It's a shame about the opening hours, as if they were in the village. It's located on the highway, so it's a bit crowded with travelers and truck drivers.

Instead of operating the McDrive, the employee was petting the dog through the window and making small talk. I waited long time for the Drive to order.

I had a stomach ache after eating. That's normal for McDonald's. It's been a long time since I ate at McDonald's. But experience tells me not to do it again.

Thinking you can grab a quick bite to eat at 10:14 PM, you're faced with a closed door. The store closes at 11 PM, according to the website. You don't want any customers.

I regularly get breakfast here. It sounds a bit harsh, but I don't think I've ever had an order get right the first time. And unfortunately, I'm not exaggerating. There's always something missing or a product is wrong. You'd think: how hard can it be? They're not unfriendly, but extra training would be wise. The franchisee has absolutely no control over this, but apparently, it's enough for them since it's been this way for years.

Utter fraud! Having to pay to use the restroom in a restaurant is outrageous! McDonald's Holten should be ashamed of themselves! They've probably never been to America, otherwise they wouldn't have done this. The narrow turnstiles make the restrooms very difficult to access for people with disabilities in wheelchairs and large families. The receipt does say you can get a free token for the restroom, but this is ignored; no one keeps the receipt, and it's practically ignored. Many people who simply ate in the restaurant are still paying because the management is too lazy to hang a sign by the gate stating you can get a free token at the cash register! In short, this remains a major obstacle for everyone! I would like to kindly request McDonald's Holten to make the restroom freely accessible again! Incidentally, the staff is uninterested in resolving this problem.

Always a great stop! The restaurant is clean, the staff is fast and friendly, and the orders are almost always correct. Perfect when you're on the go and need a quick bite. The drive-thru runs smoothly, and the interior is clean and well-maintained. In short: a perfect place to take a break during your trip. Highly recommended! 🍟🥤

Paying for the toilet??? No table delivery, not even via the app.

There are no number plates for your table, and screens aren't visible to show your number. The location isn't inviting, and you have to pay for the restroom, even if you have a large order.

Didn't they know the service? The toilet costs 0.80 cents. There's no shower unless it's at a gas station. Overall, the place is not bad, the silence is not disturbing anyone. It's convenient for everyone.

The place is way too big. There are toilets upstairs. There's plenty of seating downstairs, too. But it does make it a bit less inviting because it's so big.

This McDonald's is the worst I've ever been to. You have to wait for your food yourself with a number; they don't bring anything. You have to pay for the restroom, even if you eat there yourself. The line makes the restaurant very crowded. Sorry, I'm not satisfied!

We were a bit fed up with it. First, we had to look for a clean table. We only cleaned one ourselves. We were able to enjoy our cold fries, without having to cycle the distance we'd paid for. Then we also had to pay for the restroom. They won't see me here again. This was the MC where most of my childhood memories lie... my kids don't understand. Too bad, really too bad.

The food was really amazing we levetated we never had Something this good i dont know how i will continue this live. We will defintly come back even if we are not hungry because it was that good. Apparently, they can open the gate for you if you've consumed or ordered something, but it's not indicated anywhere. I can understand why they did this, but €0.80 is really too much to ask. The first McDonald's where you have to pay for the restroom, which I'm not used to. The outside seating isn't cleaned or dried either, even though there were staff walking around.

Service was quick (it was early morning), everything was clean, and we enjoyed the large sofa, which we happily settled on. The toilets are paid, which is odd, since they're all free in Poland.

The citizens are cold, and they have the nerve to charge 80 cents per toilet visit. As if the food isn't expensive enough.

On my visit at 30/08 I do have to experience something I never touch before. After spending like 24€ for food have to pay extra for toilet, but that was just a beginning. When requested a boiled water (like 0.75L )for my infant baby boy have to pay like 2.8€ for it First touch it’s a joke but apparently not Definitely avoid next time. Crossing Europe a several times, no one never charge me it. Maybe it’s just standard for all McDonald’s site in NL , and my opinion it’s just unfair ?? Regards

They clean the restrooms. Fine. But they forget the tables.

