Yesterday afternoon I went and ordered 4 cheeseburgers and today I have severe diarrhea and stomach pain. I have never had problems with fast food but at this McDonald's they have stale food.

Nice and clean, good service and friendly service.

On the way home from Eindhoven Airport, we stopped for a quick meal. The fries were hot, the staff was very friendly, and we got it quickly. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

Just like any other McDonald's, the food is delicious. If you sit outside, you have a great view of the obesity square!

Today I had one of the worst experiences within all Mc that I was eating in. My girlfriend ordered from this Mc to eat in and since KFC is next to this restaurant I bought something from there. Of course we wanted to eat togheter, so we took a table inside of Mc Donalds, because my order from KFC was done before of her Mc order. Just after we started eating, a employee from Mc - a fat lady with red hair - ruined our meal, telling us that we are not allowed to eat KFC inside of Mc, even if my girlfriend was eating in from their Mc. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful. She was telling me to take the food away if we want to eat together, so we had to move outside with everything. So if you want your fries cold and your meal ruined, go to this Mc Donalds. 0 stars. Just so you know, we did the same in KFC and nobody was kicking us out because we were eating also from Mc. 😉

It took a very long time to get our order. But when we reported it, we were given extra to make up for it. Friendly staff.

Twice now, my order has been given to someone else because they typed in the same number, and it's always a hassle. I've also ordered crispy chicken but got a cheeseburger. I've been coming here more often lately, and maybe once I haven't had a problem.

Better than the KFC that is also there

Great McDonald's, one of the few that actually puts the right stickers on their drinks. And they're really fast!

I stopped there specifically to end the day with my granddaughter and other young children. Playground equipment closed! Nothing to see, no note, really disappointing.

Ordered a wrap, but received practically an empty tortilla: a few pieces of chicken and some sauce. Returned it, but was simply told that's "how it's supposed to be." Ridiculous and deeply disappointing.

Yeah, not my thing. Can't really rate it highly. Fast-food chain. But yeah, you have to do something when you're coming from TT Assen and still have to ride a bit.

I often don't get what I order. I just tried calling and nobody answered. I paid double for a single hamburger instead of a double cheeseburger. Update: I recently messed up our drinks twice, but the third was the charm. I got the second drink for free, which is why the service is rated at 3 stars. They're not great, but if you try to intervene, they handle it well.

Things are much worse at McDonald's. Quality is deteriorating.

I've only used for the breakfast menu all week but I have no complaints, staff speak a little English if you need otherwise the order points have different languages. Always clean and tidy.

A Mac is a Mac. I like the coffee caramel frappe, that's all I get.

You're waiting in the drive-through and no one helps you. Another car arrives and is helped immediately. Then, they tell you they'll help you right away. It was literally a five-minute wait, so I drove on to KFC. Highly recommended; you're helped right away. There's only one car in line, and the service is excellent. MacCie didn't score well with their smart-aleck staff.

Today I ordered coffee, biscuits, and ice cream while traveling through. The biscuits were forgotten, and when I pointed this out, I had to pick them up at the counter. The ice cream was more milk than ice cream, and the staff completely ignored my comments. I've never seen such disinterested staff, and they've never even heard the word "service." Never again will I go to McDonald's in Uden!

Like the country, this McDonald's is clean, well-organized, and fast. The Big Mac is very good, roughly the same as in France, but less expensive. Finally, the restrooms are clean, and the restaurant is quiet.

It's still taking some getting used to; I actually don't want this, salad in a cardboard box. The chicken fingers were delicious. The food was brought to the table outside.

Burgers were good, nicely topped not soaked with grease. With quite a crowd quickly brought for whole table of 10 people.

Apparently you have to check your complete order every time before leaving the Mc drive because it seems very difficult to pack all burgers or it is again a normal burger instead of with gluten-free bun. It regularly goes wrong when writing down the order and/or in the kitchen so it is certainly not the first time that I can hardly eat anything and I (actually) have to go back but had to wait a very long time there. It was worth a bad review to me by now. It went well for a long time after the location opened but that is now a thing of the past.

Tastes like defrosted burgers, fresh cola with lots of ice, limp thin fries sometimes too cold and sometimes perfect, no frikadel but an MC croquette, milkshake machine sometimes breaks down. No atmosphere like in my opinion every McDonald's. 4 stars because they are simply addictive.

Too bad you only find out at home that your order is wrong. Ordered strawberry Sunday ice cream and got caramel. Asked for nuts and didn't get them.

Fastfood means, at least to me, in - order - get out, waiting 17min for burger. In same time could walk to supermarket and prepare food myself. Thats not the idea when visiting a fast-food chain

They don't know friendliness here. You're standing in the drive and you're greeted with 'Yes' No good afternoon or ask what you want to order but just a blunt YES. When I worked at McDonalds years ago you learned to politely welcome the guests with: Good afternoon, welcome to McDonalds can I order you please? The young blond boy at the window today could at least learn what hospitality means.

Too bad the fat dripped from the burgers. Otherwise normal what you can expect from Mac.

Slowest Mac in the Netherlands!

