Great McDonald's, they forgot 1 drink, but we could just pick it up

The toilet was broken, so I had to go to ALDI.... This was for a disabled person...

They always forgot to put whole order one or two things is missing always. Today again without one 7€ burger, always count everything in order there couse you end up pissed at home.

Everyone is familiar with McDonald's. The service is actually very good, and you get your food very quickly here, even when it's busy. The food is usually still hot when it arrives, which isn't the case at many McDonald's. The only downside here is that the place is sometimes poorly maintained, and the floors and tables you have to eat from are very dirty. Otherwise, it's just like any other McDonald's, nothing special, and it's getting a bit pricey for what you get! But if you're really hungry, you won't be disappointed in Echt!

The staff is really poorly trained and I don't think they're being supervised or held accountable for their behavior in any way. That's terrible.

Had to wait a long time for my order at the drive-through. While driving, I also discovered that some products and sauces were missing. I went back to the drive-through, and the employee promptly resolved the issue.

I was in the mood for McDonald's. I arrived at 12:59 AM. The website said it was open until 1:00 AM. Very disappointed. Too bad!

I ordered takeout and when I got home, I found out I'd been scammed. I wasn't given 9x nuggets or 6x nuggets. I recommend checking your orders because they're scamming you.

WORTHLESS customer experience. I had to pay for my order twice because "the system said the payment hadn't gone through." I could show that the amount had been debited, but the protocol wouldn't allow me to take the order. The second payment was supposed to be "automatically refunded within 48 hours." But alas. Almost a week has passed and I still haven't seen a cent back. It was €51.90. The complaints line is unreachable, and I haven't received a call back about the note the receptionist left. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!! And because of all the delays, the food was cold and unpalatable, so most of it ended up in the trash. They won't see me again.

Nice and quiet environment, friendly service and definitely one of the best McDonald's in the Netherlands.

Every McDonald's is different, as is evident. This time, everything was hot and freshly prepared. Despite it being dinnertime, there was plenty of room. The only downside is the prices.

It was very strange that I couldn't get a side salad (they were supposedly sold out) and only fries. And yet my wife could choose from various salads with chicken and such. The trash can was overflowing. An employee was very kind and patient with the children who wanted to buy an extra toy.

The food was cold, tough, and simply tasteless. From ordering to pick-up, it took a full 8 minutes, and that proved to be a success. The staff were friendly, but the restaurant, restrooms, and seating were awful. The atmosphere was like a formal business meeting. This McDonald's has really gone downhill in recent years, which is a shame.

Ate here with a colleague on October 8th, what a drama, order for 2 people, 3 mistakes, why, no idea, receipt, there are enough staff, but unfortunately, the fries were cold, 2x mayonnaise forgotten, fries seasoning forgotten, 2x strawberry milkshake, unfortunately, got vanilla flavor, maybe it would be useful if you have to pay 51 euros to add some napkins. We often go to MC, but this location beats everything.

They offer different coffee and at the end they serve the same, the difference in taste is nothing and they do not Mark the coffee for knowing which is which

The food and service at this chain are standard, as expected. What's really not good is the "atmosphere" of the trash cans in the nearby parking lot near Gamna. Overflowing trash cans with finished McDonald's meals are scattered on the ground and around the bins. Every time I visit this parking lot, it's the same disgusting refrain: McDonald's, please do something about this!!!

Last Saturday evening, on my way home, I stopped here for an iced caramel coffee frappé and soft serve. The staff was friendly and the portions were decent. I'm not usually a fan of McDonald's, but this was worth it and just what we needed on our long journey. The restrooms and water fountains needed attention. One fountain was out of order.

We stopped by to charge our car at the charging station close to McD. It was clean, tidy, easy to order and the burgers were good. Also had the salad. Overall good experience. No complaints!

Just got two burgers and a coffee/caramel frappe at the confirmation in Echt. The burgers were fine, but I think they forgot to crush the ice with the frappe; the whole cup is full of ice cubes. It's a shame, but it ended up in the trash.

Good day If you order a Big Mac menu, everything is cold. It seems like very young children are working there. No one looks experienced enough. It costs a lot of money.

