Quick service, order home within 20 minutes, nice and hot, delicious. Friendly people in the cafeteria, like the delivery person.

There is nothing wrong with the food. Ordering, picking up, or delivery is only done via the app. This is outdated and certainly not up to date. This should be looked into soon, but I believe it is not a priority for Kwalitaria. It is a shame that this review question is phrased too one-sidedly.

Tasty burgers, the recipes have improved over the years. A bit pricey though. The service is okay, and the atmosphere is good too.

What an unfriendly owner, cheerfulness is nowhere to be found in that place.

I asked if the fries could be cooked through. Well no, they were as limp as can be, just not cooked through. The Mexicanos were as black as can be. No, never again for us.

What a pathetic owner. Friendliness is nowhere to be found. They recently installed an ordering computer that nobody understands. Waiting times are even longer because of it. And when your order is ready, a "enjoy your meal" comes out of the owner's grumpy face with extreme difficulty and without looking at you. The quality and portion sizes of the food have deteriorated significantly.

Super tasty fries, the order was missing the milkshake, but after a phone call it was delivered immediately, great!

What a dreary place; the lady behind the counter shows no warmth or friendliness whatsoever. When guests leave the shop and politely say hello, there is no response. It borders on rude. Then the food: the stew tastes like nothing, and you really have to search for the meat. Almost €8 for a portion of fries that looks like nothing at all; scandalous. This was the last time for me.

Food has not been delivered without any response, and they are not answering the phone either.

The fries are always tasty, but unfortunately the time slots mean nothing. It has happened several times that we only received the fries 20 minutes after the end of the time slot....

A bit disappointing lately. Last time the delivered food was cold. The "kebab fries" didn't come with the promised onion etc. Just a bit of meat. Very meager!

Omg, doner kebab wrap. It's like the doner is made of stone. Next time I'll just go to Sphinx in the Reeshof, it's tastier there with real quality!!

We had some problems with our online order, which was actually our fault, but the woman behind the counter resolved it nicely! Great place!

I initially thought this would be a regular chip shop, but they have a wide variety of dishes. I ordered a burger, and it was definitely worth it. I'm very impressed with the 🍔. Very well done.

The fries are tasty, but you get very little for what you pay. Quite a cozy atmosphere, with some unique food combinations as well. It took quite a long time for the order to be taken. About half an hour before we had food at the table. The portions of fries are very small, especially compared to the price you pay for them. Eventually, I ordered a second portion of fries because the first one wasn't filling enough. So, €9.40 before I got a decent portion of fries. Otherwise, it was tasty. I also don't understand why everything is served on a plate here, except for the Mexicano. That really should have been served on a plate too. The review loses points mainly on the price/quantity ratio.

The price/quality ratio is poor. The satay sauce tastes like something from a cheap Chinese restaurant. The portions are quite small. We won't be returning.

Delicious food, lots of selection, including their own products. No long wait times, delivery, takeout, or dine-in (inside and outside). Friendly staff, always a pleasant chat.

What terrible service. You order food for home delivery, which costs at least 15 euros, and then you have to pay another 2.50 for delivery. Then you're told it will take between 30 and 45 minutes. Finally, an hour and 50 minutes later, the food arrives. Great service. Then you call again, asking, "Where is the food?" And then they say, "Yeah, it's busy." Fine, but call ahead since you have my number! And yes, I'm sorry, but my cupboards are already full, and I won't buy anything with that! So awful.

2.5 ⭐️ I ordered fries with Joppie sauce here and was disappointed that I had to pay a euro for the sauce, even though there wasn't much sauce on the fries. I also ordered a chicken burger without onion (clearly marked, and they even repeated what I said), but it still had (red) onion on it. I had to remove it myself. The burger was quite pricey (around €10), and although the chicken was large, I didn't find the flavor special enough to justify the price. On a positive note, the ice cream here is delicious.

Ordered online for delivery, arrived over half an hour late, one item was missing, and the satay sauce was really mediocre. The satay fries were also much less tasty than the fries without. The delivery of the missing item also took over half an hour. So not really worthy of Kwalitaria.

