No more mac sneek for me for the time being, lots of rats in the parking lot and at the entrance, my appetite was gone immediately

It wasn't fast, it was expensive, and the food was often cold. Orders were often wrong, and things were missing.

When you order a McFlurry, it's always a question of what you'll get. Either a full cup or half empty... It just depends on which employee is at the machine. I've pointed this out to the staff before, saying I wanted a decent cup of ice cream, but they seem completely unconcerned. They told me, "Well, then you were just unlucky." Personally, I think they should have a standard for this and stick to it; I just want value for my money. Life is expensive enough, let alone half a McFlurry for €4... With an ice cream cone, you get three times as much ice cream for just €1! This problem has been going on at this location for over a year, and each time, according to the staff, I've just been "unlucky." Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's Joure, where you can at least get a decent McFlurry.

Nice McDonald's. Plenty of seating. Order arrived quickly and completely. Eating at McDonald's is just like anywhere else, great for a fast-food craving, but a bit pricey these days.

Meanwhile, I, Harm, calmly chewed on a frikandel (a Dutch sausage) that's not actually on the menu here, but I brought it from a nearby chip shop. Lennart was sitting across the street, filling up the podcast again—"the childishly simple happy podcast," he calls it, but it feels more like a sermon on sleep deprivation and force versus power. As the fries hung limply in the container, he suddenly made a generous gesture: a gift of therapy. Normally €3,000, now €1,500 for us, as if a discount heals the soul and fries make it crispy. Els looked out the window, sighed, waved a straw at a passerby as if summoning the spirit of Goethe, and whispered, "Harm, this is my symphony." I nodded, poetically caught between a cold McSmart and half a Big Tasty without a burger. Chaotic, absurd, but honest: this McDonald's feels like a crossroads of lives. Not for the taste, but for the story.

Super friendly, very fast service, everything was really great, except that at the table next to us, a man (some manager in a meeting) was criticizing the staff. I recommend him to try a McDonald's outside Friesland because this was truly one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. He was the only downside; perhaps not the nicest thing to do in front of the customers.

The McChicken and Milkshake are of the same quality at almost every McDonald's in the Netherlands, including here in Sneek. The McCaffee is also delicious here. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I've been here three times through the McDonald's drive-thru and had to wait at least fifteen minutes each time. The food was cold and the staff weren't friendly.

I rarely eat at McDonald's because it's not my thing. That's also why I only give the food 3 stars. The service is good, and so is the atmosphere. Plus, the area around McDonald's is neat and clean. If you love McDonald's, you've come to the right place.

How can it be that during heatwave days, all iced coffee varieties are "sold out"??? That's really bad, especially for McDonald's.

Great McDonald's. The food was good and they even had a good deal that you don't get at every McDonald's. It was clean and tidy. I'd eat here more often. It was a shame our order wasn't complete and we had to order again before we could eat. The food gets cold too quickly.

I just looked for it on my navigation system. I was coming from Utrecht on my scooter. The McDonald's had moved to this location, and I thought it was too complicated and too far for a hamburger.

I'm not sure... But, I think they have polio at this McDonalds. Or a brain back tooth that comes wrong also in the neighborhood.. a small order is I think too difficult.. order a Big Tasty advantage menu and a McSmart menu. The latter only came with fries without burgers. Then you think to call to report it. When that polio comes up again they don't answer the phone a bit of a shame this next time but free food I think

The food is delicious but the way the staff makes it doesn't deserve one star, there's cabbage everywhere except the burger, most of the cutlet was just in a box, it seems like they made it blindly and this is not a one-time incident! So it's delicious but at this rate, make it self-service!

The Coke tasted like Zeus himself had blessed the can and then handed it over to a team of meta-psychological flavor engineers. A Big Mac? No bro, a Big Realization. Every bite reminded me that time is an illusion and hunger is just a mental projection of emptiness. The toilets smell of forgiveness. The floor echoes with decisions from past lives. A child fell. Got up. Chose a Happy Meal. I cried. And if you were to ask me: “What is McDonald’s Sneek in one word?” Then I would say without hesitation: “Yes.”

Expensive McDonald's in the area

I think the picture says enough for a large portion of fries, it's not even half full and the fries are also very limp, after 11 o'clock they stop trying or something

Called in for breakfast whilst on the way to blauwhuis for the stockcars Service was excellent 100x better than any McDonald’s in the uk, breakfast was different to the uk but was a pleasant change. The restaurant was very clean and staff welcoming

Now you can also place your order via the app instead of via the well-known screens. The next step is probably flipping and preparing your own hamburger😂

A beautiful McDonalds! Well, who doesn't know the food.

When I order MC flurry, I only get half a bowl of ice cream. I walk in to ask if something went wrong. I get the answer that this is standard, while I often order an MC flurry that contains much more. You pay 4 euros for that. Bad service here.

Apparently this branch finds it very difficult to get their orders correct. Received a strawberry milkshake three times even though I had ordered vanilla. When I confront them I am told that they cannot give me a new one because it has already been drunk (1 sip). Worst McDonald's ever!!

Vanavond na het werk even door de mac drive met de kinderen. Even een Mac flurry gehaald. De bakjes waren nog niet eens tot de helft gevuld. Dat voor deze prijs schandalig!

Big Tasty was, as usual, lukewarm. Banana milkshake was really tasteless, machine probably needed to be refilled. Clearly the flavor was lacking compared to the vanilla which normally has less flavor. Chicken nuggets had also been waiting for us for a while. Sloppy bite! Atmosphere was good. Relax at home on the couch (5 minutes away). Fast service, though Next time I'll go to a quality cafeteria again.

Always chill to use this as a gathering place. The food is great and fast, so you can always quickly get something to eat or drink.

McDonald's is my kids' first choice. They can eat and play there. Friendly staff, you can sit and eat in peace. Or through the McDrive, for a quick bite on the go/take away. It's not the healthiest, but it doesn't always have to be. It is clean even in the early evening.

Quick stop at McDonald's for a McFlurry. Overall not a bad plan. But even though there were no cars in the McDrive, we first had to wait at the ordering post and then wait at the checkout. It seemed a bit special. And shrinkage had also hit this location, the containers were half full...

Bad service had to wait more than fifteen minutes for two frappe. When we finally received it, it was full of ice crystals and a lot of whipped cream, you couldn't taste any of the coffee, it was very watery. Staff quite irritated, not really professional

The best McDonald's I have been to to date (hundreds), neat and clean. No food remains on the tables and no wipes used that were too wet. The food is delicious, but it's a pity that the fries and burgers are usually not properly warm, which is the case in 8 out of 10. Management should take notice and improve this. This applies in particular to fries, which you want to be served hot and fresh.

This is truly the worst mac in the Netherlands. Your food is almost always cold, the burgers cannot be properly topped and the burger is only half on it and the bag is not even closed.

Always cold food or always forgetting something when ordering. Yes, if you leave it to teenagers you will end up with a mess, put an older person in place to assist the youth, you cannot leave it to children

Didn't have high expectations, but this was very bad. Burger stone cold as well as the fries. Long wait and swearing from the kitchen. Definitely do not recommend this branch.
