Ordered a chicken wrap and fries. Standard McDonald’s quality and taste, nothing special.

Small but cozy restaurant. Despite it being busy inside and at the drive-through, the service was quick and friendly. The only annoying thing was the teenagers who made a drama out of nothing and behaved antisocially.

My iced coffee fell, the lady got grumpy, and I didn't get a new one or my money back. Everyone is grumpy. They don't treat customers well and the manager is very rude.

It's ridiculous that you can't put cheese on a mini mcwrap.

One of the best McDonald's I have visited. Tidy, fast service, working, clean restroom. It is cozy inside. What more could you ask for!

The McFlurry is made here the way it should be. So no cup with half an ice cream in it.

I ordered 2 McFlurries 1 with chocolate sauce M&Ms And the other with caramel sauce M&Ms I came home and checked, and neither was an M&M, but an Oreo. I called to ask how we could resolve this, but the woman on the phone was not friendly and did not come up with a good/clear solution.

Wow, that was intense…. I had to give my table number to the ordering machine…. I gave a number .....when I was done I passed it on to the cleaner and she said it wasn't important..... When I saw the order come through, I gave a signal: I got a nasty comment from the wait staff: why didn't they pass on that number?? She said that in a very catty way

50% of the orders placed at this branch go wrong. Order a double quarter pounder and find a single one in the box. Email your complaint, and absolutely nothing happens about it.

On a Thursday evening in July, we found practically all the outdoor tables dirty (sauces, grease stains, and garbage). Service was quick despite the busy restaurant, and the food was good quality (except for the salad, which was quite meager). There are three electric car charging spots, but the only working connector was the CCS fast-charging one.

It was very hot inside and chaotic. Plus, they hadn't included the fries sauce, which was listed on the bill. (And no napkins, which isn't convenient with children.)

Had a bizarrely bad experience. The staff finds it very difficult to take your order properly, and when you receive your order, none of it is right. When you point this out to the staff, they don't understand it themselves either, and you are left in a parking lot for half an hour. When you ask why it is taking so long, they give no answer and you are ignored. Even after remaking the order 3 times, it still doesn't work. Not recommended.

Today I saw a manager communicating with a foreign employee in an unprofessional manner. The manager shouted loudly at the employee, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for both the staff and the customers. Regardless of the situation, I believe that employees should be treated with respect. I hope that more attention will be paid to professional and respectful conduct in the workplace.

It had been a while. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed because they apparently had no staff. It was around 10 PM. You could only order drinks and snacks.

The parking lot is always full and there is terrible chaos inside, children are jumping on the chairs very loudly and the staff is completely unresponsive.

I've been waiting for the food for an hour already. The staff refuses to speak to us. I understand it's busy, but this isn't polite.

I have never been so dissatisfied with the service. It is truly ridiculous beyond words. Waited 50 minutes for a frappe and a McFlurry. Yes, it is busy, so we waited a good 30 minutes (which is already too long). When we literally saw our order on the cart, I asked about it and was sent back. The gentleman deliberately chose not to give that order. Meanwhile, 50 minutes later, I get the same story (coming soon). People with menus who ordered after us have long since finished everything... After some hassle, I eventually got my money back, so I left after waiting an hour without food or drink... This is truly ridiculous.

Picked up order through the drive-thru and got an iced coffee with only whipped cream and caramel sauce, and literally nothing but ice; truly ridiculous.

Worst MC ever. We were allowed to pay for our food but never received it. The bill came out after payment, order supposedly nowhere to be found. No refund and no food. Thanks to you, this is the last time we will eat at McDonald's in the Netherlands.

Very bad, unfriendly manager. We ordered McDonald's drive-thru for 2 adults and 3 children. The food ordered for the children was incomplete; no fries and no milkshake. We pointed out at the counter that something was wrong, but we had to get back in line with the manager's car (I even asked if I could pay at his counter, but then we were just laughed at), with 15 people waiting in front of us. Maybe the ladies at the McDonald's drive-thru counter should make things a little less lively (they were doing little dances); then maybe you would have heard what we ordered. Next time, we will 100% drive right past this McDonald's!!!

Nice atmosphere, plenty of parking, drive-in option, and a 2-minute drive from the Makro. Ideal location, and for the kids, a playground with an adjoining covered terrace where you can eat. Friendly, quick service, and plenty of ordering kiosks/ordering screens. I thought it was quite a cozy McDonald's.

