McDonald's in Terneuzen West

Tasty and fast, but I doubt it's healthy xD

Friendly staff. Ample parking. Accessible only by car. Rather "remote" in an industrial area.

This is truly sad! It wasn't busy at all, they were standing there with their arms crossed, chatting away. The fries were still raw inside. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets, but first got a spicy chicken mac and cheese, even though they asked twice what I wanted. Luckily, they checked everything first to make sure everything was correct. When I got the nuggets, they weren't even spicy or warm. The milkshake was lukewarm. If it's busy and something goes wrong, that's okay, but having nothing to do and giving people their food is truly awful! Next time, I'll drive to a different place!

I'm NEVER ordering a reusable cup from here again! You just get ripped off and end up with a piece of paper cup in your hands. SCAMMERS!! ‼️

At the drive-through, they need to pay more attention to orders. It was very quiet, and I was finally the only person. I ordered all sorts of things, and with my apple pie, I got three instead of four. The girl just made a strange face. I'm sorry, they can talk and enjoy themselves while it's quiet. No problem at all, but as a customer, it's not nice to see them pulling faces like that, and there's no excuse for me to come there at least once a week.

There was a new Indian guy working there and I clicked on my Happy Meal chicken nuggets and he gave me a hamburger

We were planning to eat here for our daughter's birthday, first of all a lady at the counter who could barely understand Dutch, let alone speak it, and you had to order via the column, well unfortunately if I can't order anywhere anymore then I'm done with the mac

Very unfriendly and uncommunicative staff. Orders have to be placed at the kiosk, even though there's also a counter with a cash register... they refuse to help customers there.

Ordered large portions of chicken nuggets, but it's a shame the sauce is included in the packaging—very inconvenient. The old cups were much better and don't squirt out all at once.

Bad service, no one understands or speaks Dutch... when you can't even make two large cappuccinos and then saddle me with regular coffee, it's truly awful... you're going downhill fast. You've lost me!

They forgot my sauce for the 100th time.

When there are very, very, very few customers, so when it's not chaotic, it's great. The only problem is that they don't give a receipt after ordering, so at the kiosks, no receipt is issued after placing the order.

We ordered (3 small burgers, a medium fries, and 6 chicken nuggets), but first of all, we didn't get 6 chicken nuggets. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food, which wasn't even warm anymore. It was incredibly poorly organized and unbearable.

Great McDonald's. The food was delivered incredibly quickly. It's an ideal spot for a quick bite, but it's not cozy or atmospheric. But I wouldn't expect that from McDonald's.

Fries are cold and not cooked through. You have to wait a really long time for your order.

Clean. Fast cooking, polite staff and simply amazing cheesecake, very tasty. Not cloyingly sweet, creamy-cheese taste, soft, fresh. As an experienced cheesecake expert, I appreciated it.

I was in the drive-through, where there are two order terminals, but they normally take turns ordering. This wasn't the case. After several cars had already ordered at the other terminal, I wasn't helped, so I drove on. I then ordered at the window, but there was no help there either. Then I went to window 2, where I was told I hadn't ordered. I replied that that was correct, but that the problem had already been solved at the terminal, and nothing was being done at window 1 either. I then went inside and asked the managers what was wrong. The answer I got was that they hadn't seen you because it was busy. I didn't order anything else and left. Mac Terneuzen received a big fail.

The waitress served us Sundays at half the normal price. We had to ask for regular ones. In addition, the charging station does not work with standard charging cards such as Chargemap or others.

You shouldn't order sundaes there anymore. This is the new presentation of the ice cream. And that's how it should be, according to the staff and customer service.

Just drove through the drive you get your food then you have to wait 10 minutes for a simple 2 coffees and then you get the wrong one too

Drove through the drive. Forgot half of the order. You order a large fries and pay extra for it, and then get half a container of soggy fries. This is not the first time, by the way, if you order a large menu you always get half a container for the last year. It's actually quite sad if you pay for a large one. If you call to report this, they say "can you maybe drive back" no then my food is cold. This really is the worst McDonald's in the Netherlands.

