Delicious food, beautiful setting.

This was unexpectedly excellent. Excellent service with just the right ambiance. Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. We live nearby, so we'll definitely be back for dinner.

Tonight, Lseven opened for the first time. We had a delicious meal. The setting is fantastic, the atmosphere superb. We also had a short tour. It promises a lot. I'm very happy with this addition to Boxtel. I'm already looking forward to many wonderful afternoons and evenings at this top location. A big 10! Update! Last Saturday, the four of us dined there again, and I really hesitated about posting this update. This time there was a DJ playing music. The food was excellent again, but the music was way too loud. A few older people were sitting at a table away, and they couldn't hear each other, so we didn't talk anymore. After my table companion confronted the waiter about the volume, he turned it down a bit. But it was still too loud. Too bad. We dined there again with friends on Sunday evening. Fantastic! The atmosphere was good, the food and wine delicious.

What a cozy place this is. Beautifully decorated, nice background music, a lovely illuminated garden, but most importantly, the food! Simply delicious, beautifully presented, and the fries are fantastic. The waitresses are lovely. And the restroom doors are exceptionally modern.

Nice shop with good food, but for me, it's just this one time. It's such a terrible disappointment to be told "card only, sir" at checkout. I experienced this in South Africa, and I can understand that due to robberies, but not here in the Netherlands. The euro is legal tender and, in my opinion, cannot be refused.

One star for the location and one star for the restaurant's appearance. Both are beautiful, hence this mild two-star rating. Had I based this review on service and customer friendliness, one star would have been too much. We were in the area after a pleasant walk and thought we could enjoy a few nice glasses of wine here. The welcome was cool and distant, the advice on wine selection was okay but brief, and he wasn't interested. If this gentleman, who presented himself as a manager, had listened carefully and shown interest, he might have guessed that we intended to choose high-quality wines with a variety of accompanying small dishes. The first dishes arrived, not quite as ordered but tasty nonetheless, after which it remained quiet. Our glasses were dry, the plates were empty, no one asked if everything was to our liking, and we tried several times to contact them to place a new order. To no avail; we were completely ignored. It wasn't busy, with only a few other tables, but the other guests, who clearly showed they were of good descent, were treated with friendliness and attentiveness. After over an hour! The plates were cleared, but even then this gentleman couldn't bring himself to ask if everything was to our liking. He bluntly asked if we wanted anything else, perhaps a cup of coffee. A cup of coffee?! Dear sir, we came here for drinks. We wanted to order a few more delicious wines and dishes from the menu, but your approach made us decide to leave. What makes us less interesting as guests than the guests at the other table? The jeans or our clean walking shoes? Would the approach have been different if I had been wearing my pumps and scarf? You're completely off the mark here. We had a good laugh about this shortsightedness, but of course, we won't be back.

Today I had a lovely lunch with my wife outside in the sunshine, enjoying a beautiful view. Our dog was also welcome because we wanted to eat outside. The waitress, Imme, was super friendly and very skilled in her profession. We will definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant. Beautifully decorated and very atmospheric with delicious food. The sharing menu is highly recommended. All sorts of surprises from the chef. One minor complaint is that the music was quite loud. L7 is highly recommended.

Fantastic, beautiful, and atmospheric restaurant. Delicious food. A surprising menu with many Asian influences. They also have a very extensive bites menu. Excellent wine list. And because of its location, parking is right outside. Highly recommended.

Great service, beautiful view, delicious food. The only reason I'm giving it 4.5 stars for atmosphere was the gorilla. His hand on his belly gave me associations, which I found funny, but didn't really fit the overall atmosphere. Otherwise, it was fantastic, and I'd love to come back.

We went to L seven for the first time last Saturday. There were 3 of us and it was, in a word, excellent. Everything about this great restaurant was perfect: the food, the service, the atmosphere - all top-notch. You can be really proud of this restaurant.

We thought the music was too loud, causing people to talk louder to be heard over each other. It was too noisy!

I think it's a shame that some of the tables outside aren't set, and the tables aren't nicely decorated; the lounge sofas are lying on their sides. The staff puts a drink halfway down your table. You want to exude a certain luxury that should be perfectly achieved in such a location, but you're missing the point!

