McDonald's in Ede-Oost

Hello I was there today i ordered double qp maple bbq they brought me single and when i told them they Made mistake i want a new menu they just Made another meat and put IT in the burger .... IT was dry and unedible the fryes too....shame ... The worst mc menu i had in my life ...they should close this joint ... Lol

Grumpy staff that doesn't look like they want to be there. As far as friendly faces go, they were far and few between. Food and drinks were OK. However the staff could work on their friendly appearance to make the restaurant feel more welcoming.

Food okay, but otherwise a sad story. Lots of trash on the floor, bins full, toilets dirty and stinky, power outlets half hanging out of the wall, tables full of junk and filth. Never seen such a mess at a McDonald's.

Walk into McDonald's on Thursday evening and find a real battlefield. It's terrible!

Excellent continuity in terms of quality. Quite a mess at the end of the day, but that is understandable after the busy evening rush hour.

Rude staff. Waited an hour for my food: 1 burger, 9 chicken nuggets, and a frappuccino. Then I went to ask about it and got a short answer saying 'it's busy'. It wasn't that bad anyway. It wasn't a drive-through restaurant either. Rude.

Too bad, I ordered breakfast at 10:40 and it didn't arrive until 11:25, half of it was missing. Satisfied staff, who were playing behind the counter.

Worthless McDonald's, very long wait (15-20 minutes), and then the orders aren't right either. Not just for us, but for the rest of the people on the terrace as well. If you complain, they aren't impressed. I spoke to the manager, who at least offered an apology. Staff keep coming outside, but the fact that the trash cans are so full that the trash is blowing all over the city center is simply ignored. Well, it just hangs around the entire branch. They don't really care. I wonder what it will be like when it's really busy here, because right now there was at most a quarter of the staff.

I haven't been here. And before you think, "that says enough": no, you don't know why I was in Ede. That doesn't seem relevant to me either. The only thing I want to say about it is that McDonald's wouldn't have been a suitable option that day.

Delivery is absolutely useless! The delivery driver showed up at the door without my order. I told him to call McDonald's, but they don't answer the phone.

McDonald's is always a convenient option when you're in a rush or craving something familiar. The food is pretty consistent, The burgers and fries are decent, The menu variety is nice, with something for everyone, especially if you're looking for a quick bite. Service can be hit or miss depending on the time of day. They forget to get you sugar if you buy coffee, they forget tissue paper sometimes, and they forget straw ! I've had some visits where everything was quick and smooth. The prices are affordable, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality. Overall, McDonald's is fine for fast food, but nothing too extraordinary. update; july 2026 table and seating cleaning gone bad,

Friendly staff, neat and tastefully decorated.

There was a pushy man walking around who handed you a photo asking if you wanted to order food for him, with a story attached. He managed to do that with a man who ordered via the kiosk. That took too long, and he asked for his money back, even though he hadn't ordered anything but had received it from the other man. But he got his money back anyway and grumbled. I didn't think it was acceptable that this is allowed when you just want to eat.

Very dirty place someone should clean every 45min-1h max is allays so dirty there

Waited 30 minutes for a café latte and a regular coffee, then received a cappuccino instead of a café latte, and the coffee was forgotten again. The order was only processed after several reminders.

The home delivery order didn't go quite right, so I contacted McDonald's by phone. I spoke to an incredibly sweet person who immediately came up with a solution. They made the order after all and delivered it myself within 20 minutes. Truly amazing ❤️

This McDonald's is located right in the city center and has a terrace. Great for taking a breather. Otherwise, it is a McDonald's like any other. The toilet could use being checked and cleaned a bit more often.

Well-topped Big Arch. Was tasty. The large fries were really big. Everything at the right temperature.

Seems like they have renewed all the staff and the speed is 5 times slower than 2 weeks before.

Trash cans were full, tables dirty

Went in at about 11:20pm for take out. Most staff were preparing for close down/ chitchatting and only one staff was helping with food. Saw a lot of customers waited for so long, while I waited for 30+ minutes just for my takeaway, didn’t get my food until 12:00. Doesn’t closing at 12:00 mean serving until 12:00? Why is there so many staff but only one preparing for food? Who would expect to wait 30+ minutes for a Mcdonald’s?

Had a good meal, not too expensive, but the music could be a bit less.

Not only did I wait 25 minutes, but I also noticed that people were ordering and leaving, and I was still waiting. Finally, the shift leader came and apologized... Unequal treatment of customers.

Be patient, because your burgers will be ready in 10-15 minutes.

I ordered four Big Macs, and two of them only had one burger and almost no sauce. The milkshake was as thin as water. The fries were very salty. When I called to complain, they said I wasn't treating them with respect. I just spoke normally and didn't yell. The person who answered the phone should take a speaking course. For that price, you'd expect better. No more McDonald's for me.

The food at this McDonald's was good. Personally, the atmosphere was meh. The service I received was friendly.

On-site dining: excellent. Delivery with Thuisbezorgd: extremely poor! First, I got a message that it had already been delivered, even though it hadn't. Support claimed it had, but then cut me off. Fifteen minutes later, it arrived, and then someone else's order was wrong. I'll never order from here again.

Little McDonald's has a great meal. The food arrived fairly quickly. However, several tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned.

