The lady who works in the morning is friendly and very fast. Very convenient, especially for people in a hurry to catch their train. Surprisingly good by Dutch standards! ☺️

Got a chicken and rice box but the chicken was rotten. We couldn't complain or ask for a refund because we had to catch our train. Avoid this place.

I wish I had read the other negative reviews before deciding to eat here with my partner. The service was unpleasant from the start. When I ordered a cheeseburger, the waiter kept making unnecessary remarks about it being vegan. This was not relevant to my order and only made the experience more uncomfortable. A clear and polite question would have been far more appropriate. When our food arrived, we were both shocked. My burger was drowned in sauce, the quality of the ingredients was cheap, and the overall meal was very disappointing. For €23.61, this felt like a complete rip-off. I have reported this to NS Utrecht, because I strongly believe that train travelers deserve much better food and customer service than what is currently being offered here. This place feels more like a trap for hungry travelers than a proper restaurant.

Too small in portion. I ordered a Cesar chicken burger, and it looks nothing like the menu, just a shrunk version only enough to feed little babies… not worth 8 euros. Every time I order here, the portion appears very small, doesn’t give off sincerity.

We purchased takeaway organic coffee, tea and croissants and pastries. The coffee was fantastic, the food was fresh and we experienced excellent service.

The best vegan options in Utrecht Centraal. Healthy and tasty. I like the falafel wrap and will go for the beans with rice on occasion. I also like the green smoothy a lot, though the portion size is small. One time recently waiting time was really long - so I went for the slaw (salad), which was good.

I used to love coming here for the dark chocolate porridge. That’s off the menu. But the thing that is the worst is the shocking service. The staff are unbelievably rude. IF they have the food you want, IF they can be bothered to serve you then it’ll take so long for the food to arrive you will miss your train.

The only thing that’s ever good at Leon is their halloumi wrap which is periodically sold out… The rest don’t bother trying it’s disappointing. Who makes up these recipes? It’s not difficult!

The chicken nuggets were delicious, once we ordered a barbecue sauce next to it and another day aioli sauce. Aioli was surprisingly good and fitted to chicken. Unfortunately we’v gotten only one minuscule container of aioli to 10 nuggets whilst the other day same was given to 5 nuggets. The BBQ sauce landed directly to the garbage bin. The bigger problem is the “so called fries”. They are inedible. A shame for 3,- euros.

8 euros for a white bun burger with 3 small pieces of chicken = don't even start

When placing my order, I asked if my onion intolerance was included in the dish. Instead of consulting the kitchen, they looked at a vague list. Nope, no onions... once on the train, this turned out not to be true. Meaning a three-hour train ride without a meal :( And my emails to the owner weren't even answered.

I've been getting the falafel wrap weekly (I work next door) and I love it! The fries are okay, you can get better ones at Smullers or Five Guys, but they're not bad. I wish they had more vegetarian options and bigger portions though. The employees are always nice.

Friendly staff but no good foam layer on the cappuccino. The lady heats the milk too hot, so it doesn't foam, so you get a latte instead of cappuccino. A barista training might be a good idea!

Just threw away my abomination of a “flat white”. Last time i had a burger which was full of water from the tomato’s. There is one guy who knows what he is doing here and makes the best coffee. I doubt the rest had any training. Disgraceful

€6.50 for a wrap with not very tasty falafel. The rest of the wrap was almost empty, almost no lettuce and a microscopic amount of grilled vegetables. Mostly sauce. This is absolutely not worth the price.

Paid 4.75 € for a porridge with 4 blueberries and half empty 😂😂😂

They are evolving backwards. I used to enjoy my blueberry porridge and mango smoothie but both are not on the menu anymore. I now take the banana porridge. Where it used to be a yummy thick porridge, it’s lately more a milkey substance with pieces of half cooked oat. The service at the counter is quick, but the ladies look quite depressed. Only their coffee is allways neat so I will keep coming for that. Leon, please get back at the level y’all used to be.

