I ordered a Big Mac, it was cold, the trash cans were full of trash, and you have to pay to go to the toilet. What madness!

Open until midnight, but at 11:45 PM there was no one to be seen (not even at the drive-in).

The food is just like any other McDonald's. The atmosphere in the parking lot is unpleasant, with many full trash cans. Inside the McDonald's itself, it is also messy, dirty, and has full trash cans. The staff look unfriendly and a lot was missing from the order, so I had to go back to the counter twice. I hope this is due to illness and not that staff are forced to work like this by default. There is no play area for children. The furniture is old and broken.

Dirty, dirty tables, torn bench, uninterested and nowhere to be found staff. A piece of fish was hanging outside the bun, pillars damaged and shoddily repaired. In short, the shabbiest McDonald's I have ever seen.

We waited a long time for the food but it was worth the wait because the whole order was freshly prepared and crispy.

We had a delicious meal, it's just a shame that you have to pay €1 for the toilet.

The food is always fresh and the staff is very friendly. If you ask for a coin for the toilet, you can also just use it for free 😉.

Wow, what a McDonald's! Neat, clean, and with a great selection. You can add all kinds of drinks to any meal. Some are extra, but you can. The burgers seem thicker and tastier. The soft serve ice cream has catamelized peanuts and tastes better. The prices are also significantly lower; everything is a bit cheaper.

Avoid this place, slow service, two ladies in front of me waited 25 minutes for a hamburger, one hamburger!!!! And there are other customers behind them, and they have been waiting for 30 minutes. You will get to a better place in 30 minutes. I already ordered, so I'm waiting exactly 34 minutes for nuggets and fries, and I still don't have them. One big disaster.

Worthless trash. Large portion of fries... The box itself, yes, but the contents were cold and the same as in a Happy Meal. Reported it... Got a new one, warm this time but half-filled again. Besides that, it's just really rubbish... Junk food. Hungry again after 5 minutes. The milkshake is okay, just not with their paper straws. At some point, you're just eating paper.

I'm a wheelchair user and wanted to eat here, but I decided against it because collecting money at the restroom is more important than wheelchair users!!! A paywall, but no wheelchair access!!! It wasn't about the money, it was about the situation!!!

If you go to the toilet here for 1 euro, you will vomit. I have never seen anything so disgusting in McDonalds. The entire seating area in the restaurant is also dirty and musty.

A clean branch with food as you'd expect from McDonald's. Plenty of parking and seating. It's also clean. The only downside: the toilet costs €1, even for customers.

The coffee was weak, you had to search for sugar and milk, and they also dared to charge their customers €1 for filthy toilets....

Too bad the review had to be edited. On the way to Bad Oeynhausen, we ate here with all these nasty flies around us... Yuck, no toilet paper on the 🚻. To make matters worse, we also ate here on the way back, even more nasty flies on our sandwiches if we were inside. I'm done with it, we're driving a bit further. There are smokers outside... Ugh, this is really disgusting! Do something about it. 😨

Dirty restaurant and surroundings

Visiting the toilet costs 1 euro, so you are entitled to expect clean toilets. These were anything but that. A terrible stench and just plain filthy, very unhygienic. Preparation of the order took a very long time, and there was no service. The food was cold and incomplete. The tables were dirty and the trash cans overflowing.

I simply have to give this place a bad rating on principle. They even charge guests for using the toilet. What a load of rubbish! The service was incredibly slow. Not a good McDonald's.

If a McDonald's still manages to disappoint you, then you know enough.... Paying for the toilets... waiting a scandalously long time for your food because there is absolutely no speed, and to make matters worse, getting frozen chocolate-chip cookies and a cold burger. Even for the quality you expect at a McDonald's, this is simply downright pathetic.

Staff member behind the counter speaking poor Dutch. 80 cents for the toilet while you pay in the restaurant is bad service. Tables were dirty; you get a small cloth to clean the table and bench yourself, a bit too ridiculous for words.

Everything is really very dirty. The windows were super filthy at 10:30 in the morning. So the stains must have been from the previous day. I saw more than 5 flies. And there were stains of something in my drink. Definitely do not go.

It is a shame that there was no explanation at the toilets that customers receive a token for the gate. Many people simply paid 1 euro, even though it was free if you showed the receipt at the cashier. Then you receive a token that opens the gate. Otherwise, the staff was nice.

Really gross. I had a Big Tasty Bacon, but I got a lettuce sandwich with raw bacon. Yuck.

The store is still open, employees get angry and refuse to help you at the checkout because the system is already turned off. They cannot clearly explain why in Dutch. They send you to the drive-thru without any further reason.

Same as all McDonald's. The food is unhealthy but occasionally tasty. The drive-in is better than in Zutphen. I mainly go for soft serve ice cream.

I would give a 0 if I could. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. There's a barrier in front of the toilet but no receipt scanner. The self-service cash registers don't give receipts either. When you ask the staff for tokens, they just blow on you and grumble. The toilet is pay-per-view but it's filthy, and there's no toilet paper. One of the toilets inside is clogged, and there's no warning. A complete disgrace.

It's a McDonald's like so many others. The crispy chicken wasn't quite right, a bit too tough. Self-service ordering was fine, so we sat outside. Good weather along with good company, so a good atmosphere.

Bad experiences with this branch. Visited twice in the past month and the employees at the drive-thru can't even speak proper Dutch. The food was cold, and the fries were half-full (large fries). We went back later to report this, and literally had to go past 3 employees so they understood what was going on!

On the way to the Netherlands, you have to walk through a pedestrian tunnel to the other side of the road. This is very inconvenient for wheelchairs, walkers, etc.

A shocking and downright disgusting experience. As someone who visits McDonald's locations throughout the Netherlands, I can confidently say that this branch is a disgrace to the company. The difference compared to other branches is unimaginable. This is what you can expect here: Unhygienic environment: The tables are full of flies, which is so filthy that your appetite disappears immediately. Sitting and eating normally is impossible here. Hygiene seems to be absolutely no priority here. Exploitation of customers: You have to pay for the toilets! While all other McDonald's in the Netherlands respect their customers and offer this basic amenity for free to paying guests, this branch tries to milk its customers for even the most basic rights. Total lack of service: There is no trace of the 'Table Service' that characterizes the modern McDonald's. You cannot request service via the physical table boards, nor via the app. You are left completely to your own devices in an uncomfortable environment. It is abundantly clear that the management of this branch completely disregards the quality, hygiene, and service standards maintained by McDonald's worldwide, and customer friendliness is nowhere to be found. Save your money, preserve your appetite, and go to a place that *does* respect its customers and offers service commensurate with what you pay.

It's a shame about the opening hours, as if they were in the village. It's located on the highway, so it's a bit crowded with travelers and truck drivers.

Instead of operating the McDrive, the employee was petting the dog through the window and making small talk. I waited long time for the Drive to order.

I had a stomach ache after eating. That's normal for McDonald's. It's been a long time since I ate at McDonald's. But experience tells me not to do it again.

Thinking you can grab a quick bite to eat at 10:14 PM, you're faced with a closed door. The store closes at 11 PM, according to the website. You don't want any customers.

I regularly get breakfast here. It sounds a bit harsh, but I don't think I've ever had an order get right the first time. And unfortunately, I'm not exaggerating. There's always something missing or a product is wrong. You'd think: how hard can it be? They're not unfriendly, but extra training would be wise. The franchisee has absolutely no control over this, but apparently, it's enough for them since it's been this way for years.
