Never again! Ordered at 5:00 PM and it was supposed to be delivered at 6:00 PM, only to be told at 6:45 PM that it will take another 45 minutes!!!! And I ordered with small children. It’s going to the cafeteria, but I also have to email Thuisbezorgd myself to get my money back; absolutely no leniency from their side! Mistakes happen, but then resolve it properly!

After having food delivered home so many times, we finally ate on-site with the kids at your place. What a treat it was! The food was incredibly delicious, the staff friendly, and the owner welcoming! We will be back soon.

It varies; sometimes the food arrives very quickly, and sometimes it takes an hour longer than the scheduled delivery time. They say it depends on how busy they are. But an email, text, or heads-up that it will take longer would be nice. However, the quality of the food is always good, and the portions are generous. Sometimes the fries/potatoes are a bit cold, but then you just have to pick them up yourself, I guess. The delivery drivers are friendly.

we ordered 70 euros worth of burgers and fries and they forgot the fries while being late an hour ,they lied abouth fries being on the way and then after 2h and their mistake they couldn't offer us something elese in return as they said it s happening usual. their delivery is harassing my girlfriend on another ocassion.

We ordered and after around an hour the order came without the fries. We called and they said that the fries are on the way, but we waited around 30 more minutes and no fries. We called again and we asked if this happens often and they said yes🤣. We still have no fries and the person that we spoke with was kinda passive aggressive about this situation, like it was our fault that they forgat parts from our order.

Kapsalon is not worth €16! The quality of the döner was poor, small portion. I ordered without knowing the price beforehand, so I hoped it was really good, but it wasn't.

A friendly gentleman claimed that I am the only one with a complaint about the food; now that I see the reviews afterwards, I am a bit surprised. I even called and indicated that the food was causing problems, but received no serious response. But then you can expect a bad review. The meat arrived warm and on time, but a number of things I specifically asked for were missing, and stomach problems followed afterwards. Too bad, do something about your quality, especially for this price.

Went here with the SocialDeal discount that offered choosing a pizza and getting an ice cream. Tasty pizzas. Nothing super special, but good enough especially for the SocialDeal price. Ice cream was tasty. Staff was friendly. Food was served quickly enough. Free parking out front.

I ordered a pizza for 22 euros and it was just a frozen pizza that they heated. Disgusting pizza and I'll never order here again.

Ordered food via the website at 19:05. It was supposed to take 30 to 45 minutes. After 1:30, still nothing. Called, said the food would only be prepared then and delivered in 10 minutes. Well, after 2 hours, still nothing received. Called the restaurant 3 times, no one answered. In the end, the food arrived after 2.5 hours, cold. 2 hungry kids who couldn't eat anything. When someone answered the first time, I got a young man on the phone who didn't care about the complaint I had. Then I got the response (it's busy because of King's Day, you just have to wait). I understand that it can be busy, but not in this way, and certainly not waiting 2.5 hours. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

Food fine, just as it should be. Service terrible! Six people standing behind a counter, no one asking if they can help you, or during the meal if it is to your liking. When serving, they don't even look at you. Cans on the table without glasses... Oh, and if you reserved via Social Deal, they first say that's not possible, it's no longer valid, until you show the reservation. Then when paying, they try again and quote the amount without the discount, even though they have it visibly in the system. Man, that's bad!!!

Ordered here for the last time, not the first. Ordered food at 18:00. It was supposed to take about an hour. In the end, we didn't receive the food until 19:45. And it was cold, too. Very disappointing.

We had to wait two hours for our food. After calling the first time, they said it would be delivered within 10 minutes... and after calling the second time, they didn't politely tell us that many people were waiting and we weren't the only ones. The food was delicious.

Just walked in to order two pasta dishes. We ended up asking, "Does the pasta come with bread?" The answer was, "No, you have to order it with it," and our response to that was, "Okay, then skip the bread." After waiting 50 minutes, I asked how long the food would take because it was taking so long. Only to be told that we'd said we didn't want it anymore and that she would have put it in the system anyway. I looked at the lady and asked, "Are you serious? Why else would you think we're waiting here?" I've honestly never experienced such terrible service. No one offered a solution, an alternative, or compensation for the misunderstanding, and I still had to pay for the two drinks. I find it utterly scandalous that everyone just stood there and said, "Yeah, yeah..." instead of offering any service. I used to order here regularly and even worked with the company at one point, but after such a rude response, I'll definitely go elsewhere!

I ordered chicken satay here, but it turned out to be a ready-made meal that had simply been reheated and delivered. After eating, I was seriously ill for three days with food poisoning. This had a huge impact. The restaurant said they would call me back, but they never did. To my surprise, my review was later deleted. The delivery driver helped us politely and refunded the amount for the wrong pizza. No apology from Masada, just a message that it's busy.

Went for dinner via Social Deal. The starter was bread with herb butter and/or garlic sauce. You can only order the basic pizzas, but they're excellent. There's no option to upgrade by paying an extra fee. The pizza itself is decent. Lots of cheese!

I've been ordering kapsalons and potato wedges here for over a year; it's the best place I know. Only since the Boswinkel location closed, you've been serving less lettuce and chicken doner in the kapsalons. Could you please increase this? Everything else is absolutely 10/10. Best place!!

Where do I begin? I forgot the pizza! (Not the first time) I also forgot the can after the second time. After calling about the missing item, I had to wait another 40 minutes. The lahmacun was cold (microwaved), the shawarma was overcooked, and the fries in the children's menu were so greasy you could wring them out—so much fat and cold. After years of being a customer with ever-increasing disappointment, this was the last time. 60 euros gone!!!

