Uh well, McDonald's. Exactly as you expect. Impersonal, expensive, and not great food. The toilets were clean, thankfully.

I asked for a banana milkshake and got a strawberry, ON ACCEPTABLE

Waited 5 months for new items in the shop, then you get a notification that there are new items. Scarf, hat, shirt. Everything 1 minute after the "out of stock" notification. You're such a multi-million dollar company and yet it still costs you too much effort to do something in return for your customers and you release 20 shirts; you're supposed to spend the rest of your points on burgers at McDonald's just so you'll come there anyway. Arrange something per branch then, so that it is at least fair for everyone. In any case, I won't be coming back until this problem is solved; greedy, pathetic company.

A modern McDonald's with friendly service and the usual quality. The burger could have been warmer, but that's to be expected. Modern atmosphere and plenty of free parking.

Rubbish place, you go to the McDrive and they forget half your order. What a mess for toddlers.

This is a great McDonald’s spot with easy parking, hot fresh food, and friendly staff. I highly recommend the Hot Honey Chicken Burger, it should be on the menu at every McDonald’s restaurant!

Despite the Sunday rush, hot food was served super fast. And the place was kept nice and clean too. Great!

The food was on the table within 5 minutes. And that on a Saturday at 5 p.m.!

Good McDonald's, reasonably busy

Just like a Mac should be. The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, or France. Mac is Mac, you know what you're getting.

Quick service and a great meal. Plenty of parking on Sunday afternoon and everything nice and clean.

I get to the McDrive counter and am told, ‘We are no longer allowed to scan discount codes.’ At many McDrives, I’ve actually been told that you have to scan at the counter, but here they don’t even ask at the station if you have discount codes, and then you get refused at the counter by a Gen Z with rainbow hair. I ask if she would mind typing the discount code, because she claimed she wasn’t allowed to scan them anymore. With her lower lip resting on her shoes, she typed the code over. This doesn’t exactly meet McDonald’s franchise standards, it seems to me.

Everything is normal, but the tax on plastic (15 cents) when ordering coffee is excessive. And we have already been served with difficult cups several times.

Everything finished, tasted good, nice McDonald's.

My friend didn't get peanut pieces with his chocolate sundae, and we had ordered a fish burger without cheese. So neither worked out. A shame. It wasn't very busy, though. However, a truck was blocking the parking entrance, and the other road was one-way. So that wasn't possible. Not very convenient. You can do better, Team Heesch!

For a McDonald's I can say this one is one of the best

Not a fan of McDonald's; the only tasty one is the Mc Croquette. Otherwise, not my thing.

Through the McDrive, they forgot to scan one thing, walked back, and then they fixed it quickly.

Although it was quite busy during our visit (it was a Sunday afternoon), we still received almost cold fries and burgers. The large coffee, due to the spilled coffee, had been reduced to a regular coffee during the journey from the counter to our table (how? The cup was probably only 3/4 full). Perhaps the young man should have focused more on his work, instead of only paying attention to two friends sitting at the table next to us. As far as I'm concerned, definitely not one to be repeated.

I asked if this place always looks this neat. It's the first time I've been to a McDonald's where the restroom was clean and smelled fresh. Everything was neatly tidied up, tables wiped, trash cans emptied, so that's how it should be. I complimented the staff and asked if they could train McDonald's in Limburg.

Next time I want my food at least warm instead of everything cold. A real mess. Only the umpteenth time.

I went in for my order because I don't trust the drive at all, I'm in the car on the way home and they forgot something, I call several times no one answers so no Spicy Mc Chicken everyone eats except me almost €7

Bad, bad, bad This is truly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was cold; the cheese was still hard and unmelted, which was bizarre. The fries were also cold and far too few. The staff who brought it over were grumpy.

No idea since I haven't been inside, but I was supposed to get chocolate sauce with my Oreo McFlurry, but I didn't get it, and that same day, I didn't get any special sauce on my frikandel at another chip shop either. 😐😆😋

Ordering food is easy. There's always a quick order window available. Food is ready quickly. The atmosphere is great for a fast-food restaurant. (The mini apple pies are delicious.)