Very busy at 6pm and the food is not good

A week ago, after a family outing, we went to dinner with 12 people. We had to wait 45 minutes for our order. Our order was incomplete. We returned three times with the wrong menu. The food was cold. The staff was completely disorganized. I don't think having 4.5 people working on an order can go well. They tried to fix it, but they couldn't. It really put a dampener on our family outing.

For the second time in a week, I was stuck in the drive-through, only to be told it was cash only. Poor service, zero communication. This is the last time I'll be back.

Did you get a lukewarm milkshake with your Big Mac because the machine got too hot? If it wasn't cold enough, we could exchange it for a soft drink or MacFlurry. I don't think you should EVER serve ice cream if the machine isn't working properly? Good for food poisoning.

Got there 40 minutes before it was supposed to before closing, but they closed early.

Perhaps there's a staff shortage, but I've never seen such a filthy mess. All the trash cans are overflowing, there's no toilet paper in the restroom, and the faucet is broken.

This McDonald's was very busy yesterday and there was a power outage, but despite that, we received good service. There were a lot of wasps flying around, which wasn't pleasant.

I had to wait exactly 41 minutes for an order, and it still wasn't right. Ridiculous, and the staff didn't care.

Great McDonald's, exactly what you'd expect if you're familiar with the concept. Spacious patio. Of course, there's the occasional joker smoking among all the kids, but the manager handles that quickly and efficiently. Fast service.

I went through McDrive twice and ordered a vanilla milkshake both times. I got a banana once and a strawberry the other time.

The food was fine, but the restaurant was crowded and messy. Overflowing trash bins contributed to that.

The Big Tasty and Quarter Pounder were delivered incorrectly, and all the soft drinks had ice even though they weren't. The fries were cold. When I got back, the other burgers were also cold. The service was okay, but it's a shame they were working too quickly. Next time, I'll grab a McDonald's earlier on the highway.

I don't know why, but we always have to wait at least fifteen minutes at the drive-thru. It's always fresh and hot, though.

I never thought I'd be so enthusiastic 🧐 about a McDonald's that I'd write a review. Perhaps the contrast with the Randstad locations is simply enormous. Because this is what really struck me positively about McDonald's Echt (pun intended): 🧻 ABOVE-AVERAGE CLEAN (for a McDonald's) Not that it literally sparkles, but when I was there (Wednesday evening around 8 p.m.), it was remarkably clean. I haven't encountered them this clean in Rotterdam or Amsterdam. Even the restroom (which I visited) was spacious and clean. 🪑 RELAXED Wonderful: no garish colors in this location and no blaring music. For the first time, I didn't feel like I had to get out of here as quickly as possible, but could just calmly eat my burger. After a very long car ride, that's nice (this location is very close to the highway). The chairs are, of course, too hard, but that's how it should be. There was a cozy reading table with a game for children. We didn't have one, but of course we played it anyway. 👨‍💼 STAFF AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLINESS I saw quite a few complaints in other reviews about the staff. Maybe I was lucky, but I was treated more than well here. First of all, I accidentally ordered the wrong item. I was able to exchange it without asking, and even though a bite had been taken. The manager regularly walked by and looked kindly at the customers, including our group. The younger ladies at the cash register were polite. These all seem like things that should be taken for granted. We all know that this simply isn't the case at most fast food franchises in big cities. Judeska's does exist. 🍔 THE FOOD Well. Just McDonald's. My McKroket might have been a bit too greasy (I didn't let it drain properly), but the rest of our group had no complaints. You know what to expect: dry meat on your Big Mac, sour sauces, and too much salt on your fries. Sometimes you just want Mac. A bit of a chemical mess because it reminded you of your childhood.

After a day out, we wanted to fill our bellies at this McDonald's, but this turned out to be a huge mistake. After ordering, we had to wait quite a while for our food, and one order wasn't even delivered to the table, so we had to pick it up ourselves at the cash register. Because of this long wait, all our food was lukewarm, and we were missing a whole burger from our order. After opening it, we also discovered that two of the chicken orders (size 6) and the chicken order (size 9) were missing one. This can happen, of course, and a quick trip to the cash register resolved the issue. While we were picking up the burger and the forgotten chicken nuggets, we also heard a very loud burp from the kitchen, which is completely inappropriate while preparing food. The manager wasn't taking his job very seriously either; the staff was completely disorganized, and five people were chatting at the cash register WHILE it was busy. He also looked disheveled. During this drama, a staff member also spilled a Coke from a tray. This can happen, of course, but then it has to sit on the floor for 10 minutes while all sorts of staff walk by, pretending it wasn't even there. Even the manager walked by countless times, also pretending it wasn't there. After eating, some of us had to use the restroom, which we were also completely dissatisfied with. It was a huge, filthy mess; the floor was sticky, there was urine all over the floor, and the sinks were incredibly disgusting. And all this while there were so many staff milling around; the manager is completely useless. You'll never see me here again, what a terrible place!

