McDonald's Nijverdal/ Hellendoorn in Wijk 04 Nijverdal Oost

In het restaurant waren de tafels vies en de frietjes lauw. De dagen daarna bleken we allebei een voedselvergiftiging te hebben opgelopen (gezien de symptomen salmonella).

Wat vies wat vies, de vloer, de tafels, de muren alles zit onder de spetters en de vlekken, de vloer bezaaid met etensresten, de toiletten zijn vies, er wordt veel te weinig schoongemaakt, hoe langer je kijkt hoe erger het wordt!

No soap in both toilets. They couldn’t fix it even after informing them multiple times and they didn’t even bother to inform me.

The McDonalds is good, just get used to the fact that everything is a little different than in Germany and they don't use coupons that much here

Upon entering, the tables and floors were already extremely dirty. Employees with long hair without a hairnet. Colleagues also make obscene gestures to each other in the presence of guests.

The order (hamburger, cheeseburger, 2x fries and fanta) took a long time to be ready. Had to wait 20 minutes. The hamburger and cheeseburger had apparently been waiting for so long because they were cold and dehydrated. The new cheeseburger was also cold and the cheese dried out. Fanta was gone. We were not given napkins and straw.

1 of the worst McDonalds in the Netherlands. Chaotic and weak controls. Orders are often incorrect, very often products are not available and then I am silent about the long wait. This is not fast food but slow and cold food. In short. Drama!!

Had to wait very long, 30 minutes, no help, little staff doing nothing in the kitchen, 2 smoke breaks in 10 minutes, trash cans overflowing, filthy mess

I have never had to wait so long for my food, BigMac menu, which took half an hour, McFlurry was ready in 10 seconds, everything was thrown in the container, trash cans almost full to the ceiling, tables full of food remains. WHAT A GREASE GANG!😡😡

Hello my culinary enthusiasts. The atmosphere is great in this maczq, but damn it, I only ordered a coffee. I've been waiting for 20 minutes. I went out to look at McDonald's from every angle, because I thought they were milking a cow, that's why it took so long. Went by the drive around 11:00 PM on a Saturday. Not busy but 3 cars in front of me. And still had to wait almost half an hour.

I loved this place! Yummy chicken nuggets! Yummy chicken burger! This yummy fristi! I loved it!

Large fries were filled very little, at least 2 cm below the edge of the container. Cheeseburger is just as thin as the cheese on it. Vanilla milkshake had a light banana flavor. Mozarella sticks don't taste like anything. Very disappointing!

I was shocked that there was food and even a plate in the lamp, and that does not create a good dining atmosphere

The bigmac was not great Way too much lettuce and not enough sauce or flavor to the sauce I didn't think it was great, especially for the price

Staff is always rude and angry they insist to call the police when I complain and they never give you what you ordered

I was first called a typhoid dog, then I got a big tasty without cheese and bacon and finally the ice cream was only half full.

If I couldn't give a star I would do it, worst mac I have ever seen, half of the order not delivered, super bad manager, an angry tone, no help at all. It's a miracle that this mac is still running.

Always terribly lukewarm food..! And you should always check your order carefully. 9 times out of 10 it is wrong again. Misery tent. It's about time you did something about this, MC Donalds.....given the amount of 1 star reviews you get here among me....🤔

Had to wait about 15 minutes at the McDrive on a quiet evening. Does not fit under the heading of fast food.

Second time I've been here and it was a filthy mess. Tables filthy with caked-on food scraps on them. Pecking ground. And I haven't even mentioned the plumbing yet. Food was anything but good. Missing 4 nuggets, and when I exchanged them I received chicken nuggets that were at least half an hour old. I have had stomach complaints from it. Sanitary facilities are simply in one word: RANNY!

Nowadays an MC croquette is meatless... when I order a MC croquette I want something with meat, if that guy had said that it would be such a cowardly tasteless meatless croquette I could have chosen something else!

Long wait for a small order (20 minutes for 4 products), inexperienced and insecure staff, a missing product with the order upon returning home and scanty bacon on the mcMuffin. Damn man, forget 25% of the order and then you order a double bacon and egg, this is your bacon. Last time I come here. You pay ridiculously much for ridiculously little. When you contact us by telephone, you are even questioned as to whether you are making mistakes.

Bad service. I waited just over 25 minutes for a simple chicken 9, fries and drink. The lady who had to do everything on her own, I think. Staff shortages or cutbacks? The manager is also standing around doing nothing and tapping on the phone.

Badly organized here. The coffee doesn't taste like anything, the McFlurry's are served in half portions and if you say anything about it they look at you stupidly and say they can't do anything about it.

We waited 20 minutes for 2 egg mc muffins. The 2 managers were doing nothing and just arguing with each other in plain view. Ultimately, some regular workers had to take over to get the work done.

Had to wait half an hour for my food! While people who ordered much later received their food sooner with the same quantity. Girl behind the counter works herself to death while the boys in the back were doing nothing.

It would also be nice if you could order BBQ sauce separately or with the fries. The sauce is no longer in containers??

You have to wait a ridiculously long time before you can order at the McDrive, someone who arrives much later is first helped at the other pole, the staff again asks for patience and does not listen to the answer. When you ask for the manager inside, it takes another few minutes, then you just walk away. McDonalds Nijverdal apparently doesn't want any customers.

It's better to skip this Macdonalds on Thursday evenings. As neat as it is on Tuesday, it is such a mess on Thursday evening. The shrimp seem to be made of flour. The fries contain more salt than on the N35 on an average winter day. And the burger's lettuce just came from a war zone and had been declared dead 2 days before. On December 8, I went to this McDonald's to get food. I placed an order, but I didn't receive a receipt. I asked for help from three employees and a manager, but I didn't really get any help. I had to wait 30 minutes after I received my order. Then I asked to cancel my order and get my money back. Only then was I helped, but the manager was very unfriendly. My food was also cold then. I hope you do this better in the future.

