Hello, I'd like to tell you about an incident that happened today. I arrived at MacDrive and placed an order. My order was large, and the employee didn't understand what I wanted, so he called the manager. The manager politely took my order, but with a disgruntled look, and then told me to go to the cash register. I asked him for a receipt first. When I got to the cash register, I received my order. When I checked my order, two hamburgers were missing. I went to the manager to resolve this. When I asked for a receipt, I didn't receive one. When I asked for two hamburgers, I didn't receive the ones I was supposed to have. They didn't give them to me because they weren't on the receipt. But is it really my fault that orders are processed incorrectly and given incorrectly? Okay, I didn't even think about the fact that the order was wrong and without a receipt, but when I tried to pay for those two hamburgers on the spot, it was denied. They told me to reorder them. Sorry, I waited half an hour for my order after work at 12:30, and now I have to go back? I want this review noted and corrected as soon as possible. This is extreme negligence and disrespect for customers. Please improve the service, because I don't feel like eating there again anytime soon. Because of this kind of service, if I were the manager, I would give these two burgers away for free and apologize. That's all I have to say. Thank you for your understanding!

They didn’t have any paper in the self-order machine, so I couldn’t see my order number. When I asked an employee, he rolled his eyes as if we were bothering him. And out of the four sauces we ordered, we didn’t receive any. 29.nov.2025

They would do a lot better if they would just communcate with the customers when things aren't going according planned.

The food is well-prepared and the service is excellent. I ate at the restaurant, and the floor was extremely dirty; the tables weren't even cleaned. I've seen several employees walk by, and they don't do anything. It's unacceptable, and I've worked at a different location. This shouldn't be allowed!

We were helped by an incredibly friendly lady. Unfortunately, neither of our burgers (the meat itself) tasted good. Other than that, there was a nice atmosphere. The restrooms also smelled very fresh.

They hire 14 year old boys who then drop their food and then curse in my 6 year old's face. Not recommended. I won't be going there until there is a course on customer service.

This is definitely one of the worst ones. How hard is it: mayonnaise. No fries sauce. What's included? Well, no mayonnaise, I can tell you. Always a long wait. And a receipt? No way, so I have to explain again what's wrong. Exhausting.

For all those people complaining about bad food, be glad you got anything at all. Just spent half an hour waiting in the left McDrive while car after car was being helped on the right. So we went to the payment window, but we couldn't order there and were told to go back to the back of the line. What do you think? Just stuff that food in your McSter. I'll just drive on to Burger King.

We thought we'd quickly go to the McDonald's. First, we had to wait a long time, which wasn't really a problem. Then I was helped. The employee referred me to the first window to place my order because I had a QR code. So I went to the first window and the employee said, "Yes, I can't take your order here." So I said, "You referred me here yourself." In the end, they refused to take my order. He started arguing with me, so I asked for the manager. Then he said the manager was too busy. Eventually, he closed the window, and after 5 minutes, the manager came. A nice girl helped me right away. Eventually, I drove away and got a middle finger from the employee.

Third time's the charm! 3 out of 3 orders from the drive-thru were incomplete or completely different.

It feels like there are toddlers in the kitchen. The service is poor and the food quality is awful. They could have used chicken nuggets as a weapon during World War II to win. There's no sauce on the burger. The staff first gave the food to someone else, then received "new" and "fresh" food, only to find out the order had been wrong again. Rating -1/10. From now on, I'll go to the Burger King next door; hopefully, they have teenagers in the kitchen instead of toddlers. A big L for McDonald's.

McDonald's does what you expect. Unfortunately, three out of ten orders are missing something. I keep coming back, and they look at me like I'm lying—so there are learning moments.

Went through McAuto for them to tell me they do not accept 100€. No sign anywhere stating that. Money is money, it's plain stupid that I can not pay my order with 100€, specially if the order is above 50€ Improve that shitty customer service or at least put clear signs for people not to loose their time

Ordered chicken nuggets, two McFlurries, and a small milkshake. They promptly brought the chicken nuggets to the table, but they forgot the McFlurries and milkshake. I had to get them myself. The McFlurries were already half-melted.

Had a milkshake. Peach. Delicious.

The staff ignored me; the door was too heavy. My egg pizza wasn't good. I thought I'd get it plain, but it was raw. The milkshake was melted. And the staff didn't give me any free food. 10 euros for a panini is unreasonable, one bite and then I puked. The staff wasn't very nice. It smelled like chicken. And it wasn't a happy meal, it was a sad meal. The cheese was inedible. One word: UGLY. Like food poisoning. The fish was barely out of the sea; it moved.

So many people working behind the counter yet it is so slow. Missing items etc. They make you wait 20 minutes to get a cheesecake that is right there. Just so slow it’s frustrating watching them struggle to give you a fork..

I grabbed a drink at the McDonald's drive-thru this afternoon. The quality was fine, but what really stood out was the incredibly friendly lady who took our order. Definitely worth a compliment. Here it is!

