This ice cream is really so delicious. What a beautiful shop, too. The staff is very friendly. The coffee and Italian pastry are also really excellent. I am so glad they are located in our city center. A real gem. Highly recommended.

We absolutely love coming here with our little man! He always gets a warm greeting and a high-five/fist bump when leaving, which makes every visit fun for the little man. 😊 The coffee is delicious and they have incredibly tasty ice cream flavors. Our absolute favorite is the dark chocolate! 🍫🍦 What we also really appreciate is the friendliness and the nice, cozy atmosphere. We are always warmly welcomed and therefore love coming back here again. Highly recommended!

The best ice cream in the region. My favorites are Key West lemon pie and coconut macaroon.

Nice play area for kids, delicious ice cream, great music, good atmosphere, easy to reach; perfect

Good value, nice taste. Not the best but definitely good.

Good quality ice cream, not the best, but still quite ok. To my taste they could have more variants with less sugar in general, and there should be more cream in it. They do have sugar free ice, by the way, that's a pro. The coffee is definitely worth 5 stars. The price is right, and you even get a free mini ice cream cone. But the ice cream itself is somewhat on the expensive side.

Very pleasant service and excellent ice cream

We had a voucher for scoops of ice cream, but the cashier indicated that they were no longer valid. Strange, because there is no expiration date on the voucher and money has already been paid for them. So they cashed in nicely, but then refused to serve ice cream. We left the shop without ice cream and visited another ice cream parlor instead.

Very good ice cream. Fast, good service.

Owner or manager, the man with many tattoos is rough and unfriendly, even towards a pregnant woman. Apparently, only customers with blond hair and blue eyes are welcome.

The best ice cream in Waddinxveen

Delicious ice cream with friendly people

Delicious ice cream at an affordable price, a real winner 💯

Just had an ice cream. Delicious, really fresh.

Not only is the ice cream delicious, but it is always fun with Jeffrey. That is also because we speak the same Hague dialect.... It all started with the question of whether he also had the 'Fluitenkruid' flavor in his assortment... we laughed so much back then. Since then, Jeffrey has been my best friend, and not just mine. Jeffrey is what you might call a kind of Italian barista in Waddinxveen. If it isn't too busy, he takes the time for a chat. Many Waddinxveeners embrace him, because Jeffrey brings a bit of village spirit to the town.

Super tasty ice cream with lots of variety, but the owner really could be a bit friendlier towards children; they are just kids, after all 😉 who are in an ice cream parlor and not in a museum where you have to be dead silent, etc.

I politely asked for a small spoon for my child after he had dropped his. Even though we weren't customers, a small gesture of hospitality would have meant a lot. Unfortunately, the only response was a curt "no." To me, that says enough about the hospitality and customer service at this establishment. No more ice cream for us here.

Very tasty ice cream, innovative flavors, a wide selection, and a nice place to sit.

Simply delicious ice cream. Friendly staff, top notch.

My visit to the ice cream parlor was unfortunately disappointing. The owner came across as very dry and impatient, especially towards boys who just wanted to order something. As a result, the atmosphere felt awkward and not welcoming at all. What a shame!

I come here occasionally with people from my foster family. I think it's a nice ice cream parlor; the interior is beautiful and it's quite spacious inside with plenty of room to sit. There is also a swing for the kids. The staff is friendly and there is a wide variety of ice cream at a good price. It is usually not too busy, so you can eat your ice cream in peace. This ice cream parlor is definitely recommended.👍🍨

Four happy connoisseurs, one ice cream parlor, and a taste experience you’ll never forget! Luciano in Waddinxveen delivers ice cream of exceptional quality: creamy, full of flavor, and perfectly balanced. Every scoop feels like a little work of art, and the toppings are a feast for the eyes and the tongue. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff friendly and attentive, and the presentation of the ice creams is truly Instagram-worthy. Whether you choose a classic or dare to experiment with the seasonal specials, your taste buds will be eternally grateful. In short: highly recommended for anyone who loves really good ice cream. We will definitely be back!

Lots of good and tasty ice cream and also beautiful design

Especially a beautiful ice cream parlor. Nice staff who are up for a joke. The ice cream tastes delicious; my son was enjoying it. It is also nice that there are many shops nearby; walking around and licking an ice cream is perfect.

positive, neat shop with delicious ice cream!

