Great McDrive, was nice and quick despite the crowds.

For a McDonald's, really neat and good food. You know beforehand that you aren't entering a Michelin-starred restaurant. But one of the better ones I've ever seen.

Some people behind the counter cannot be heard over the microphone, and 10 chicken nuggets in a container of 9 would also be surprising

The staff were busier with each other than with the guests. I got my McFlurry at the drive-thru without exchanging another word. I really don't need a whole conversation, but the colleagues were clearly more interesting than the customers.

4 star because they said they didn't have any happy meals toys but they did.

Very bad experience. We ordered a breakfast menu at 10:48 AM, and by 11:25 AM, we still hadn't received anything. When I went to inquire about it, it turned out our order had simply disappeared. That can happen, but the way it was handled afterwards was really not okay. There were also very few customers in the chain at that moment. An employee in a grey shirt indicated that breakfast was no longer being prepared after 11 AM, to which I explained that we had ordered before 11 AM. The presumed manager—a well-built lady, let's say, in the white shirt—reacted to this very snappily with "yes, all right." No apologies for the long wait or the missing order, and ultimately, our menu was still not even fully ready. What stood out most was the way this manager, the lady in the white shirt, spoke to the younger staff: shouting, snapping, and being very disrespectful. It is hardly surprising that things run chaotically when staff are managed in that way by their manager. The young staff themselves were friendly, however, and clearly did their best. My criticism is therefore primarily directed at the management and the way they treated both customers and employees.

They mix up orders and can't assemble a burger.

What can you say about McDonald's? The same menu everywhere, the same decor. This one is located in a food court with a cheap gas station next to it. It has a drive-through.

Great, fast delivery, just soggy fries that were a bit cold. Didn't ask for new ones due to being busy.

Ordered a Big Mac without onion. Unfortunately, I received one with onion anyway.

Large, clean, cozy McDonald's, great Big Mac, fries, and Coke brought to the table, very friendly staff, ample parking, nothing to complain about.

You can also sit outside there wonderfully when the weather is good.

Well, McDonald's is McDonald's, what can you say? The food was fine, not cold or anything. The only thing they should change at this location are the ridiculously exaggerated speed bumps. It's good that there are speed bumps, but these are overdone.

It started with my little brother's milkshake, which was only half full. I then pointed it out, but it wasn't appreciated. Instead, I received an angry, rude, unkind, and unfriendly remark back saying "that we made it up." It basically amounted to being unkind and scammed, because there was only a quarter of the drink in it. Next, I ate my fries and found a BLOND/BROWN hair fried in the fries that was 100% not mine because I have black hair. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

The food was ok but the service is not good they where unpolite and disrespectful

The food was okay, but there were whole groups of 'young people' walking around who behaved anything but politely. They didn't speak a word of Dutch.

A cup of tea for 2.75, and then finding out on the way that it's just water and no tea is included. Was too difficult, I think.

They forgot Tom Strik (bovenste trent 5a)'s pickle and ketchup. This is really unacceptable, of course. And Jorg Smits from Boekel (sleutelbloem3) couldn't get the pig's rectum on his hamburger that he asked for. Oh yeah, and Playland is closed, ruined my whole evening😡. Sezer does give good ippa *no teeth*. Otherwise, a good place to sit. 2 stars.

One of the best McDonald's. Fast, clean, and top-notch.

I asked both walking and cashier staff how MyOrder works; neither had a clue and neither took the initiative to find out or bring in someone else who did know.

Friendly, fast, clean. The toilets were also clean.

Arrogant staff; when you arrive through the drive-thru it looks like they don't enjoy their job. Staff are also picking their noses and then packing orders; I'd be better off driving to Veghel.

I only go to McDonald's for a soft serve.