You have to give McD 4 stars for the coffee at that price. The burgers are nothing to write home about.

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in this McDonald's. The restroom was dirty, and there was no toilet paper in any of the restrooms.

No convetti. It depends on the location itself. I was the only one in the drive-thru but had to wait a considerable time for my food. I received my drinks and ice cream beforehand, and it was already melting. A bit of a shame.

Unfortunately, no vegetarian burger patties or nuggets (except for chicken substitutes) are available. A no-go these days. Perhaps you should take inspiration from a larger competitor.

My order from the MacDrive was ready quickly, and the fries and chicken nuggets were super hot. The double cheeseburger was also tasty. This was simply good. It should be said sometimes.

This is a real hit, out of this world. The fries are well-done and plentiful. The hamburger is excellent. The staff is cheerful and friendly. It must have been about 20 years since I was at MC Heesch, how much has changed in the area.

I was at the MCD in Heesch today. When I saw that the Big Tasty (which has been served on a shrunken bun for a while now) was already €7.10!!, I suddenly lost my appetite. You guys have really gone crazy.

Despite it being quiet, the service was slow. Also, some things were missing, like croissants... we were told they were out of croissants when we asked why they weren't there... okay... what now? The guy shrugged... I said, just give me something else... 🫣🤔😩

I drove through the drive-through, so I didn't notice the atmosphere. I had to go to the waiting parking space to order, but within three minutes I was on my way again. The young woman at the call box communicated calmly and clearly, which is definitely helpful when placing your order.

If you pay €0.15 for disposable plastic, but your drink comes in a plastic cup instead of a disposable one... for the umpteenth time! I don't care about the €0.15, but it happens all too often these days!

Lately, there have been some very arrogant people working there, and the food isn't being served correctly when ordering. When I asked for chili chicken without lettuce and sauce, and then I asked again because they hadn't filled it in yet, I was told, "I can't do everything at once." I don't think that's customer-friendly!

The edges of all the tables are black with dirt and grease. It's a long-standing buildup. It's very dirty. It seems simple to fix with daily cleaning. The first time will be extra work.

Just a good McDonald's but the location and decor are not really cozy

I walked in at a very busy time on a Sunday. I tried to order at the kiosk, but I didn't really understand how it worked. Luckily, an employee was there right away to help me. After ordering, I sat down at a table to wait for my order, but it was already in front of me before I knew it. The food was all nice and hot, still juicy from the grill and frying, and generally looked very tasty. Best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's; I will definitely be back. The restaurant also looked very well-maintained, and employees were regularly cleaning up.

Terrible staff. I called the restaurant at 11:59 about my lost AirPods. I explained the situation, and the gentleman said no and hung up. He didn't even mention anything else, but he started the conversation with Mac Heesch. I won't be going back. Otherwise, the food was good and quick, but the service was terrible. I was very dissatisfied.

Had a great meal on a dreary day. Lots of kids, but that's part of it. It was a bit chilly, too. Still, the delicious, crispy chicken nuggets and the rest made up for it. 😊 Great place.

A very nice restaurant. The food was delicious. The strawberry milkshake was missing syrup. The managers weren't very friendly. I only heard the word "moment" after pointing out the drink. Overall, not very friendly. A big compliment to the employee who served, finished, and served the tables. A very nice and smiling woman. Very helpful. Managers should follow her example! The restrooms are clean and fragrant.

Great, super clean, delicious food, great atmosphere... just a few moments from the highway. The restrooms are not only clean but also smell great. We can wholeheartedly recommend this McDonald's and will be back.

Lacking atmosphere, but that's to be expected at McDonald's. The ordering system is less customer-friendly than before, when there was just a staffed order counter. The food is good.

Everything is very clean, hygiene is excellent, service is good, and the location is great, right next to the highway. 1,000 times better than some in Germany.

