Great first experience. Very hospitable, lovely ambiance, and delicious food and drinks. I will most definitely come back here again.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner with four people. Delicious bites beforehand as well as tasty starters, followed by a delightfully prepared main course. The recommended wine was very good. The table service was top-notch. Compliments! We had a very nice, beautiful, and well-cared-for evening. We would love to come back again.

Our first experience with this restaurant was very positive! Welcoming and not at all pushy staff. We sat comfortably on good furniture under the large plane tree with a magnificent view. The menu features delicious wines and cocktails. We also found the food very tasty: tuna tartare tacos and veal. Okay, it is a bit pricey, but the price-quality ratio here is good! A lovely place where we will definitely come back.

I’ve eaten here several times. Last weekend was probably the last time. The evening staff sighed when the wrong dessert was brought from the kitchen. And to top it all off, cash payments were supposedly not accepted. Nowhere upon entry was this made known, so naturally we just paid in cash. After all, that is legal tender. The quality of the food was also not what you would expect for what was charged. The boy who served us said he would leave a note on our reservation. I told him I would leave a note on Google instead :)

Yesterday afternoon, we went here for drinks and a few snacks. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, our visit was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we had ordered a number of bites. Almost immediately, we were asked if we wanted to see the lunch menu. We clearly indicated that this was not necessary. To our surprise, the lunch menu was brought about half an hour later anyway. That felt unnecessary and quite pushy. Next, I was served the eel brioche. What stood out immediately was that the eel looked dull and grayish and had a strong fishy smell. I eat eel regularly, and to me, this did not look fresh. Because it is a chic restaurant, you are inclined to trust that it is good, and the taste was not unusual with the first bite. That is why I didn't say anything about it at the time. However, around six o'clock in the evening, even though I had eaten the brioche around two, I suddenly became very nauseous. That nausea persisted throughout the evening, night, and the following morning. Of course, I cannot say with certainty what caused this, but given the appearance and smell of the eel, I found it very concerning. Especially on a warm day, I expect extra care to be taken regarding the freshness of the products. Additionally, I ordered a taco with tuna tartare. The menu stated that it contained avocado, but it was completely missing. Instead, there was a white onion on top that, in my opinion, did not go well with the tuna at all. I also didn't think the sauce was a good combination. As a result, this dish was very disappointing. Furthermore, I found the portions very small. The eel brioche was truly mini, even though you pay €25 for it. For that price, I expect a more generous bun and a larger piece of eel, as you often get at other restaurants. Fortunately, the drinks were tasty. I have no complaints about those. What also bothered me was the service. We were asked very often if we wanted to order anything else or take extra bites. Of course, it is fine to be asked occasionally if everything is to your liking, but it felt like this happened about every fifteen minutes. As a result, it felt very pushy rather than welcoming. Especially at a restaurant with such a chic appearance, I expect a more relaxed and professional approach. All in all, the experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. For me, the restaurant's beautiful appearance is not matched by the service and the quality of the food. It is a shame, because I had expected much more from this.

Beautiful location, delicious food, perfect service. But the outdoor furniture is not very comfortable. And the glazing, floor, window frames, and tables could use some attention.

Our first experience was top-notch. It was a rainy day and we were able to use the chairs outside under the canopy. We sat in lovely peace and quiet with a super view. And we ate some tasty bites. Exceptionally friendly service. Our second experience was just as amazing. The weather was much better, so the terrace was much busier, but that didn't detract from the friendliness and allergy-friendly service. We will be back..!

Just like last year, we were treated to a beautiful summer evening outside on the terrace, with a view of the large plane tree and the pond. The food was excellent once again.

What an absolutely fantastic evening we had! Our requested cabana was a bullseye: nice and 'private', wonderfully quiet, and a beautiful view over the water. The service was super friendly and efficient, the food was delicious, and the accompanying wines were very well received.

Great spot under the tree. One person was unlucky; a pigeon pooped right on their blouse and trousers. That was just bad luck, but the animal couldn't help it.

Everything was great, except for the reception. We arrived a bit early and the hostess let us in. Then a manager/owner came over and spent five minutes talking about how unpleasant it was that we came in early. This is the first point of contact; perhaps you could have kept the doors closed instead of giving a lecture.

Since it is my birthday today, my girlfriend invited me to eat at L- Seven. It is a particularly beautiful restaurant in a stunning location. The service was also nice. However, neither of us found the food particularly special. Perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes, because I read in all the reviews here that the food is very good. In any case, we will leave it at this one-time visit.

