McDonald's in Wijk 05 Echt

Hello, The last few times I’ve been to the drive-thru in Echt, mistakes are regularly being made. I understand that there is sometimes a staff shortage, which means mistakes are sometimes made due to the busyness. But I expect that if I come back with a small mistake, I will be helped properly. Unfortunately, this was not the case the last two times. I came back with my receipt, which stated what I had ordered and was supposed to receive a few minutes later. I was missing a few items; they neatly reconnected everything to the drive-thru and pointed out what was missing. Unfortunately, they didn't want to believe me and refused to look at my receipt. I found this very disappointing and would have preferred to have been helped better or to have come to a solution together. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Hopefully, it will be rectified someday; otherwise, I am satisfied. Regards

Last time we went there ( which was today 06-09 ) I’ve ordered a happy meal and Quarter pounder menu. When opening the packages none of the fries were in, regardless that I paid. Irresponsible stuff, messy inside and not well organised. Hopefully someone responsible for the branch will see my comment and compensate me!

A very modern and quite large McDonald's; the food was fine and the interior was clean. It was also nice that there were multiple ladies' restrooms; most locations I've been to only had one.

I've never seen so many employees in a McDonald's before; if there weren't 25, then there weren't any. The service was great, and the food came really fast. That was fast food!

At this McDonald's, you get your food quickly, hot, and perfectly balanced. The staff works hard and is friendly, and everything inside is clean. Highly recommended compared to many other branches!

Got a refund because we ran out of cookies. Great service!

Nice Mac, looked neat, not very big.

Today, I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered and paid for a Double Big Tasty, but received a regular Big Tasty with only one burger. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after I had eaten about half of it. When I explained this to the staff, I was told that I should have come earlier, before I had eaten half. But I just expect to get what I paid for. I am not going to take my entire burger apart first to check if my order is correct. I expected at least a replacement burger or just an apology. Instead, I got the feeling that it was my own problem because I hadn't noticed the mistake earlier. Of course, mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience for me.

The food was freshly prepared and hot. The staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. We were politely offered a bowl of drinking water for the dog on the terrace. I will be back here!

This McDonald's makes no sense at all. First of all, my sharing box arrived 20 minutes late and wasn't properly filled; only 4 chicken nuggets and 10 empiladas for the rest. I also didn't get any sauce with it. Additionally, I ordered a McFlurry, but things went wrong again when I was eating my McFlurry Maltesers and caramel sauce. I found an empilada hanging around at the bottom of the ice cream; this is completely insane and makes no sense. Be careful if you come to eat here, very unreliable.

The food was good. We were there in the evening. But the parking lot is a sort of car meeting place. A bit odd.

⭐ Poor handling of an error, way too expensive burger On August 4th, I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder at McDonald’s. On the way, it turned out there was only one burger on the bun. I called immediately, and the employee indicated that I would fill out a form so that I would receive a free/replacement burger. Today, August 11th, I still hadn't received anything about this. That is why I drove to McDonald’s in Echt. However, the manager refused to give me a replacement burger because I had to submit a form that they themselves hadn't sent out; otherwise, it would have arrived by the 11th. Of course, mistakes can happen with an order. But I find it very sad that you still haven't resolved it a week later. It is made so unnecessarily complicated for just one burger. Very disappointing service.

So it really does exist! Everything was warm, fast, and the place was super clean. The whole family was truly amazed. Friendly staff. You are the best we have ever come across. Even an extremely sweet lady who went to clear our table. It exists!!

Not much has changed. At most, you have to ask at the McFlurry. A cup of soft serve ice cream with a scoop of crushed M&Ms on top. I seem to recall it being mixed. Just call it Sunday ice cream with M&Ms on top for €4.15 then. Fine taste nonetheless.

The Mac remains the Mac, wherever you go in the Netherlands; we stopped by due to circumstances and just stopped for the kids.

Clean McDonald's with fast service. They actually come around themselves to help clear tables, something I've never experienced in Belgium. The food was nice and fresh and we really enjoyed it.

It wasn't open, but the bag along the road with half a hamburger tasted good.

Always easy parking and good food.

Only a few people are still somewhat motivated to work. They even manage to make mistakes with the entered orders.

Note that they charge 15 cents for every disposable cup. However, they provide the reusable cups. This way, they earn an extra 15 cents per customer.

Always the same, the workers tricking with the food, the last time i bought a fries big of 4 eur to take away when i open was like only half, the same with the ice creams, next time i will request my money back, looks like there are no supervisors or manager

I waited 30 minutes for 1 McFlurry that in the end wasn't a McFlurry anymore; no, it was just like a milkshake.

You won't believe this, they don't get the difference between a hamburger and a Mc Croquette, the staff is way too young and 9 out of 10 times everything is cold. I hate it when your order is wrong or served cold. Just cook those burgers a bit longer, it's not that difficult..

Ordered a McNugget menu twice, only to find out upon arriving home that there were no chicken nuggets... unfortunately, it is just too far to drive back for it.

The people are not friendly. I stood waiting while I was the only one, and they let two people through in front of me even though they arrived late. I drove away. I will NEVER go there again.

I overlooked the entrance for the McDrive. Really very peculiar and illogical.

Time and time again, I let myself be tempted by friends to go along. Always an argument because the food is always cold, the order is never right, etc., etc. In one word: scandalous, and that for such an exorbitant amount of money.

