McDonald's in Wijk 06

It doesn't smell very nice inside. I had to go outside because there was a urine smell. I ordered 9 chicken nuggets (+1). I got 9!! Tables covered in trash/food scraps from previous guests. They won't be seeing me back anytime soon!

Overall, a pretty bad burger joint. Expensive food, and the meat is often just cooked dry. It's tastier and cheaper to make your own burger than get ripped off by McDonald's.

The place was almost empty. Still had to wait 20 min for burger and fries. Both were cold. The restaurant looked dirty. And there were pigeons walking and flying inside the restaurant!

The review is more for the managers. When the Dutch managers are working, everything goes wrong. They don't help when it's busy, which means we have to wait a really long time for our food. They're constantly making phone calls, doing nothing else. They don't manage people, so employees are just wandering around. But when the non-Dutch managers are working, everything goes great. They're helpful, jumping in where needed. I recently saw the manager with a rasta sweeping her restaurant, wiping down tables, and clearing them. That's how it should be, a manager who doesn't hand over everything but also picks things up themselves. Hence the 3 stars.

Lately poor cleaning of the restaurant and toilets really dirty

It was very quiet. And yet we still had to wait a really long time. Waiting isn't bad, but it really wasn't that busy and our order wasn't large. I understand if they're understaffed, but it was really annoying that we had to wait so incredibly long.

Wow, what a terrible experience I had with the staff at McDonald's on Boogaard! The supervisors there are rude to their staff. Not a safe workplace.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon (apparently a huge shock to the staff that people eat food on weekends?). The team was in full performance mode: uniforms covered in mystery stains, zero eye contact, and enough grumbling about being busy you’d think they were hosting the Olympics, not making fries. My takeaway order longer than 10 minutes — not because they were overwhelmed, but because they were too busy laughing, complaining, and perfecting their group improv comedy routine behind the counter. I came for a cheeseburger and left with a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. The only thing fast about this place was how quickly my expectations hit the floor. Would’ve gotten better service from a vending machine.

It stinks, it's dirty, staff behaves like they're sitting at home with their feet up on the couch watching TV after a big joint. Very bad! I can recommend never to go here!

Saturday quarter past 5. Not very busy. Food was good, was ready fairly quickly and nice and warm. Tables were tidy.

I ordered nuggets today and what was in the box of nuggets? A quarter pounder. I didn't see it until I got to the car because I waited 20 minutes for the order at the restaurant. So I didn't go back. But I recommend checking things like this. I get it if someone confuses regular nuggets with spicy or vegetarian. But to put a hamburger in a nugget box? Didn't the person taking the order have a feeling there was something else in the box?

I have a Mac egg with bacon and a small cup of coffee Had to pay €8.50. Wasn't worth it.

The cafe was quite clean, there weren't many people, so we didn't have to wait long for our order. The food wasn't bad.

What a disappointment regarding waiting time!

The waiting time is just ridiculously long, the person who has to pack it works on penetrating oil and a manager who is more in the way in the kitchen than doing anything useful. Just help that packing idiot get the orders out of the way! Oh, and there are pigeons running around in the 'restaurant', that's apparently normal, because nobody looked up or around... I'm curious how that goes when it's really busy.

Scandalous wanted to order a frappe from the manager at 6:30 PM. This indicated that they are already busy cleaning the machine. This Mac closes at 9:00 PM. Mac Donalds Nl take action this is not the service I expected.

This is honestly one of the grossest McDonalds in the region. It may look nice after the renovation, but hygiene is certainly not one of the priorities.

Normally I write extensive reviews, but I won't waste too many words here. The order was so bad that it went to the dog, and even he left it. When I called back I was told that there was a burger that could not even be given because it had been rejected. (See photo)

Today October 24, treated very poorly by a very unfriendly and arrogant female employee (manager/supervisor) around 6:00 PM in McDonald's Rijswijk. The lady was blunt and unfriendly and short with both staff and customers. I was not helped because, according to this employee, payment was only allowed in cash at the cash register. However, the customer before me was allowed to pay by card and there was no indication that only cash could be paid. The most unfriendly and disrespectful interaction in a McDonalds ever. In my opinion, this lady in question should choose another profession, because she is anything but service-oriented.

Unhygienic work is done in the kitchen. Also at the cash register. Sitting with your bare hands touching everything. In the hair, body, money, etc., and without gloves. Your food is prepared with the same hands.

Lack of any organization, food served lukewarm because the employee has to make several orders at once. I don't recommend it and I won't use it again.

The order disappears from the screen, even though it has not been issued yet. I received lukewarm coffee because the man operating the machine performs other activities between pouring coffee. Overall, I don't recommend it and I won't use it again...

super long waiting time for a basic order

I had placed an order for 73 euros, I normally eat there myself and quite often a dish was missing, I actually didn't want to order because of the above reason, but I thought I'd do it and my order arrived after 50-60 minutes and yes, I missed 4 dishes!!! How hard can it be?? Such a simple job... Final score called them back and they said sorry, we have a new employee who doesn't know much about working methods, shouldn't a supervisor or manager check his work? I also asked if I could get my money back and that was no longer possible... very unfortunate. I recommend not ordering and checking your order during pickup to ensure everything is correct!

An uninspiring Chicken Chili: tough chicken floating in a bun with sauce and 3 shreds of lettuce. Don't know how long the fries had been on the counter, but my table was only 10 meters away and they were already lukewarm. It was not busy at the time of ordering/preparation

We came in and people were already waiting for up to 45 minutes, they work without gloves and the fries trays and fries were all over the kitchen, the "boss" at that moment was in the kitchen making food instead of in the kitchen. give people orders on the floor. I will never come here again and certainly not recommend it. The food was cold and it had been under the heat lamp for too long.

We had to wait 35 minutes for our food and there were only 2 other families in the store. After reporting this, it was reported that the fries took a long time. So we waited a little longer and we still got cold fries.

It took about 10 to 15 minutes for the food to arrive, but it was quite busy so I understood. Food was tasty but they always forget something. Sometimes a cookie, other times a sauce, whatever.

Lady who was taking order by mcdrive was very rude. It happened 1 september around 17.10. This is the reason that we are not going to visit this place anymore.

Het eten en personeel is goed alleen aan de klanten wordt niet gedacht. Het is buiten kouder dan binnen. Personeel geeft ook aan dat er niets aan wordt gedaan. In de keuken is het nog warmer. Schoon mc Donald's restaurant. Bestelling snel bereidt en deze is hier vaak compleet. Zowel binnen als buiten zitplekken. Te vinden in winkelcentrum Boogaard.

Ik heb een klacht gehad en ik vroeg voor een manerger ik krijgt mr Firsten die heeft het heel goed opgelost hij is een topper zo emand in mijn zaak zou ik heel top zijn Firsten ga zo door egt top ik kom zeker ander keer

eten was oke, wel lauw. vandaag is natuurlijk de plastic toeslag ingegaan maar toch vraag ik me af waar dan dat plastic zit in de Drank verpakking, 25cent voor een kartonne beker met kartonne drank deksel, ik vindt dat een beetje raar. de 10cent voor de cups van de frietsausjes kan ik me wel voorstellen. daarnaast miste ook een van de cheeseburgers die ik besteld had.

Zag er vies uit. Tafels worden niet altijd goed schoongemaakt en onder tafels zie je de vet vlekken en kruimels liggen. Alles voelt plakkerig. De wc daarentegen was dit keer wel schoon.
