Just a McDonald's with dirty tables, nothing special.

Ordering coffee at 10:30 and getting it 25 minutes later while there's hardly anyone around. I find that impressive. The toilet was also missing toilet paper and smelled far from fresh.

Just eat and go. Nothing special. Expensive for the price.

The food is usually cold. When you order something, they also frequently forget half of it. And recently at the McDrive, we were given a completely different order. Tables and chairs are rarely cleaned.

The fries were cold, 2 rolls were missing from the order, and the staff did not have proper/neat crew uniforms.

Stopping for a quick cup of coffee, but sitting outside seems almost impossible. The tables and benches are sticky all over. It looks like a fire or something was lit on one of the tables. The trash cans are overflowing. I decided to go inside and get a cloth myself to clean the table and bench.

Very bad. Undercooked, old fries, really not tasty, very bad. Normally it is good here, too bad.

Aiming burgers onto the bun remains repeatedly difficult for this staff.

Worst McDonalds I've visited in the Netherlands so far.Half of fries were scattered on a tray, probably just thrown on it. Strawberry milkshake had no Strawberry taste nor any other taste, just a thick white tastless "something". Total waste of money.

Incredibly slow staff; in the morning, I waited 20 minutes for a bottle of Spa Blue and a Coke. In the afternoon, I waited well over 20 minutes for the food. This is not a fast food restaurant; you'd be better off looking for another McDonald's.

A McDonald’s like any other, with the notable difference that the cooking is sometimes very slow. No idea what causes that. It is, however, nice and easy to reach from the A58.

We visited recently. All the tables were dirty. When my husband asked an employee if they would clean a table, he was told that he had to ask for a cloth at the counter himself. Absolutely scandalous. After sending an email to this branch, we never received a response, so we are going to escalate this.

What a terribly dirty McDonald's. It was already a bit late (8:15 PM), so it wasn't busy. All the tables were very dirty. The floor was so dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a week. The food was decent. The burger was thrown together. The ice cream took a very long time. The toilet was dirty. One toilet was wet and the other was full of toilet paper. From the kitchen, the staff were shouting "shut your mouth" at each other. Very weird to hear while you're eating.

What a step backward at this branch. All the tables were dirty; when politely requested that the table be cleaned, the employee indicated that she had to finish her rounds first (she was holding empty trays). Then she stood at the counter chatting. I asked the person bringing the food to clean the table, and they came out with a dry cloth to give it a quick wash. The "restaurant" looked dirty; the rest of the tables were dirty too, trash cans full, and so on. As for the food, only the fries and the "special" Quarter Pounder were good. The next day, the toilet was my best friend. Maybe it's time to take a fresh look at proper hygiene again!

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Not a single table was wiped down during the time we were there. The dirty trays were piled up here and there. No one paid any attention to them. The men's restroom looked like more pee had gone next to the urinal than in it.

The food arrived quickly. The fries were nice and hot. We had a delicious meal.

I went yesterday, June 12th. I ordered a Big Mac. I received a “half” Big Mac, because the meat, cheese, and pickle were missing from the top bun. I went back inside, then the employee took the bun, put a new slice of meat on it (no lettuce or cheese), and I got the bun back. In my opinion, I was simply entitled to a new one, and this was quite unhygienic.

They are displaying wrong prices on the board at the drive-thru... really convenient...

I had a shake and a hamburger here. What struck me is that the price of a shake is on the high side. They charge €5.10 for 0.5L. That is quite pricey for a company that seemed cheap.

Understaffed, and the people who work there, I think, work there reluctantly.

Man, this branch has really gone downhill; always dirty tables and chairs, you order a burger without pickles, and there ends up being pickles on it anyway, and a cheeseburger where the ketchup is dripping out of the wrapper.

Stepped inside for coffee and a treat. It stank inside, like a mixture of burnt frying oil and poop. We went straight back outside. It is so filthy in there.

