jean Nour last night, and would give it ten stars if the rating system allowed. The food was beyond superb; the atmosphere was elegantly relaxed; the chefs were having fun while working hard to make the meals; and they introduced me even to my new favourite song which I am now still humming the tune of. Do not miss this restaurant if you are in the North of Rotterdam. I’m already looking forward to the next time.

Just dropped by for some food by chance. Luckily still a single seat available. It was amazing, the best street food style food I had in times. Was amazed to find they serve their own distilled liquors as well! Highly recommended!

Wandering around the northern neighborhoods of Rotterdam, we were just looking for a quick bite to grab. Unexpectedly in between some typical ‘local’ shops, we found a genuine diamond in the rough. For a real good price the chefs will feast your tastebuds like Mexicans do on tacos. Definitely stop by for a quick bite, or join the owners for a perfect matching glass of wine!

Called beforehand to see if they also served vegetarian food. They did. Had the most amazing haloumi burger I ever! I am no expert when it comes to wine, but the Malbec they suggested went very well with the food. Staying in Rotterdam for two more nights, and will definitely visit this place again before I head back home! :)