Last Saturday, the four of us went to eat there again, and I really hesitated whether to post this update. This time, there was a DJ playing music. The food was exquisite again, but the music was way too loud. Some older people were sitting at a table nearby and couldn't hear each other anymore, so nothing was said. After my dining companion spoke to the waiter about the volume of the music, it was turned down a tad. But the music was still too loud. A pity. Had dinner there again with friends on Sunday evening. Great! The atmosphere was good, the food and wine exquisite. Went to eat there again last Thursday (so much for regulars by now? 😉). The weather was lovely, so we enjoyed ourselves on the terrace by the water. This time with a pianist who could sing quite well and had good interaction with the audience. Last Sunday afternoon, I sat in a cabana with my partner and 4 good friends. Nice temperature, delicious food and drinks, a great atmosphere on the terrace, and a performance by William Janz, the Dutch Julio Iglesias. AMAZING!

What a fantastic evening we had at L•Seven in Boxtel! From the moment you walk in, you notice that everything is just right. The atmosphere, the restaurant's appearance, the attention to detail, and the hospitality immediately create a special experience. The food was truly top-notch. The beef tenderloin, in particular, was an absolute sensation. I have eaten beef tenderloin in many places, but rarely, perhaps never, such tender as here. The meat was perfectly prepared and literally melted in your mouth. A dish you will remember for a long time. The service also deserves all praise. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely committed. A special mention goes to Tom, who politely introduced himself and took excellent care of us throughout the evening. Additionally, Maurice was particularly hospitable and friendly. It is precisely this personal approach that makes you feel truly welcome as a guest. L•Seven is not just a restaurant, but a complete experience where everything is finished down to the last detail. From the service to the dishes, and from the atmosphere to the presentation: everything exudes quality. Highly recommended and certainly worth the special trip to Boxtel. We enjoyed it from start to finish and will undoubtedly be back!

A beautiful location, of course, and my wife and I ordered a number of lunch Bites. The first menu we were given listed an eel brioche for 19 euros. That was quite tasty. Only later did we notice on the second, more extensive menu that it suddenly cost 24 euros. "That first one was the old menu," we were told... and the higher price was listed on the final bill... a shame. In our opinion, the Tuna Tartare Taco was a bit on the small side; the color wasn't right and it wasn't fresh. Was it canned? Disappointing. The Pain Rustique was okay and the Chicken Fillet Skewer was tasty but lukewarm. Because we were still a bit hungry, we ordered a Beef Carpaccio as well, and that was delicious. Conclusion: we would love to come back, but our Bites were disappointing, also in terms of price. Next time, we won't order these and will go for other choices on the extensive menu.

Very satisfied! Very friendly staff! In hindsight, we should have mentioned that someone in our party didn't eat fish. The lunch platter contained a lot of fish.

We came for the 3rd time. We had good experiences in the past. This time we had a 3-course lunch. The main course was very disappointing. Very greasy. For the dessert, no consideration was given to our guest who has an egg allergy. This had been specifically communicated by phone in advance. The kitchen was not very creative with an alternative for the dessert: a few pieces of fruit and a scoop of ice cream. A pity.

It's not the first time there and the next one is coming up.

I can only say that it was a true pleasure once again. We had a delicious meal and drank plenty of wine, and that says a lot to me because the atmosphere (this time outside on the fantastic terrace) was also sublime, making you want to stay and enjoy yourself. Nice place and very friendly welcome. We had ordered lunch. We had chosen a lunch platter with a surprise for almost €80.00. It was more of a snack platter with a cup of salty flour soup. The slices of bread we received with it were burnt and were exchanged at our request. It is a shame that we received burnt bread again. The price-quality ratio is particularly poor. Way too expensive!! Got a stomach ache. Otherwise, a nice place to sit on the terrace in the summer.

We visited because of an art exhibition being held there. The location is beautiful, the reception was excellent, and the ambiance is also fantastic. The combination of art and the location worked well! We were given a lovely table by the window with a view of the large pond and terrace. Top-notch. The wine list is good with a wide selection by the glass, and the wines we drank were excellent value for money. The food, however, was mediocre. The menu states that you can inform the staff of any dietary requirements (we did this when reserving, 2x vegan) and that vegetarian options are available; just ask the staff. So we asked if vegan options were available on the lunch menu; the answer was no. Then we asked if just no meat (already a compromise, as it included fish and dairy products). However, that wasn't possible either! When we asked if other dishes could be slightly modified, the answer was also no! The service was entirely "absent" and uninterested. So it is a pity: a top location, excellent reception, a beautiful table, a beautiful art exhibition, good wine, and then the letdown with the food. So do go there because it's a great place, but don't eat there if you have specific dietary requirements.

Fast service, but I'd prefer it to be a little less rushed. Lots of faces at the table, as everyone has their own task. Everyone is friendly, but that makes it all very purposeful. I'd prefer one person to help us all evening, aside from serving drinks and food.

What a cozy place this is. Beautifully decorated, nice background music, a lovely illuminated garden, but most importantly, the food! Simply delicious, beautifully presented, and the fries are fantastic. The waitresses are lovely. And the restroom doors are exceptionally modern.