Food is cold and burgers too small

What a shame. We wanted to order via self-ordering. After scanning the app the screen kept hanging. When he subsequently did it, the discount promotion did not appear. So go stand at the cash register. Waited there for fifteen minutes. The staff constantly walks past you and ignores you. Then go to the distribution counter where they indicated that you could not order via the cash register. No sign of a closed cash register or anything like that. While the cash registers were still on. After a while someone said they would come soon. Waited another 10 minutes but he continued with his work like an autistic person. Then you find yourself with 2 children. I actually wanted to leave, but I ordered something outside the discount promotion because of the children. Then no receipt. A number quickly appeared on the screen and that was it. Just get in line anyway. And what I saw there didn't bode well. One after another, they received the wrong order and came back. People just started laughing at the amateurism. There were numbers on the screen upon delivery, but none of them were correct. Every song was just shouted very loudly throughout the restaurant. Then put it down in the hope that someone will come pick it up. The kitchen was filthy. It is an open kitchen. But there was all kinds of stuff on the floor. You could tell by the way the staff walked that it was very slippery. The restaurant looked like an abandoned school canteen. The order after 45 minutes. This was checked immediately at the counter. In the meantime, someone even came back with a cup of tea that was wrong. I don't know how. But if you can't get a good cup of tea yet. Fortunately, our order was correct. But it was really inedible. Cold, dry and just thrown in the containers. Containers and paper around them half closed. The macflurries were more milk than ice cream within 3 minutes. We paid more than 30 euros here for really disgusting food. Like almost all other reviews, this is well known. But I still had to vent my frustration.

Via de mcdrive 20 minuten in de rij en niet te woord worden gestaan. In het restaurant iedereen druk met zijn eigen ding niemand bezig met de klanten. Zo is het geen fastfood eigenlijk is het zo helemaal niks.

What a sad situation it is here. The manager is clearly not having a good time...and this reflects on the rest of those around him. Dirty toilets, dirty floors and the food leaves a lot to be desired. Sad for the other employees. Good example leads to good follow... It's better to skip this one. Zero eye contact. You really are just a number here. Ordered a large menu… you may know them. Those videos that a large fries also fit in a small bag... now that was really possible! Ridiculous.

Food is okay there, you have enough parking space.. but not much seating space.. ladies toilet where you can change your child/baby is made very uncomfortable.. the changing table blocks the door of the toilet, as soon as someone is in it, they can go there do not turn off until the person has finished changing the child/baby

There's a big mistake with the order, you pay for something and you only get home to find out that they forgot half of it

How do you get it done? Something as terrible as messing up a McDonalds even further. Appoint a first-year intern as a branch manager or something? What a sadness. There really wasn't anything right at all. The only great thing about McDonalds is the automation. But they manage to ruin even that here. The staff seems to support the crying more than the laughing. The interior (and exterior) is extremely poorly maintained and downright dirty. Possibly the worst catering establishment I have encountered in the whole of Europe in the last ten years.

I've been here twice now in the last few months. It was already very dirty the first time. Today was just downright gross! You could eat off the floor, there was so much. The floor was greasy and therefore slippery. The tables were dirty. Time for the inspection to take a tour here. There are no napkins anywhere, nor were they included with the food. Do yourself a favor, just find a snack bar around here. There were 4 managers sitting at a table, maybe they could set a good example by just holding a mop...

It is a dirty Mac Donald's Toilet is very dirty restaurant is very dirty...and customer friendliness is not to be found here. Too few staff. If you are from Groningen yourself, the McDonald's there are much better and customer and child friendly.

Ordered via the MC drive where you were already snubbed. Order was incorrect, so I went straight in. It took 5 minutes before someone came to the counter. Short summary: just drive on and look for a good snack bar in Nijverdal. Much better value for money. Short story long: I don't go to McDonalds often. But we wanted to grab something to eat quickly on the way. Was very disappointing. Although it wasn't busy around 7:30 PM, table signs were not available. The double chilli burger turned out to be a lousy burger and did not at all match the expectations created by the photos. Good burger for the average resident of Madurodam, but absolutely not worth €4.95. The thing was also bone dry, so it was secretly lucky that it was such a miniature burger. In the McFlurry stroopwafel caramel, the last two ingredients were particularly noticeable by their apparent absence. This also concerned a portion from The Hague. A sanitary stop before departure. Brrrr.... One of the two urinals was not in use. The other, unlike the McFlurry, turned out to be well filled... Then drain it in the (only) normal toilet. Before I was helped at the emergency room, I waited for several minutes while no one else was present. Then I can drive to the first window to pay, again no one there and I have to wait for minutes. Then I drive to the last window because I had not paid yet and therefore no one was there. I was told that I had to drive around or get out of the car to pay. And there was nothing that person could do about the fact that they had a staff shortage and only had two people. Obviously I'm not going to get out of the car in this weather and I'm not going to drive around and then join the back again. So it was not a solution that this young man proposed and he turned his problem into my problem. The fact remains that I now drove away without eating and I'm disappointed about that.

Our worst McDonald's visit ever!! Made 7 mistakes in the order (no and/or wrong sauce, forgot nuggets, forgot apples, drank too much) and by the time you have corrected everything yourself, all your food is cold. No/too few high chairs available and also many wasps on the terrace. Besides the errors in the order, there is more wrong in this 'restaurant'; 2 out of 5 in our group suffered from severe stomach pain within 10 minutes. McDonalds shame on you!!

Ate today. It was busy, there were no more table signs at the self-service checkout. I ask for that and am told, yes, difficult literal words. Then I order lemonade, it doesn't come.