Visited Sunday evening 19.15. Costs a bit but then you have something. Food was good, skipped the ice cream. Because I read in the reviews that there is very little ice cream in it these days. My son complained that the toilets were filthy

Order was brought without the apple pie. When I stood at the counter, I was ignored for minutes. Eventually I was given an ice cold apple pie. I was allowed to put it in the microwave myself, without any explanation. When I asked for help, because I don't know the manual of every microwave by heart, they were not willing to help. Worthless place where customer friendliness does not exist.

Twice on two different days it was not understood that with an MC smart menu where an extra burger was ordered, a total of three burgers would end up in my bag.....

Good food. Not a very big branch, but big enough. Sufficient seats and parking spaces in front of the door. Easy and quick to reach from the highway. Order and pay at the poles and then it is brought to the table

My burger was completely cold, the toilets were downright dirty

Ordered McShake with swirl, can't put lid on anymore. Maybe only sell small and medium and then put in a larger cup? Is now quite inconvenient in the car

Ordered 2 Sunday ice creams to take away, after making the ice creams they let them sit for a while before we received them, so half melted it looked like 2 milkshakes. Very bad!!!

We had another meal at McDonald's, not cheap, but we were invited because we had been babysitting the granddaughters.

It's time we could experience everything again

Very bad experience at McDonald's in Uden (Netherlands). 13.04.2025 Our order was not complete and when we went to report this, we were completely ignored. In the end we had to contact someone ourselves to get the missing part. The manager was arrogant and completely unfriendly - not customer friendly at all. The rest of the team didn't seem to know what they were doing; almost every second customer received an incorrectly ordered meal. Waiting time? 45 minutes! For a fast food restaurant that is really scandalous. I absolutely do not recommend this location.

Our mac flurry had been ready for 15 minutes but was not served when we finally got them they were melted, when we said something about this they did not want to respond

Terrible. During rush hour they suddenly can't do anything anymore. Our Mac flurrys were even melted when we got them!

The drive is often messy and no attention is paid to which car was first at the (two) posts. This sometimes causes some irritation among drivers. But eating indoors is perfectly fine.

CLOSE this McDonald's the sooner the better. Yesterday 03/04 at 18:57 I ordered : two burgers, one colla, two lattes.)))) I received this order at 19:38 p.m. !!!!!. My order was forgotten. I did not receive an apology. The administrator (a skinny blond narcissist) does not care about the problem of the place. He is only interested in its appearance. Unsanitary in the hall: garbage, dirty floor and dirty tables((((. If you do not want to waste your time and do not want to spoil your mood - do not come here!!!

Fries were cold, burgers cold, mustard sauce was inedible, bitterballen without meat, service was not very cheerful either. Trouble with screaming children. What a disgusting intention. I'm glad that Veghel will be open again soon.

Waiting time for ordering 2x mcwrap and 2x mcflury. About 20 minutes. Mc wrap average quality, time to start making it at home. I got the wrong ice cream I ordered. They explained that they ran out of ice cream of that flavor. Why did they accept the order if they don't have what I ordered. The only good thing is that they gave me my money back for the ice cream.

Not enough caramel and M&M peanuts with my Mc Flurry, which ultimately makes it an expensive ice cream cup, and I also had to wait 10 minutes.

Terrible today; Waiting 40 minutes for 1 menu. In the end everything was cold! Waste piled high. I think seriously understaffed.

Compliment given to the employee. Restaurant looked very clean and the toilets were super neat.

Friendly staff, quick service and plenty of parking space

We bought a delicious dessert at the MC Drive in Uden, but we only saw the contents when we got home. Not even half a cup😱. And you pay €4 for that

Food was a bit on the lukewarm side. But, to be fair, we also experience this with other Macs. Furthermore, a pleasant atmosphere and friendly employees.

Food was fine, but I was very annoyed by the staff. Was very slow and rude. I would rather not eat anything for an evening than eat here.

Twist fries were a mix of cold and uncooked. I payed 80 cents for sriracha mayo that they didn’t bring and I also didn’t bother to request again. Burgers were lukewarm. They bring you the coffee without sugar packets or something to stir it, making you stand up and walk to the counter to pick it up. I will avoid coming here again. Personnel is not up to basic standards

It's better to eat inside for the experience and hot burgers. I've had a cold/lukewarm burger a few times along the way.

Mac almost directly on the A50. We got there just before closing time. Served quickly. The temperature of the fries could have been a little higher.

Ordered a Big Mac and nuggets from McDrive. Nuggets were practically cold. Went inside. New order requested. When I got new nuggets and bigmac, the bigmac was cold

Promotional coupons should be read more carefully by the staff... the girls were sent away... staff said that the coupon could only be done by drive and of course the girls did not have a car. When I looked at the coupon it said that it can be handed in at MC Uden or Heesch so nothing about a drive!!

It depends on the time of day how quickly you will be helped, but that is not a problem. I sometimes understand the advertising "but without"... Always check the temperature of my hamburger, it should be really warm. A big advantage at this location, the disabled toilet♡

The five of us often have a large order. It was the first time in a long time that that order was placed on the table without errors. The fries were nicely arranged and the containers were well filled :)

Dry, sauceless, half empty burgers and wraps

This is great. I've never experienced a McDonalds like this before. The staff has my heart and the toilets are clean. What more could you want? Thank you McDonalds Uden, from the bottom of my heart.