Too many mistakes accumulated for a single customer... it's clearly not bad luck. Ordered via the kiosk, I was served at the table without drinks or napkins, and the waitress said nothing. After calling her, she told me she'd be back. I opened my Big Mac and there: the second layer was empty, just two buns stacked on top of each other without meat, salad, pickles, or sauce. On top of that, the burger was poorly assembled: everything was shifted, nothing held together in the center, it looked like nothing. I went to complain at the counter and discovered that my 6 nuggets were incomplete (only 4, which they'd fix). I was promised a new burger served at the table... 20 minutes later, still nothing. When I went back to check, the burger was already cold. And to top it all off, the toilets had no paper. Unacceptable.

The table delivery took a long time. The fries were old and lukewarm (I did receive fresh, hot fries when I reported this at the counter), and the cheeseburger, which I ordered without mustard, onion, and pickles, unfortunately did contain these ingredients.

Service is terrible, making mistake after mistake. When you return, you're promised the correct product and an ice cream for the child. Returned, the ice cream machine broke, haha. Would you like a coffee with it? No, McDonald's, you're completely missing the point. Next time, Burger King for us!

Unfortunately, the card at the kiosk was broken, apart from the fact that the kiosk itself was completely broken. So I took my receipt to the cash register, which was also broken, and then to the café's cash register, which was also broken. They asked if I could pay at a working kiosk, but my discount app wasn't working there anymore... I was eventually able to pay at a cash register, but it took 20 minutes. Not fun!

I have been to the mac in Echt about 30 times over the years, maybe even more. The atmosphere is great and the food too. However, the service leaves a lot behind. Of all the times I have been to this mac, they have gotten my order correct exactly 2 times. Today again a very simple order of 1 large fries without salt, 1 milkshake peach and 1 large shaker fries curry. I get a large fries with a shake bag and without herbs, but they still charge money for it. My tip for you, check an order before you hand it in, this will save you and the customers a lot of time and frustration.

So, Google is open until 1:00 a.m., but the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m., and only the drive-thru is open. It's great to get off the highway just for that. French

I arrived, there was already a girl untying her ponytail at the order counter, an employee, then went to the toilet with other girls to put on her scarf ... I should have left right away .. but After a lot of fuss, I got a cold wrap. I got a new one. This one was at the right temperature because it had just been measured .. could be cold though because there was lettuce and cucumber (2 meters walk to the counter with a new wrap) Bic Mac was also lukewarm (not the lettuce .. plus point !!!) The coffee wasn't even tasty I had coffee residue in the cup. All in all, a big 1 deserved. Sorry but for that money you expect a bit more. We are not whiny people, but just like you we have to work hard for our money .. Too bad it was the last time x

Especially that one boy with the wave and the dark hair of about 1.72 I think his name is Milan. He was a very nice boy and he also looked very appetizing. That made me hungrier. The total package breathes an experience that you often long for. Since childhood you have of course been indoctrinated by Ronald, a bit like Pennywise: you feel from all sides that this guy is no good and yet it remains too tempting not to go there. The ambience is characterised by a timeless environment where other elements from your childhood also make a comeback, such as that raccoon rascal who was now on the placemats again. 3 stars anyway because of the eternal beeping of those machines and the lady who found it ethically responsible to strap her toddler into a chair with a tension strap (Limburgish: Spanjbanj) and go outside to smoke. Even if you do not speak fluent Peuterian, the snot that came out of the ears, and the "mama" through the tears betrayed that this child also thought: "are you kidding me?!" Since we were in Echt, (Limburgish: Ech), it was probably more like: "And what?!?" Otherwise a great dinner and afterwards we went to the buute with enough fat on our hips
