Plenty of screens available. Food is delivered to the table. They offer gluten-free burgers, which unfortunately aren't available in Germany. The cola tastes completely different than in Germany, unfortunately. But that wasn't a deal-breaker.

Orders are never complete and the toilet is dirty; once there was poop splattered everywhere and no one flushes.

A lot of things we had ordered were not included.

Ordered at the MC drive-thru, but everything was cold! And there were so few fries in it that I almost had to search for them.

We did not receive plastic cups, even though this was stated on the ticket.

We just went to get a cup of coffee, but decided to sit inside instead.

Worthless McDonald's branch. Yet another time they've forgotten items that were ordered. Last time I will ever set foot inside here.

Clean Mac, beautiful interior, friendly staff

What a terrible branch this is. Very busy, that much is true; you would think so. Food is coming in non-stop, so it must be hot too. Everything is lukewarm, fries soggy, hamburger cold. The staff are bringing the orders at a snail's pace. On a weekday evening.

Poor service and dirty toilets. There were lots of unruly teenagers hanging around, which made the place feel unpleasant and shows that you aren't able to manage the restaurant. What disappointed me most was that you refused to provide a simple bowl of tap water for my dog and instead told me to buy a bottle of mineral water. That was unnecessary and not very customer-friendly. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I've ordered an Oreo Frappe two times from this McDonalds (within 2 weeks). Both times they gave me a Mokka Frappe. First time I noticed in the car that it tastes differently and asked for a swap to what was ordered - the lady working there tried to argue with us that "Oreo Frappe has also a chocolate sauce", even though it was clearly the wrong one. They finally took it and gave me the right drink. This time my partner brought it home for me and I've noticed at home that I've got, once again, a Mokka Frappe.

Always delicious, even the latte macchiato

I couldn't scan my app anymore; I had already done that at the ordering kiosk, and the employee wanted to scan it again at window 1. After that stopped working, she said it was my problem and didn't want to take the trouble to help further. So, never again McDonald's Takkespui Roosendaal for me.

Been here often. Unfortunately, the order has been incomplete multiple times. And it is certainly very annoying when you drive home hungry. Usually, it isn't resolved properly either (missing 1 cheeseburger, but because you have to drive back everything is cold, you only get the one cheeseburger back). Just ordered again. The middle part of one Big Mac was upside down. As a result, you have 2 buns touching each other on one side, and 1 cheeseburger is missing.

The price-performance ratio is okay, cheaper than in Germany.

Grabbed a quick bite yesterday. If I had known I would get food poisoning from it, I would have driven on. I saw someone outside throwing up as well; clearly something was wrong with the food.

Dirty tables, cold food, terrible service, sinks in the restroom don't work

Well, it was really good and a really good experience, everyone should try it, I can only recommend it, thank you very much.

Reasonably decent place, though the staff is very friendly. I don't really like going to a McDonald's restaurant. But my wife loves it. This restaurant on the Tussenriemer has better opening hours than their colleagues at the Oud-Gastel exit. They close earlier, and the Drive-Thru is often incredibly busy. I have often sat waiting in my car there for at least 25 minutes!

Yes, but you still have to pay for plastic and then throw it away in the trash can.

Every now and then, I am a fan of McDonald's. You always know what you're getting, and sometimes they have a small variation on it. Ordering and service are always quick. Everywhere (worldwide), the same standard items are on the ‘menu’. I find the restaurants beautiful, but some are also clinical. That is why I gave 4 stars. Furthermore, I think everything is in proportion to the price I have to pay.

After half an hour and asking three times where my order was, I finally got my food. Burgers dry, coffee cold. The restaurant was maybe a quarter full, but everyone was standing in line with their receipts asking how much longer it would take. What a disorganized mess!

We had to wait a very long time for our food; it was just sitting on the counter. Everything arrived cold. We had to go back 4 times ourselves for incorrect items or regarding allergens. The staff just stood there doing nothing. I am never coming here again!!!

It’s already been a year since I was at a McDonald’s. Now I remember why. A double cheeseburger so big you could barely fill a hollow tooth, a milkshake consisting of 50 ml of ice cream whipped into a 400 ml bubble, a crispy burger made of separated chicken stuck together. The fries, fair is fair, tasted good. But 30 euros for a quick bite for 2 people... more than a year goes by before I make this mistake again.