I mean, it's McDonald's.... It's a normal McDonald's, nice friendly staff and very dog friendly

We ordered a mc chicken and got a mc spicy, we returned it and got a cold mc chicken back. When looking further we saw that there were a few things wrong with our order. Ordered mayonnaise and got curry sauce. Ordered 9 normal chicken nuggets and we got 7 normal and 2 spicy?

You give incomplete food every time

The order was fulfilled quickly and in full. The potatoes are fresh, not oversalted. The burgers are fresh and even. The place is clean. Everything is as it should be in McDonald's.

We are tourists and came to get a BLT and egg as it was displayed on the menu in the drive thru, that’s what we asked for did not get that. Also when getting rung out the screen wasn’t displayed for us to check, we asked for a water and got hot water for some reason, and waited for 15 minutes to get two biscuit sandwiches that were made incorrectly and their were only 2 other people in the drive thru. Would not come back

This time the McDrive, went nice and fast.

Too bad again, bought McDonald's for the kids on the way home. Neatly bagged with a burger for the adults. Everything in 1 large bag l. When we return home, there are other citizens in it and some citizens are missing. For these prices you certainly expect more service such as checking the order form before handing it over. And it wasn't that busy, with 3 entire customers for an ice cream

I've heard a lot of bad things about the MC Terneuzen and now I know someone who recently worked there for 3 days, was treated poorly and also didn't get paid. So never work there and MC's food is such junk, so it's better to avoid that.

It's been a long time since we had a really good meal at an MC, but this time it was absolutely fine! Double big tasty= recommended. Everything fresh, very tasty, ready quickly, neatly arranged. Super!

Just like always forgetting things about our order, this happens to us every time, regardless of whether it is a large or small order. The staff does not understand or speak Dutch and when you speak English they often look at you very stupidly. The last time they indicated that the order was incorrect, they took the bag back inside and then it was still incorrect. Wasted petrol countless times because we have to drive back because we want the food we paid for.

Definitely bad service, very often errors in ordering. And they think they can say anything to people because they have enough customers.

Are you waiting at the MC drive to place your order? After waiting 5 minutes and 3 customers who entered the drive after us and were helped immediately, it was finally our turn. Then for the umpteenth time I don't even get my order right. Staff is also not friendly or customer oriented and for a fast food it is anything but fast!!!! Go to the Dutch chip shop enough times, just old-fashioned!!!!! When I go to an MC it's no longer in Terneuzen!!!!!!

First they misunderstood my order at the drive, but at the payment counter it is no longer a good day. Very fast and friendly service, you can easily order from your table via the app. It's just a shame that there is only an outdoor playground for the children. Nice clean toilets with a care area for small children

Had lousy service yesterday afternoon! Had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for 2 x 6 chicken nuggets WITH chili and BBQ sauce and 2 chili chicken. After 8 to 10 other cars in front of me received order after order immediately (even large orders), the food finally arrived with a simple "sorry for the long wait". After I drove home I thought to myself “it could be another action that something is wrong with the order”. And yes…. No sauce😴. I drove all the way back and when I indicated at the window that the order was not in order, I was given an arrogant attitude and quickly pressed the sauce into my hands so that I would quickly leave. This was a one-off. Next time I will stand at the window and ask for my money back, because spending a total of 35 minutes on such a small order and then receiving an arrogant attitude from the staff makes no sense at all.

No idea who was behind the McDrive reception on 05.11.2024 around 8:30 PM. I ask for a double cheeseburger and a double chili burger as it says on the menu and she informs me that it doesn't exist and insists that I have to get double Quarter Pounder. and 3 Normal, I was confused that an employee does not know the menu itself. I drive on to pay and I'm sorry to say, but the way she acted I already knew that this was someone who was sitting there reluctantly. Well yes, I was on night shift so I didn't have time to check. come to work and 2 citizens were missing. please thoroughly interview your "enthusiastic" employees and do not hire recklessly, otherwise no complaints
