Great McDonald's: clean and new. Staff is friendly. Location is ideal. Quick access to the A7.

Tasteless. I continue to be surprised that one McDonald's is tasty and the other isn't. Nice and quiet though, plenty of seating and fast service.

It was a drive-thru, but good hot food and very friendly staff.

I have no idea where all these bad reviews come from, but I really think this is a great McDonald's. The food is always served incredibly fast. The food is almost always still hot, McFlurries are always still intact, they almost never forget anything, it's very clean, the restroom is free, the staff are friendly and happy to help, and the food is simply delicious. Hats off to the employees of this McDonald's.

Went through the McDrive at 21:41. The guy is standing there in the booth with his phone and earphones in. Pretty antisocial.

They certainly know how to take the 'fast' out of fast food here; had to wait fifteen minutes for a fairly simple order.

Although it was neat and clean, it was very warm, and there were a lot of flies inside. I didn't think that was very hygienic on my food.

The McFlurries weren't quite the right size; there wasn't that much ice in them. They were also a bit melted, not very tasty.

You think you're getting a nice McFlurry in the evening, but you get half a cup with a few crumbs of your chosen topping, and you have to imagine the sauce.

The food was awful, the service was terrible, and everything was sticky. The fries were soggy and the burger was incredibly tough. I waited ages for the food to even be ready, and then this disappointment. Definitely 1 star.

The food was tasty, the service was top-notch, and everyone was very nice. There was still some fries sauce left in a bottle, so we got it for free! The food arrived a bit late, so the four of us got 4 free McFlurries! Highly recommended! The best in the Netherlands!

It was very dirty inside, like the tables and the floor. Outside it was even worse.

A terrible experience and there was absolutely no hygiene whatsoever. I have attached photos of the food I received; moreover, it was cold.

Just a quick cup of coffee and an egg mcmuffin; there was a puddle of grease in front of the counter. I happened to step in it. It was super slippery, I mentioned it, but when we left it was still there... there was a piece of shell at least 1cm big on my egg. They don't do anything about that either.

Very long wait at the drive-through on Monday morning. Not convenient if you just want to grab a quick coffee.

Yet another time something is missing.🤬 First a milkshake was missing; I reported this and received it, and upon arriving home, a Big Tasty Double is missing. How difficult can it be to prepare an order? Check carefully what you receive because it is often incorrect.

I haven't had such a good experience at McDonald's in years. The food was ready quickly, the food was HOT, and the restaurant is clean. Many others could take a leaf out of their book.

Got a Sunday ice caramel with nuts; it was so bad. A small cup filled halfway with ice and caramel was nowhere to be found. Grumpy ladies behind the counter, not a smile to be seen.

Food is delivered quickly, but at the cash register it can sometimes take up to fifteen minutes before someone helps you; a bit dirty sometimes.

This is a very nice place, and most importantly, there's an electric vehicle charging station here.

By McDonald's standards, this one was good.

It can be found somewhere behind the industrial estate; once you're there, you'll know how to find it again next time. I only drink coffee or eat a soft ice cream here.

Had a good meal, staff friendly. It's a shame that customers don't know how to find the trash can. That is extra work for the staff, and unnecessary. Staff very friendly. The McDonald's drive-thru is a bit on the cramped side though.

We went via the drive-thru and it was surprisingly fast. My meal was ready super fast, so at first I thought it might have been sitting there for a while, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Italian burger and the bun was really perfect: not sticky or soggy. The sauce was also very tasty. I give the fries an 8: firm and not too salty, though they could have been a little warmer. Otherwise a great experience and friendly, fast service.

The manager who works on Mondays is really an arrogant, rotten person; she doesn't take me seriously while I am worried.

Poor service, I wanted to pay after ordering at the drive-thru, but there was no one at the cash register. After a few minutes, I decided to drive through anyway, time passed, and still no one was visible in the mirror at the cash register. Suddenly, someone showed up again, so I got out of the car and went there. He arrived and paid just as quickly as I got there. Back to the car at the pickup window, the counter suddenly opened. I asked if we had been offered any drinks yet. No, in fact, I'd like to pay first. Total chaos ensued, and a manager came over. "What did you order?" Yes, it must have taken too long at the cash register because there was no one there. I still paid with my debit card, and I had my order and debit card in my hand. Sorry, but the young woman who first asked if we had been offered drinks due to the very long wait had a better understanding of service. There's a staff shortage for whatever reason; provide clear and friendly communication and service.

At the drive-thru. You get fries that are at least 10 minutes old, so cold. The rest was warm. Then you're stuck in the car with cold fries, hamburgers, and chicken nuggets. Just try eating a hamburger without napkins!!! What a lousy manager working here. Look, the staff can't do anything if they're not properly trained. Thinking for themselves isn't their strong suit. And you don't just sit in your car for no reason, just to avoid them. Well, ladies and gentlemen who work here, a little forethought and initiative wouldn't hurt, because you'll get rid of this manager in no time. Kind regards, Peter van der Goot.

