Great Mac. Ate the food while charging the car at Van der Valk (a missed opportunity for Van der Valk), and we saw many people doing that.

Everything you expect from a McDonald's: fast service and hot food. Friendly staff. Everything is neat and tidy, and there's a nice seating area in the middle of the store, spread across two floors. The restrooms were exceptionally clean during my visit.

Cleaning a good Mac could be better

The cheeseburger was a dry bun. The quarter pounder was a tough, dry piece of meat. It was a huge mess inside. All the empty tables were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing, and on top of the trash cans was a veritable pyramid of dirty trays with trash packaging. And that at every trash can. A lot of trash on the floor.

Just been there with my boyfriend, and we had less than €20 worth of food between us. I had a McWrap, and it was veggie instead of a regular one. Okay, it happens. I drove back, and it was also freezing cold. I checked and got a new one. That one was also wrapped in veggie packaging and was a regular one, a woman behind the window said. But this one was also freezing, and the chicken looked like it had been run over, so dry and tough. This is the umpteenth time. You won't see us here again.

Excellent coffee arrived quickly and was well made and hot

Food old and cold and for the main price, the garbage bins were full and the tables sticky and dirty, a waste of money.

In my experience, this McDonald's is often busy. Besides the well-known comfort food that's always perfectly cooked and prepared, the restaurant area is also sleek, clean, and tidy. Combined with the courteous and customer-friendly staff, this branch is my favorite McDonald's.

My experience at McDonald's Duiven was shockingly bad. For €30.15, I received cold and stale food. The staff was unfriendly and completely unwilling to help. On my daughter's birthday, I even had to buy a separate toy because I'd only ordered one Happy Meal, even though I was with two young children. When I tried to complain about this, the manager refused to even give his name, which speaks volumes about the way things are run there. No service, no professionalism, no customer focus whatsoever. This store is absolutely finished for me—I'm never coming back.

This is the right place for a tasty sandwich.

We placed 6 orders in total and in 5 of them we received incorrect items or items were missing.

Ordered a Coke, had to wait half an hour for it to be taken away. There were 15 people behind the counter/in the kitchen, and about seven of them were just standing around doing nothing. It was ridiculous.

It's a great place, and I only go there for breakfast or the kids' menu. Regular burgers are not tasty and overpriced.

Fries too salty. They forgot two sauces, even though they asked what we'd ordered. Burgers were good, though.

Unfortunately, there is rubbish everywhere on the ground and the rubbish bins are full!

Errors in the order were quickly resolved, the waiting time was reasonable, but despite the presence of disabled parking spaces, there was no disabled toilet, a real disappointment.

The food here is delicious, but the tables are always dirty and there is no one to clean them.

Service was slow and uncoordinated, even though there was lots of staff. Would not recommend because of the long wait. It seemed like the staff left every job undone ...even the bathrooms were disgusting!

There are a lot of rats running around at night, well over 50, super filthy and dirty.

I stood in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, and the food ended up being almost cold! They'll never see me there again.

I love going to McDonald's in Duiven. It always looks clean and fresh, just like the food I order. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

This McDonald's branch, if you ask me, they can close it immediately. I've been living in Duiven for over a year now, and I go to McDonald's at least once a week. But the sandwiches are never warm, as if we've been there for a while, and that's not even mentioning how they put them together... The fries are (usually) not really warm either. The only thing they do manage to make right is the milkshake. But that's about it. Because friendly staff is hard to come by there.

I got a nice McFlurry, a bit pricey (5 euros) but it arrived quite quickly and it had a lot of toppings on it, furthermore it was quite clean inside and tasted good.

What can I say? Typical McDonald's. What's striking is that a lot of young people work there.

All the trash cans were full. The fries were stone cold, and I ordered them without cheese and got them with cheese.

We went to the drive trough. Despite being busy everything was very fast. Our order was ready when we got to the second window. The area was clean, even a water fountain next to the waiting to order area.

Could use a little more attention to cleaning?

