a doner box for 5 euros is really worth the money I often go with some friends on Friday evening just before nightfall to the shop and we are always amazed at how delicious it is

We had to wait two hours for our food. After calling the first time, they said it would be delivered within 10 minutes... and after calling the second time, they didn't politely tell us that many people were waiting and we weren't the only ones. The food was delicious.

Just walked in to order two pasta dishes. We ended up asking, "Does the pasta come with bread?" The answer was, "No, you have to order it with it," and our response to that was, "Okay, then skip the bread." After waiting 50 minutes, I asked how long the food would take because it was taking so long. Only to be told that we'd said we didn't want it anymore and that she would have put it in the system anyway. I looked at the lady and asked, "Are you serious? Why else would you think we're waiting here?" I've honestly never experienced such terrible service. No one offered a solution, an alternative, or compensation for the misunderstanding, and I still had to pay for the two drinks. I find it utterly scandalous that everyone just stood there and said, "Yeah, yeah..." instead of offering any service. I used to order here regularly and even worked with the company at one point, but after such a rude response, I'll definitely go elsewhere!

I ordered chicken satay here, but it turned out to be a ready-made meal that had simply been reheated and delivered. After eating, I was seriously ill for three days with food poisoning. This had a huge impact. The restaurant said they would call me back, but they never did. To my surprise, my review was later deleted. This is without a doubt the worst dining experience I've ever had. Be warned before ordering from here.

It's like they raise the prices every week just to be able to pay the rent. Absolutely ridiculous prices. I hope this place goes bankrupt asap!

The food is getting worse and worse, but it's getting more expensive... the nachos were three times smaller than the usual portion... and the staff was not friendly at all!! No more masada for us!!!

Had to wait 2.5 hours for our order over €100. The order was incomplete. The potato wedges weren't included. The €6 bag of fries was soggy and cold. We called and received a discount code. We'll never come here again.

We ordered food by phone around 4:45 PM and were told it would be delivered around 6:00 PM. They called to let us know it would be half an hour late, and after another half hour, still nothing. We called again around 7:00 PM. Again, the order was on its way because it's busy. In my opinion, you shouldn't accept orders if you can't handle it. Wrong pizza and the rest of the food was cold. The delivery driver helped us politely and refunded the amount for the wrong pizza. No apology from Masada, just a message that it's busy.

We always order online and pick up. Delicious pizzas and halal hot wings, döner boxes, etc.

Went for dinner via Social Deal. The starter was bread with herb butter and/or garlic sauce. You can only order the basic pizzas, but they're excellent. There's no option to upgrade by paying an extra fee. The pizza itself is decent. Lots of cheese!

Ordered at 5:30, food was supposed to arrive at 6:20. After calling three times, the food arrived cold at 7:30. No apology, no discount, so it was completely worthless. It was a one-time order, so I won't be ordering from them again.

I've been ordering kapsalons and potato wedges here for over a year; it's the best place I know. Only since the Boswinkel location closed, you've been serving less lettuce and chicken doner in the kapsalons. Could you please increase this? Everything else is absolutely 10/10. Best place!!

A two-hour wait for food, and it was cold too. They really messed it up by turning it into one big business. Such a shame. I used to be a loyal customer. But now I'm a less loyal customer.

Where do I begin? I forgot the pizza! (Not the first time) I also forgot the can after the second time. After calling about the missing item, I had to wait another 40 minutes. The lahmacun was cold (microwaved), the shawarma was overcooked, and the fries in the children's menu were so greasy you could wring them out—so much fat and cold. After years of being a customer with ever-increasing disappointment, this was the last time. 60 euros gone!!!

Its the second time that we come here and they forget to prepare our order!! We have been waiting for more than 40 minutes and finally told them, and found out that they have forgotten!!! Its not the first time….

I shouldn't have ordered from you today. The chicken doner dish was still cold. And reading the latest reviews, it's becoming a recurring problem for you.

Great food👌 And decent portions

I ordered over the phone, and the first time I received cold food, they initially wanted to give me a €10 discount. Of course, I disagreed. When I received my order again, it was wrong again. And now, "they're not doing anything about it because that's what I ordered." It's been a terrible experience ever since. It's gotten really bad since a year ago.

After a hard day's work, I was glad to order something here. The food was excellent, and the place is beautiful!

