My favorite burger wasn't available because they were out of tomatoes. It took ages to get my turn. It seemed like there were only two people working. The employee who took the checkout also placed the order.

The food was quite cold. The restaurant was also freezing; as if all the windows, doors, and freezer were open. I ate everything as quickly as possible and quickly went to the car to warm up. No wonder there was hardly anyone there.

Got quite sick from a Big Mac menu. Filed a complaint, but never heard anything back.

Very clean, very busy but fast service... highly recommended.

Very quiet, very neat and clean. Trash cans are checked frequently to see if they're full. The food at McDonald's was also particularly good. Definitely recommended.

Always easy to grab fries on the go.

At 9:30, the McDonald's drive-through wasn't open yet, and you couldn't pay contactless at the ordering kiosks. I waited at least 25 minutes for my order to be ready. I ate straight away in the car, but it was already cold. Something's really wrong there. Just an update: two years later, orders are getting wrong. No one speaks Dutch, the manager is eating fries from the order, and there's no sauce. Option one: CLOSE THE PLACE.

Our family of five had dinner tonight... what a disaster. We had to go back three times because the happy meals didn't come with fries, and my husband's chili chicken had a hamburger instead of a chicken burger. Then my husband noticed that the fries from his Big Mac menu weren't included. Mistakes happen, but it was incredibly frustrating that it went so wrong this time. The staff member asked if she could offer us something, and she also said she was very disappointed. I suggested maybe ice cream for the kids. She couldn't promise that, but she went to discuss it. I wouldn't have offered it if it weren't allowed. Unfortunately, after half an hour, I didn't return, and I'm not going to shill for it. This is why I'm writing a review because it's not fair.

It was lovely to go to the toilet after a long journey and the ice cream was delicious.

MC, just as you'd expect. It's interesting that if you order one drink "to go," you get a cardboard cup without a lid, while if you order a recycled cup, you get the same one. The order was delivered quickly, though.

Chocolate milk with whipped cream is the best here for a reasonable price

Food was fine, service was embarrassingly bad. I placed an order at the McDrive during peak hour. I read the order from a note. At the pickup window, it turned out the first employee had incorrectly recorded part of the order: two ice creams instead of sundaes and a single burger instead of a menu. I pointed out that what I received was different from what I expected. After some hesitation, I was given (too small) cups for the ice cream so I could take them with me, but if I wanted fries with it, I had to go back to the McDrive to buy fries. Why? Because the woman who answered my call hadn't heard the order, and she couldn't convert a burger into a menu. She didn't need to; a single container of fries would have sufficed. I find it rude that you make a customer, during rush hour, with two children in the back, queue for 15 minutes just to pay for a portion of fries costing, say, 50 cents, because your employee didn't take the order correctly. When we got home, we also found that the McFlurry was only half full. I love McDonald's, against my better judgment. But this is the very last time I'll use the McDrive here. Almost every time, something is forgotten or misunderstood. Making a fuss about 50 cents is now costing you at least 12 orders, or 500 euros in revenue per year. From now on, I'll use the air fryer when I'm in a hurry; it's 5x cheaper, 10x less frustrating, and probably healthier.

McFlurry is often half full. Pretty strange, especially considering the size of the current McFlurry and the price!

Great, quiet McDonald's, order on the big screen. Waiting can be a bit long sometimes.

A Mac like you get everywhere these days. Order at the kiosks, if they're working, then enter the number on your plate. And wait. This time, what we'd typed was exactly right. Not always a given. Prices at this chain have risen dramatically in recent years. Grabbing a burger with the kids is no longer within everyone's reach. I personally think prices in the Netherlands have risen faster than in neighboring countries. In France, you can still order a set menu for 5 or 6 euros.

There were only 3-4 customers, and I waited an hour for my order. They're very slow and inattentive. They don't care that you're waiting. The worst part is that I wasn't the only one.

Worst place ever, rude people. Giving half orders and nothing complete. And then being rude.

