Horribly bad service. You simply get different products than you ordered. I ordered a spicy mchicken and a double chili chicken, but I received a quarter pounder and a regular chili chicken. When you finally get in touch, they can't do anything about it, and you have to come back later. This is a complete scam!

Baby behind the counter??? Lol. Everything was cold, a group of aggressive people were making a mess, and the staff just stood there looking like they wanted to leave.

Today, I craved fries during work, but unfortunately, the fries were raw, cold, and soggy. In short, inedible again!

Very weird vibe going on. Half of the staff just standing around. Restaurant was almost empty (only two tables with people) and we had to wait 10min for 4 Cheeseburger and 1 brownie. More concerning was that they took a non staff person WITH baby AND its stroller behind the counter into the service kitchens. Brownie was half frozen. Burger were not tasty.

Went to McDonald's once for a change, terrible service here. Nothing fast about this food. Please hire some adults because it was chaos in that kitchen.

At 12:49, I sat down to find several tables covered in trash. Staff walked past them and didn't take anything. At 1:15, I spoke to the manager, who said he would address his staff. I told him he should direct his staff instead of letting them hang out in the kitchen. Ten minutes later, still no clean tables. Unbelievable.

Forgetting sauce more often. Way too much salt on the fries.

McDonald's Barendrecht This is terrible. You can't call this service anymore. Yesterday, I was getting some food at the McDonald's Drive-Thru, and then our line wasn't helped, but then suddenly four cars were allowed through the other line to order. I asked if they still had a Friends character for my son, so I ordered a menu. When we got our food after a long wait, the character wasn't there, and half of the food we ordered wasn't either. I went back inside, which I'm already getting angry about because my food is getting cold. The staff there are also being difficult. They look straight through you and are reluctant to help. Finally, I did get a character.

What strikes me is that the food is always lukewarm, it wasn't busy, so that's a shame, you pay a lot for 2 menus these days

A surprisingly good visit to a McDonald's; this one had it all figured out. Good quality food, fast service, and the order was correct. Honestly, that's rare, so kudos!

Completely wrong, both order and food completely cold

Takeout order. Order was wrong. One milkshake too many, charged an extra 3.85. I already had three with the menus. I asked for a Happy Meal with HB, and it came with nuggets. I also asked if they had included a hamburger, and she said yes. Not satisfied.

At this McDonald's, they fill your McFlurry "neatly" to the line, meaning you pay €4 for three bites. At any other McDonald's, you get a lot more 🥲🥲, and I should know because I go very often, because I'm a fatso.

Time and time again, I receive an order that's completely different from what I expected, and cold. There's no explanation for this... Thuisbezorg claims it's the fault of the place where the order was placed. Zero competence on both sides.

It's McDonalds so you know what to expect.

Went through the mac drive, received an incorrect order that was much larger than our order of approximately 10 euros, so politely returned it, then was spoken to rudely and taken without any hesitation.

I don't prefer it just because of its mission.

Terrible service. Staff members dance and chat, and the servers are at their wits' end. The staff should be fired, especially the manager (rude and without authority).

Lots of different menus and many more choices of burgers, fries and drinks.

I think we've been here more than five times, and every time, something goes wrong. One time, there was no coffee at all, and four or five times, no iced frappe. When you order a sundae, the cup is only half-filled. The fries don't come with salt, and then there's no salt at all. And even if they did, the fries are way too soft and taste like old potatoes. I think they need new management because it's absurd when you come multiple times at different times, and something always goes wrong. I really recommend avoiding this McDonald's and just driving to another one or getting KFC.

Good Mac was terribly busy at 6:00 PM, but service was still fast, just a pity that when we got home (10 minutes) the food was already lukewarm. It's time for a few Macs to come to the Hoeksche Waard. 😄

The fries were cold. You asked for a strawberry milkshake but got a vanilla one.

Something always goes wrong at this Mac. Today I ordered a latte but got something completely different (espresso). I also ordered a delicious triple chocolate cookie but got a completely different one! I'm sick of it! I don't recommend anyone to order anything here unless you want your order completely reversed. Good luck with that!

The courier left with the food, didn't deliver it, and took it right in front of me. They refuse to refund me.

The Mac drive-thru always misreads the order. Inside, they don't clean much, the tables are always dirty, and there are lots of flies. The food is hot and delicious, though.

Not a very pleasant atmosphere, crowded and chaotic. Friendly and helpful staff, though.

When we were there everything looked neat, tables clean, toilets too

Food is good but I didn't get half of it. If you want to call, they don't answer, they just empty it. Very annoying.

They forgot to give me 3 products after my visit to the drive. 2 angry hungry children and the only option is to drive back to waste gas because they made a mistake. Kakoi the manager is also worthless. Indicates that he manages a busy restaurant and that such mistakes are part of it. No compensation, nothing. Maybe a bit too busy for you Kakoi :)

Monday 23rd of June 2025, I used table service from the app. When my food was ready, luckily the lady shouted hard enough that the table service was not available, so that I could pickup my food before it got cold. Also, they have their own way of managing the trash here, see pictures. They work efficient by frying tons of fries and let them sit in the fries container, making sure you never have fresh crispy fries.

As often happens, the order was wrong again. He thought he would quickly get something but then had to park the car and go inside. The correct sandwich was prepared very friendly. Once back at the car, the fries were cold, the milkshake melted and the other sandwich was also not warm anymore. Well, it was quite an experience again and I enjoyed McDonald's again!!! And all that for a few tens.

