Unfortunately everything was lukewarm to cold, I think it was already ready 🫣

Waited 20 minutes, the doorbell rang and we were blamed for it, and the whole bag ripped open when she handed it over and we didn't get a replacement. Not recommended.

Waited way too long, stood in the McDonald's drive-thru for 35 minutes because they ran out of fries.

We have already seen many McDonald's restaurants in Europe. The creativity regarding the types of vehicles used through the McDrive is also very diverse. This is also the case at this location in Leiderdorp. Unfortunately, this mode of transport will not make it through the Drive🐎.

After an error by Thuisbezorgd Contacted this branch twice And they resolved my problems with Thuisbezorgd by Having my order delivered as desired after all Special thanks to the employee I spoke to 👍

Waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and then received the wrong order. My ice frappuccino had also already melted by the time we got it.

€4.35 for a milkshake 😅 those people have genuinely lost their minds completely. The food looks great on all the advertising posters, but when you buy it, it doesn't look anything like what you see in the picture. I honestly think it's a pure rip-off!

What an experience! After ordering, we couldn't find a clean table today, so we had to ask a staff member ourselves if she could clean one. The order was incorrect, so we had to go back to the counter several times to sort out the discrepancies. The fries were already almost cold, and the toilet was really unpleasant, smelly, and dirty. In short, not something we would repeat.

It took 40 minutes before we got our food... the staff indicated that it was simply busy, but everyone who ordered after us had already received it... it wasn't a very big order, just chicken nuggets and fries.

I really don't think it's acceptable that I wasn't even allowed to order a triple cheeseburger!

Nice McDonald's with ample parking

At the €8.25 breakfast (at the Stedes in The Hague €6.45), we had to ask where the croissant was!!! Luckily, we had already gotten the coffee ourselves because we saw the drink on the table; otherwise, it would have been ice cold after waiting 25 minutes... We also had to ask for the Italian herbs, but unfortunately, they didn't have any effect on the sadly cold fries either.. Next time, we'll go somewhere else in between meals!!!

Average McDonald's. Lots of doors on both sides that open automatically, though, and your delicious hamburger is already cold before you've had a chance to eat it.

They still have straws that taste like cardboard... just gross in your milkshake

The people who work here are incredibly sweet and helpful. One man even cleaned up my mess and gave me wet wipes without asking, which was really nice. I'm from Groningen myself, but I was visiting my sister in Leiden. The food and service in Groningen weren't as great as here!

Very attentive staff, helpful, and sociable. I love having coffee and breakfast or lunch here after getting off the highway.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced. I've been waiting there for at least 40 minutes, and maybe eight cars have been serviced in that time. And that's almost midnight.

The restaurant looked fine, but everything could have been a bit cleaner. The food was good for McDonald's. The restrooms were very dirty!...hence the 3 stars.

It's unbelievable how long you wait in the McDonald's drive-through. 45 minutes until you can pay, then you get your ice cream, and they make you wait another half hour for the rest of your food while my four Sundays and milkshakes have melted. Why don't you give those last, McDonald's? Think about it...man, how awful it is to not even have a drive-through under control.

Fast and smooth service. Both in the restaurant and at the drive-thru, everything runs smoothly. Ordering is easy via the kiosk or with the app at the table. Families are especially pleased with the fun outdoor play area for children, combined with a spacious outdoor patio with comfortable seating.

This McDonald's has gone downhill so much. Every time I go through the drive-thru, I come home and find something wrong. Today I bought €34.60 for just one large fry instead of the two large fries I ordered and paid for. Because this is the umpteenth time this has happened here, I called again and asked the manager if she could bring it over. No, she couldn't, "because we're not allowed outside" 🙄 "But I ordered for a lot of money!" I said. According to the manager, it might have been a lot of money for me, but not for them. Well, if you start saying things like that to a customer, you're out of luck. Tip for the staff there: double-check everything in an order with the receipt. Especially when it's busy. It's good for the customer and it also gets you better reviews! Edit: They do deliver now. How can a restaurant with such bad reviews now start delivering with Thuisbezorgd??? Wow.

Clean and tidy McDonald's. The food was ready quickly and hot. Perfect!

New management really did a makeover also the extra care for the children and hosts are nice and friendly. This mcdonald feels more like a restaurant than the other ones. Keep it up

Great place. Especially with the slightly older host who walks around the restaurant, you quickly feel at home.

I always check the restrooms at fast food joints first; you can learn a lot about the inner workings of a restaurant that way. Unfortunately, the standard here is a big fat zero! If you don't believe me, just check out the photos. You can smell the urine even outside the restroom. Dirty restroom? Then hygiene isn't reflected in the kitchen either! I'll be back in the area next month...I'm curious!

No one was wearing a hairnet, and there was a lot of hair in my food. I got food poisoning, definitely not recommended.

I think there was not a single time when they prepared the take out order right. Yesterday: they forgot to put 1 sandwich, 1 was substituted with another one, put 2 fries that was not in the order at all, and instead of regular nuggets they put the spicy ones so my daughters' evening was ruined. Are you making order up yourself?

