Marcus Coffee, Tea Blends & Lifestyle in Binnenstad

We had a late lunch there- the Bruschetta- and they were amazing in looks and more so in taste. The waitress got fresh new water for our dog and we even took our leftovers with us (nicely packed up). Oh and the iced chai and cappuccino were amazing, too. We’d come again for sure!

The breakfast is perfect, with homemade hummus (which is sooo delicious), and the service is impeccable and super friendly. They have a huge selection of delicious coffees! Highly recommended!

Wow, that iced coffee with a scoop of ice cream is absolutely delicious! It was also delicious; a different preparation method than I'm used to (something with eggplant).

Cozy decor, but very busy. Friendly staff, who warned us that the kitchen was busy and it might take a while, but that wasn't too bad. The food itself could have been a bit spicier.

The coffee and chocolate specialties are good, but given the good reviews, we expected a bit more. What generally soured the experience: Please clean your tables, and even better, your restrooms. That's really not nice and certainly doesn't happen in one day.

Fantastic coffee bar with super tasty food from cakes to delicious lunch dishes. All dishes are prepared with fresh quality products and love and you can taste it! The same goes for the drinks! The owner and staff are very friendly, service-oriented and customer-friendly. I would love to come back here :)

This morning I noticed Marcus’ high rating for coffee and knew I had to try. The owner started with a story then created the most perfect cortado coffee explaining the process of creating it. Check out the layers in the photo. It was delicious. My new favorite. I’m spoiled for other coffee. Highly recommend Marcus for all coffee. Thank you my new friend!

Really cute cafe, we sat inside to keep warm. The staff are really friendly. In search of an ‘Australian’ style cappuccino, not quite right but better than most.

It’s about time to leave a review of this place as I’ve been visiting so much that I can say this is my favourite cafe in all of Zeeland, the staff is always very kind and attentive, they offer a variety of delicious cakes; savory meals (recommend the spicy chicken sandwich) and beverages. I have tried their matcha, cappuccino and latte macchiato which were all great quality. The interior of the place is very warm and relaxing, with traditional elements that make you teleport to Marrakesh. All of this is great, however what I value the most about this place and what sets it apart from the rest in my eyes is that I never felt pressured as a solo guest that needs to get some reading done but I also notice a lot of guests with children and dogs coming so it truly feels like everyone is welcome🤍

What an atmosphere! And the food, all dishes taste delicious! Espresso is exactly as I like it, strong and tasty! Desserts are on another level! Staff is very friendly. Marcus...where Morocco meets Andalusia with a touch of good Italian espresso.

A tent that feels like a warm blanket. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is good. Good coffee, which is also not unimportant. The spicy mango tea is surprising and worth trying. I highly recommend sitting here.

Celebrated my birthday at Marcus 🎈 Cosy, relaxed atmosphere and delicious coffee/tea and homemade cakes. Always a warm welcome. The snacks/dishes homemade by the owner were again unsurpassed! There was a play corner for the grandchildren, so they also had a great time and enjoyed their meal. We like to come there for just a coffee or a nice lunch. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good address and a place of rest in this hectic world.

A great place where they sell really great coffee. The cappuccinos etc. are tasty, but sometimes you really want something different then you should definitely come in here and go through all the coffee specials. But I can say this much, you just have to go see it and judge for yourself. 😉👍

My wife and I were visiting with our little daughter. Food and drinks were very tasty and fresh. There is also a small play area for children. The toilets were also clean.

Long weekend to Vlissingen. Today the two of us had breakfast at Marcus's. It can be described in one word, AMAZING. Coffee, tea, shakhouka and scrambled eggs were so delicious. Top quality. Too bad they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, otherwise we would definitely have come back. Highly recommended!!

The ambience is very nice. Cake and coffee tasted good. I deducted one star because we ordered ourselves and had to go to the counter to pay (maybe the waitress didn't see us).

Also available in cakes. Very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Something different again. Arabic/oriental/South American atmosphere decoration. Really beautiful and nothing is straight forward. Recommended. Really do it. For coffee/tea as well as lunch and cake etc!

At Marcus' cafe in Vlissingen your coffee dreams come true. Super cool atomosphere inside with plenty of outdoor patio seating too. I had the Alpha coffee; it was amazing. The scrambled eggs on toast was really good.

Gem in Vlissingen. Moroccan cuisine. Too many tasty things on the menu to choose from. On advice I took mesemen kefta and zalouk and this was an excellent choice for sharing! Highly recommended. Marcus mint tea and fresh pomegranate tea were also delicious with the date cake

Coffee lovers will get their money's worth here. Unfortunately I can't say much about the food as we drank our way through the menu. London Fog favorite!

Great tent! A real gem in Vlissingen. Here you can eat fantastic toasted sandwiches, taste delicious tea and really discover Moroccan cuisine. The high tea is definitely recommended! The only point for improvement is that it sometimes seems a bit messy at the tables, but otherwise one of my favorite cafes in Vliss.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed after all the rave reviews. I found the coffee (which is most important to me) very disappointing. Much too dark roasted for me with bitter and ashy notes. The tarts are a bit dry and bland tasting. As if they are already a bit older. Unfortunately...

Delicious food! Lots of vegetarian options and they all taste great. The special coffees are also super original. I chose the one with chocolate and chili, just the right amount of spice 😋 I will definitely come back (several times)!

The selection of coffee, tea and chocolate is great. You should just think carefully beforehand about what you are taking. Some combinations take some getting used to. But you can't go wrong with coffee with chocolate

Marcus is a small, cute café where the food and drink are good. The service is helpful and friendly, you can pay with cash or card. I can recommend the latte with chocolate, but the coffee with blood orange wasn't my thing. Nevertheless, everyone's taste is different. The atmosphere on the market square is great and you have a great view! If you need a coffee break, this is definitely recommended :)

Very tasty coffee and matcha latte. The Spicy Hummus Bruschetta was excellent. If we weren't leaving from our vacation tomorrow, I would be a regular here just because of the many coffee options.

Beautifully centrally located in the city center of Vlissingen. Very cozy terrace and very friendly service. The employees are willing to serve something that is not on the menu. Just that little bit of extra effort. Highly recommended!

Excellent place for a coffee and a bite. Came here based on rating and ended up leaving a five star rating. Fully worth it. Sandwiches were not much of a looker but they were full of flavor. Nice looking interior, good terrace, excellent service. Surely recommendable experience. Would return in the area. Worth mentioning that they accept foreign cards as well.

A very nice cafe and really nice and attentive service. You can tell that this café is run with heart and not for profit. The owner calmly explained to me which cakes were on display. He also took my nut allergy into consideration and asked again in the kitchen before serving. At the end we received a free Moroccan snack. Delicious. A few days later we visited the café again and the owner even noticed that I had a nut allergy. Very attentive!!!