Super good service and excellent ice cream. The dogs are welcome too and get a free ice cream. For us, it's a lovely evening walk with a great reward.

Great ice cream and very customer friendly

Great ice cream parlor with delicious ice cream and plenty of seating.

Great ice cream, quite expensive and a mega long wait due to the slow staff.

We always like to come here for a few scoops of ice cream 🤤 The ice cream is so delicious and the shop is neat and spacious. The display case contains 32 well-known and lesser-known ice cream flavors. There is plenty of space to sit outside.

Great ice cream. Only strange that their vanilla ice cream is gone when we come by. Then I'd rather drive to Janssen in Boskoop

Great ice cream shop where they take all allergens into account. Our son has a severe nut allergy and lactose intolerance, but it always goes well there!

Best ice cream parlor in Waddinxveen and surroundings. Always a friendly owner, and I don’t recognize the reviews below at all. Not racist or difficult in any way. I’ve been coming here for years!

What a fantastic ice cream they have there! And then the staff, super relaxed and helpful. Recommended! Especially the owner, very chill man 🙏🏻

Delicious ice cream and coffee!

The best guy, with 10,000 tattoos on his arm, kept staring aggressively at everything that wasn't Dutch. You only need to have a little dark hair and you'll get a look that makes you feel absolutely unwelcome. Judging by the names of the reviewers below, this is no coincidence, but a pattern. NEVER AGAIN!!

Delicious ice creams, nice cappuccino and super friendly staff. I like to come here after a walk through my village.

Delicious ice cream, but that was already known

Been a customer at Luciano's ice cream parlors for 18+ years. This branch does an excellent job of keeping its name alive

Super delicious ice cream and a salon where you can sit inside or outside in the sun. And they also sell delicious warm Superstroop waffles from Markus. They also serve delicious coffee with a mini screen with ice. Highly recommended for shopping or just to stop by to treat yourself!

Delicious ice cream! And even if there is a long line, your turn will be quick.

Super tasty ice cream, lots of choices.

Super delicious ice cream!! Nice big place and very friendly staff!! (The price is on the high side, but unfortunately that has to be the case with this absurd government)

Delicious ice cream, many flavors, but pricey.

The tastiest ice cream in the Zuidplas. Beautiful flavors that we enjoy every time.

Super tasty ice cream, excellent service

Get ice cream regularly. Generous ice cream scoops! Clean ice cream shop.

The guy from the service is really arrogant and always look bad i have to kids and i take few tissues for clean the hands from my kids because he don’t when give with the ice one and he says i use to much for kids the ices can be good but this guy is so bad example of what is client service i think is better he goes out or if he is the owner learn to manage a business I pay around 12 euros for 4 ice creams and i come often but for sure is the last one

The owner is a vulture. Took a family outside for a few extra napkins 🤣

Had a delicious fresh strawberry milkshake in the store. A very cozy and beautiful store! The employees are helpful and friendly and you get a holiday feeling when you eat your ice cream.

Super tasty ice cream, super large portions and very friendly employees..... Entourage is a bit on the bare side but super functional ;)

Very tasty ice cream worth doing for a fun round....

Simply delicious, cheap and pleasant

Incredibly delicious ice cream, perhaps not handmade/really artisanal, but it doesn't matter much! Nice staff and the owner is always there for you.

Very serene local place with 35 flavours to choose from, alot of extraordinary one's! 😋

Delicious ice cream. Nice place to eat your ice cream and friendly service

Delicious ice cream, good coffee and very hospitable. Do you want icecream? Then you have to go this way. We enjoy it regularly and I definitely recommend it!

Ice cream is fine, but sir himself, there is still a lot to be gained from customer friendliness, especially towards the children.

So nice, such an ice cream parlor in Waddinxveen!

Delicious coffee, ice cream and tea. Nice place to come. A swing inside for the kids, that's really cool

Delicious ice cream but also super tasty coffee.

Delicious ice cream, lots of choice!

Super tasty ice cream, can also be enjoyed inside, just a bit expensive.

Great ice cream! Lots of choice, special taste and beautiful decor!