Staff do their best. Furniture is outdated and broken. Food gets cold quickly.

This really is one of the dirtiest and rickety McDonald's I know... Practically all the tables are covered in a sticky layer of sauce, drinks, or milkshakes, the outdoor tables are covered in bird droppings, and about three-quarters of the seating is on the verge of collapsing. If at all possible, I won't go here again. Not really recommended.

Tasty food, nice and hot, freshly prepared

I visit this McDonald’s occasionally to grab a bite to eat, but this time the experience was very poor. I ordered inside for takeout: 6 chicken nuggets and a McFlurry. My order was ready in less than a minute and was immediately placed on the counter. Everything felt very rushed and careless. Although it is obviously not a restaurant in the traditional sense, I still found this experience quite disappointing and messy. I hope that more attention is paid to quality and service here.

Normally fine, but this time both the nuggets and the burger were downright limp and lukewarm. Probably sat around too long.

What a nightmare, first letting 3 cars go ahead of me at the ordering kiosk, then at the other kiosk while I've already been waiting there for 10 minutes, then being asked twice what I ordered, putting me in a queue for another 15 minutes, and then the order not even being complete... this is the last time, I'll drive to Burger King from now on.

Got a McFlurry, it was more like a milkshake, asked for a new one and it was even worse. Asked for a refund and went somewhere else.

The McDonald's drive-thru easily takes half an hour.

I wanted to order something at the counter, and there was a man working at the cash register who didn't help me. Eventually, I was helped by someone else; I had ordered two cheeseburgers and had to wait almost six minutes for something like that. Plus, the screen had a glitch or something; it didn't show any numbers, but it did display the preparation and readiness schedule.

This place is dissappointing, employees dont care about the customer, longer waiting times, cold fries..

This restaurant has clean toilets, friendly staff, and hot food. But try to avoid it during school afternoons, as it creates a rather restless atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience with a lovely blonde lady from the staff. The lady helped us out tremendously after we made a mistake ordering the "adult meal" ourselves. Thanks again!

If you go through the drive-through here, always check carefully. I think the order contains an error literally 40-50% of the time.

Despite the crowds inside and outside with noisy young people, we enjoyed some fries and a milkshake.

Hello, I'd like to tell you about an incident that happened today. I arrived at MacDrive and placed an order. My order was large, and the employee didn't understand what I wanted, so he called the manager. The manager politely took my order, but with a disgruntled look, and then told me to go to the cash register. I asked him for a receipt first. When I got to the cash register, I received my order. When I checked my order, two hamburgers were missing. I went to the manager to resolve this. When I asked for a receipt, I didn't receive one. When I asked for two hamburgers, I didn't receive the ones I was supposed to have. They didn't give them to me because they weren't on the receipt. But is it really my fault that orders are processed incorrectly and given incorrectly? Okay, I didn't even think about the fact that the order was wrong and without a receipt, but when I tried to pay for those two hamburgers on the spot, it was denied. They told me to reorder them. Sorry, I waited half an hour for my order after work at 12:30, and now I have to go back? I want this review noted and corrected as soon as possible. This is extreme negligence and disrespect for customers. Please improve the service, because I don't feel like eating there again anytime soon. Because of this kind of service, if I were the manager, I would give these two burgers away for free and apologize. That's all I have to say. Thank you for your understanding!

They would do a lot better if they would just communcate with the customers when things aren't going according planned.

They didn’t have any paper in the self-order machine, so I couldn’t see my order number. When I asked an employee, he rolled his eyes as if we were bothering him. And out of the four sauces we ordered, we didn’t receive any. 29.nov.2025

The food is well-prepared and the service is excellent. I ate at the restaurant, and the floor was extremely dirty; the tables weren't even cleaned. I've seen several employees walk by, and they don't do anything. It's unacceptable, and I've worked at a different location. This shouldn't be allowed!

We were helped by an incredibly friendly lady. Unfortunately, neither of our burgers (the meat itself) tasted good. Other than that, there was a nice atmosphere. The restrooms also smelled very fresh.

They hire 14 year old boys who then drop their food and then curse in my 6 year old's face. Not recommended. I won't be going there until there is a course on customer service.

This is definitely one of the worst ones. How hard is it: mayonnaise. No fries sauce. What's included? Well, no mayonnaise, I can tell you. Always a long wait. And a receipt? No way, so I have to explain again what's wrong. Exhausting.

