McDonald's in Wijk 00 IJsselstein

We ordered 2 hamburgers and we only got 1 and we drove back to the drive in because we were in the parking lot and they were making things difficult for us and they didn't believe us.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant first experience at McDonald's IJsselstein. On our way back from a day out, we ordered from the drive-through. Upon checking, the order seemed fine (the receipt was correct and the bag looked good), but once we got back on the highway, we discovered we'd received a Fanta and fries, but not the Big Mac, cheeseburger, or chicken nuggets. Instead, they had two other items. When we called immediately, the answer was rudely, "What do you want?" and the call ended with "That's your problem," after which they hung up. This was reason enough for us not to return.

What really stands out is how clean it is here... other branches could learn something from this!!!

Photo 1 is from IJsselstein, there's very little in it every time, that's the case. Photo 2 While in Maarssen, it's completely full. I get full of ice cream and lots of cookies, but I was missing some sauce. What is Mac IJsselstein? STINGY! YOU PAY 4 MORE FOR IT! It's outrageously pathetic.

I'm used to the milkshake cup being filled well. This was a bit of a disappointment.

Whenever I order and have to wait in the aisles, I always get my milkshake right away. On hot days, it melts halfway before my food finally arrives. I often finish my milkshake before I even get my menu, which is really annoying – I want it with my meal, not as a "starter." Would it be possible to bring the milkshake out at the same time as my meal? That would make the experience much better.

Quick preparation for lunchtime. No long wait. Friendly staff, and from what I could see of the kitchen, it was clean.

Werden de laatste keer wel vriendelijk ontvangen bij binnenkomst wat niet altijd gebeurt. Bestellen gaat makkelijk aan de balie of via de zuil. Jammer is wel dat de burgers vaak niet heel warm zijn en voor je gevoel dus al even hebben gelegen. Slechte zaak als je ziet wat je tegenwoordig moet betalen.

Too bad the fries were so salty. My blood pressure skyrocketed. I had to drink three glasses of water at home to quench my thirst.

The food was lukewarm. The staff was disinterested. The ink dispenser was out, so the receipt was illegible! It wasn't shared.

As is the case almost everywhere in the Netherlands, the service and cleanliness are significantly better than in Germany. Very friendly and quick, thank you very much.

After a heavy day of partying and being hungry for hours, we went to McDonald's with a group of friends by car. It felt like our hunger was a matter of life and death, but luckily we managed to order on time. We got our drinks right away and had to wait a little while for the food. They said if a bell rings, we have to pick it up. We had a nice chat in the car and yes, there it was. I walked up and this man told me it was a joke, a test. We still didn't have our food. We almost died of hunger. People in Africa are hungry, no, no, they don't know what it was. We do, what a stupid joke. Never come here again.

We arrived between 1:00 and 1:20 AM. A very unfriendly couple took our order. I understand, it's late, you're tired, it's just not practical for the company's professional vision. We paid fine, no problems with it. We got our drinks right away and had to wait a bit for the food. When we heard a bell ring, we were told we could pick it up, not bring it. A bell rang, so we walked over and stood in front of the window for a few minutes, and they laughed at us and said it was a test. A few minutes later, another bell rang, we went back, got our food, but the sauces weren't on it. We returned, but no one was at the window. We knocked for almost 5 minutes before someone came and got angry that we were being so dramatic. No, we paid for the sauce, among other things. Long story short, I don't plan on going back.

Quick service overall; ordered, paid, and got my food warm, so that was great! Dropping a star because it got a bit messy after ordering. Someone way behind me got their food first, and the narrow lane made it tricky to get out.

The cappuccino machine didn't work. People immediately get stressed

We went there twice today. The first time, we only bought two Cokes Zero, but got a Coke with sugar. As a type 1 diabetic, that can have serious consequences. OK, no problem, I swapped it. Tonight we had a Big Mac, cheeseburger, and chicken nuggets. The fries were ordered with herb-flavored McDonald's Shaker Fries. We got curry, which was very spicy. The Big Mac only had one burger patty, split in half to make it look like two. The cheeseburgers also had split patties. That's a good way to increase sales. Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, but that's far too many.

Only the milkshakes and desserts are okay, the rest is inedible and expensive for what it is

Ayatollah slap and Spice burger was just not what it should be. This is unique. Never experienced before. Please your attention to this. Neat and fast service.