McDonald's Etten-Leur, shame on you today. The benches covered in soda, the fries were lukewarm, hamburgers carelessly piled on top of each other, trash cans all full, tables were dirty. And then they dare to charge full price while we were basically eating at the recycling center. What a disgrace. Yes, the people who leave it like this are just jerks. However, the manager is supposed to keep an eye on his restaurant. Being busy is no excuse. You wouldn't eat like that at home, would you? Hygiene ought to be in order. As for the food, as written above: lovelessly tossed into a box, milkshake cup overflowed and was sticky, and the fries were less than lukewarm. If you want to get rid of your customers quickly, then you are on the right track. Next time back to Burger King.

Upon entering, the smell of fried food was very strong, worse than normal in a McDonald's.

The spicy chicken burger was surprisingly hot, even after I had eaten the fries first. Unfortunately, I didn't get any napkins, so I smeared the rest on my pants while licking my fingers.

All tables are filthy upon entry; we have to ask staff to start cleaning before we can sit down anywhere. There is food lying on the floor everywhere and the trash cans are overflowing. The toilets are also very dirty. Staff are standing around chatting behind the counter…

Got a delicious McMuffin. Unfortunately, only one slice of bacon...that's quite a shame.

Fine and fast food, as fast food is meant to be. The restaurant was not very clean and the trash cans were overflowing.

We ate there on May 4th and our compliments to this McDonald's for observing a proper two minutes of silence. This is how we honor May 4th. Top class.

Unfortunately, I've tried ordering food from the drive-thru here several times. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There's always something wrong. It's hopeless. I'll deliberately drive to the next McDonald's from now on.

A stench of burnt grease permeated the entire place. The burgers had been thrown into a piece of paper from a distance. Dirty furniture.

Placed a drive-through order. They then gave you your milkshakes immediately and had to wait further down the road. The result? The milkshake was melting quite a bit in the car. I asked several times if they were sure the order was correct. (We don't go often, but when we do, the order is almost always wrong.) When we got home, the order was wrong for the umpteenth time, and the food was very cold.

The shift we encountered was a disaster. We placed our order at 10:40 PM. The printer ran out of paper, and that's when the problem began. The guy at the register can't find the shift, the system shows payment, and nothing. They're working in the kitchen without gloves. It's a disaster. Instead of taking orders, some guy walks around with coffee and is completely relaxed. Many people's orders are mixed up and incomplete. The manager, completely clueless, searched the system for "I'll order" and began processing the orders we'd been waiting for a long time. The sandwiches were cold, the bacon was half-raw, the cheese on the sandwiches wasn't melted at all, and the meat itself was bone-dry and dry.

This must be the most lunatic visit I've ever experienced in a McDonald's. Everything was so horrendously bad 🤣 Absolutely hilarious 😂

Spacious. It wasn't busy, but the food could have been served a bit faster. Restrooms: I had to ask for toilet paper, they ran out, and the restroom wasn't clean either.

I never actually write reviews, but this is absolutely absurd. I come here regularly because I work late and nothing else is open. Of the last 10 orders, at least half the order has been completely forgotten six times. If it was just once or twice, fine, but this happens constantly. You pay €26.50 and they forget €7 worth of food. Unbelievable.

A mediocre mac and cheese, but I was served something that had been sitting around for a while. The cheese on the cheeseburger was rock hard. That speaks volumes.

Ice machine has been broken for 3 months.

Rude staff. They make you wait for ages. They don't respond at all. When you do raise an issue, you're told, "Just be patient." Then they make the drinks so bad that they fall out of our hands and are now scattered all over the car. Thanks... Never again to Etten-Leur. It's been so wrong so many times in the past. Now, after a few years, I tried again, and it's the same story. Never again.