Ordered food and still hadn't received anything after 1 1/2 hours. I called twice, and they were always busy or on their way. Terrible!

A beautiful quality store with a varied range of delicious fries and snacks

Prices are way too high €7.90 for fries with stew (coertjens) and quality is hard to come by, if ever!

I thought this was very expensive. €11 for fries and a frikandel. Expensive, if you ask me.

I've always been very satisfied. But tonight, unfortunately, things have changed. I usually order the same thing. This time, too. But when I ordered the Bear's Claw (satay sauce), I noticed a higher price than what was on the product list. I reported this, and they initially told me it was the correct price. (????) Willie immediately took the list with him because it later turned out to be an old one and that a new one had to be submitted. Too bad for me (a regular customer); I have to pay the new price. My vigilance is definitely not being rewarded here! Furthermore, the staff is very friendly, and the products are of good quality.

My visit to Kwalitaria De Vallei was a real nightmare. The food was cold, the fries limp, and the frikandel looked more like rubber than a snack. But what made it really bizarre was the total chaos in the place. The staff walked through the store like headless chickens, completely disorganized. The boss, a Chinese woman, didn't even seem to try to take control of the situation. It felt like no one really knew what they were doing. When I got to the cash register, things only got worse: Jan, the 90-year old man who worked there, was clearly having trouble typing orders. I had to repeat my order at least three times because he kept typing it in wrong. And then the chicken satay... It was raw on the inside – still almost frozen! I almost didn't dare eat it because you can easily get salmonella. After a few hours I started having severe stomach problems and it felt like I was on my way to the emergency room. Luckily it went away later, but it was an experience I never want to have again. The hygiene was also terrible. Stains on the walls and a neglected atmosphere everywhere. It seemed like the restaurant had not been properly cleaned in months. In short, don't order or go here!! If you like chaos, raw food, long wait times and questionable hygiene, this is your place. For the rest: find another place to eat.

The food was really good and there was a lot of it too. Perfectly okay for the price.

€10.50 for a hamburger? One that's nothing special? I mean... €10.50??? I expect a top-notch hamburger!

Ordered a while ago, ordered again after 2x already a bad experience, they were reasonably on time. But to my surprise when opening the packaging my large fries looked like a small portion. Normally you get much, much more, temperature was not right (too cold I thought). After calling I was approached quite aggressively on the phone and I was done with it. Never again here.

The brand: Qualitaria certainly not worth it

Never have it delivered here! By default it arrives half an hour late. Even if you order a few hours in advance. This time I went to pick it up myself and was laughed at because the order had just disappeared.

Surprisingly much choice. Tasty food for a cafeteria.

I won a voucher of 7.50 euros via Kerstactie Dalem. Unfortunately, it was valid until 1 March 2024. The voucher was stored too well and was found again by chance. I tried to use it anyway and found it completely impossible. It had long expired and can no longer be entered in the cash register, I was told. A simple soft ice cream is no longer possible. Even though I understand it a little, I still don't think it's very lenient.

Love it! Have been eating this every Wednesday for a little more than a year now and It still doesn't get old or boring. There is plenty of options and you won't get bored while waiting. The waiting is really short, around 10/15 minutes and than your food is already done Meanwhile you can do shopping around because it is in a shopping centre. The people there are really nice. That's everything I have to say about it. (The picture is an older picture btw)

What bad service. Wanted to order fries, I called and was first told to only order via the site, which I tried and found out that it is not even possible under a certain amount. Afterwards I pick it up and the site gives an error so I have to call again. I get a rude woman on the phone that they normally don't take orders by phone and explained what was going on. Shortly afterwards I politely asked that I would like to order fries with satay sauce and that I would pick it up in 10 minutes. If it was hung up really hard at once, that couldn't have been an accident. I called back to ask why she hung up, she said it was very nice, you still placed your order. I was perplexed how someone could treat customers like that, so I said, you have my order? I can come? Hangs them up again. So I went there and was so grumpy that she stood there with a whole story about how she doesn't accept orders by phone instead of an apology. Never again for me and I don't recommend it to anyone if you don't want to be irritated for the rest of your day What an unfriendly lady there and staff It's so hard to see from their eyes, not even a single smile. If you can't handle it, maybe you should do something other than dealing with people. Sitting behind a computer or something is a good tip

My order was incomplete. The fries I ordered and paid for were not included.