McDonald's Ijsselstein A not too big McDonald's but very good service and the food is hot as it should be There is also a drive-in here, just keep in mind that there is little parking space at this mac! You can park across the street on the industrial estate or back along the long road A successful McDonald's that will certainly be on the list of the top 10 mac's in the Netherlands

Finally the fries that are hot with the Mac. The hamburger bun is unfortunately still lukewarm.

Hangout for annoying “youths” who are very loud and harass customers. Terrible passive-aggressive help, I think the gentleman thought we belonged to the loitering youth or something like that. No good evening, nothing, just a snide comment that we had to report to the 1st window. The employee didn't even want to help us, the manager had to get involved. No apologies for the confusion, bizarre treatment or because half of the order was missing, but a comment that we had to join the drive jn at the back. Fries without salt.

Tastiest burgers I have eaten in a long time. Highly recommended.

Could be cleaner in the dining room once a weekend, we come here to eat and the dining room is a mess with dirty tables, etc. Not Done!!! 😐

Very customer unfriendly! Half a milkshake left that I wanted to take with me. Neatly asked for a take-away cup that I just wanted to pay for. They couldn't do this. Ridiculous!

This McDonald's is located near Vianen and the Makro a big warehouse store. The Mc is nicely located but a bit hard to find, the food is great for a Mc and there is some nice scenery to look at if you're sitting at a window or in your car.

Order kiosks that don't work, order kiosks that keep getting stuck and an order (Mac flurie) that was supposed to be delivered to the table but that is simply left on the counter. And when you walk up and ask (with the receipt in my hand) this is my order. You answer no. I notice but the number is the same, you answer and you see that it is a different number. Me, that 5 there is the same as my 5, right? And then you get the comment, I don't know why it's here. So this was my last visit to Mac Nieuwegein

Normally my order is completely good, but on our last visit they really messed it up. A McFlurry Oreo with caramel sauce, they made a McFlurry KitKat with caramel sauce and stirred it together so you can't see it. The container was only half full. Also 2 frappes of oreo to try. It didn't even look like a frappe it was just a milkshake with the question of whether it is oreo or not.

McDonald's food is generally ridiculous. Apart from this specific branch. Everything is fine but it's a shame that people in my area want to go here. If you've eaten McDonald's, you're hungry again after half an hour.

Burger swiss cheese smelled strange, the meat tasted strange, kind of spoiled, the sauce made it seem a little off, but after 4 bites the burger was thrown away. Chili chicken burger was a bit ok, but it was completely eaten, the third thing I had was 6 pieces of crispy shrimps.... first with chili sauce... huh? 2nd without sauce, zero taste at all. So also thrown away. Egt, never mac for me, what a mess

Ordered a Crispy HM GM. When I opened it, two bites had already been taken out. Immediately communicated to staff. Present managers handled the complaint sloppily and unprofessionally. Line manager blond hair and ponytail swore he saw the burger being made and nothing happened to it. I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously and the complaint procedure was handled in a very strangely unprofessional manner (receipt name and telephone number). A new Hamburg was made, not daring to eat it. We need to work on better complaint handling and procedures and customer friendliness.

What a bastard. Almost 40 euros for 3 large Big Mac menus, ridiculously expensive. Haven't been there in a while. Are you sitting there in your car with a sad sauce bag instead of a container so that you can no longer normally dip your now saltless fries. You're short of hands. I've had orange juice thrown over me twice because the lid suddenly flies off and the cup offers zero point zero support. So everything could go straight into the wash and the car seat was also underneath. Only with 2 hands is it possible to hold that thing without accidents, And then that worthless paper straw. The Big Mac also seems to me to be subject to shrinkflation, but maybe that's just how it seems. Those fries also seem thinner and shorter. I've thought about it before, but sometimes you can't avoid it and the AC used to be much worse, of course, but from now on I'll turn on the air fryer. And I don't like waiting in a parking space until it is delivered either. You can call it service, but the whole drive in is just sad and shabby.

I don't know what kind of staff was there today, but I'm really sick of it. Old grease, dirty soggy fries, dry burgers. Normally it's fine to do what happened today, the whole team was on standby. Severe stomach cramps.