Certainly not the first time something has gone wrong with an order. 2x Big Tasty menu with sauce etc. The order is ready, the lady looks in the bag and grabs mayo as a result. I took it to the hospital where someone asked for a Big Tasty. Bag opened, and guess what... not a single fry in sight 🤬 You don't just go back to pick up the fries because your burger is cold, so the nice meal together was ruined in one fell swoop! I really don't understand how stupid some employees are when handling customer orders. It's also a stupid mistake by the person preparing the order and passing it on to the final checkout if it isn't complete yet. McDonald's, stop hiring people who aren't interested in delivering complete orders that have become so expensive already. I get that it's nice to receive money for food that isn't delivered, but this is truly ridiculous. A few hours later: fair is fair, because someone in the family had called again, Brian decided that they weren't offering what was sufficient the first time and offered to come back at a later time with the voucher so that we could still enjoy the menus there. Brian knows that unfortunately mistakes are made; it's just how you handle them. Thank you, Brian!

The Mac itself is fine, but the frappuccino always has ice cubes in it, so it's not so great.

In the morning, those angry anti-people who don't feel like working don't make things any more pleasant. Besides, they don't even know the difference between their products? If you go back, you get a big mouth.

Went via DriveTrui, ordered a Big Mac menu, got a Big Tasty. Went back and now apparently they can't even put a sandwich together. 1 tip: always, always check Jr. Bestselling there before driving off.

Always friendly staff who are helpful. Food is hot 9 out of 10 times and always quite fast. One of the best McDonald's in the Rotterdam area. Great!

Service and atmosphere are 5 stars! Food at McDonald's is actually only worth 2 stars max!, but for a McDonald's it was exactly as advertised, fries were fresh, ice cream in my cup, and the burgers looked like in the photos! And bonus points for the lady manager, who stayed very cool with me; a grown man who wanted to exchange his Happy Meal toy three times!

It was a busy time; while we are used to hot food at McDonald's these days, they can't manage that here. The restaurant does not look clean. Staff walk ahead of the mess instead of cleaning it up. And when someone is cleaning up, they sweep the table with a dirty floor broom. It shows that this McDonald's isn't there yet in terms of quality and service.

I had a Big Mac; I’ve never seen such flat hamburgers. It didn’t look at all like the Big Mac on the poster hanging in the restaurant. Mayonnaise and ketchup come in a sachet without a bowl or anything. When I asked for a bowl for the mayonnaise, I didn’t get one. You eat from your tray.

Unfortunately, things have been going wrong at the McDrive lately. A few days ago, I was missing fries from my order, and today my McChicken wasn't there. Today I even checked my order and returned it twice because it wasn't complete. The third time, I assumed the employee had corrected it, but when I got home, it turned out to be wrong again. I also tried calling, but unfortunately, no one answers. This is very unfortunate and frustrating.

Horribly bad service. You simply get different products than you ordered. I ordered a spicy mchicken and a double chili chicken, but I received a quarter pounder and a regular chili chicken. When you finally get in touch, they can't do anything about it, and you have to come back later. This is a complete scam!

Today, I craved fries during work, but unfortunately, the fries were raw, cold, and soggy. In short, inedible again!

Very weird vibe going on. Half of the staff just standing around. Restaurant was almost empty (only two tables with people) and we had to wait 10min for 4 Cheeseburger and 1 brownie. More concerning was that they took a non staff person WITH baby AND its stroller behind the counter into the service kitchens. Brownie was half frozen. Burger were not tasty.

Went to McDonald's once for a change, terrible service here. Nothing fast about this food. Please hire some adults because it was chaos in that kitchen.

At 12:49, I sat down to find several tables covered in trash. Staff walked past them and didn't take anything. At 1:15, I spoke to the manager, who said he would address his staff. I told him he should direct his staff instead of letting them hang out in the kitchen. Ten minutes later, still no clean tables. Unbelievable.

McDonald's Barendrecht This is terrible. You can't call this service anymore. Yesterday, I was getting some food at the McDonald's Drive-Thru, and then our line wasn't helped, but then suddenly four cars were allowed through the other line to order. I asked if they still had a Friends character for my son, so I ordered a menu. When we got our food after a long wait, the character wasn't there, and half of the food we ordered wasn't either. I went back inside, which I'm already getting angry about because my food is getting cold. The staff there are also being difficult. They look straight through you and are reluctant to help. Finally, I did get a character.

