McDonald's in Cuijk

It was very busy during my visit. The line for the McDrive stretched far down the street, making the restaurant difficult to reach.

It's nice that they have gluten-free burgers👍

Had breakfast around 10 o'clock this morning. Friendly staff, friendly service: it was simply good.

A huge mess in the toilet, floor covered with urine.

Filthy! The chair sticks to your hands and when you point this out to the lady with the spray can and cloth, you get: thank you, I'll pass it on... but she does nothing. The toilet is even worse. Dirty bowl, dirty floor, Wet paper on the floor and the sink so grubby that you hardly dare put your hands under the tap.. Hope I don't get sick from the food...

Downright filthy. Dirty greasy floor, filthy toilets, trash everywhere outside.

I only come here for a SmartMenu. I think 3 times a year. That is nice.

All McDonald's locations look alike. And the menus are not very original either. So don't expect any surprises. Except that the parking lot is small and a dead end. You'd be better off parking your car in the carpool area next door.

It is a big rat paradise there. In 10 minutes, I saw at least 4 rats outside at Mac Drek. I only stood in the parking lot for a bit; I didn't go inside for food or drinks, so I can't say anything about that.

The restaurant was air-conditioned, and we were there with our dogs. They immediately brought them water. The restrooms were a bit dirty, but still acceptable. Otherwise, this McDonald's is recommendable.

The place could be a bit cleaner; there was food/trash lying on the ground here and there.

Toilet terrible; hand dryer broken, toilet paper out, terrible floor and strong smell. Toilet bowl dirty. Only ordered coffee, stood waiting for almost 10 minutes while it was ready and almost 7 people in the kitchen were doing practically nothing.

It is really dirty everywhere, there are rats by the bike rack, the license plates were out of stock, and the receipt printer was broken. This was my first and last time here because this McDonald's is truly worthless.

Recently I ate Kapsalon, which is both a novelty in such restaurants and an unusual product, and quite good at less than €10 per portion + a cold Redbull at the store price of €1.7.

Fries and hamburgers were not warm

The cookie was broken in two. I didn’t like that. Felt a bit old but still very good.

Average McDonald's. The staff is friendly, but the quality of the food is not always consistent. One time it is hot and well-made, and the next it is lukewarm and tasteless. The interior is always well-maintained, though.

Nice place, right next to the highway

This is the last time I'm going through the McDrive. You order your food, which is already expensive, and then you get a drink with it in a paper cup holder, my whole car covered in Sprite. Thanks, McDonald's, what a mess.

I loved the iced coffee caramel milkshake; they also gave the dogs something to drink.

Nice branch, you can sit inside and outside. Staff very friendly, greeted everyone. Cleaning outside could be better, there was ash on the table.

It closed at 11:00 PM even though it should have been open.

Everything in the toilet is broken

Suffered severe food poisoning from a "Big Arch" burger. I only ate that in the 8 hours prior, so I am 90% certain it was from this. The place itself wasn't great either; the receipts were out, the floors weren't clean, the toilet wasn't clean, and the staff didn't seem very enthusiastic.

Spirate is okay, but it is expensive.

It is a McDonald’s. Looks like all of them parking is OK it’s clean and OK Service the food is like McDonald’s always is, but it’s good for kids. There’s room for them too. The noises like it always is in a McDonald’s.

You order a strawberry milkshake and get a strawberry flurry that's super expensive too.

Just like in the old days, the playful red and yellow colors, as McDonald’s was actually meant to be.

We ate here on the way home on vacation. The food was delicious and nice and hot. But what did annoy me were the uninterested loitering teenagers who were "working." The floor was very dirty everywhere, as were the tables, and the hand dryer in the toilet didn't work either. But they were working hard in the kitchen.

McDonald's Netherlands is definitely worth a visit, in my opinion! We're coming from Weeze Airport, and as is tradition, we visit this McDonald's. We did so on March 1, 2026, around 7:00 PM. It was busy, and there were a lot of people standing in front of the ordering kiosk. One kiosk beeped because they'd run out of receipts. This continued throughout our 45-minute visit. We sat down at a table that was extremely filthy. Our order was brought out fairly quickly, and the food was fine, so no complaints there. Then I had to use the restroom, and I was quite shocked. Upon entering, the toilet smelled of urine that had been rotting there for several days, just like you sometimes smell and see in some public restrooms. The closed toilet was completely covered in urine, the floor was wet with urine, and there was toilet paper everywhere. There was also feces on the toilet; it could have been a pigsty, unworthy of a restaurant! Here are the free improvements: 1. Make sure you replace the receipt rolls at the ordering kiosks in a timely manner. 2. Make sure the tables are clean. 3. Make sure you check the restrooms and clean them promptly. I find the experience so shocking (especially the restrooms) that I will inform McDonald's Netherlands about this.