Food is reasonable, inside they should clean up and clean more often and faster! Tables and chairs dirty. But it is always busy. Still, they should hire more staff to clean up and clean so the next customer can sit down.

We wanted to have breakfast at the mac, but unfortunately we didn't get the chance... Were sent to the order screen and we wanted to pay at the cash register because we wanted to pay cash. Personally I don't like McD but the kids do that's why I do a Mac drive trip every now and then. The service is fast and neat. Never had wrong orders.

The managers are being difficult

This McDonalds is located right next to the A50 highway. Centrally between Nijmegen Den Bosch Eindhoven. Near Oss. Directly next to McDonalds, a car wash is useful to combine. Inland you drive via Oss to the ferry at Megen. Other Direction Via Vinkel to Schijndel. Always neat and tidy and averagely busy. Compared to Mac Donalds Rosmalen where it is always busy and more (chaos). Parking in front of the door. Spacious parking spaces. And of course a mac drive.

The food was good. Sadly a group of loud young adults (around 20 years old) came in just after us, screaming, swearing, throwing stuff at us, being annoying to all other customers just acting like big children for people their age basically acting like children at a five year old's birthday party. It ruined our whole meal basically. We ate our fries and just grabbed the rest of our food and ate it somewhere else

Stand at the cash register for 5 minutes and people keep looking at you (the manager himself), even though it is quiet. Unfortunately 1 star in the past it was very busy and the service was 10x better...

Food and service are meh, atmosphere is probably better because you can have a nice and cozy meal here with family or friends. The reason I'm posting this review is because I recently went to get a McFlurry. Paid 4 euros for that bitch and the container was 15% filled with soft ice cream. Then I walk into the store and ask the employee at the counter. Firstly, he was very rude and secondly, that cookie was also lying about a "line" on the container, which indicates that you should not put more ice cream up there. There was no line on the container and this has happened several times. I don't know if they are saving money but time and time again they perform to disappoint me with the little bit of ice cream they put in. For those 4 euros I would rather drive 2 kilometers further to the heihoek in Oss and get a soft ice cream there. The staff there is much friendlier.

Ordered 3x McFlurry's, all three were only one third full...! Not acceptable.

I couldn't hand in my points at the post, but afterwards they didn't want to do this at checkout either. I HAD to queue again to order. Drive from here to Tokyo. I drove to the competitor, at least they are friendly there. This is not the service I am used to from MC Donalds. Came here daily. Too bad, never more MC hoarse for me.

It looked neat. The parking lot was full, but there is always additional parking just outside the site. Despite the crowds, the order was ready within a few minutes. The tables were clean and we could sit outside, both in the sun and in the shade.

Bad place, fries are cold, I didn't have any herbs on my fries and I paid for cola. Ordered 1x without ice and you get 2 without ice. Cheese bitterballen tasted like old frying fat. After dinner I want to get an ice cream at the cash register and they say we will be there soon. 5 minutes later they say we won't take anything anymore. The cash register is closed, uhm, sorry, and the people who can only pay in cash and the people who have been waiting for at least 5 minutes for nothing. All in all, I don't recommend anyone to go here, I have never experienced such a bad mac, if 15 people order, they can't handle it anymore, then it will be too much

I went here and asked for the coke without ice, it came with ice, I took the coke back, I spilled the coke by mistake, the woman at the cash register seemed to be angry with me, she didn't even talk to me, gave me the coke and left straight away, which was disrespectful to me. Then a hair came out of my food, I couldn't eat it, I won't go here anymore.

I ordered that minecraft menu with bigmac. Had a thick black hair on my burger. I went to the counter to ask for a new one. I had to wait 7 to 10 minutes for a bigmac. In the end my fries were cold. I am very dissatisfied

Spent 2.5 hours here because the car had to charge after the charging stations at the Efteling had failed. Excellent food, what you expect from McDonald's these days. The only disadvantage is that there is only one plug per type of charging plug.