Fries was over cooked , and they treated you bad

I was eating at this McDonald's. The food was what you'd expect from a McDonald's, and the service was excellent! The only problem was that the toilet was overflowing, and you had to walk through the water. The employee restroom is also located there, so I figured (afterward) that these people had to walk through the sewage water before preparing and bringing your food. There were also people walking from the sewage water into the kitchen to prepare dishes. Some just went to the restroom outside in the parking lot. I hope there weren't any people with weak immune systems there that evening, because this was unprecedented.

McDonald's has a small indoor play area for the kids. The service and atmosphere are good, but unfortunately, the food is often lukewarm or simply cold. Burgers are drowning in sauce, and the fries are rarely nice and hot and crispy; they're usually limp and way too salty (or practically saltless). We only really come here when we're too late to find anything else nearby. That's purely because of the food. Otherwise, it's a great place.

It was super busy and we had to wait more than half an hour when we got the food, it was cold. We got home and we checked maybe we had chicken nuggets and it was on the bread, even though it was busy it was no excuse to do something wrong.

Seriously, you can even play Mac? Damn, you forgot about the nuggets. Every time, something with you guys, right? It's also great for the dog, because he has nothing now. That's so frustrating. So, people, double-check your order to see what you're getting!

Just the same concept as all other McDonald's, but this one is more geared towards a drive-in. A quick bite and quick pickup.

The worst McDonald's in Europe. I've ordered from them several times and always have to wait more than 30 minutes for my order. After asking how long the staff will treat you like air, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We stumbled upon this place by chance because we needed to grab a bite to eat on the way, but I quickly regretted it. This restaurant is absolutely filthy, and it stinks terribly inside.

The McDonald's in Etten-Leur makes a great Mac! The only downside is that you're keeping that awful mocha-flavored frappe on the menu but removing that delicious Oreo frappe... you're completely lost. Have a great day!

Last Saturday, we stood at the order station for about two minutes without anyone saying a word! Then another customer came to the other station and got served first! Then we backed out and left! We always have to wait a long time for orders anyway, thankfully we rarely go there!

It wasn't too busy and the service was quick. And they have comfortable seating.

It was very busy, and they were cleaning with a cloth, but the cloth wasn't unfolded, so 10 tables were using the same side. Not very efficient. The cloth was completely dirty... and then the tables too.

Unfortunately, it was very messy and there were lots of dirty tables. The food was fine.

Not a bad McDonald's per se, but today, for the second time, I threw the food I ordered straight into the trash via the McDrive. My food was handed over by an employee with incredibly bad teeth, green and black holes. Sorry, but I'd already eaten and drunk. In a restaurant, it seems perfectly normal to me that someone should look well-groomed; that means, at least, clean hands and good teeth. So, that was the last time I went there.

What a crappy place! For years I've been driving along the highway and seeing people grabbing breakfast in the morning. Now I've driven past it twice to grab some food, and sure enough, it's closed. Is this the only McDonald's in the world that's actually closed in the morning? Hopeless.

Lots of dirt and rubbish outside on the terrace, rubbish bins looked like they hadn't been emptied for a long time.

Ate with a few people, and the fries were soggy, and the spicy chicken was overflowing with sauce. It was everywhere, including on my clothes... a nice grease stain. After a break from eating, I went back... but after waiting 20 minutes, we finally had our food... it was the last time... more ice than cola, soggy, greasy fries. The only thing that was good was the trip to the bathroom. Most of that ice water had to be drained, so to speak... but even the toilets were filthy. Well, that was the last time for that price.

Lately, whenever I go to MCD's, I often find it looks a bit dingy. The tables and floors aren't clean, and let's not even mention the restrooms.

Bought a small milkshake yesterday, which already costs €3.90?! Then they added a 15-cent plastic surcharge, even though the cup, lid, and straw were all cardboard. If you pay the outrageous price of €4.05 for a small milkshake, you'd at least expect it to be completely full, but nothing could be further from the truth.

Incredibly rude staff. They exude zero job satisfaction. You'd almost think it's forced labor. Especially the staff in the white shirts. If you value customer service, this is the last McDonald's you should go to.