Cold and limp fries with a lukewarm veggie burger on a white bun and cheap cheese. I certainly don't call it 'Naturally good food'. They forgot my drink too..

Man man man… fries were as dry as anything and the chicken nuggets were not really seasoned. Other than that they were okay. I asked if I could have a small portion of fries, but she ordered a large one. I only noticed this afterwards when I got my large portion. Because of this I know that I will never eat at Leon's again.

Employee was not very present. Everything was gone. Ultimately a chicken burger. Made very quickly, so that's nice, but the burger was really small for 8 euros?!!! In addition, not very well invested and especially on a ridiculously cheap white ball. Rip off. Food may be expensive at the station, but make sure it is quality.

Ordered the grilled wrap chicken aioli. Tasty, but way too much aioli, too bad. Next time I'll try something different.

irdered the lemon chicken and literally got 2 small pieces of chicken a little bit of the mix and a whole lotta rice. want my money back🙃

Food was great and so was the service but the portions were much too small. Paying €8.95 for a falafel rice and not getting enough to feel full is not worth it.

Chicken didn't look appetizing and was dry, rice was also dry. Aioli sort of saved it, but after 4 bites I just threw it away because I couldn't get rid of it.

The lady at the counter had such a disinterested and annoyed expression on her face that I had to wonder whether I had made a mistake by ordering. The crossiant and coffee I had ordered were average. Will not visit again.

The images in the store look good. Until you get it... it doesn't mean much. And you pay too much for it... The burger and the wrap both didn't have much taste... Service was fine.

Do you think you can get fast food, but not super unhealthy... Fail! Fast food that you wait 20 minutes for is not fast! In addition, the portion size is way too small. When I order a salad with grains, beans and falafel for almost a tenner, I expect a meal, this was just 200g. In addition, the fries were probably ready at a normal pace, as they were cold and limp by the time I received them. All in all: DON'T DO IT! Get your dinner somewhere else! Oh, and when I asked whether something was lactose-free, I got the answer yes, unfortunately practice says no :(

I had the crispy Korean chicken wrap. The Wrap itself is tough (the bread), but the contents are tasty! Small and service is not very good.

Food was warm, but that's all that recommends it. I had a wrap. The chicken was really really overdone, the wrap itself was probably gluten-free. Tasted like paper. In short, people are lovely and the concept of eco-responsible food is good, but the food is not tasty.

Delicious haloumi wrap, but the black beans with rice are also good. Portions did vary. I'm not a big eater, but not too big

This has to be one of the worst things i have ever eaten (well actually NOT eaten) ! Ordered Grilled chicken burger and a chicken aoli wrap! The chicken was browny/red color (not grilled) it was like it was defrosted in a microwave and had the texture of rubber, the taste was awful 1 bite and it went in the bin ! The wrap looked exactly the same so didn’t even bother trying! For 17 euros this is not cheap and appalling !

The 5 stars are for the employee that was managing the whole store alone. Must be hard! But her service was good, food as well

Fam. I ordered Rice Chicken Aioli. I got Bulgur instead of rice. I got Tahini white sauce instead of Aioli (or any garlicky alternative). I got a chicken which have probably witnessed WW1 first hand. I'm pissed. Genuinely pissed. But at least their orange juice is freshly made.

Should stand for healthy and tasty fast food. It's not nearly as healthy. Didn't like it either and not worth the money, partly due to the poor service.

An actual tasty, organic, healthy meal for 9 euro's. Way nicer than the stale food at the burger and döner shops next door.

Very tasty food, indeed. But the service leaves much to be desired. You are really treated with the utmost nonchalance, as if they would rather you not bother them.

I walked in here for the first time. Excellent friendly service. The food is super healthy and delicious. Most nutritious food you can order at CS.