Nothing special, just like other McDonald's. It's a plus that you don't have to exit the highway first, but you can just keep driving after the gas station.

The ice cream and burger were incredibly expensive (but hey, we were back from vacation and wanted a quick snack), and it's ridiculous that you apparently have to pay €0.80 to use the restroom these days! You eat with your hands there! Shouldn't they at least be able to wash your hands for free? The tables outside were all sticky and too dirty to sit at. The manager and two boys were standing there, and only one was doing anything. There were hardly any customers... one of the three was clearing away some dirty trays while spraying the bins with the anti-wasp spray! If they'd wiped down the tables and benches, removed the sweets, and removed the trash bins and dirty cups promptly, the spray wouldn't be necessary at all; how sustainable...which is what they're so proud of! 😡 It's been a long time since we've been to McDonald's, but they won't see me again.

Paid toilets at McDonald's are a mockery when you spend at least 24 euros on food. Shame. And the toilets are not the cleanest...

We had a wonderful meal with the grandchildren. It was actually way too expensive for what you get... You even had to pay to use the restroom!

Order a medium milkshake. You'll receive a half-full medium cup. They're already expensive, and then you give them a half-full cup.

How do you really want 80 cents to use the toilet? The toilet is unmaintained, dirty and absolutely unsatisfactory. Think about it. If you have to pay for the toilet, then let it be of a standard. Of course, it should be like everywhere, then deduct from the loss. We are in Mc not at a gas station. The food is good and the staff is decent.

Incredibly poor service, no customer service, and a 23-year-old manager who makes matters worse. Yesterday, I went through the drive-through, forgot to add something to my order before I even got past the payment window, and was forced to go through the drive-through again or walk inside for literally one small chicken wrap. And unfortunately, not the first time I've had an issue with the morning staff during breakfast, what a lousy place.

You have to pay €0.80 to use the restroom. Not convenient if you have small children and need to wash your hands. I read something about tokens in other reviews and asked about it. We were out of tokens, but as soon as they had time, they let us use the restroom. Unfortunately, there's also no playground equipment for children to play on during a long car ride.

Paying 80 euro cents in the toilet just because you want to eat with clean hands in an establishment where you already leave 15-20 euros for one is horrible, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen.

We went to the restroom first and had to go through a gate. It was €0.80 per person, but no receipt was forthcoming. We mentioned this when ordering. The response: no, you should have ordered first, so you'd get a toilet token. We do that on purpose for the drivers, who only come here to use the restroom. So what now? You're out of luck.

What kind of rip-off is this? Why do I have to pay for the toilet? If I am a customer and I made an order, then why should I still pay for the toilet?

It's just a shame that the MCDrive doesn't provide complete orders, so if you arrive after closing time, you can't go inside to pick up the missing portion, so you have to accept the loss. I was one drink short, and the sauce wasn't all delivered, but still a missed opportunity. The food was nice and hot and fresh compared to most other MCDs.

I was looking for an iced coffee latte, but it wasn't on the menu. So I went for an iced caramel frappe with coffee, which was very good.

I was here tonight, craving spicy chicken nuggets like I always do. I ordered them from the McDonald's in Beuningen, Gelderland, where they're really good. First, I had to use the restroom, and I had to pay 80 cents. Ridiculous, but then I ordered nine spicy nuggets and six regular ones for my dog. I asked the young man behind the counter why a customer had to pay to use the restroom after ordering that. I received a very rude response: "You have to order first, then you can use the restroom for free." I asked where I had been told that was the case, but he replied, "Nowhere," and walked away. I received my order, thinking it was very simple, I didn't need to check it, a mistake!!! I arrived home five minutes from McDonald's and found no spicy nuggets, just plain and cold. So, spoiled. I called the store manager with my complaint; what a rude person. I will never go there again and will advise others against it. I might also write a complaint to the authorities because this McDonald's is disgusting and the service is so bad. The McDonald's in Beuningen, GD is absolutely fantastic, so if you're near Nijmegen, go and try some real good McDonald's.

The food and service are ok, but it is shameful that the toilet in the premises has to be paid for by customers.