After my food was already 40 minutes late, I called and was told it could be another 40 minutes. When I asked why I hadn't received any notification about the delay, I was told they couldn't do it. I angrily canceled my orders, but two weeks later, my money still hasn't been refunded. I hope to see it in my account this week, otherwise I'll file a police report.

What prices! Almost €20 for a small shawarma and a few potatoes. They'll probably go bankrupt soon.

Since they moved, it's been nothing like it used to be. Ordered three times at the new location. Three times, I had to wait more than two hours. Last time I ordered a doner box at 5:12 PM. Food was delivered at 8:10 PM. And that was on a normal weekday. I've been ordering from Massada for over 10 years. Last week was the last time.

Ordered for the first time, didn't read any reviews beforehand (I should have). After waiting over an hour and a half, calling the restaurant twice and being told it was almost ready and would be on its way, it finally arrived. I was starving, the kapsalon looked good, and what was missing...garlic sauce! Kapsalon without garlic sauce is impossible. I called, and they could have delivered it in 20 minutes. But after 20 minutes, my food was cold. No solution. So I ended up with a "dry" kapsalon. It tasted good dry, but if I order again, I'll pick it up. No more delivery. Best döner kebab shop in Enschede, but I'll stick with Jeruzalem on Twekkelerveld.

Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour and a half, or even two hours, for my food several times. Even after calling several times and being told "it's coming," it still took an incredibly long time. Only to finally receive cold food. Disappointing. You're better off going elsewhere if you want shawarma or something similar. It's much better.

The food is still great, but everything else has gone downhill. Suddenly they're closing ridiculously early, while you could usually stay until late. Service has also been a lot worse since a new team took over (from Boswinkel?). Suddenly, there's a lot of complaining about stamps being issued per order instead of €25 (even if you're dining with nine people). Such a shame, this was our favorite at Stadveld...

Yesterday I placed an order by phone. Very friendly staff on the phone. We were able to pick it up in about 15 minutes. It took a little while, but that's understandable. My husband and daughter said it was quite busy. They used to be at Boswinkel. It was actually much closer for us. The building at Stadsveld is large and turned out very nicely, my husband and daughter said. And the food was delicious. I had the lasagna. Super delicious 😀 They had a hair salon. Definitely worth repeating. So, we'll just have to drive a bit further 😉

Had to wait over an hour and a half for food, called, several times; answer yes it is Saturday it is busy. Then with the next order you can get a discount, have to coordinate. Then connection lost. 10 minutes later food finally arrives. Simply inedible, potato slices look like porridge, full of oil. Kebab meat just cold and inedible. Worthless. Used to be great, but this was really the last time.

I don't recommend buying a box here the meat just covers the potatoes. I took it back, lost 8 euros but I won't come here again...

Ordered 6 chicken nuggets, 1 bamischijf, fries and Zaanse mayonnaise......(kids menu) delivery person arrived 1 1/2 hours late fries were limp and cold (not edible!) had not added the Zaanse mayo.....and the delivery person did not have the correct change was very unfriendly short Masada was better now preferably 0 stars

We sat there for fifteen minutes and were not helped even though they walked past a few times. Left after another customer said I've been waiting for my food for over 30 minutes

They drive their delivery vehicles far too fast through the entire neighborhood, do not look to the left or right, do not give priority and often almost have an accident. I understand that you want the food to arrive warm, but that doesn't have to be at all costs.

Order 45 minutes later than stated. Almost cold food and you pay more than 30 euros for that. Called dozens of times to ask where it went unanswered, you finally get someone on the line, you have to wait and the connection is disconnected. Called again and finally someone on the line again, yes the phone is not in order. It's a bummer, the wait time was already an hour, which now became 1 hour and 45 minutes and therefore arrived almost cold. Too bad I used to be a regular customer, but this was really the last time.

Great case from our neighbor who we had been sitting across from for 10 years. Unfortunately, our friendly neighbor only continues at 1 location, which is a shame, but we will definitely always order food from them, it is always good food, good service and friendly staff. Waited over 2 hours for pizzas. Kept on a leash because the delivery person could be there at any moment. After more than 2 hours he comes with 2 lukewarm, weak pizzas. He was allowed to take it with him again. I will never order anything from here again

Waited almost 2 hours for 2 pizzas, we were told several times that the pizzas were on their way when they were not. You're just being lied to. No apology or compensation whatsoever. Disappointing!