I have been a fan of this chain since the beginning! Finally, finally decent fast food that doesn't consist of wheat or fries. Healthy brown rice with delicious chicken herbs and sauce. Ok, if I may make a suggestion: maybe some more vegetables. A scoop of peas on the side is simple, isn't it? Portion and price of tagine absolutely fine.

I recently started buying Leon coffee on my way to work from Utrecht CS, and it is 10 times better than Starbucks. The staff is always EXTREMELY friendly! They are always fast and appreciate that people have trains to catch. Today i got a coffee, then spilled half of it next to the counter in LEON, as i was in a hurry to catch the train. The employee who helped me today (a very nice girl with glasses) offered to give me a new coffee, and handled the situation very nice although i was very embarrassed. She is always nice and friendly and serving customers with a warm attitude. I am really glad i discovered LEON and it now became my morning coffee spot before taking my train to work.

Ordered one of their muffins, took a very long time to make. End result was in no way worth the wait, and doesn’t hold a candle to what you’d get in the UK. Stodgy muffin, oddly chewy sausage, and an undercooked egg. Sauce was on point atleast, and service was very friendly and if you order just a coffee it’s quick

Despite the crowds, fast service, but the portion was VERY SMALL for €9.55 and the rice was cold! This would have been acceptable for lunch(rice salad?), NOT for dinner!! Presentation is ok, chicken and sauce were tasty, tables were clean. NEVER again Leon for me, I'd rather go hungry (in an hour will happen after eating this box)

Food both wrap (about 30-40°C) and fries were much too cold, complained twice. Sorry, but that's it. Once asked if I wanted new fries, but I was more interested in those. Rarely have I had such poor quality of "freshly" prepared food.

Rice was not cooked at all. Food was very little for the price. I never recommend it

Unfortunately. Should open at 7am, counting on a breakfast on the way to work. They are still closed when I arrive at 7.10. Another 5 minutes, they say, but they wait 10 minutes and at 7.20 they slowly open. Too late to catch my train, so unfortunately I had to skip breakfast. Nice customer friendly…

Disappointing bowl of rice with just a little bit of sauce.

We had the chicken burgers, fries and a chicken aioli wrap to share. All was delicious, except the fries were a kinda soft. Too bad it is very expensive in my opinion for fast food.

Yoo @Leon, normally very happy with your fast, tasty and relatively healthy food - you really fill a gap in the market at stations! But today I was a bit disappointed that my chicken-lemon tahini was actually just a large bowl of rice with one and a half tablespoons of sauce :( I hope it was an outlier, because unfortunately I didn't think this was worth the 9 euros.

Awful roll with crispy chicken, not possible to eat it! It’s not fresh and awful sour sauce taste!

A friend and I were very hungry, so we decided to eat at Leon's. We were helped very well and had our food very quickly. It was quite tasty, but the price for quantity was disappointing. In short, if you want something decent to eat quickly, this is a reasonable place to get something.

The meatball lunch was really good, but the fries were soggy and not nice.

Had a Korean crispy chicken wrap. Actually thought this was surprisingly okay for very quick fast food. Only the chicken had been a while, but was still fine. And also good in terms of quantity. Would like to order something else here again.

6.25 for the thinnest wrap, a salad blah (actually) on top and a slice of pickle. Really ridiculous! Take a look at what you're advertising and spot the million differences

I had the marrocon meatballs. The taste itself was fine (not very special), what I was particularly disappointed about was the quantity. It was really little and for 8.95. Wouldn't go here again.

Worst food I ever tasted in my life. Rice was half cooked. Tagine was tasteless. Will not recommend to anyone.

Eaten here several times. Sandwiches are pretty bad. But what disappointed me was that the last time I was just about to turn around to wait and then all my wreckage was ready. Way too fast and probably off the hotplate... it was tasty

Unfortunately very disappointed with the food. Had a portion of fries that felt like they had been under the warming lamp for hours. The chicken sandwich was a soggy bun with a pathetic lettuce leaf and some chicken. When we wanted to start with the rice with chicken, the container turned out to be moderately filled and without a fork.

