The food was fine, even nice and hot. The floor and furniture weren't clean. The staff were chatting cheerfully behind the counter. Give the place a good sweep.

On our way to Aachen with my sisters, we stopped here for a cup of coffee. What a friendly woman we met at the counter. She was patiently training a colleague. We happily set off again.

Every time I've been here, it's always been busy, so that's a good thing. The food isn't always hot enough, and the trash cans are often so full that it's hard to get rid of your trash. Ordering at the table with the QR code is very convenient, but it does take a long time for your food to arrive. Parking is a nightmare. It's better to drive straight into the adjacent parking lot, as parking in front is limited, and it's difficult to get out of the lot once you've pulled in due to the crowds.

No QR code check. Coffee was good. There was no water in the accessible toilet (although nicely decorated)... the tap didn't work. Toilets were clean. Staff was friendly. Just been there again. Very clean, discount on coffee for retirees, nice atmosphere. We'll be back...what a great McDonald's. This time it was fine, just one thing. The men's toilets were out of toilet paper. Annoying! We reported it, and the staff took immediate action.

Great place for coffee. Always clean. Consistent quality. I started liking this coffee 20 years ago in China. Other coffee options there were problematic, and then MacCafe arrived. Now, 20 years later, the Chinese are using so much coffee that the price is dropping worldwide.

This is my favorite McDonald's, especially the McDrive. The service is always friendly and the food is always great.

I recently visited McDonald's in Cuijk and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was helped by an employee named Kirsten, who was extremely rude and unfriendly. Instead of customer-friendly service, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude and curt, condescending behavior. This is absolutely not what you expect when visiting McDonald's. Hopefully, something will be done about this, because customer friendliness should be the standard.

Its central location is also ideal for exploring the city. We would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it!

Bad experience. The order had been waiting to be packed for a while. The order was simply dismissed from the screen, and the receipt was ignored. Several other orders were placed earlier, even though it was clearly visible that ours was already there. The staff was very slow to pack and even asked me if the drink I ordered at the counter was included. Once I received the order, it turned out that a special order wasn't even correct. It seems McDonald's service is getting worse and worse.

Unfortunately, my experience at McDonald's in Cuijk was far from positive. Firstly, the food I ordered was cold, which is absolutely not to be expected from a fast-food restaurant. Furthermore, I found the prices to be rather high, especially considering the quality of the food I received. Even more frustrating was the extremely long wait for my order. It seemed like an eternity before I finally received my cold meal. Finally, they didn't accept cash, which was a huge disappointment to me. This makes it difficult for customers who prefer to pay with cash. All in all, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this location!

Went here mainly for the grandchildren. Always a treat for them. We were on holiday in the area (Landgoed de Barendonk) and we had to eat McDonalds at least once. It's nice that you can order and they will bring the food to your table. An employee even asked if we wanted water for our dog. He arrived with a large dog water bowl for the dog to drink from. Now that's what I call good service for people and animals! Our dog always gets a hamburger and some fries when we go to McDonalds.

People in an electric wheelchair must be accompanied by an attendant, because much of what you order is at standing height, not at sitting height. I’m really disappointed with the tea I ordered here. It was incredibly weak and had almost no flavor. When I asked for more tea or a replacement, I was told they couldn’t do it because they’d have to open a whole new package—really? Instead of resolving the issue, I was sent away with bad tea. This is not the kind of customer service I expect, especially from a place like McDonald’s. Definitely not ordering tea here again.

Very small parking lot, we had to turn around and parked at the carpool spot. When ordering a Happymeal, it was not clear what kind of toys were available. So we asked. Normally the toys are placed in a glass display case at the entrance and the little ones can "see what there is to choose from". But now I had to ask, that's fine. There is only 1 toilet for the women and it was not that clean. Paper everywhere on the floor and such. But we had a good meal and then continued our ride on the highway..
