Lunchroom 't Zuudloardertje in Wijk 00 Zuidlaren

We had a really delicious lunch, and our dog was even welcome inside. It was actually way too busy for the number of staff; we couldn't even order a second drink. A great price for the quality. The restrooms definitely need updating. A tip: leave a bowl of water for your dog.

Review: Lunchroom 't Zuudloardertje - Never Again Our lunch at Lunchroom 't Zuudloardertje was a big disappointment. We ordered a meatloaf sandwich, but what we got was ridiculously little. One thin slice had a normal slice of minced meat on it, but the other slice had half a slice. You feel slightly cheated *because* for 11 euros you can expect a bit more than two thin slices of bread with such a small portion. The situation was made worse by the coffee. We paid almost 4 euros for a cappuccino and got it in the smallest cup you can imagine. It was as small as a vending machine cup, which is really not possible *because* you expect a decent cup for that price. And then there was the service: the ladies at the counter were downright unfriendly. This went beyond the well-known Groningen down-to-earthness, it was simply uncustomer friendly *because* little attempt was made to make us feel welcome. The highlight was my son's apple juice. This was served in a jar with a lid, but there was a fly in it. How that can happen while the lid was on is beyond me, but it says a lot about hygiene *because* this is absolutely not supposed to happen. When we asked for a new apple juice, we got it in such an irritated tone that it made us feel even more uncomfortable. In summary, Lunchroom 't Zuudloardertje is absolutely not recommended *because* you don't get what you pay for here, hygiene is a concern and the service is substandard. Are you looking for a nice place for lunch in Groningen? Then skip this place.

Service was too fast and not mutually agreed upon. 2 came right after each other. Then it took a while before someone came again. Surprisingly what we got besides the tea. Top. Lunch was delicious, although the decoration of the sandwich was missed. Outside and inside it looks cozy, but if you have to go to the toilet... you have to go inside to their private room. They have many special things on the menu that are top notch

Lieflijk intiem zaakje naast een prettig terras. Een aangename vriendelijke eigenaresse die oms persoonlijk te woord staat en heel goed weet wat lekkere en goede cappuccino is. Heerlijke zelfgemaakte perentaart. Uiteraard met slagroom. Dit vraagt om herhaling bij een volgende keer Zuid Laren. Complimenten 😊

Heerlijk plekje in de schaduw,vlotte bediening en lunch erg goed,vers brood en prima kroket. De loempia is geweldig,vol met kip, zeker een aanrader!!

Super leuk, klein en gezellig plekje! Het eten (Elly's Zuudloarderbroodje, als ik het me goed herinner) was ontzettend lekker. Er zijn veel vegetarische en veganistische opties, en daarmee krijgt het cafeetje ook een moderne uitstraling. Aanrader: karamel ice-frappe! Een van de lekkerste ijskoffies die ik ooit heb gehad. Mmm!

Ik kom er regelmatig even. De koffie en broodjes zijn lekker; het zelfgemaakte gebak ook! Niet alles is vers klaargemaakt; het gehaktbrood komt volgens mij uit de diepvries en is droog. Maar doe een broodje, koffie en taartje en je zit helemaal goed (en voor heel nette prijsjes!)
