The food was great and was also still super hot when we were there, luckily. The waitress just didn't look very cheerful.

Way too busy; they gave us the wrong sandwiches so we had to walk a long way from the car to go back and report it. Meanwhile, the other food was getting cold. I found it very lacking in atmosphere and just like an anthill.

The food was cold after waiting 34 minutes, waiting at the counter took so long that I had to go to the machine myself because it took so long, and when I finally had my food, applesauce was thrown at my head by a 6-year-old child.

Not prepared for breakfast crowd. Food took forever and than they were out of Croissants.

Top experience at McDonald's Uden! The service was friendly, the food arrived lightning fast, and my McCrispy had so much pepper sauce that I briefly thought the employee had accidentally found the "unlimited sauce" button. Delicious! One small point of attention, though: there were no napkins. With that amount of sauce, every bite became a thrilling challenge. Fortunately, there was plenty to see. The view of the passing fatbikes was excellent and provided free entertainment while eating. Additionally, it was nice to notice that they still get things right in Brabant: here you eat fries, not chips. That immediately inspires confidence in the local culture. The only downside that McDonald's unfortunately can't do anything about was the Ajax shirt of the person next to us. In Brabant, that feels a bit like encountering a pineapple on a sausage roll.

The most clean McDonald's ever I saw! Menu is much better than in Germany! Staff is very friendly!

The meat in my Big Mac tasted different than I'm used to at McDonald's and was really gross. Can't I do this via here instead of Facebook or Instagram? 😃

Today I ordered food for the first time at this McDonald's branch in Uden. Thanks to the amazing dedication of their permanent employee Pamela, this branch has definitely earned 5 stars. Thank you again so much for your help after I accidentally spilled my drink. I haven't experienced this at other branches before. She also definitely takes the time to have a chat with (potential) regular customers. As far as I'm concerned, a permanent employee with this friendliness and helpfulness certainly deserves a raise or a bonus!! Keep up the good work Pamela💪❤️

Dirty as always, but exactly what you expect at McDonald's.

As is often the case, way too much salt on the fries. That shouldn't be allowed anymore in this day and age. The Big Mac was good though, and reasonably hot. The guy who brought the food was very friendly. The toilet was neat and clean. The atmosphere deserves few stars; it was Sunday evening with a lot of young people coming from what was probably a match, making it very noisy. But hey, you don't go out to eat at McDonald's for an intimate dinner 😁😉

Best McDonald's I have ever been to

On the way home from Brussels, I stopped at the McDonald's in Uden for a tasty meal. What immediately struck me was how clean this McDonald's looked. What I read in other reviews really doesn't match up. The floor and tables were tidy and clean. The restrooms were clean too. I haven't seen this at other McDonald's (Hengelo and Almelo) for a long time. In Uden, the staff help keep things clean that the customers make dirty themselves. Just like it was normal at every McDonald's 20 years ago, I saw an employee here sweeping the mess off the floor and cleaning the tables with a cloth. Kudos to this lady! The meals we ordered were brought to us quickly. Fresh and hot. The atmosphere is as always at McDonald's: busy and lots of children. But that's part of the experience, isn't it?

Ordered 20 piece mcnugget, got 26. God bless this mcdonalds, please never close.

Was with friends today and we sat outside, we still had some trays on the table because not everyone was ready yet, there was a girl taking a break and she shouted at us, you clean this up right away, okay? And we said yes, that will be fine and then she said yes, I hope so for you, I think this is unacceptable, really bad.

Bad Mac, only the ground is covered in trash. They don't clean it up. What a bad Mac.

Long waiting times at the McDrive... There was no one really working for the customers in the cars. Lots of staff who are pleasantly chatting. Good QP, but cold nuggets.

I've never seen such a filthy McDonald's. Not a single clean table to be found... The floor was also covered in trash and sauce stains. The restrooms were filthy, and there was no toilet paper. We won't be going back. Such a shame!

McDonald's Uden is in a prime location near the highway, with ample parking and also on the same site as KFC, Subway and an (unmanned) gas station.

The atmosphere was typical McDonald's, of course, but we couldn't complain. The food was nice and hot, and we could get seasoning for the fries, which was very tasty. Definitely recommended. Service was absolutely top-notch; a table was cleaned before we could sit down. Super service, best McDonald's ever.

What a lovely and modern McDonald's, conveniently located along the highway. Everything looks new, clean, and well-maintained, which immediately gives you a pleasant impression when you walk in. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You're served with a smile, even when it's a bit busier. Orders are neatly prepared and usually served quickly. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious – exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's, but here it often seems to be a little better. The fries are crispy, the burgers well-made and not sloppily assembled. And what strikes me most: the ice cream is always perfect! Not half-melted or watery, which unfortunately happens sometimes at other locations. Every now and then, a small thing gets overlooked, but that's usually resolved kindly, and that does happen sometimes. Overall, the service is top-notch and the quality is good. In short: a fantastic McDonald's where I like to stop when I'm on the road. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a good meal along the highway in a clean and friendly environment!

Things do get forgotten sometimes. I had a tray of 6 nuggets, but there were only 5. Straws are also sometimes forgotten to be included. Also, last week I ordered a Fanta and got a Coke. Such a shame. So every time at the McDonald's drive-thru, you have to double-check everything yourself to make sure everything is actually in there.