Ordered 3x hair salon. We live about a 5 minute drive away (about 10 by bike). Delivered almost an hour later (ordered at 6:30 PM, delivered at 7:20 PM). Taste was good, but little meat and food was lukewarm/cold. Was the first time. I would like to try it again, because the taste was good. Hopefully next time it will be faster, warmer and more meat, less fries.

What a ridiculous customer-UNfriendly owner! Better do something else than walk around there and treat people and children so badly. Besides, it's not even tasty, so I would say: Stay away from here!!!

Crappy tent. Wanted to have an order delivered for €33.50 and it was delivered well on time, but at checkout he stated 'no longer possible due to preparation time'. Then I go to Snackbar Heyhoef, they are better and much cheaper. Check it out!!!

It's fine, but I don't like the stew

Was ordering, the website gave an error. Then I called and was told that I should order via the app, I tried again and it said error again. Called again and asked if I could have it ready because I was on my way and they were about to close. The man says yes, if you are here before 8 o'clock you can still order. I arrive there 10/5 before 8 and am not allowed in anymore. He is standing behind the counter laughing. Fine, but no more orders here for me. Order here every week & if you treat your regular customers like this you will simply lose a customer. Unfriendly staff.. never again!

What ridiculously high prices... They charge €6.70 for one war fries, without snacks. Next time I will drive to another chip shop with normal prices

lekkere friet! toch wel beetje jammer dat de friet er maar in 1 maat is, geen grote of kleine friet. kwaliteit van de frietjes en de snacks is erg goed! dikke pluim!

Frietje Jan is zeker een aanrader.

Nu voor de tweede keer op locatie gegeten en het valt op dat de kwaliteit steeds minder aan het worden is. De friet lijkt wel kwalitatief slechter te worden en de stoofvlees lauw. Te weinig of geen aandacht voor de klant, jammer kwalitaria voorlopig gaan we even op een ander adresje eten.

De smaak van de friet is okay, snacks en satésaus zijn prima. Echter zijn de prijzen vrij hoog. Zeker gezien de ligging aan de rand van de stad, is het in het centrum zelfs goedkoper. Verder werd er toen de bestelling klaar was wel "alstublieft" gezegd, maar gedag of smakelijk eten kon er niet vanaf. Ik rij dan toch liever wat verder...

We waren het er thuis aan tafel allemaal over eens dat de friet niet heel bijzonder was. Snacks waren wel in orde.

Natuurlijk zijn het goede producten maar om 3 kwartier op je eten te wachten dat is teveel. Tip , zorg dat de telf bestellingen door iemand anders gedaan wordt en ook de telefoontjes die binnenkomen.ik ben aan de beurt maar krijg te horen dat ik even moet wachten.Er waren meer mensen die lang moesten wachten .

Vriendelijk personeel en heel goed eten

Ze gebruiken verse groenten voor hun hamburgers. Dat is lekker verfrissend.

Nu al 5 keer geweest en 5 keer nemen ze het of verkeerd op of krijg je te weinig mee

We hebben daar gegeten maar het was heel druk. Je hebt dus geen tafeltje voor jezelf. Het eten was goed hebben friet stoofvlees gepakt.

Vriendelijke bediening, lekkere frietjes en erg lekker softijs.....

Prijs en kwaliteit zijn hier dik in orde. Friet is perfect gebakken. Shoarmaschotel verdient verbetering. Veel stukken vet en erg grof gesneden. Normaal gesproken is die hier een stuk beter.

Vriendelijke bediening, lekker eten en het systeem met zoemer wanneer jouw beste9k.aar is, is ook heel fijn.

Goede kwaliteit snacks, gerechten. Schoon.
