Meager portion For the price I expected a generous scoop of ice cream, but got a small scooped scoop with a dollop of whipped cream. When I said something about it, the response was simply: "This is it." That did not feel hospitable. Abroad, like in Italy, as a customer you are also really a guest. Here it mainly felt like cutting costs. A shame, because the business is doing well, a little generosity would not be out of place.

I was at Luciano in The Hague and was looking forward to a nice ice cream, but honestly I was a bit disappointed. For more than four euros I got two very small scoops. The ice cream tasted fine, nothing to complain about, but the quantity was really minimal. When you go to an ice cream parlor, you just want to be able to enjoy a full ice cream - not be almost finished after a few bites. As far as I'm concerned, the portions could be a bit more generous.

The best ice cream you can get! Very wide choice of flavors, also variation in flavors so you always have something new to try. Sometimes there is a long line outside, which I understand, but they also work through that fairly quickly. Definitely recommended!

I've been coming here since 2020 and have tried every flavour—but nothing topped the Melk Chocolade. Sadly, it was discontinued. For the past three years, I've been hearing it’s “coming back,” but I stopped by again last week and... still no sign of it. Luciano, if you're reading this—please bring it back! 😄

The ice cream is good, just a long time waiting in line. Visited the place twice and both times i was served not the ice cream i ordered, I didnt mind since its not the end of the world and the staff seems very tired

Super good! You can't really just sit by the one in Weimar. And a good ice cream man distinguishes himself by serving ice cream that doesn't have water in it and this one is always good.

The ice cream shop Luciano is at the very end of Theresiastraat and is the ultimate in Italian ice cream. In the summer I often visit this ice barge when I am nearby. Every time I got a scoop of ice cream in a cone. Delicious ice cream! Favorites are Coconut, Dark chocolate, Vanilla, Bastogne and Lemon. Always busy, although there are 2 service areas, the line extends outside onto the street. There is also an outdoor terrace to eat your ice cream.

Perhaps the tastiest ice cream in The Hague. Ice cream is made traditionally. A new flavor every month. The Key West lemon pie is recommended. The traditional flavors are delicious too. You can sit inside and also sit outside when the weather is nice. You can also get ice cream cakes there. 🍨

My son and I love their (large range of) icecream! Their coffee and macarons are also great. Cozy atmosphere. Family/kids friendly.

If you pay the top price of 2.20 per macaron, you expect something artisanal. With how hollow these macarons are, I searched deeply, but found nothing.

No comment about the ice cream, it's just delicious. But I think it's really bad that coffee is no longer made at 7:05 PM when the store closes at 8 PM. "The machine must be cleaned in time," said the boy. Very customer unfriendly!

Went by today at 6:15 PM and they are closed. Lots of ice cream, etc. already out. The website says 7:00 PM. Shame.

Best ice cream place in The Hague!

Without a doubt one of the best ice cream shops in the Netherlands and probably the best ice cream shop in The Hague. Long queues in the summer. Lots of choice in flavours. You can't order ice cream coupes here, only hand ice creams. They also sell (ice cream) cakes and chocolate.

Luciano ice cream always good. A bit of a strange gentleman does work there. Was staring coldly at me for a while, had no idea why :) the younger employees are otherwise fine and nice and ice cream is always good here. The coffee is also ok.

I always lived in this neighborhood and always enjoyed going there for ice cream. We now live half an hour away, but if we are in the area we will definitely stop by. Always deliciously light and not too sweet ice cream. In terms of price and quality, certainly in relation to 1 scoop costs 2 euros and 2 scoops cost 4 euros, but then you also have a nice, fresh and airy ice cream. They also always have new flavors. My favorite is stracciatella and tiramisu or lemon, but unfortunately tiramisu is not available now. There is also sorbet ice cream and they take allergies into account. Never tried macarons or coffee, but they also look delicious and apparently a luxurious coffee machine that should produce delicious cappuccinos. They also have oats and soy for people like me who don't drink milk.

Delicious ice cream, but the price has risen a lot in recent years. Where you paid approximately one euro per bulb two years ago, it is now 2 euros per bulb. Even for a mini horn (which is normally included with coffee) for a baby you pay 1.10 euros. If they were a bit cheaper, I would come here more often (and therefore end up spending more than I do now, but for more ice cream)

Clean, cozy and friendly and plenty of staff with a very wide range of ice cream and delicious iced coffee (with whipped cream). Exquisite!. Just very expensive. After Marinello comes this case.

If you ever want to visit an authentic ice cream parlor with old-fashioned delicious ice cream, this is the place to be, it costs a bit but it is completely worth it, the crowds prove that this is delicious ice cream. I don't have any tips because there is no accounting for taste.

The best ice cream in town. However, 40€ for 6 mini ice cream tarts and 2 macaron, you can spare a bucket to protect them in transport. Shame.

There is only one person behind me, no crowded at all. There were at least 2 sale people, but they push me the choose what i want in a second! What is the rush people? What is this tense in all employees? Sorry but I stop by this icecream shop to walk in a beautiful weather, no need for this nervous moment!

The ice cream is of good quality. It is very expensive here. What I think is a shame is that this is another store where you can only get ice cream in cones or in cardboard containers. I want it like in Germany where you can also get sorbets. In the Netherlands it is usually all low effort when it comes to the catering industry and too expensive.

Delicious ice cream and ice cream cakes. The cannelloni and coconut Macron are also delicious. You can sit there (inside and outside) and because the ice cream is so good, it is often busy. Toilet available. Parking is a bit difficult, but you have to be prepared for it. Definitely come back here.

I’ve been a customer of Luciano for many years, but today I was very dissapointed by the taste. Ice cream tasted like cheap ice cream from a supermarket with artificial taste and colour (too sweet, not creamy enough). That’s pity.

BEWARE: credit cards and large bills not accept. Looking forward to trying their ice-cream once I have exact change.

Oprecht het beste ijs van Den Haag. Ruime keuze aan smaken. Altijd vriendelijk personeel, en recycle systeem met de lepeltjes.

personeel was echt vet ongeduldig. Waren de hele tijd ‘VOLGENDE!!’ aan het schreeuwen alsof het de Haagse markt is. Voordat je deur door bent willen ze je bestelling al weten. In die opwelling heeft mijn date maar strawberry cheesecake gekozen. Smaakte nergens naar man. En een volgende date kan ik ook wel vergeten..