Beautiful terrace we sat outside, nice furniture and atmosphere and view

Our first experience was fantastic. It was a rainy day, and we were able to use the chairs outside under the canopy. We had wonderful, quiet seating with a fantastic view. We enjoyed delicious snacks. The service was exceptionally friendly.

Great food and a really nice place!

Yes, one minor point regarding the atmosphere. There were only a few of us on the terrace, and that's partly why the music was quite overpowering. We commented on it and heard that the music was already at its lowest volume. Turning it off completely wasn't an option, apparently. Yes, we were quite annoyed by that completely unnecessary music. It detracts from the overall experience, but also from the harmony with the surroundings, especially on the terrace.

Prachtige, sfeervolle en moderne lokatie. Helaas door het slechte weer moesten we binnen zitten, maar ook hier is het fijn tafelen :) We kozen verschillende gerechten van de kaart om samen te delen. Alle borden waren heel mooi opgemaakt en vooral ‘de pan crystal’ met roomboter en olijfolie is een aanrader! Heerlijk vers en knapperig.

Vandaag voor de 2e keer bij LSeven geweest. Deze keer voor de lunch. We hadden het LSeven sharing menu, was een heerlijke verzameling van gerechten waarbij je werkelijk niets te kort komt! Zeer aardige serveerster wat een verbetering was tov ons vorige bezoek. Al met al een prachtige plek met heerlijk eten! We komen zeker weer terug! Sterker nog we hebben al weer gereserveerd!

Beautiful, atmospheric location and delicious food

Last week, we went with the team to LSeven. It's a great location, but the communication beforehand was incredibly poor and unclear. I asked the same question three or four times. Still no answer, so I finally called. Finally, two employees in work clothes came in and were addressed jokingly, saying, "You've put on your best clothes." Also, when we were paying, a young man approached us, and we thought you wanted to pay cash. Remarks that are absolutely unacceptable. I visit many restaurants and bars, and this is truly inappropriate behavior. Other than that, the food was excellent, and we had a great time. But the level they're trying to achieve doesn't match everything else going on.

Beautiful location, the restaurant is stunning, both inside and out! You simply must try this place! We had a wonderful meal, sharing delicious dishes with four people. And then that rosé... delicious! The service is also top-notch; you'll want for nothing here. We've been here several times and will definitely return!

It's nice to know that from now on we can also take our dog to the terrace. It's also nice to come and have lunch sometime, after all, we live 250 meters away.

For the 1st time eaten (late lunch) beautiful ambiance, sat outside by the water very nice view. Everything was right, beautiful entrance, beautiful furniture inside and outside, high tech toilet areas. Friendly staff. Food was delicious and the wine and cocktail too! Unfortunately no pictures we were too busy catching up and enjoying the delicious food. The brioche eel, tuna tartare, pastrami, carpaccio. Sea bass Carrot tournedos bouillabaisse everything was great. Really recommended we will definitely come back!!

Lunch platter was great! Wine was great! Ambiance is beautiful! But despite the staff doing their very best, it still came across as amateurish. Unfortunately, that detracts from the total experience and price/quality level. Definitely come back, remains a fantastic place.

Atmosphere perfect, but too bad I couldn't talk to my guest because of the loud music.

Ontvangst door Maurice en medewerkers hartelijk, warm en gemeend. Loctie is top met een prachtig uitzicht . Service is uitstekend en kwaliteit medewerkers kennis van kaart etc Wij komen regelmatig in dit mooie restautant om deze punten hierboven ook kost het ons 1 uur en 15 minuten rijden dat zegd genoeg denken wij.