What strikes me is that the food is always lukewarm, it wasn't busy, so that's a shame, you pay a lot for 2 menus these days

Completely wrong, both order and food completely cold

Takeout order. Order was wrong. One milkshake too many, charged an extra 3.85. I already had three with the menus. I asked for a Happy Meal with HB, and it came with nuggets. I also asked if they had included a hamburger, and she said yes. Not satisfied.

At this McDonald's, they fill your McFlurry "neatly" to the line, meaning you pay €4 for three bites. At any other McDonald's, you get a lot more 🥲🥲, and I should know because I go very often, because I'm a fatso.

Time and time again, I receive an order that's completely different from what I expected, and cold. There's no explanation for this... Thuisbezorg claims it's the fault of the place where the order was placed. Zero competence on both sides.

It's McDonalds so you know what to expect.

Went through the mac drive, received an incorrect order that was much larger than our order of approximately 10 euros, so politely returned it, then was spoken to rudely and taken without any hesitation.

Terrible service. Staff members dance and chat, and the servers are at their wits' end. The staff should be fired, especially the manager (rude and without authority).

Dear staff, we were helped quickly

I think we've been here more than five times, and every time, something goes wrong. One time, there was no coffee at all, and four or five times, no iced frappe. When you order a sundae, the cup is only half-filled. The fries don't come with salt, and then there's no salt at all. And even if they did, the fries are way too soft and taste like old potatoes. I think they need new management because it's absurd when you come multiple times at different times, and something always goes wrong. I really recommend avoiding this McDonald's and just driving to another one or getting KFC.

Good Mac was terribly busy at 6:00 PM, but service was still fast, just a pity that when we got home (10 minutes) the food was already lukewarm. It's time for a few Macs to come to the Hoeksche Waard. 😄

Something always goes wrong at this Mac. Today I ordered a latte but got something completely different (espresso). I also ordered a delicious triple chocolate cookie but got a completely different one! I'm sick of it! I don't recommend anyone to order anything here unless you want your order completely reversed. Good luck with that!

The courier left with the food, didn't deliver it, and took it right in front of me. They refuse to refund me.

The Mac drive-thru always misreads the order. Inside, they don't clean much, the tables are always dirty, and there are lots of flies. The food is hot and delicious, though.

They forgot to give me 3 products after my visit to the drive. 2 angry hungry children and the only option is to drive back to waste gas because they made a mistake. Kakoi the manager is also worthless. Indicates that he manages a busy restaurant and that such mistakes are part of it. No compensation, nothing. Maybe a bit too busy for you Kakoi :)

Monday 23rd of June 2025, I used table service from the app. When my food was ready, luckily the lady shouted hard enough that the table service was not available, so that I could pickup my food before it got cold. Also, they have their own way of managing the trash here, see pictures. They work efficient by frying tons of fries and let them sit in the fries container, making sure you never have fresh crispy fries.

As often happens, the order was wrong again. He thought he would quickly get something but then had to park the car and go inside. The correct sandwich was prepared very friendly. Once back at the car, the fries were cold, the milkshake melted and the other sandwich was also not warm anymore. Well, it was quite an experience again and I enjoyed McDonald's again!!! And all that for a few tens.

Joost .. Joost is the boy who should have stayed home last night for the fan because this Joost was really rude! When I couldn't remember the name of a burger last night and it was no longer on the board (it's also annoying that not everything is on the board anymore) I asked him to help me It wasn't busy so I didn't feel bad about doing this. Joost then started naming ALL the burgers as if we were at the auction, completely unintelligible, When I said well this isn't of much use to me, Joost continued for a while. When I arrived I asked what his name was after paying, then Joost suddenly went quiet :) And the doors closed.. When I honked for attention it was clear to me... Joost was completely focused on his screen. Luckily his colleague who gave me the food did the honor of revealing the name!!! JOOST .. HEREBY NOMINATED AS MOST IRRITATING EMPLOYEE EVER . Hi Joost I hope you are feeling better now that the heat has subsided!

Food is getting more expensive, but the taste is not better. Service was very neat and friendly.
