Lovely place and a real asset to Zeelst. We had a delicious lunch and the service was very attentive and friendly.

A very cozy place with delicious food. It is quite noisy inside, though, especially when it's packed. Outside, it's less of a problem.

No attentive staff. We had drinks, bread with spreads, and a small snack bowl. I was still eating when the waitress came and took away the bowl that still contained half a sandwich. She didn't ask anything, not even if it was good. She cleared the table, which was quite strange. Two young women were chatting at the table next to us. With empty glasses and bottles. They just stood there without being cleared. The women were sitting there without consuming any drinks. Well, they won't see me around here anymore, which is a shame.

The brunch café is incredibly noisy. So noisy that you can barely hear each other. I wouldn't recommend a quiet lunch or coffee. The coffee was good, and the food and drink selection is extensive and diverse, which is great. The pastries are far below par, dry or frozen. Which is a real shame, because the sandwiches are good.

When someone asks you to take a table for two instead of a table for four on a nearly empty patio, even though you're only there for coffee and dessert, I quickly lose interest in the atmosphere. We were allowed to stay when I told them we weren't staying long, but still. Otherwise, it's fine. It's just in the middle of a residential area.

Nice, cozy place for breakfast or brunch. Price/quality fine. We were in the neighborhood at a family party in Veldhoven and then I found this gem, in the middle of the residential area. And they have only been open for a week, how wonderful is this. Nice, friendly hostess Lis and staff. We enjoyed it. P.s. advisable to make a reservation.

Great new location, nicely decorated. The great, extensive menu and delicious coffee make us come back again and again! Fortunately, this has moved with us and even been enriched with drinks and bar food. Super friendly staff and personal touch from the hostess.

It was chaotic. Took a long time before you could order something, and even longer before you got it. Food is mediocre.

Egg Benedict was just regular boiled cold egg and was not able enough granola, the rest was perfect

It's a nice place. The food is not bad, only my partner and I were a bit disappointed. That's why I have to say that you get little for what you pay. Small glasses with a lot of ice, the rendang sandwich is 15 euros and you actually get a square sandwich with little rendang, also the ceasar salad was small with 3 pieces of crispy chicken and some lettuce with croutons also for 15 euros. The taste is fine, only the prices in terms of portions could be improved.

Delicious food! I had the smashed avocado for lunch and a boiled egg instead of a poached one. Very friendly employees, including the owner Lis ♡ The atmosphere was pleasantly busy! 4 stars because the noise was very loud due to the crowds and it was difficult for us to hear each other, it was also very warm. The lunchroom will move in July and the acoustics and warmth in the room may improve to 5 stars ☺️. Only downside; the home made lemonade was delicious but in my opinion far too expensive for the size of the glass in combination with the many ice blocks. Long story short; highly recommended!! 🫶

Really loved the food here...we were 4 adults and 3 kids....we reserved a place...so we were given a big table with kids toys just beside the table....ordered pancakes for the kids...they enjoyed them...leftovers eaten by us and also we loved how fluffy and soft pancakes were ... for the adults we ordered korean kimchi chicken, hummus with grilled veggies, avocado toast and eggs benidict.... portions were generous and special mention to the egg benedict.mthe brioche bread and eggs were oh so perfect! each one of them is so delicious and is made with care...coffee is good as well...overall we loved it 😋 service is top!

We had a great brunch at a good price. The smashed avocado toast had delicious bread, and the combination of avocado with pesto sauce was very flavorful! The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff were extremely friendly.

Everything was home made, even the apple juice. Acai bowl was fresh and yummy, tomato soup was tasty. Coffee was good. There's toys for the kids. All in all a good place to come back to. Think Jungle Cafe meets Happiness Cafe. So I'm guessing most newer restaurateurs in Veldhoven got their inspiration from whatever worked in the city of Eindhoven. Takumi and or Soju Bar incoming soon!

Ordered drinks boards for a networking meeting. Three large shelves with very varied snacks. Generally healthy snacks too. The participants were also very enthusiastic. Lis, thnx! We will definitely order more often. 🥂

You immediately feel at home here. Small, made from everything and mixed. Comfortable and cozy. Friendly staff asks and answers politely. The menu is clear and will raise eyebrows for the common guest as it uses ingredients that are not commonly used. Example: truffle mayonnaise. Anyone who gets involved will like it. Everything has its own and pleasant taste. Clear recommendation. Prices are reasonable. Anyone expecting something special will receive it here with a friendly smile. Had lunch here this afternoon. The food & drinks were tasty. However, it was a shame that both the matcha and the fries were gone. You would expect that these products would be in stock on a Sunday afternoon because of the crowds. Furthermore, it was a cozy place and we had a nice lunch.