Was Saturday night 1.45 am. Was still reasonably busy at the Drive. But then n eyes. It took way too long. Several customers got irritated.

Discrimination is too high here no words for it. Ordered fish sandwich we got no cheese then said then a piece of cheese will be brought that you have to put on the bread yourself. Then indicated again then that fish sandwich was made again and the cheese was thrown on the bread and the manager was very UNfriendly and said you have to eat like this. So fish sandwich without melted cheese. I will never come again

Been to Drive twice in 2 weeks, forgot something twice...

Standard McDonald's. Food was just good as in every McDonalds. The real customer friendliness is a bit lacking because of the many young people who are clearly there for the money and not because they really like it by definition.

There are no opening hours listed, apparently they only open at 9:00, compared to other Macs that open at 6:00.

2 staff members are completely trashing 1 person, it was very unsociable because of this. I think this is unacceptable.

My "tribe" McDonald's, since day 1 it opened here. Very disinterested staff in recent years, who make no effort to give you a good meal. As usual, limp and cold fries, burgers thrown into your bowl without any care, and more ice than drink in your cup. Too bad. It's a shame that things have deteriorated so much. Luckily it's not that expensive. Hmmm, oh no not.

I was allowed to eat this quarter pointer. *Had to eat it, because I paid €6.10 for it. I was not a pleasant table companion and will never come here again. What do people think there. From now on, cook yourself and make it a pleasant get-together at the table. The added value of this exquisitely topped broike has been completely written off...

I ordered 3 large fries, then got nothing and they also made a fuss about the receipt which simply said 3 large fries, SHIT place.

We went there for coffee only because we needed a break. So I will not refer to food, only the coffee. We were surprised to see a good number of people drinking coffee, cappuccino, etc. And even more surprised that the quality of the espresso is very good, fresh grounded beans, better than others from automatic machines and higher prices in the city. The guy that made it seemed to know what he was doing with the machine. Less good: you drink in a plastic cup. Toilets were clean and free. Plenty of parking. We will do this again.

Fries were already cold and milkshake was already melted before it was served. The frappe was undrinkable because there were way too big pieces of ice in it. After we complained about that, they said in a very unpleasant way that this was normal. Normally the quality here is a bit better.

For the umpteenth time my order is not complete. Now everything makes sense One chicken nugget less on all menus 😅 Just a slice of cheese in a container

The food was fine, but the milkshakes are too foamy and you can barely taste the flavor. The rest of the food is just fine. I work in a restaurant myself and of course I cannot compare a real restaurant with the mac, but the staff understood little of what we said. Not very friendly. And were too lazy to change the garbage bags. They walked past them often enough and just stomped on them but didn't change them. We couldn't get rid of our trash anymore.

Ordered via the drive. Come home and there are 5 cheeseburgers instead of a big mac menu. And the sauce for the fries and chicken nuggets, but no fries, nuggets or big mac in sight. Learn to read ;)

An excellent McDonald's as you would expect. The location is neat and clean, and the staff is friendly and quick to take and prepare orders. There is a small play area for children, which is useful if you are with the family. The restaurant itself is large and modern, and it offers exactly what you are looking for if you want to have a quick meal. Parking is easy and the atmosphere is relaxed. Ideal for a quick stop during a ride or a quick meal with kids

Gross, dirty restaurant, no cleaning at all, chairs dirty, ordering columns covered in fries sauce, they clean your table with the same cloth request and then they go to 5 other tables without rinsing the cloth once, management is eating out of their noses and doesn't arrange anything else. Last time I was here.

I've been to and seen a lot of McDo's, but I won't be coming here again. Food downright cold (and not just me!) When the food was delivered, the platter was thrown on the table (drinks flowed around) - this is really not possible! People don't tidy up, which makes everything seem messy. Staff also leaves everything behind. It's a shame, but you shouldn't be here!

McDonald's is becoming more and more expensive and the burgers are becoming smaller. Staff are great. But for what you get and pay for, I would rather go to another restaurant.

We used the Mac Drive. Even though we were the only ones in the drive, we had to wait quite a long time before we were spoken to (8 minutes). Just as I said to my husband, this is going to be crazy... just drive away, we heard... JUST SAY... coming from the pole. I burst out laughing in surprise. I didn't expect this...just bizarre!! What a difference. A few years ago it was...good afternoon, welcome to Mac-Donalds, can I please have your order 🫣 The total waiting time...24 minutes before we left the Drive with our 2 ordered burgers. The burgers were neatly packaged in a tightly folded paper bag with 2 napkins and the receipt. The burgers themselves were great! Fresh, warm, well garnished and tasty...really great!!

The worst McDonald's ever, more than 20min waiting on drive and it's normal

After visiting this establishment, we noticed many visitors. Therefore, I had to wait a little for the order. In the evening, the hall was not completely clean due to the large number of people. However, the children like it there.

It was a busy day and the tables were dirty. Nothing a wipe won't solve.

Large parking lot, good location. The only problem is that there is a lot of garbage. Your own nationality scatters the garbage because they are too lazy to get out and throw it in the trash.
