McDonald's in Ede-Oost

Little McDonald's has a great meal. The food arrived fairly quickly. However, several tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned.

Just ordered through Thuisbezorgd. The order hadn't arrived. But that wasn't their fault. I called, and Thuisbezorgd was difficult to reach. Eventually, they were reachable, and they're going to refund my money. The people working there from McDonald's Ede who are currently working there were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to personally deliver the next order if needed. Great! I don't know their names, but they handled it well, sir and madam! Great service 👍🏼🍟 I did receive my second order 😁🍔

Employees were mostly talking to each other and forgot to put the orders together. The wait time was endless.

We ordered the Chicken Sensation menu. The fries were incredibly salty. There was barely any sauce on the Sensation. There was a lot of lettuce that fell out. The onions were a large, thick slice. The tomatoes also flew around when you took a bite.

It went very quickly and the toilets were very clean.

Waiting 2 hours for a burger is really tough

I haven't been here. And before you think, "That says it all": no, you don't know why I was in Ede. It doesn't seem relevant to me either. All I'm saying is that it wouldn't have been an appropriate option.

Cozy McDonald's restaurant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended for families!

They are complete scammers i ordered my food the delivery driver doesnt deliver it to me and they mark it as delivered. SCAMMERS

A McDonald's where your food is truly heated through. Just the way it should be. This McDonald's is also cozy and welcoming compared to larger locations.

Eten was lauw en de mcflury m&m zat bijna geen vulling in. Chocolademelk was heet maar geen smaak. Prijs ook flink omhoog gegaan. Eet er niet vaak maar had er iets meer van verwacht.

The BEST McDonald’s I’d ever visited in the Netherlands 💛 the warm staffs solved our order problems immediately when we were rushing to catch the train. The chicken nuggets were fried perfectly crispy. Super grateful for these boxes of chicken nuggets which saved us from the exhausting journey…

Cozy, quiet place in the center to have a nice lunch.

The chicken burger was okay. Too bad they don't have a croquette burger anymore. That was my favorite. But hey... you can't have everything.

Des te meer door de app én mail "je bestelling is bevestigd" Maar wederom helaas, "je bestelling is geannuleerd" Ik begrijp het werkelijk niet, zeker niet omdat we er dichtbij wonen. (En ja; dan kan je het ook halen als je er zin in hebt, maar daar is deze website niet voor bedoeld) Als je niet wilt verkopen, doe het dan niet. (Alleen afhalen is ook een mogelijkheid, maar communiseer dit dan ook zo) Jammer maar helaas, en zeker diep teleurstellend omdat dit zeer regelmatig gebeurd.

Having machines high-pitched beeping constantly every time. You end up with a headache after 5 minutes. I don't want to think about the employees working there...

McDonald's as we know it is fine and clean.

Great food, but the staff is awful. I was there this afternoon, and both managers were preparing the food without washing their hands or putting on hairnets or tying their hair back. 🤮

A really dirty McDonald's. Food everywhere on the table and floor. Pickle on the window. Loose sticker on the floor. Chocolate milkshake that tastes like vanilla.

Had been here after the four-day evening walk to buy some ice creams. It took a long time. And when we asked, it turned out that they had lost our receipt. In total, it took an hour to get 5 ice creams.

Too bad everything has to be prepared, they have little in stock.

Unfortunately no pictures of the cheesecake and the large strawberry and banana milkshake 👍🏾😋

Busy but great environment for my kids

Again, no receipt came from the order machine. And it was messy again throughout the whole tent.

There was a bug in my Big Mac and in the fish burger without a sauce

I ordered for home delivery. There was no update for 2 hours. After calling the place I was told that the order was not in the system, then 5 minutes later I got information in the app that the order was canceled! Embarrassment at the highest level, I do not recommend!

For a McDonald's a remarkably neat place. There was a relaxed atmosphere. Because of the small hamburgers and Mac croquette (2 euros) that they now offer, they have me back as a customer. Such a small sandwich is often big enough for a small appetite.

I placed an order and waited 15 minutes for the employees to start talking, laughing and serving people. I asked why they weren't working. They said that's exactly what they worked for. It is a shame that the reputation of the institution is being destroyed by such employees. I want to come there 0. ⭐️-0

Food was good, but the behavior of the "children" who came in was less so. The staff is the same age themselves and will therefore say nothing about it.

Was slow to prepare, order was incomplete, 9 chicken nuggets, 4 fries sauce and a cheeseburger. Tried calling more than 10 times but refused to answer, really bad thing, can't even get in touch... Also, all 3 fries are tough and cold, bitterballen ice cream cold and chicken nuggets super soft, no sting on the ice tea, banana milkshake with caramel ordered, there was no caramel on it. I also found an employee very unhygienic, she was licking her mouth all the time and then wiping it with hands that she did not clean, just touching the food.

It's a shame that if you have a question and call them, the phone cannot even be answered normally.

€37 for two small snack menus for the children and a separate burger, those are no longer jokes. Tables and toilet were also dirty and you can skate on the greasy floors. Next grub at Burger King where you can still find cheap prices for cheap food.

Recently placed a large order and had it delivered to your home. They forgot a big tasty and chili chicken. I called and said yes, we will send it with the next order. Never received anything. It was almost €13 which we did not receive.

McDonald's is always a convenient option when you're in a rush or craving something familiar. The food is pretty consistent, The burgers and fries are decent, The menu variety is nice, with something for everyone, especially if you're looking for a quick bite. Service can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. They forget to get you sugar if you buy coffee, they forget tissue paper sometimes, and they forget straw ! I've had some visits where everything was quick and smooth. The prices are affordable, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality. Overall, McDonald's is fine for fast food, but nothing too extraordinary.

I order a large lemonade for €4.65, apparently three quarters of which are ice cubes…. Went back and personal says 5 sips is normal. I show them the fragment below from the site and the cup and they say “it is not a soft drink”, even though it is on the order list for the soft drink. No chance

Nice to be able to sit inside with a large group. The staff did not make a fuss about this and was very friendly when bringing the food. These were some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a McDonalds. Furthermore, the food was excellent McDonalds quality.

Sometimes not everything is in stock, waiting longer than normal for orders.

The flavour of the sandwiches is consistent, that is, basically the same every time. But the fries are not always good. In fact, most of the time, they don't taste good at all.

Do not order via McDonald's Ede home delivery. After waiting an hour and a half, we called for the 2nd time where our order remained and was told that the order had not arrived. During a telephone conversation they hung up brutally. Then the order was cancelled. Never again for us!

Had dinner at McDonald's with friends in the evening. While serving, someone from my group had a drink thrown over him. This is up to that point and can happen, but the unpleasant thing was that the server denied and said: "That wasn't me, you saw that anyway." Although it was a mistake on both sides, I was disappointed that no apologies followed. Very nice Mac, looks very cool as it is made inside a typical Dutch house. The only disadvantages are too much noise, since it is not very big, and a very narrow passage to the toilet on the second floor.

Ordered food inside. Food arrived cold, the restaurant smelled, tables were rancid. Cups were really dirty and still had some kind of greasy edge on them. The service was nothing to write home about either, they didn't say anything and walked around as if they had died.

I come from Spain and all I have to say is: it’s a sin that the McKroket is not available outside of the Netherlands. Literally the best thing I’ve had in a McDonalds. 4 stars only though because the BBQ sauce was not dippable, they give it out in packets like ketchup.

Location in the center, so it really takes some searching by car. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake, but it seemed as if I had received a mix of strawberry and chocolate, it tasted very strange.