I went to McDonald's in Duiven today. I found the atmosphere disgusting with all the Halloween junk! It's nice that you put up signs for upstairs, but when there's already a ghost downstairs and all sorts of decorations on the stairs leading up and down, it's not entirely a choice to protect yourself and your child from it. I'm very unhappy about that; leave some areas completely Halloween-free! The food could still be better (one slice of pickle on your burger, for example), there were no napkins provided (that would be a small courtesy), and the McFlurry isn't the same as it used to be with a little topping on top; otherwise, it's just a regular soft serve, and the soda is practically just cold water with the ice cubes... Something really needs to be done about this!

I'm not usually one to order at the kiosk, but I discovered that my coffee and apple bites were actually served at the table. It was a nice experience.

Nice, clean and friendly staff!

Waiting almost 40 minutes for a takeout order for two people on a normal weekday is truly unacceptable. And by the time the order arrives, the food is cold! Apparently, a lot of students are working as temporary workers who have little idea what to do. So, this was our first and last time here; it couldn't be worse...

It was a chaotic McDonald's. The staff came by three times with the wrong order, asking if it was by any chance what we'd ordered. Just like practically every McDonald's, the trash bins were overflowing and the tables were dirty. Because it's a McDonald's, this is to be expected.

There's nothing wrong with the drive-thru food, but the staff was so unfriendly. When I got my food, I didn't even look at them, didn't even say hello. Or even a "bon appétit" attitude, they just had a disinterested attitude. Do something about this, because it was simply embarrassing.

A long wait for really cold fries. Worthless!

The food itself is fine, but the restrooms are incredibly disgusting, so I didn't use them because they don't keep up. The atmosphere is fine, but an employee came over with a completely different order and asked me if I had ordered that. They completely ignored the note and the sign.

Out of necessity, after a long drive, we stopped for a quick bite to eat and then continued on our way. As someone over 50, you no longer feel at home in McDonald's. Personal contact is reduced to a minimum with all those digital kiosks. The snacks were usually tasteless, but it was filling. The soda came in a reused plastic cup, so I didn't take a sip. On Sunday evenings, it's like a children's playground, somewhere between tag and a shouting match. Our biggest annoyance was the restroom. So dirty, so filthy, broken, and smelly—it was truly awful. All in all, an average McDonald's visit.

It's a Mac... often more of a necessity than a virtue. Even delivering the complete order was a challenge for the Mac staff member(s). Politeness isn't expected here either.

It's a terrible experience, getting 80 euros worth of food, and half of it missing when you get home. If you try to call them, they won't answer.

Fine, nothing to say, just as it should be

It's busy, and there are three managers walking around. Teach the staff how to use the sign and enter the number. Call out numbers when it's busy; I don't work. Your food is just put down to get cold. No one pays attention.

I came for a cup of coffee. There were tons of options. Just make sure it's to-go or to-drink. I bought a delicious cookie for a reasonable price and was served at the table. Quite a special treat.

I came last week for the BTS Happy Meal. A blonde woman, I think she was a bit younger, went to see if they were there. Unfortunately, they weren't. I'd been there (September 11th), and she saw us right away and told us they were there! She even switched the toys for my Happy Meal so I had the BTS Happy Meal. The staff was super friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! I'll be back soon ☺️

Went there for dinner today after a long time. The fries weren't really warm. Three mayonnaise bags instead of two. One bag of fries wasn't delivered, even though I paid for it. Inside, the employees just sit around chatting, but outside it's a mess. The containers are falling over, and there's trash and drinks on the floor, but nobody cleans them up. There used to be a blonde woman who kept the employees busy, but that's gone. It's deteriorated significantly and become incredibly expensive.

Great McDonald's. It was busy when I was there. Ordering at the table went smoothly. The food was good. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's like any other.

Don't go there, I hope the food village opens soon. I don't want to give this company another cent. What a mess. Either the food is cold or three MacFlurries like the previous reviews. So, everyone, don't go here. It's the worst place in Duiven.

Great food, short wait and delivered quickly

I ordered breakfast and had to wait for over 30 minutes for a muffin and milkshake. When I asked the clerks, they were super rude and told me to go back to my place and that the food will be ready when it’s ready. When they finally decide to deliver, they bring my McMuffin without bacon. The restaurant was empty for customers, there was SIX staff in the kitchen.