Yesterday afternoon I went and ordered 4 cheeseburgers and today I have severe diarrhea and stomach pain. I have never had problems with fast food but at this McDonald's they have stale food.

On the way home from Eindhoven Airport, we stopped for a quick meal. The fries were hot, the staff was very friendly, and we got it quickly. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

Today I had one of the worst experiences within all Mc that I was eating in. My girlfriend ordered from this Mc to eat in and since KFC is next to this restaurant I bought something from there. Of course we wanted to eat togheter, so we took a table inside of Mc Donalds, because my order from KFC was done before of her Mc order. Just after we started eating, a employee from Mc - a fat lady with red hair - ruined our meal, telling us that we are not allowed to eat KFC inside of Mc, even if my girlfriend was eating in from their Mc. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful. She was telling me to take the food away if we want to eat together, so we had to move outside with everything. So if you want your fries cold and your meal ruined, go to this Mc Donalds. 0 stars. Just so you know, we did the same in KFC and nobody was kicking us out because we were eating also from Mc. 😉

It took a very long time to get our order. But when we reported it, we were given extra to make up for it. Friendly staff.

Twice now, my order has been given to someone else because they typed in the same number, and it's always a hassle. I've also ordered crispy chicken but got a cheeseburger. I've been coming here more often lately, and maybe once I haven't had a problem.

Better than the KFC that is also there

Great McDonald's, one of the few that actually puts the right stickers on their drinks. And they're really fast!

I stopped there specifically to end the day with my granddaughter and other young children. Playground equipment closed! Nothing to see, no note, really disappointing.

Ordered a wrap, but received practically an empty tortilla: a few pieces of chicken and some sauce. Returned it, but was simply told that's "how it's supposed to be." Ridiculous and deeply disappointing.

Yeah, not my thing. Can't really rate it highly. Fast-food chain. But yeah, you have to do something when you're coming from TT Assen and still have to ride a bit.

I often don't get what I order. I just tried calling and nobody answered. I paid double for a single hamburger instead of a double cheeseburger. Update: I recently messed up our drinks twice, but the third was the charm. I got the second drink for free, which is why the service is rated at 3 stars. They're not great, but if you try to intervene, they handle it well.

I've only used for the breakfast menu all week but I have no complaints, staff speak a little English if you need otherwise the order points have different languages. Always clean and tidy.

You're waiting in the drive-through and no one helps you. Another car arrives and is helped immediately. Then, they tell you they'll help you right away. It was literally a five-minute wait, so I drove on to KFC. Highly recommended; you're helped right away. There's only one car in line, and the service is excellent. MacCie didn't score well with their smart-aleck staff.

Today I ordered coffee, biscuits, and ice cream while traveling through. The biscuits were forgotten, and when I pointed this out, I had to pick them up at the counter. The ice cream was more milk than ice cream, and the staff completely ignored my comments. I've never seen such disinterested staff, and they've never even heard the word "service." Never again will I go to McDonald's in Uden!

Like the country, this McDonald's is clean, well-organized, and fast. The Big Mac is very good, roughly the same as in France, but less expensive. Finally, the restrooms are clean, and the restaurant is quiet.

Burgers were good, nicely topped not soaked with grease. With quite a crowd quickly brought for whole table of 10 people.

Apparently you have to check your complete order every time before leaving the Mc drive because it seems very difficult to pack all burgers or it is again a normal burger instead of with gluten-free bun. It regularly goes wrong when writing down the order and/or in the kitchen so it is certainly not the first time that I can hardly eat anything and I (actually) have to go back but had to wait a very long time there. It was worth a bad review to me by now. It went well for a long time after the location opened but that is now a thing of the past.

Tastes like defrosted burgers, fresh cola with lots of ice, limp thin fries sometimes too cold and sometimes perfect, no frikadel but an MC croquette, milkshake machine sometimes breaks down. No atmosphere like in my opinion every McDonald's. 4 stars because they are simply addictive.

Too bad you only find out at home that your order is wrong. Ordered strawberry Sunday ice cream and got caramel. Asked for nuts and didn't get them.

Fastfood means, at least to me, in - order - get out, waiting 17min for burger. In same time could walk to supermarket and prepare food myself. Thats not the idea when visiting a fast-food chain

They don't know friendliness here. You're standing in the drive and you're greeted with 'Yes' No good afternoon or ask what you want to order but just a blunt YES. When I worked at McDonalds years ago you learned to politely welcome the guests with: Good afternoon, welcome to McDonalds can I order you please? The young blond boy at the window today could at least learn what hospitality means.

Slowest Mac in the Netherlands!

Visited Sunday evening 19.15. Costs a bit but then you have something. Food was good, skipped the ice cream. Because I read in the reviews that there is very little ice cream in it these days. My son complained that the toilets were filthy

Order was brought without the apple pie. When I stood at the counter, I was ignored for minutes. Eventually I was given an ice cold apple pie. I was allowed to put it in the microwave myself, without any explanation. When I asked for help, because I don't know the manual of every microwave by heart, they were not willing to help. Worthless place where customer friendliness does not exist.

Twice on two different days it was not understood that with an MC smart menu where an extra burger was ordered, a total of three burgers would end up in my bag.....

Good food. Not a very big branch, but big enough. Sufficient seats and parking spaces in front of the door. Easy and quick to reach from the highway. Order and pay at the poles and then it is brought to the table