Probably the busiest McDonald's in the world. The hamburgers were delicious.

A nice, spacious McDonald's near the highway. The service was excellent. When McDonald's breakfast items ran out, they promptly offered an alternative. The woman who helped us was very friendly.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a chili chicken WITHOUT lettuce and WITH fries. How hard can that be? What did I get? A dry chili chicken with NO lettuce and NO sauce. This is just completely wrong and utterly sloppy. If you can't even read or execute a simple order, I wonder what I'm actually paying for. This was my last time here. Worthless.

The food was fine, even nice and hot. The floor and furniture weren't clean. The staff were chatting cheerfully behind the counter. Give the place a good sweep.

Rats outside the restaurant! A lot of them are passing around

On our way to Aachen with my sisters, we stopped here for a cup of coffee. What a friendly woman we met at the counter. She was patiently training a colleague. We happily set off again.

Clean McDonald's in the MegaStores. 50 cents for the restroom, cash. My order was ready quickly on a Friday at 2 p.m.

Every time I've been here, it's always been busy, so that's a good thing. The food isn't always hot enough, and the trash cans are often so full that it's hard to get rid of your trash. Ordering at the table with the QR code is very convenient, but it does take a long time for your food to arrive. Parking is a nightmare. It's better to drive straight into the adjacent parking lot, as parking in front is limited, and it's difficult to get out of the lot once you've pulled in due to the crowds.

Conveniently located on the A73. A handy spot for a coffee break. Second parking is available if needed. Friendly staff. Often a special coffee rate for seniors. This time, the service was incredibly fast. TIP! Check the restrooms for paper more often.

No QR code check. Coffee was good. There was no water in the accessible toilet (although nicely decorated)... the tap didn't work. Toilets were clean. Staff was friendly. Just been there again. Very clean, discount on coffee for retirees, nice atmosphere. We'll be back...what a great McDonald's. This time it was fine, just one thing. The men's toilets were out of toilet paper. Annoying! We reported it, and the staff took immediate action.

Great place for coffee. Always clean. Consistent quality. I started liking this coffee 20 years ago in China. Other coffee options there were problematic, and then MacCafe arrived. Now, 20 years later, the Chinese are using so much coffee that the price is dropping worldwide.

This is my favorite McDonald's, especially the McDrive. The service is always friendly and the food is always great.

No waiting time. Ordered quickly through the ordering screens. Great with children. The apples had fallen on the floor. Our little one was very sweetly given a new bag of apples.

I recently visited McDonald's in Cuijk and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was helped by an employee named Kirsten, who was extremely rude and unfriendly. Instead of customer-friendly service, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude and curt, condescending behavior. This is absolutely not what you expect when visiting McDonald's. Hopefully, something will be done about this, because customer friendliness should be the standard.

The staff was friendly and the food arrived quickly. There was even someone clearing tables so you didn't have to throw anything away.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

Bad experience. The order had been waiting to be packed for a while. The order was simply dismissed from the screen, and the receipt was ignored. Several other orders were placed earlier, even though it was clearly visible that ours was already there. The staff was very slow to pack and even asked me if the drink I ordered at the counter was included. Once I received the order, it turned out that a special order wasn't even correct. It seems McDonald's service is getting worse and worse.

Had a bite to eat with my son and grandson after the NEC-Excelsior match. A happy meal for Joep, spicy chicken for my son, and a Big Mac with fries for me.

Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's in Cuijk was far from positive. Firstly, the food I ordered was cold, which is absolutely not to be expected from a fast-food restaurant. Furthermore, I found the prices to be rather high, especially considering the quality of the food I received. Even more frustrating was the extremely long wait for my order. It seemed like an eternity before I finally received my cold meal. Finally, they didn't accept cash, which was a huge disappointment to me. This makes it difficult for customers who prefer to pay with cash. All in all, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location!

Food was not cooked, just thrown together as if they didn't feel like it

We've decided we'll never go to McDonald's again. We weren't there very often, but you're paying more and more for less and less. The empty tables all looked dirty. Plus, I always have stomach problems after eating there. No, we're really done with it. This isn't just about this McDonald's, by the way, but about all its branches.

The food was hot. The service was okay. The restrooms could have been cleaner. I found it expensive.

I ordered three chili chickens here, and I like a lot of sauce (I didn't ask for extra sauce), but there was so much sauce on all the burgers that I had to remove it with several napkins, and then there were three pieces of lettuce on top. Ridiculous!