We eat a doner wrap and a doner box here, tasty and not expensive!! It is almost impossible to sit comfortably because people are constantly coming for takeaway and the atmosphere is gone (and it gets cold because the door is constantly opening).

Well cooked, unfortunately I have to give a big minus for the promotion of overconsumption of meat. Meat portions are so large that half is taken away. They also don't have any vegan options, the vegetarian menu is super small and sad. But I give 3 stars because what I had was still very tasty, wrap with lettuce and pizza with vegetables on request. Still a large field for reflection and improvement!!

We order here weekly, food is always good. Portions large enough and warm (sometimes even hot!) Salad, lettuce and sauces always neatly in separate containers and still cold. Just like the side dishes, they all come in separate containers, so nice! We have already ordered different types of dishes and it always tastes delicious. Delivery super fast. Very satisfied, highly recommended

I often order here via home delivery. Food is always great! They really have a lot of choice, something for everyone, normally you see that one thing is better than the other, but at Masada that is not the case. Everything I've ever ordered here has been delicious so far. Fresh produce hot and great service. They are super fast with delivery and the delivery person is always friendly. I will sincerely miss you when I move north.

After all kinds of mistakes, nothing is properly made right. I came up with 2 options myself, they didn't like them and they came up with nothing. So after 2.5 hours of whining, calling and waiting, I was able to make my own sandwich, more than 40 euros lighter. Scammers!!!

We live 5 minutes away and got a stone cold pizza and nachos. We might as well have bought a pizza from the freezer at the appie.

Shoarma besteld met extra aardappelschijfjes een zak meer dan de helft was twee keer gebakken het was net chips jammer dat de kwaliteit achteruit gaat ,tip niet oude aardappelschijfjes weer opnieuw bakken en dan weer verkopen mvg Frank Esmeijer

Oprecht super lekker eten. Goede en snelle service als je het thuis laat bezorgen. De sfeer bij masada erg gezellig en het ruikt er altijd lekker!

Inmiddels heb ik de dönerwrap, de shoarma wrap en ook de kipdöner wrap gegeten. Ik kan ze allemaal aanbevelen. Tezamen met de saus, in mijn geval, whiskeysaus, in een apart schoteltje en een theelepel erbij, om de saus op te scheppen. Het restaurant zelf is uiterst schoon en ook de toiletten zijn altijd schoon! Het uitermate vriendelijke en mij altijd hartelijk verwelkomende personeel draag ik ook een warm ❤️ toe. Om al deze redenen kom ik altijd graag bij deze vestiging van 'Masada' op het Stadsveld in Enschede terug!

Het eten is super goed. Van een grote shoarmaschotel kun je zekers wel met 2 personen van eten, dus het is veeeellll 😀

Hadden een donurbox besteld om daar op te eten. Hadden gedacht dat je het netjes op een bord kreeg geserveerd. Maar gewoon in een kartonnen box. Als we dit Hadden geweten. Hadden we het mee genomen naar huis. Gevraagd om uitleg. Als we het op een bord doen lijkt het op kapsalon. Deze snapten we niet.

Het eten van Masada is echt verrukkelijk ik heb weer genoten alleen ik heb toch een aandachtspuntje die plastictasjes kunnen ze daar geen andere vorm voor bedenken ik kreeg een tasje waar mijn eten inzat en een apart tasje aan dat tasje vast gemaakt voordat blikje drinken. Dus 2 plastictasjes dat moet toch anders kunnen we moeten van dat plastic af en er zijn andere alternatieven zoals papierentasjes.

Heerlijk gegeten en vriendelijk geholpen. Top zaak!

Lokal w środku naprawdę spoko. Nie jakaś speluna ze spoconym turkiem za ladą. Jedzenie podawane w porcelanie a nie kartonowych pudełkach. Za 13 euro nie dasz rady tego zjeść do końca. Daje 4 gwiazdki bo chciał bym mieć trochę więcej warzyw.

Besteld en afgehaald. Broodje kip en een pizza. Pizza was verwisseld en bleek na omwisselen als nog niet lekker. Paprika en vleeswaren mochten nog wel 5 minuten langer in de oven. Broodje kip was erg lekker, maar erg duur.

Echt enorm goede kwaliteit en lekker van smaak en vers. Wel echt veel te prijzig vergeleken met anderen. Meer dan 10 euro voor een broodje shoarma is net wat te duur.