Today is the day Storm Poly decided to rip through the Netherlands and I have been served by the nicest, sweetest and polite human at Leon. Thank you very much! The food was fantastic, might even buy the cookbook. Absolutely delicious

Gluten-free chicken nuggets 😍 and delicious fries. Unfortunately we had to wait 10 minutes even though it wasn't busy, but it was worth the wait.

I liked my food (falafel wrap) so much that I actually wanted to give the restaurant 1 star, because then I can keep it a secret to myself. Very tasty, and lots of choices. (I also really liked the coffee. I thought it was a shame that we couldn't look into the kitchen (and thank the chefs). I will definitely come back!!

I always throw away half of the loveburger because it falls apart and it is then no longer edible on the road without getting completely dirty, so basically a waste of money

good cappucino and pain au chocolate

Tried to pass a hamburger bun or “bulletje” as a muffin because they ran out of muffins. Instead of letting me know they didn’t have the muffin, the supervisor had the audacity to try to convince me it was indeed a muffin and was approved by owners as a muffin. I asked to return the money to my card to which the supervisor responded they can’t return it immediately and needs to go to finance in order to get my money back. Left hungry without breakfast late for work and without my money.

The fries were limp and the wrap was made of cardboard. Not to be repeated.

The burger looked attractive. It was a disappointment that I only found out on the train that it was served on a white soggy bun from AH for 60 cents or something similar. It was also very small for 7 euros. I think you should say it if you don't have the normal sandwiches, then I would have chosen something else. The feedback form on the website does not work. The fries are more like a potato waffle. The lady was very friendly, the coffee was tasty and it was also fast. That was great and I'm used to that here.

Don’t waist you money here! The staff is unfriendly, doesn’t listen and when you make an order they provide you something else… the oat cappuccino is like how my grandmother drank here coffee: too much hot milk, not even a trace of foam. Cappuccino ? We know it’s hard to get staff at the moment but the ones you hire, you could at least train for their job….😏 And the littlest curtesy and who k owns you clients my come and buy something again…. By the way, it’s not for free here either….😉

Love this place! Fresh food, many vegan and vegetarian options. Fresh breakfast porridge with yummy chocolate and banana for just under 4 euros. Definitely my favorite place to takeaway a meal or snack while traveling.

Had chicken wrap and green smoothie. Washed super fast and fine, except that it was lukewarm rather than hot and the aioli sauce is very watery, so everything was covered in it

Hahah I am really surprised, the Chicken Burger is the best recommendation for someone who wants to try a disappointment. Try it and be amazed. The personnel is nice at the other hand. <3

The chili chicken box is literally boiled rice with some chicken, a stray sprig of coriander and a bowl of sauce on the side. That for €8.75 is very poor... For that money you can get a much better meal elsewhere at the station.

Really disappointed with the burger, the patty was good, but the buns were filled with sugar, i don't understand the industry, and how it makes sense to use sweet buns, With the all healthy stuff they proclaim. All i can say is its better than burger king.

I'm not picky with food and have never felt the need to leave a bad review anywhere, but this was beyond disgusting. They gave me a rice with pieces of what seemed recooked old skin and chicken cartilage. The smell alone made me want to puke. Lost my money and appetite completely

I ordered a black coffee from here. It was simply horrible! I had to throw it away. Such a waste of money on my side and material from their side.

The MealDeal Wrap (Halloumi) and fries were great for lunch (maybe just not enough for dinner). The wrap was full of fresh vegetables, a tasty sauce and fried Halloumi. Flavors were really good! The fries came with a garlic Mayan-like sauce. Delicious! I see the reviews that others think the sauce is not enough... I think it depends on how much you use, for me it was enough to dip each fries. Really enjoyed it! I'll get it more often when I'm at UC.

Reasonable chicken wrap with little taste; little aioli was spread on it. €6.25 is a bit too pricey, the chicken itself is tasty (it just lacks some preparation/sauce)