For all those people complaining about bad food, be glad you got anything at all. Just spent half an hour waiting in the left McDrive while car after car was being helped on the right. So we went to the payment window, but we couldn't order there and were told to go back to the back of the line. What do you think? Just stuff that food in your McSter. I'll just drive on to Burger King.

We thought we'd quickly go to the McDonald's. First, we had to wait a long time, which wasn't really a problem. Then I was helped. The employee referred me to the first window to place my order because I had a QR code. So I went to the first window and the employee said, "Yes, I can't take your order here." So I said, "You referred me here yourself." In the end, they refused to take my order. He started arguing with me, so I asked for the manager. Then he said the manager was too busy. Eventually, he closed the window, and after 5 minutes, the manager came. A nice girl helped me right away. Eventually, I drove away and got a middle finger from the employee.

Third time's the charm! 3 out of 3 orders from the drive-thru were incomplete or completely different.

It feels like there are toddlers in the kitchen. The service is poor and the food quality is awful. They could have used chicken nuggets as a weapon during World War II to win. There's no sauce on the burger. The staff first gave the food to someone else, then received "new" and "fresh" food, only to find out the order had been wrong again. Rating -1/10. From now on, I'll go to the Burger King next door; hopefully, they have teenagers in the kitchen instead of toddlers. A big L for McDonald's.

McDonald's does what you expect. Unfortunately, three out of ten orders are missing something. I keep coming back, and they look at me like I'm lying—so there are learning moments.

Went through McAuto for them to tell me they do not accept 100€. No sign anywhere stating that. Money is money, it's plain stupid that I can not pay my order with 100€, specially if the order is above 50€ Improve that shitty customer service or at least put clear signs for people not to loose their time

Ordered chicken nuggets, two McFlurries, and a small milkshake. They promptly brought the chicken nuggets to the table, but they forgot the McFlurries and milkshake. I had to get them myself. The McFlurries were already half-melted.

The staff ignored me; the door was too heavy. My egg pizza wasn't good. I thought I'd get it plain, but it was raw. The milkshake was melted. And the staff didn't give me any free food. 10 euros for a panini is unreasonable, one bite and then I puked. The staff wasn't very nice. It smelled like chicken. And it wasn't a happy meal, it was a sad meal. The cheese was inedible. One word: UGLY. Like food poisoning. The fish was barely out of the sea; it moved.

So many people working behind the counter yet it is so slow. Missing items etc. They make you wait 20 minutes to get a cheesecake that is right there. Just so slow it’s frustrating watching them struggle to give you a fork..

I grabbed a drink at the McDonald's drive-thru this afternoon. The quality was fine, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly lady who took our order. Definitely worth a compliment. Here it is!

Was Saturday night 1.45 am. Was still reasonably busy at the Drive. But then n eyes. It took way too long. Several customers got irritated.

Discrimination is too high here no words for it. Ordered fish sandwich we got no cheese then said then a piece of cheese will be brought that you have to put on the bread yourself. Then indicated again then that fish sandwich was made again and the cheese was thrown on the bread and the manager was very UNfriendly and said you have to eat like this. So fish sandwich without melted cheese. I will never come again

Standard McDonald's. Food was just good as in every McDonalds. The real customer friendliness is a bit lacking because of the many young people who are clearly there for the money and not because they really like it by definition.

There are no opening hours listed, apparently they only open at 9:00, compared to other Macs that open at 6:00.

2 staff members are completely trashing 1 person, it was very unsociable because of this. I think this is unacceptable.

My "tribe" McDonald's, since day 1 it opened here. Very disinterested staff in recent years, who make no effort to give you a good meal. As usual, limp and cold fries, burgers thrown into your bowl without any care, and more ice than drink in your cup. Too bad. It's a shame that things have deteriorated so much. Luckily it's not that expensive. Hmmm, oh no not.

Words fail me... The experience too. The atmosphere in the car was good with 10,000 K3 balloons... But the food itself; that shoots straight out of your rectum. For a mere €6.10. I was allowed to eat this quarter pointer. *Had to eat it, because I paid €6.10 for it. I was not a pleasant table companion and will never come here again. What do people think there. From now on, cook yourself and make it a pleasant get-together at the table. The added value of this exquisitely topped broike has been completely written off...