Skip this one in cold weather! There's a patio door that constantly opens on a sensor, making it very cold in the restaurant.

Friendly staff, good hot coffee, spacious seating.

My experience began with a McFlurry and ended with a spiritual restructuring of my inner world. The fries whispered something in Latin. The cashier moved with the precision of a chess grandmaster in time trouble. Every chicken nugget I ate felt like a moral choice. The Coke tasted as if Zeus himself had blessed the can and then handed it over to a team of meta-psychological flavor engineers. A Big Mac? No, a Big Realization. Every bite reminded me that time is an illusion and hunger is merely a mental projection of emptiness. The restrooms smell of forgiveness. The floor echoes with decisions from past lives. A child fell. Got up. Chose a Happy Meal. I cried.

Whenever I went to this place, my children would have fun, eating, playing, and doing everything.

Here too, everything is advertised as open until 11 PM and 1 AM. But unfortunately, it says 8 PM on the doorstep. Excellent service.

The service is excellent, but the rest is actually quite poor. The sauces or drinks are often forgotten, and new items are never in stock.

It is and will remain a McDonald's.. Quick bite, tasty.. And kids happy.

It wasn't fast, it was expensive, and the food was often cold. Orders were often wrong, and things were missing.

Long wait even though it's not busy

When you order a McFlurry, it's always a question of what you'll get. Either a full cup or half empty... It just depends on which employee is at the machine. I've pointed this out to the staff before, saying I wanted a decent cup of ice cream, but they seem completely unconcerned. They told me, "Well, then you were just unlucky." Personally, I think they should have a standard for this and stick to it; I just want value for my money. Life is expensive enough, let alone half a McFlurry for €4... With an ice cream cone, you get three times as much ice cream for just €1! This problem has been going on at this location for over a year, and each time, according to the staff, I've just been "unlucky." Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's Joure, where you can at least get a decent McFlurry.

Meanwhile, I, Harm, calmly chewed on a frikandel (a Dutch sausage) that's not actually on the menu here, but I brought it from a nearby chip shop. Lennart was sitting across the street, filling up the podcast again—"the childishly simple happy podcast," he calls it, but it feels more like a sermon on sleep deprivation and force versus power. As the fries hung limply in the container, he suddenly made a generous gesture: a gift of therapy. Normally €3,000, now €1,500 for us, as if a discount heals the soul and fries make it crispy. Els looked out the window, sighed, waved a straw at a passerby as if summoning the spirit of Goethe, and whispered, "Harm, this is my symphony." I nodded, poetically caught between a cold McSmart and half a Big Tasty without a burger. Chaotic, absurd, but honest: this McDonald's feels like a crossroads of lives. Not for the taste, but for the story.

Super friendly, very fast service, everything was really great, except that at the table next to us, a man (some manager in a meeting) was criticizing the staff. I recommend him to try a McDonald's outside Friesland because this was truly one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. He was the only downside; perhaps not the nicest thing to do in front of the customers.

The McChicken and Milkshake are of the same quality at almost every McDonald's in the Netherlands, including here in Sneek. The McCaffee is also delicious here. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I rarely eat at McDonald's because it's not my thing. That's also why I only give the food 3 stars. The service is good, and so is the atmosphere. Plus, the area around McDonald's is neat and clean. If you love McDonald's, you've come to the right place.

Great McDonald's. The food was good and they even had a good deal that you don't get at every McDonald's. It was clean and tidy. I'd eat here more often. It was a shame our order wasn't complete and we had to order again before we could eat. The food gets cold too quickly.

I just looked for it on my navigation system. I was coming from Utrecht on my scooter. The McDonald's had moved to this location, and I thought it was too complicated and too far for a hamburger.

I'm not sure... But, I think they have polio at this McDonalds. Or a brain back tooth that comes wrong also in the neighborhood.. a small order is I think too difficult.. order a Big Tasty advantage menu and a McSmart menu. The latter only came with fries without burgers. Then you think to call to report it. When that polio comes up again they don't answer the phone a bit of a shame this next time but free food I think

The food is delicious but the way the staff makes it doesn't deserve one star, there's cabbage everywhere except the burger, most of the cutlet was just in a box, it seems like they made it blindly and this is not a one-time incident! So it's delicious but at this rate, make it self-service!

Called in for breakfast whilst on the way to blauwhuis for the stockcars Service was excellent 100x better than any McDonald’s in the uk, breakfast was different to the uk but was a pleasant change. The restaurant was very clean and staff welcoming

Now you can also place your order via the app instead of via the well-known screens. The next step is probably flipping and preparing your own hamburger😂

A beautiful McDonalds! Well, who doesn't know the food.

When I order MC flurry, I only get half a bowl of ice cream. I walk in to ask if something went wrong. I get the answer that this is standard, while I often order an MC flurry that contains much more. You pay 4 euros for that. Bad service here.
