Waiting for breakfast at 10.15 just to be told after 20 min they do not serve breakfast anymore. What is this mcdonald's? Standard procedure?

Standard food. Cleanliness is so-so, worse outside. Service is acceptable and nothing special

Just a McDonald's. Nothing more and nothing less. Hamburger a bit on the cold side. It wasn't that busy, but staff seemed stressed.

We waited 30 minutes for food in the evening when there were 3 of us in the restaurant, the workers looked at us without caring, after which after 30 minutes we received burgers with meat in a vegetarian log, when I asked for them to be replaced because I could see bloody veins in the food, the front desk lady tried to convince me with a tone and a disdainful expression that there was no meat there and a total lack of contempt in addition to the long wait, dirty place and meat instead of vegetarian

There is a lot of traffic but it's okay, there is a parking lot for several sets and buses nearby

Lots of staff but took a long time to get my order. Eventually I asked for it myself, it had been ready for 10 minutes but they were too busy walking around aimlessly

We were there at a quiet time. It was neat. Food was brought to the tables very quickly. I thought it was a nicely decorated place. There was a new staff member (I think) walking around a bit lost looking for work. In my opinion, you can support her a little more and she will become a great team member. As far as I could judge, it seemed like a nice working team.

Fast service and hygienic. Good management. We ate at a busy time and were served quickly. Food was still warm and the burgers were made with care. What a difference from some other McDonald's. Compliments to the team.

Very dirty, the tables stick and are not cleaned. The toilets are a disaster by McDonald's standards, everything is full of piss... No toilet paper is really disgusting, especially if you are traveling with a small child.

Here the sprite is forgotten when ordering and the fries are forgotten when ordering the happy meal

Neat restaurant in the McDonalds style. However, everything for children seems to be out of order (indoors). In the toilets it was strange that there was no light in the men's toilet (with the door open you could still see something) and that you cannot dry your hands in the ladies' toilet because the device does not seem to function.

We come here every so often and it feels like it is getting worse, and it was never that good to begin with. Wait times are getting close to 25min every time we go here. If you can even order since so many of the ordering stations are turned off. Many products are not available. We got breakfast just now and the BLT muffin was missing the bacon. Even for a McDonald's just disappointing.

Long wait in the McDrive for two small banana milkshakes. In the end one of the two was only half full, so we went back inside. Quickly helped and left with two medium, well-filled shakes. Unfortunately it was vanilla and not banana. Well-intentioned restaurant, but does not invite you to go here more often. Fortunately, there are several in the region from the same chain.

Treat everyone at home to a Mac flurrie, drive 10 minutes to the mac, wait half an hour in line at the mac drive, then order and then they say no ice cream today, then drive out for another 10 minutes and 10 back home....... Always nice McDonald's nearby

I forgot. And not anymore, this food. This place. It was so good before. But yes, that was a lot of smoking and ditto alcohol. Discussions. All that and especially this is no longer nice at all!!

Crappy McDonald's!! Child friendly?? No way!! Just thought we would have a nice meal here. But they have no heart. Little one dropped his drink, didn't have a sip.. staff stands by, just let him cry and sort it out. How much does it cost them to give that little one a new drink?!! And a smile.. instead of grumpy cleaning alone!! Playground equipment has also been available since the beginning of 2024 and is still closed...

The McDonald's feels like a lump of tundra as standard. The cold inside makes your nipples so hard that you can hang your jacket on them. The orders are also often wrong, but that does not alter the fact that you need dentures when you go outside because your enamel breaks down due to chattering teeth. Your hot meal is frozen immediately when you pass the counter. Your coffee instantly turns into a frappuchino. You know, that frozen lump of coffee that hipsters drink. Actually, the entire Mac is a mockery, but Burger King has many fewer fries in the bags and there are only foreign-speaking people there. That's why the Mac is better... But to be proud of that, I wonder. Anyway..... Actually it's just a ball tent oow and EXPENSIVE!!!!! For 3 people you simply pay 45 euros.... Last year that was more than a tenner less. Outrageously expensive. As if the tax authorities are eating along and have eaten, say, a third of your tundra. Luckily theirs is cold too

The food was fine, that's all, but god, I experience McDonald's as hell when it comes to noise. As an autistic person, I may be more likely to suffer from overstimulation, but a little less noise from all kinds of beeping noises from the kitchen is also nice. And then you could say that I should adapt to that, but as a precaution I had put all my professional hearing protection in my ears and the sounds from the kitchen literally rammed right through them! I cannot imagine that an occupational health and safety official would approve such noise levels as a working environment. So imagine that I experience no inconvenience when drilling into concrete with my heavy Hilti drill right next to my hearing protection and experience terrible inconvenience while waiting for my burgers. And I'm not going to bother the manager of the day with this because I can count on my fingers that he or they in their position cannot change anything about this, even if they would love to do this for their customers.

Standard Mac, very expensive, no Standard prices.