Its the second time that we come here and they forget to prepare our order!! We have been waiting for more than 40 minutes and finally told them, and found out that they have forgotten!!! Its not the first time….

I ordered over the phone, and the first time I received cold food, they initially wanted to give me a €10 discount. Of course, I disagreed. When I received my order again, it was wrong again. And now, "they're not doing anything about it because that's what I ordered." It's been a terrible experience ever since. It's gotten really bad since a year ago.

After a hard day's work, I was glad to order something here. The food was excellent, and the place is beautiful!

After my food was already 40 minutes late, I called and was told it could be another 40 minutes. When I asked why I hadn't received any notification about the delay, I was told they couldn't do it. I angrily canceled my orders, but two weeks later, my money still hasn't been refunded. I hope to see it in my account this week, otherwise I'll file a police report.

Food was delivered at 8:10 PM. And that was on a normal weekday. I've been ordering from Massada for over 10 years. Last week was the last time.

Ordered for the first time, didn't read any reviews beforehand (I should have). After waiting over an hour and a half, calling the restaurant twice and being told it was almost ready and would be on its way, it finally arrived. I was starving, the kapsalon looked good, and what was missing...garlic sauce! Kapsalon without garlic sauce is impossible. I called, and they could have delivered it in 20 minutes. But after 20 minutes, my food was cold. No solution. So I ended up with a "dry" kapsalon. It tasted good dry, but if I order again, I'll pick it up. No more delivery. Best döner kebab shop in Enschede, but I'll stick with Jeruzalem on Twekkelerveld.

Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour and a half, or even two hours, for my food several times. Even after calling several times and being told "it's coming," it still took an incredibly long time. Only to finally receive cold food. Disappointing. You're better off going elsewhere if you want shawarma or something similar. It's much better.

The food is still great, but everything else has gone downhill. Suddenly they're closing ridiculously early, while you could usually stay until late. Service has also been a lot worse since a new team took over (from Boswinkel?). Suddenly, there's a lot of complaining about stamps being issued per order instead of €25 (even if you're dining with nine people). Such a shame, this was our favorite at Stadveld...

Yesterday I placed an order by phone. Very friendly staff on the phone. We were able to pick it up in about 15 minutes. It took a little while, but that's understandable. My husband and daughter said it was quite busy. They used to be at Boswinkel. It was actually much closer for us. The building at Stadsveld is large and turned out very nicely, my husband and daughter said. And the food was delicious. I had the lasagna. Super delicious 😀 They had a hair salon. Definitely worth repeating. So, we'll just have to drive a bit further 😉

Had to wait over an hour and a half for food, called, several times; answer yes it is Saturday it is busy. Then with the next order you can get a discount, have to coordinate. Then connection lost. 10 minutes later food finally arrives. Simply inedible, potato slices look like porridge, full of oil. Kebab meat just cold and inedible. Worthless. Used to be great, but this was really the last time.

I don't recommend buying a box here the meat just covers the potatoes. I took it back, lost 8 euros but I won't come here again...

Ordered 6 chicken nuggets, 1 bamischijf, fries and Zaanse mayonnaise......(kids menu) delivery person arrived 1 1/2 hours late fries were limp and cold (not edible!) had not added the Zaanse mayo.....and the delivery person did not have the correct change was very unfriendly short Masada was better now preferably 0 stars

They drive their delivery vehicles far too fast through the entire neighborhood, do not look to the left or right, do not give priority and often almost have an accident. I understand that you want the food to arrive warm, but that doesn't have to be at all costs.

Order 45 minutes later than stated. Almost cold food and you pay more than 30 euros for that. Called dozens of times to ask where it went unanswered, you finally get someone on the line, you have to wait and the connection is disconnected. Called again and finally someone on the line again, yes the phone is not in order. It's a bummer, the wait time was already an hour, which now became 1 hour and 45 minutes and therefore arrived almost cold. Too bad I used to be a regular customer, but this was really the last time.

Great case from our neighbor who we had been sitting across from for 10 years. Unfortunately, our friendly neighbor only continues at 1 location, which is a shame, but we will definitely always order food from them, it is always good food, good service and friendly staff. Waited over 2 hours for pizzas. Kept on a leash because the delivery person could be there at any moment. After more than 2 hours he comes with 2 lukewarm, weak pizzas. He was allowed to take it with him again. I will never order anything from here again

We eat a doner wrap and a doner box here, tasty and not expensive!! It is almost impossible to sit comfortably because people are constantly coming for takeaway and the atmosphere is gone (and it gets cold because the door is constantly opening).

Well cooked, unfortunately I have to give a big minus for the promotion of overconsumption of meat. Meat portions are so large that half is taken away. They also don't have any vegan options, the vegetarian menu is super small and sad. But I give 3 stars because what I had was still very tasty, wrap with lettuce and pizza with vegetables on request. Still a large field for reflection and improvement!!

We order here weekly, food is always good. Portions large enough and warm (sometimes even hot!) Salad, lettuce and sauces always neatly in separate containers and still cold. Just like the side dishes, they all come in separate containers, so nice! We have already ordered different types of dishes and it always tastes delicious. Delivery super fast. I often order here via home delivery. Food is always great! They really have a lot of choice, something for everyone, normally you see that one thing is better than the other, but at Masada that is not the case. Everything I've ever ordered here has been delicious so far. Fresh produce hot and great service. They are super fast with delivery and the delivery person is always friendly. After all kinds of mistakes, nothing is properly made right. I came up with 2 options myself, they didn't like them and they came up with nothing. So after 2.5 hours of whining, calling and waiting, I was able to make my own sandwich, more than 40 euros lighter. Scammers!!!

We live 5 minutes away and got a stone cold pizza and nachos. We might as well have bought a pizza from the freezer at the appie.