We haven't been very satisfied with the service lately. When you go through the drive-in, you get ridiculed with stupid jokes. Once, they made us stand at the ordering station for half an hour while letting others through at the second station. Yesterday, I was ridiculed for the way I pronounced my order, and that is already the fourth time, which made me angry so I walked inside to speak to the manager. There, I was intimidated again by two of those nasty guys when I was telling my story to the manager. Those two stood against the wall with their hands crossed, listening to my story and laughing at me, and the manager didn't say anything about it, instead of sending those two away. It was a mess there. I used to be satisfied and always liked the staff, but lately it has really been a mess and the staff is unfriendly. It's a shame for the rest of the staff who have been working there longer and who always did a good job.

I go to quite a lot of McDonald's, and I always find the service particularly friendly compared to other McDonald's.

I thought I'd grab a quick bite on the way to Eindhoven, but when I arrived down from the A2, it turned out the on-ramp was closed, and I had to drive mostly on back roads to get back onto the A2. So it turned out to be 'slow food' after all.

What a great McDonald’s! Inside, everything is neat and clean, without any mess. The exterior is also well-maintained; there are no packaging or cups to be found anywhere in the vicinity. The flags are neatly hung and the drive-thru looks excellent. What stands out most (and should actually be a given) is that the staff greets you in a friendly manner. My order was ready quickly, was nice and hot, and neatly put together. I don't know what training the staff receives here, but other branches could certainly take a leaf out of their book. Truly top-notch!

Mixed experiences. The quality of the food, if you get the right one, is excellent. Unfortunately, there are often many minor errors, such as unsolicited sugar/syrup in the coffee, toilets frequently run out of toilet paper, products are frequently out of stock, you have to wait 15 minutes for a cookie to take it home, and the staff, when taking the order, seem reluctant to work with a hangover. It's a shame, not recommended. One plus for animal lovers: dogs are allowed inside.

Not recommended, extremely dirty tables and under the tables. They sell items you didn't ask for, and then you have to pay extra. And then the customer gets the blame. I won't be going to this McDonald's again.

It's outrageous that 9 out of 10 times you can't order coffee or tea. And even if they do make coffee, it tastes awful. A huge step backward from the service McDonald's used to have. It's a shame.

It's very pleasant to eat there. It's so clean and organized!!! Plenty of staff can work wonders with the food. Tables, chairs, and benches were cleared, and in between, they were also swept with a mop and kept a clean surface. It was very busy, yet pleasant.

They always forgot to put whole order one or two things is missing always. Today again without one 7€ burger, always count everything in order there couse you end up pissed at home.

Everyone is familiar with McDonald's. The service is actually very good, and you get your food very quickly here, even when it's busy. The food is usually still hot when it arrives, which isn't the case at many McDonald's. The only downside here is that the place is sometimes poorly maintained, and the floors and tables you have to eat from are very dirty. Otherwise, it's just like any other McDonald's, nothing special, and it's getting a bit pricey for what you get! But if you're really hungry, you won't be disappointed in Echt!

Had to wait a long time for my order at the drive-through. While driving, I also discovered that some products and sauces were missing. I went back to the drive-through, and the employee promptly resolved the issue.

The staff is really poorly trained and I don't think they're being supervised or held accountable for their behavior in any way. That's terrible.

I was in the mood for McDonald's. I arrived at 12:59 AM. The website said it was open until 1:00 AM. Very disappointed. Too bad!

I ordered takeout and when I got home, I found out I'd been scammed. I wasn't given 9x nuggets or 6x nuggets. I recommend checking your orders because they're scamming you.

Bad service, picked up food here with my son from the truck, order completely wrong, called about it everything would be reimbursed and resolved, now almost 2 months later never heard or seen anything a lot of nice talk but otherwise poor service

WORTHLESS customer experience. I had to pay for my order twice because "the system said the payment hadn't gone through." I could show that the amount had been debited, but the protocol wouldn't allow me to take the order. The second payment was supposed to be "automatically refunded within 48 hours." But alas. Almost a week has passed and I still haven't seen a cent back. It was €51.90. The complaints line is unreachable, and I haven't received a call back about the note the receptionist left. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!! And because of all the delays, the food was cold and unpalatable, so most of it ended up in the trash. They won't see me again.

Every McDonald's is different, as is evident. This time, everything was hot and freshly prepared. Despite it being dinnertime, there was plenty of room. The only downside is the prices.

It was very strange that I couldn't get a side salad (they were supposedly sold out) and only fries. And yet my wife could choose from various salads with chicken and such. The trash can was overflowing. An employee was very kind and patient with the children who wanted to buy an extra toy.

The food was cold, tough, and simply tasteless. From ordering to pick-up, it took a full 8 minutes, and that proved to be a success. The staff were friendly, but the restaurant, restrooms, and seating were awful. The atmosphere was like a formal business meeting. This McDonald's has really gone downhill in recent years, which is a shame.

Ate here with a colleague on October 8th, what a drama, order for 2 people, 3 mistakes, why, no idea, receipt, there are enough staff, but unfortunately, the fries were cold, 2x mayonnaise forgotten, fries seasoning forgotten, 2x strawberry milkshake, unfortunately, got vanilla flavor, maybe it would be useful if you have to pay 51 euros to add some napkins. We often go to MC, but this location beats everything.