Food was fine, except my coke consisted of pure syrup and no bubbles. When I opened the lid of my cup I saw a whole part of the soft drink machine. Very sloppy and not exactly hygienic. Unfortunately we had already driven away (McDrive).

terrible. One day everything is great, the next day it's disgusting. There has been no caramel topping for a month, although it is still on the menu. Often about half of self-service checkouts do not work. the coffee is disgusting. Preparing the order takes quite a long time on weekends. Burgers often fall apart, sandwiches and schnitzels are on different sides of the package. Half of the products are not available on weekends. Yes, of course this place has its good days, but that is the exception rather than the rule.

Wait 40 minutes in the mac after ordering. When I received my order, the fries were already cold & limp, 2 of the 4 burgers were made incorrectly and 2 sauces were forgotten when ordering.

Drive thru Ordered a large 2 discount menus and 6 chicken nuggets, paid 30 euros and only got the discount menus and at drive-thru you don't get a receipt so you couldn't go back in to get the rest

Big Mac was cold, wrong sauce given. A bowl of sauce just like before, and not his... bag of sauce when you take an order with you, fries were mediocre, almost lukewarm. MacDonald's is no longer what it used to be, no matter which location

I thought it was fast food. I was on my way to a birthday and had to have lunch. I ended up standing in that drive for 20 minutes, and I can't say that the food was really warm after 20 minutes.

It was one of the best McDonalds that we have been the staff were really helpful and nice ,we were with 10 kids because it was my daughters birthday, and they got the order so patiently ,and even when I missed 1 order they helped me so quick which normally doesn't happened in McDonalds, thanks for making our night complete

Only bad and even more BAD!! Children's playground broken. “Fish” tables have been broken for weeks. When you arrive, the milkshake machine is broken... things are dilapidated here. McDonalds Netherlands is ashamed if this has to represent you as a “Family” restaurant.

Mc should be a fast food restaurant... but in Geldrop you shouldn't be in a hurry or want a quick bite. Waiting for 25 minutes. Once we arrive at the window, the entire crew is dancing and singing and also made the comment that the drive is stuck and then continue to chain and play. Until I started honking my horn for a long time... what a sad mess it is there.

Fishburger cold, unfriendly staff

No chance if you advertise breakfast on your FB page but are only open at 10 am, while breakfast is only until 11 am. We skip this MC and go to Veld boven Best Helmond or Eindhoven, which are open at 8 am

Extremely busy and dirty tables. Food was okay but not really hot anymore. (Quite special when everything has to be done so quickly).

One of the better McDonald's locations! You have to wait a while, but then you also get freshly baked piping hot fries. Chicken burger was also delicious.

A McDonald's like all the others, with a McDrive. We wanted to eat inside, the doors were open, but we were no longer allowed to order anything inside. So I placed the orders via the McDrive. That was very fast and the staff was friendly. The flavors were as you would expect from McDonald's.

There was a new employee. Something went wrong several times, I think they should train someone like that properly and not leave her alone if she is not ready.

Waiting times here are dramatic. 9 times out of 10 you will have to wait at least 30 minutes for your food. Today too. Hardly any staff to be seen if you want to order something at the cash register. The whole concept of quickly scoring a hamburger is certainly not retained.

McSkeer Closing earlier and earlier, waiting times longer and longer (30+ minutes for the McDrive in the evening... Seriously??). Drive to the MC on Noord Brabantlaan in Eindhoven if you have that option.

Yesterday I grabbed a few hamburgers there in the evening because everything is almost closed, but it's not normal how much salt it contains, I don't think it's normal that they sell something like that to children, really very dirty, everything was thrown away

Again lukewarm fries and hamburger. Paid €24, which is a shame. We don't understand it, very busy and still lukewarm fries. We said to each other, it's busy, will the fries be hot? Not so!

Unsociable and disgusting food as with any mac, but here they make it very colorful. Only four cars in front of me in the drive, but without exaggerating we stood in the drive for 35 minutes before we received our order. No excuses, no interim explanations. Scandalous! As a result, you are much late for an important appointment. We were also not allowed to drive out in between. Big shame McDonalds!

Food was fine, but all those screaming children were a bit annoying. Very happy with my free cup that I received with my menu! Great tent!

I'm not a McDonalds fan myself, but they are super nice. My grandson knocked over a Coke and went to get a cloth to clean it up. Deliefde chatted with them and the children were happy again.

Of course it's still McDonalds, but it was seriously busy and the entire staff was friendly and seemed cheerful! In the time I waited, I only saw 2 people in all the orders that came through where a mistake had been made and the entire team worked like a well-oiled machine, quite impressive!

If you stand in line for an hour for a Big Mac menu, then you come home and the fries are ice cold and the burger is lukewarm... I give you a failing grade

Something wrong with every single order in the last 3 months. Not only items missing but allergies fully ignored when something was removed from the burger. It is a shame because it used to be really okay.