The kids wanted to eat at McDonald's; we normally get takeout. Luckily, it wasn't busy, but even though it wasn't, the dirty table(s) started already. I went to the counter to report the table was dirty. First, I was offered napkins to "clean" it. I asked for a wet cloth. Instead of going with them to clean it, I was given a wet rag. My husband wasn't okay with it and confronted the manager. Instead of an apology, we were met with a smart-aleck attitude and a retort. Then you find a wet toilet, report it, the employee shrugs, says, "I think that's from washing your hands," and walks away.

Unfortunately, the salad was gone, but the staff were friendly and helpful. So I still got a free McFlurry! And the rest of the food was delicious! 🍦🍟

Poor order taking at the McDrive. Then a 16-minute wait for the food. Lots of litter and mice on the patio. A truly awful restaurant!

Flurry's have become more expensive. But you do get less ice cream for it. The tables aren't exactly clean either, which is a shame.

Lets’s face it: we all go there but most of the time we’re disappointed. We came to this place for the first time and we had a Filet O Fish, some chips, an Oreo milkshake and a Quarter Pounder, and we were pleasantly surprised about all of it. Well done guys!

Dirty toilets, dirty tables, cold food, and homeless people begging outside in the evening. Takeout service is very slow. The staff who bring food to your table are quick and friendly.

The Mac has become ridiculously expensive, and what you get for your money isn't great.

Horrible monster when ordering the Mac & Flurrys. We were already snapped at when we asked about the sauce, and then we had to pay almost 17 euros. The window opened without a word, shoved the card reader in my husband's nose, and slammed the window shut again. This much-too-young blonde woman with heavy makeup lacked any courtesy or kindness. A real NO-DO!

I regularly drive past a McDonald's in the Netherlands for a delicious McCafé cappuccino for those over 65. This is the first location not to participate in this initiative. It's a bit sad, and in my opinion, a waste of money. Luckily, fifteen minutes further away in Woerden, the same reliable service is back!

Something almost always goes wrong with our order... in the 10 times we've been there, only once was everything right, and my wife and children could eat at the same time. Just went back. Everything was perfect. I added a star 😉

Clean and friendly staff. The tables are cleaned really well. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. And I received a beautiful rose for Mother's Day.

Very busy on Saturday evening, the team works hard and is customer-friendly. Unfortunately, the order wasn't filled correctly, but it was promptly corrected after reporting it. A little later, another item was missing, though it was paid for. But by then it was already too late, so I had to head back out. Consider it calories saved.

I don't like hamburgers or McDonald's at all. It was a good place to take my grandchildren. I only had a cappuccino. It could have used a bit more coffee.

Never a correct order when you go through the drive. Incredibly irritating, the food is always lukewarm and the fries limp and cold.

It's unbelievable how often this branch 'forgets' parts of the order. Here is a crying child because the happy meal is not complete. Tip: check your order extra carefully here.

Last Saturday I went to this McDonald's in Moordrecht for a children's party. We had reserved a table in advance. Even though we arrived late due to a traffic jam, we were received very warmly and customer-friendly by the host. We were given a separate room with a large dining table that was very nicely decorated and there were already craft supplies ready. The food was served super quickly and the service was absolutely perfect! Big compliments to the team who gave the children a great time. Our thanks are great!

The food was warm and served quickly. Its taste does not differ from restaurants in Poland. Despite the large number of guests, our order was not mistaken, which happens in other McDonald's. Cleanliness was a plus despite late evening hours and very high occupancy

Bought milkshake and ice cream through the drive. Whether it is due to the time of day (Saturday around 8:30 PM) or a shortage of staff, I have no idea. But we had to wait quite a while.

Food always served hot. They are a little slow to serve but in the end it's worth it...

We only had a McFlurry. Unfortunately, the McFlurry's are getting smaller, but more expensive, so we will soon stop using them. Too little for too much money. We were in Norway this summer and they still give the "old" amount for less money. It's that it's too far to drive ;-)