A super-sized McDonald's. The food was quick and the selection was larger than I'm used to.

The fries were lukewarm, as was the regular burger. The mint soda was 95% ice cubes, 1% chemical mint water, and 4% oxygen—absolutely undrinkable! The spicy chicken burger was good, though. In the photo, we're smiling before we even took our first bite.

An excellent score for a McDonald's. It was late Sunday evening, but still quite busy, especially at the drive-thru. Inside, there was no sign of this, as the food was ready quickly and was excellent. The fries were hot, crispy, and not too salty. The veggie burger was also perfectly prepared. The restaurant was also spotlessly clean, so it deserves a maximum score for a McDonald's.

I ordered a McSpicy yesterday, but unfortunately, it was a real disappointment. The burger was cold, burnt on the outside, and so dry it was almost inedible—I nearly broke my teeth. I really didn't expect this from McDonald's. Hopefully, the quality will improve soon.

Dirty tables and chairs. We asked if they could clean them, but they still haven't come. We ate our food in the car.

My boyfriend and I have visited this particular McDonalds a few times. While the staff and restaurant itself are alright, the food leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price you pay. Often our food came lukewarm or cold. The chicken was undercooked and the cheese on the burgers hadn’t even melted. The fries were average. Today we ordered 2 milkshakes and they took quite a while to come. When we went to the counter to ask, the guy serving us came out with the milkshakes. They had apparently just been forgotten about? And we received 2 mostly watery, melted vanilla shakes, that we had paid 8 euros for. Overall, just a slightly below average McDonalds. The staff is good and polite though, no issues with them.

Unfortunately, it seems to be typical here to wait at least 45 minutes, only to be served cold food (except for the fries). Complaining also takes about 20 minutes, so the lukewarm food is already completely cold by then.

It's been a while, but this time the buns at this Mac weren't soggy and the fries were ok👍

The prices haven't gotten unusually high. It's still the case that you'll be hungry again an hour later, but your wallet will be empty :-)

One of the worst restaurants in the neighborhood. Always busy, but the upstairs is closed. Plus, the trash cans are always overflowing, the staff, as usual at McDonald's, is doing nothing in the kitchen, and the floor is 9 times out of 10 more slippery than Thialf. Oh well, sometimes you fall for it.

The food was warm and delicious. We ate inside and everything was clean and tidy.

They brought burgers with 2 rings of cucumber and onion, they didn't put a lettuce leaf at all. Also, they almost always bring salad without dressing (balsamic vinegar). And there were exactly two napkins for the two of us. I would like them to be a little more careful in preparation. And you can put a little more napkins.

On these hot days, it's wonderfully cool here! Friendly staff, and they even wear McDonald's socks! Awesome and hilarious at the same time! Definitely clean and fresh.

Nothing special, one word McDonald's

Food is fine, just what you can expect from Mac. I think the service is a lot better than at some other McDonald's. We are there almost every Wednesday with other carmeet. Despite the crowds they really do their best. Here and there something is missing but then they fix that quickly. Generally a great place

You can't turn people away because you can't handle the crowds for an event that is every year. Amateurs. This sucks when you're looking forward to it after a nice festival weekend. To drive. But leave the drive open. Entrepreneurship is a profession.

Very good McDonald's I recommend the McCroquet

Who just made this frappé? I bought it at the McDrive 10 minutes ago. The lid falls off because the cup is more than half full of ice. There is no coffee in it, just ice and whipped cream, which all spilled over me. And I was driving at the time. Because of your frappé I just got into a dangerous situation on the road. The cup is wet and slippery, so it easily slips out of my hand.

We were helped quickly. The veggie Mc croquette is great!

The Mac Flurry here is 2 times smaller than at all other McDonald's. The employee replied that at all other McDonald's I was lucky and got more than I should have gotten 🤯

The food was freshly prepared. Orders were brought to the table at the usual time. The service was quick thanks to the large number of staff, and the restaurant was very clean.

As with all MC was hungry and it was quick and friendly