Amai! We waren hier eerder en dat was goed bevallen. Nu een totaal andere ervaring, hebben ook eerder mensen een etentje hier cadeau gedaan, maar dat gaan we niet meer doen. Een van de heren riep door de zaak naar een serveerster dat ze iets niet goed deed 🫨🫨, dat kan toch niet! Hij was zelf een bonk stress (met natte vlekken in zijn blouse 😩). Het eten was niet warm terwijl het dat wel moest zijn. Aspergesoep had geen smaak. Erg benedenmaats. Bedienend personeel wist niet eens een glas goed neer te zetten (niet in de juiste richting, niet op de juiste plaats en met een oksel in mijn gezicht en een elleboog richting iemand anders gezicht 🥴). De dames serveersters deden wel echt hun best maar werden waar de gasten bij waren aangesproken. Wat enorm jammer van zo’n mooie locatie. Oja, er was geen scroppino ‘vanwege het weer’ :-). Dan de muziek. Eerst wat loungemuziek, was oke. Daarna een dj met wat loungemuziek, dat ging ook nog wel maar toen een optreden van?? tja van wie of wat? In een woord verschrikkelijk. We zijn maar gauw vertrokken. Personeel moest nog even bakkeleien wie er mee zou lopen om af te rekenen….

Zonder meer een prachtige locatie! Wij kenden die al van het restaurant dat ooit op die plek heeft gezeten. Interieur en exterieur heel smaakvol. Een heerlijk verrassingsmenu gegeten, echt TOP! Vriendelijke ontvangst en bediening. Enige minpuntje was de harde muziek die volgens de medewerker op ‘z’n zachtst stond’….🤔

I expected more from the reception and service. I was on location in advance; I then explained that we were coming for a special occasion. We celebrated our wedding anniversary with our children. We sat outside in a nice spot, but had the feeling that we didn't fit in. At other tables we saw pleasant interaction with the service, our experience was different. The food was good, unfortunately only 5 desserts were served and 1 of us had to wait…. So long that the others had to eat because the ice cream melted. When asked whether dessert would still be available, the response was laconic. When dessert was finally served, there was no excuse… surely that was appropriate, I thought. LSeven was recommended to us by friends. Maybe it was just bad luck, but it wasn't what we expected.

Wow! This is also a great location with a nice chic ambiance, very friendly and good reception and friendly service. Location is easy to reach, has ample parking (free) with charging stations and the outside terrace is located on the water. Really a picture!

Delicious food, the shared dining principle is far from frivolous here, and definitely worth it. Both the portions and the quality were excellent. Occasionally it took us some effort to get the attention of the wait staff (perhaps a somewhat busy evening). The music was easy to dance to, but it was too loud for us to be able to talk and listen relaxed at the table. Beautiful place and furnishings.

Beautiful chic ambiance in a quiet water-rich environment. Very attractively decorated and friendly service. We had the 7 course menu and every small dish was very tasty and all in all we were very satisfied. Beautiful cheese board and a white chocolate dish to finish. Nice wine list with some affordable wines. We will definitely come back because everything was great and tasty in a well-kept environment. As can be seen in the photos, the lighting was limited.

Definitely recommend going here. Delicious and good food, good service and beautiful interior. These 3 elements create a pleasant ambiance and experience. Been there twice already and will definitely come again. In the summer I also think it would be very nice to be on the water. We will definitely experience that next summer.

Schitterende locatie echter slechts 2 tafels bezet dus erg stil en... koud... We namen beiden een 3 gangen menu. Eentje vegetarisch en eentje gewoon. Het hoofdgerecht van de normale versie was ronduit slecht... droge vierkante stukjes kipfilet. Geen sausje, een mini stukje aardappel van 2 bij 1 cm en een mini stukje witlof zelfde formaat. De vegetarische variant was een stuk beter met gevulde ravioli, spinazie en cantharellen. Voor en nagerecht was ok. Wellicht nog een keer terug in de zomer vanwege de locatie en dan borrelen ipv dineren...

Spontaneously ended up at L7 for a drink during a bike ride. Really what a beautiful place, beautiful, light, attractive decor and a beautiful terrace. The toilet was also an experience, we will definitely come back!

The food is good, the atmosphere is good but the price-quality is not good. It's really a bit too expensive for what you get. A steak with a sauce, rendang and sea bass with spinach are all very tasty but not very special. And that for a menu for 60 pp.... The same applies to the vegetarian variant. All very tasty, but I can eat that somewhere else for a few tens less. It's also a pity that we had to wait almost an hour for the first dish. So for an evening in which you pay €220 for two people, it is not quite what you expect.