Joost .. Joost is the boy who should have stayed home last night for the fan because this Joost was really rude! When I couldn't remember the name of a burger last night and it was no longer on the board (it's also annoying that not everything is on the board anymore) I asked him to help me It wasn't busy so I didn't feel bad about doing this. Joost then started naming ALL the burgers as if we were at the auction, completely unintelligible, When I said well this isn't of much use to me, Joost continued for a while. When I arrived I asked what his name was after paying, then Joost suddenly went quiet :) And the doors closed.. When I honked for attention it was clear to me... Joost was completely focused on his screen. Luckily his colleague who gave me the food did the honor of revealing the name!!! JOOST .. HEREBY NOMINATED AS MOST IRRITATING EMPLOYEE EVER . Food is getting more expensive, but the taste is not better. Service was very neat and friendly.

The supervisor with glasses of Polish origin is very rough, she talks to you too aggressively as if she did not want to work or as if you did something bad. I hope this changes because I have never seen this in a McDonald's.

Had to wait 22 minutes for an order, very rude staff at the counter. Food lukewarm and poorly packaged. We also saw that staff did not wash hands but scratched their face with a hairnet and made burgers. We said something about it but only got a staring look from a dark employee and answered it's busy what nonsense busy this staff simply needs to be better trained, but when asked for branch manager no one answers. Very bad, food just sits on the counter for 10 minutes after 10 minutes someone finally brings it the food is cold. If you say something you get dirty looks. Chips container was half full.

We ordered food but always too cold and when we called back they said that it was not our problem, you can complain, we pay for the food but it is always not complete

It's really amazing how often this place manages to screw up orders. Out of the four times I've ordered from them, not once have I gotten what I actually paid for (and what you do get is, probably completely coincidentally, always cheaper than what you did order). Really, just impressive. Class, guys.

Bad service Today I went to McDonald's Barendrecht and what a disappointment. Five kiosks were broken and a long line at the counter. The cash register was not manned and after asking three times I was told by an employee: "My colleague has no time, just join the back." No effort at all to think along or be customer friendly. "The customer is king" is apparently a thing of the past here. They do want your money, but they clearly no longer know service or respect for the customer. Very unfortunate.

The quality of the food is fine. However, after the renovation at the table in the corner (along the drive) there is a somewhat unpleasant smell. (Maybe an idea to do something about that?)

Good coffee, the food is known to everyone. Tasty but less healthy.

This morning a Manager of Barendrecht is very unfriendly and he does not want to help because I do not understand on app That I am disabled! That is important that I order via Drive. I find it very unfortunate.

What can I say about fast food places...all the same but to be honest...personally I think Burger King is much better...real hamburgers...go and try them....

During dinner there were flies on the table. Not 1 but 3. Also the cleaner was not very friendly when I threw away my trash. She pulled everything out of my hands

What a scandalous experience at McDonald's. Last night around 1:00 am I ordered a McCrispy menu, McChicken menu and 3x Chicken 6. The fries were just white and not fried properly at all. The chicken was also poorly prepared, as if it had been taken raw from the fryer. And the result? Around half past four in the morning I was vomiting over the toilet. I couldn't sleep all night because my stomach was completely upset. It's really ridiculous that such bad and unhealthy food is even given to customers. This should never have happened.

I order, pay €17 and notice on the highway that the fries are not included (it can happen) but have been paid for and on the receipt. At home I call McDonald's and they question my claim, "not possible". At 57 years old I do not need €4 plus, but I would like to clarify that I paid something but did not receive it. Would I like to drop by... I live 100km away, so no. In the end I get a 'coupon'.... you guessed it, I didn't receive anything. Apparently they need the money more than I do, for me it's just a principle. So here is my obligatory minimum 1 star. Wishing you the best of luck with your business👍🏻

Was disappointing, didn't go well when ordering at the post, drove to the first counter, hadn't ordered anything, wasn't allowed to order anything there and so had to wait until the line in front of me had cleared. Finally parked and ordered inside. Not the service I'm used to from McDonald's.

Usual McDonald's experience. Coffee tasted alright. Apart from a large coffee is only half a cup full. The mcmuffin is getting smaller.

Just get half a cup of drink then walk to the counter to indicate it but according to onfufu it was my own fault don't come here again

Chaos at the macdrive, disorganized, long waits and cold food 😡

Well, the Mac... what can we say about it that someone doesn't already know. It was extremely busy here when we arrived, which says something about this location. Further on there is a competitor that we really don't get along with, so you almost automatically choose this restaurant. And given the enormous crowds, there may be others who think the same way. We had ordered (among other things) a large box of chicken pieces, and when we got in the car and started eating them, they were still so hot that we had to blow them, so they are just perfect! Furthermore, it was so busy that we were happy to have our own seat in the car. Huge downside: the dip containers of sauce for nuggets have been changed into bags of sauce that are really worthless because if you take a container of nuggets, you have no space left to spray the sauce on. Really worthless. Can't imagine any advantage: first a plastic container, now a plastic bag🤷🏼‍♀️. Furthermore, it was tasty, but expensive. We do this maybe about 5 times a year... more often is not really necessary for us.

Well... it's a Mac... what do you expect? They're not going to get a Michelin star...

There are two drive through points of which only one worked. Had to go inside to order. Staff don't seem to care at all. Food was good at least.

Busy, a lot of noise, somewhat awkward layout. Staff friendly. Burger had little taste.

Lukewarm weak fries, also took a long time but I really didn't feel like going back. I had to charge my car, but only the slow charging station worked (unfortunately occupied).

Not normally busy on a Sunday. One chicken nugger was missing and they fixed it immediately without any fuss.