Unfortunately, this McDonald's doesn't operate according to standards. I've ordered a McFlurry several times and each time received a significantly too small portion. According to the staff—including the manager—a 160-gram portion is supposed to be the entire contents, but they include the weight of the cup and the toppings. This means the actual amount of ice cream is much less than the standard portion McDonald's should provide. It appears the staff and manager aren't fully aware of the official guidelines. This is disappointing and creates an unreliable and inconsistent experience. I urge senior management to investigate this issue, provide clear instructions to the team, and ensure that portions are measured according to official McDonald's standards. Customers deserve what they pay for.

Super friendly staff and they clean well. And you always get your food quickly.

There was a friendly manager walking around keeping everything clean and tidy, and he stopped by the tables to ask if everything was okay. Never experienced that before at McDonald's!

The food has been lukewarm instead of warm for months and I only go there because my granddaughter wants to get food there otherwise they would never have seen me there again

The food was delicious and the service was great! A friendly gentleman asked if everything was to our liking and gave us cleaning wipes. Never experienced this before at a McDonald's, so kudos!

The food was delicious, the manager who walked around was friendly, asking if everything was okay and handing out cleaning towels to the guests. I've never had that kind of service at a McDonald's. Other locations could learn a thing or two from this.

This Mc is still fast, while many Mc's are now slow service!

I ordered an Egg McMuffin this morning (without cheese). What do you get? An Egg McMuffin with bacon. So I go back and get a new one a little later. At least, that's what I thought, because I can still taste the bacon in the car. So, it was easily removed. A hopeless place!

I could easily use the toilet here. It's a shame the toilet costs 10 euros.

I popped into McDonald's in the evening. We were quickly helped at the drive-thru, a friendly guy who helped us. I was able to redeem three vouchers. We had to wait a bit while our food was being prepared.

This is a Mc Donald restaurant/place and probably people think they are all similar, hoeever in practice what distinguishes them from eachother is the way they are run. Here, I observed efficient and up to date management style. She has a good connect with staff and customers which makes it a nice place. Highly recommended!

What happened to the McDonalds in Leiderdorp? 19-06-2025 Inside it is very dirty, filthy, the benches and chairs are greasy. There is dirt everywhere on the floor. The waste bins are overflowing, it is boiling hot inside and the air conditioning is off. There are 8 people hanging behind the counter... we have never experienced this before. Flies everywhere, nothing is cleaned. On the terrace it is also a big mess.

One of the better McDonalds. Here your food is warm and they provide enough salt and sauce.

Dirty (men's) toilet, stink and dried urine under the urinals. No soap. Unclear when cleaning is done.

You know what you get Keen "haute de cuisine" but a quick bite to fill your stomach.

What should you expect from McDonald's, simply delicious

Something always goes wrong. If you dare to contact us after missing something 3 times, you will be told that you have to check your order yourself. Crazy! When you open everything, the food is completely cold and the fries are even weaker. We still have to drive a bit. They also don't offer to reimburse you for missing items. It's a wonder that there is anyone who can respond in Dutch. I still owe a Cheeseburger, the chicken with a chicken nuggets salad. What bad service. You will be called after reporting, but you will still receive an unfriendly answer. Do something about staff and communication in the kitchen!! Just give what the customer is entitled to. Costs a fortune. This way I can also earn money.

Visited quite a few Maccies, but this is where we eat the best. Sweet man who brings everything to the tables quickly and friendly. Friendly woman who keeps all the tables clean and ensures that the trash cans are emptied on time. Food was all hot.

Very convenient location while charging the car

By far the worst McDonalds I have ever eaten at! Fries that were limp and tasted like they had been there all day under a lamp. The first portion was even cold! There were thick pieces of raw onion on the burger that completely ruined the taste. Not recommended there.

Terrible branch! Rude staff and cold food. I have now received cold and half-cooked fries 3 times. Waiting time is very long even though your order has been waiting for 10 minutes. Don't go here!

Drive-in didn't really provide good service. She didn't say how much everything cost together. Only asked if I wanted to pay by cash or debit card. Did not direct us to where we should go or stand. The Big Mac had MEGA LOTS OF SAUCE! Made it impossible to eat the burger normally. Everything slid apart. This made it taste substandard. It used to always be fine here (that's why 4 stars). Too bad about the experience. Hopefully this was just a bad moment captured on the Mac.

There is always something wrong with this Mac. Something is forgotten or mixed up. The sound of the constant beeps is really annoying!

Half a liter of forest fruit lemonade. Three euros eighty-five. Of the 500 ml, 400 ml is full of ice. That's an expensive limo!! Too bad, the rest was fast, hot and great!

Always nice to get something quickly

Eten besteld en een verkeerde bestelling ontvangen. Zoontje enorm verdrietig. Gebeld en ze geven aan dat ze niet aan nabestellingen doen en ik maar met Thuisbezorgd moest bellen. Via Thuisbezorgd kon ook niemand helpen. Slechte zaak, bestel hier dus niet.

Look, you can complain about everything (late newspapers that they can't do anything about, etc.) and occasionally accidentally end up with bacon under your egg, but they are ready for you with nice coffee at 7 o'clock in the morning.

Just a quick stop for a good cup of coffee. It's good that they are reused. Nice clean staff. A girl was always walking around caring. Compliment.