Just ordered through Thuisbezorgd. The order hadn't arrived. But that wasn't their fault. I called, and Thuisbezorgd was difficult to reach. Eventually, they were reachable, and they're going to refund my money. The people working there from McDonald's Ede who are currently working there were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to personally deliver the next order if needed. Great! I don't know their names, but they handled it well, sir and madam! Great service 👍🏼🍟 I did receive my second order 😁🍔

Employees were mostly talking to each other and forgot to put the orders together. The wait time was endless.

We ordered the Chicken Sensation menu. The fries were incredibly salty. There was barely any sauce on the Sensation. There was a lot of lettuce that fell out. The onions were a large, thick slice. The tomatoes also flew around when you took a bite.

It went very quickly and the toilets were very clean.

Waiting 2 hours for a burger is really tough

A semi-warm... quarter pounder... or something like that. Spot the 10 differences... I really don't recommend this Mac.

Park in the parking garage five minutes away. After shopping, enjoy a milkshake or meal. Located halfway to the city center.

A McDonald's where your food is truly heated through. Just the way it should be. This McDonald's is also cozy and welcoming compared to larger locations.

Eten was lauw en de mcflury m&m zat bijna geen vulling in. Chocolademelk was heet maar geen smaak. Prijs ook flink omhoog gegaan. Eet er niet vaak maar had er iets meer van verwacht.

The BEST McDonald’s I’d ever visited in the Netherlands 💛 the warm staffs solved our order problems immediately when we were rushing to catch the train. The chicken nuggets were fried perfectly crispy. Super grateful for these boxes of chicken nuggets which saved us from the exhausting journey…

Cozy, quiet place in the center to have a nice lunch.

The chicken burger was okay. Too bad they don't have a croquette burger anymore. That was my favorite. But hey... you can't have everything.

Des te meer door de app én mail "je bestelling is bevestigd" Maar wederom helaas, "je bestelling is geannuleerd" Ik begrijp het werkelijk niet, zeker niet omdat we er dichtbij wonen. (En ja; dan kan je het ook halen als je er zin in hebt, maar daar is deze website niet voor bedoeld) Als je niet wilt verkopen, doe het dan niet. (Alleen afhalen is ook een mogelijkheid, maar communiseer dit dan ook zo) Jammer maar helaas, en zeker diep teleurstellend omdat dit zeer regelmatig gebeurd.

20 minutes of waiting for a small order is the norm

Having machines high-pitched beeping constantly every time. You end up with a headache after 5 minutes. I don't want to think about the employees working there...

McDonald's as we know it is fine and clean.

A really dirty McDonald's. Food everywhere on the table and floor. Pickle on the window. Loose sticker on the floor. Chocolate milkshake that tastes like vanilla.

Great food, but the staff is awful. I was there this afternoon, and both managers were preparing the food without washing their hands or putting on hairnets or tying their hair back. 🤮

Had been here after the four-day evening walk to buy some ice creams. It took a long time. And when we asked, it turned out that they had lost our receipt. In total, it took an hour to get 5 ice creams.

Too bad everything has to be prepared, they have little in stock.

There was a bug in my Big Mac and in the fish burger without a sauce

I ordered for home delivery. There was no update for 2 hours. After calling the place I was told that the order was not in the system, then 5 minutes later I got information in the app that the order was canceled! Embarrassment at the highest level, I do not recommend!

For a McDonald's a remarkably neat place. There was a relaxed atmosphere. Because of the small hamburgers and Mac croquette (2 euros) that they now offer, they have me back as a customer. Such a small sandwich is often big enough for a small appetite.

I placed an order and waited 15 minutes for the employees to start talking, laughing and serving people. I asked why they weren't working. They said that's exactly what they worked for. It is a shame that the reputation of the institution is being destroyed by such employees. I want to come there 0. ⭐️-0

Food was good, but the behavior of the "children" who came in was less so. The staff is the same age themselves and will therefore say nothing about it.

Was slow to prepare, order was incomplete, 9 chicken nuggets, 4 fries sauce and a cheeseburger. Tried calling more than 10 times but refused to answer, really bad thing, can't even get in touch... Also, all 3 fries are tough and cold, bitterballen ice cream cold and chicken nuggets super soft, no sting on the ice tea, banana milkshake with caramel ordered, there was no caramel on it. I also found an employee very unhygienic, she was licking her mouth all the time and then wiping it with hands that she did not clean, just touching the food.

It's a shame that if you have a question and call them, the phone cannot even be answered normally.

€37 for two small snack menus for the children and a separate burger, those are no longer jokes. Tables and toilet were also dirty and you can skate on the greasy floors. Next grub at Burger King where you can still find cheap prices for cheap food.

Recently placed a large order and had it delivered to your home. They forgot a big tasty and chili chicken. I called and said yes, we will send it with the next order. Never received anything. It was almost €13 which we did not receive.

Its fast and convenient. The tables are clean most of the time aswell

I order a large lemonade for €4.65, apparently three quarters of which are ice cubes…. Went back and personal says 5 sips is normal. I show them the fragment below from the site and the cup and they say “it is not a soft drink”, even though it is on the order list for the soft drink. No chance

Nice to be able to sit inside with a large group. The staff did not make a fuss about this and was very friendly when bringing the food. These were some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered at a McDonalds. Furthermore, the food was excellent McDonalds quality.