Had a friend visiting for a couple of days so we walked to this delightful local cafe for brunch. We ordered the breakfast board which has a boiled egg, a couple of slices of the most delicious bread, tuna, egg mayonnaise, yogurt and fruit and granola, croissant with jam, served with a choice of coffee or tea. The staff are friendly and attentive. There is a cute outdoor seating space in the rear and a couple of high tables outside the front. Beautifully decorated interior and the cakes look amazing!

We always like to have lunch at Lis Foods & Goods. It is a cozy, small tent with the option to sit outside. The ladies are always friendly and the food is very tasty!

For my grandmother's 80th birthday, a large group of us had a delicious high tea at LIS. Everything was really well taken care of! We received a delicious soup, various richly filled sandwiches and snacks and delicious sweets. The vegetarian options were also very good. In addition, the tables were beautifully decorated and the staff was super friendly and hospitable! You really notice that everyone enjoys their work. This all contributed to a happy birthday for my grandma :)! Thank you very much LIS!

Best caramel latte macchiato. Cute little place as well. My only complaints is their opening hours. They close too early for my liking and then they are not at all open Monday and Tuesday. It is a sad thing to be excited to go and get a coffee only to be met with that infamous sign: “gesloten” :) Sweet potato fries - these I don’t recommend.

Mijn favoriete tentje voor koffie, ontbijtjes en lunch in de regio Eindhoven! Alle gerechten op de kaart zijn overheerlijk en het is super stijlvol en gezellig ingericht! Lieve bediening, altijd vrolijk en heel goede service. Alles klopt!

Wij hebben hier de babyshower van een vriendin gevierd. Alles was super geregeld. Ze hadden alles al een beetje versierd voor ons, maar stonden ook open voor onze versiering en dachten zelfs nog mee over hoe we het konden versieren. De eigenaresse heeft al haar eigen spullen aan de kant gezet om onze versiering en cadeautjes mooi neer te kunnen zetten. Echt super! Ook het eten en drinken was super verzorgd en smaakte heerlijk! Al met al een dikke aanrader, niet alleen voor gewoon een lunch maar bijvoorbeeld ook voor een babyshower!

Vandaag even paar uurtjes doorgebracht, omdat ik op mijn zoon moest wachten, die een onderzoek had. Fijne sfeer. Lieve eigenaresse. Lekkere koffie en gebak. Heb hier eerder ook een keer geluncht. Was heerlijk.

Appeltaart was ietwat droog, niet vers gebakken geloof ik. Koffie smaakte oke maar ik moest extra betalen voor havermelk , vervelend

Voor nu alleen koffie gedronken, smaakte prima. Helaas kan ik als veganist niet zo veel met de menukaart, afgezien van het broodje hummus (wat niet echt lonkt, niet verrassend is!) Het zou geweldig zijn als er meer vegan opties op de kaart zouden komen. Vragen om aanpassingen van bepaalde gerechten vind ik altijd vervelend, het laat mijn hart altijd sneller kloppen als ik geïnspireerd en ‘gezien’ word! Ter reactie op het antwoord van LIS: Dank voor jullie respons. Ik begrijp dat jullie geen volledig vegan café zijn, dat vraag ik ook helemaal niet van jullie! Ik geef enkel aan dat het als veganist een beetje saai is om altijd enkel te kunnen kiezen uit een broodje hummus. Jullie broodje smashed avocado was mij ook al opgevallen op jullie menukaart, alleen staat hierbij vermeld dat er een gepocheerd ei bij geserveerd wordt, dat is niet veganistisch. Jullie zouden bijvoorbeeld een broodje avocado met kimchi of gerookte tofu & kiemen aan kunnen bieden! Gewoon een suggestie hoor, om het menu wat diverser te maken. Minder vlees en zuivel heeft toch de toekomst.

Super gezellige Babyshower gehad bij Lis, eten en drinken was goed verzorgd en met allergieën of Veganisten werd heel goed rekening gehouden. Bedankt toppers !!