Air conditioner was turned off while it was 40 degrees outside. I doubt it was broken. Few items from the order was missing, so we ware required to ask for it on the front desk. Staff was friendly and tried to help, but looked a bit overworked and also suffered from heat

This McDonald's is actually just like so many other McDonald's restaurants. Just a simple fast-food restaurant where you can go for a quick bite 🍔🍟😊 During our visit, a small mistake was made with my order. That can happen, of course. Fortunately, this was quickly picked up by the staff and the problem was solved in no time 👍🏼 Otherwise, it was everything you expect from a McDonald's: fast, easy, and fine for when you just don't feel like having a full meal 😄 No extraordinary experience, but certainly not a bad one either. Just a fine McDonald's! 🍔✨

Way too crowded, looked just like an outdoor hangout.

Way too busy; they gave us the wrong sandwiches so we had to walk a long way from the car to go back and report it. Meanwhile, the other food was getting cold. I found it very lacking in atmosphere and just like an anthill.

The food was great and was also still super hot when we were there, luckily. The waitress just didn't look very cheerful.

The food was cold after waiting 34 minutes, waiting at the counter took so long that I had to go to the machine myself because it took so long, and when I finally had my food, applesauce was thrown at my head by a 6-year-old child.

Not prepared for breakfast crowd. Food took forever and than they were out of Croissants.

Top experience at McDonald's Uden! The service was friendly, the food arrived lightning fast, and my McCrispy had so much pepper sauce that I briefly thought the employee had accidentally found the "unlimited sauce" button. Delicious! One small point of attention, though: there were no napkins. With that amount of sauce, every bite became a thrilling challenge. Fortunately, there was plenty to see. The view of the passing fatbikes was excellent and provided free entertainment while eating. Additionally, it was nice to notice that they still get things right in Brabant: here you eat fries, not chips. That immediately inspires confidence in the local culture. The only downside that McDonald's unfortunately can't do anything about was the Ajax shirt of the person next to us. In Brabant, that feels a bit like encountering a pineapple on a sausage roll.

Today I ordered food for the first time at this McDonald's branch in Uden. Thanks to the amazing dedication of their permanent employee Pamela, this branch has definitely earned 5 stars. Thank you again so much for your help after I accidentally spilled my drink. I haven't experienced this at other branches before. She also definitely takes the time to have a chat with (potential) regular customers. As far as I'm concerned, a permanent employee with this friendliness and helpfulness certainly deserves a raise or a bonus!! Keep up the good work Pamela💪❤️

As is often the case, way too much salt on the fries. That shouldn't be allowed anymore in this day and age. The Big Mac was good though, and reasonably hot. The guy who brought the food was very friendly. The toilet was neat and clean. The atmosphere deserves few stars; it was Sunday evening with a lot of young people coming from what was probably a match, making it very noisy. But hey, you don't go out to eat at McDonald's for an intimate dinner 😁😉

On the way home from Brussels, I stopped at the McDonald's in Uden for a tasty meal. What immediately struck me was how clean this McDonald's looked. What I read in other reviews really doesn't match up. The floor and tables were tidy and clean. The restrooms were clean too. I haven't seen this at other McDonald's (Hengelo and Almelo) for a long time. In Uden, the staff help keep things clean that the customers make dirty themselves. Just like it was normal at every McDonald's 20 years ago, I saw an employee here sweeping the mess off the floor and cleaning the tables with a cloth. Kudos to this lady! The meals we ordered were brought to us quickly. Fresh and hot. The atmosphere is as always at McDonald's: busy and lots of children. But that's part of the experience, isn't it?

Was with friends today and we sat outside, we still had some trays on the table because not everyone was ready yet, there was a girl taking a break and she shouted at us, you clean this up right away, okay? And we said yes, that will be fine and then she said yes, I hope so for you, I think this is unacceptable, really bad.

Long waiting times at the McDrive... There was no one really working for the customers in the cars. Lots of staff who are pleasantly chatting. Good QP, but cold nuggets.

I've never seen such a filthy McDonald's. Not a single clean table to be found... The floor was also covered in trash and sauce stains. The restrooms were filthy, and there was no toilet paper. We won't be going back. Such a shame!

What a lovely and modern McDonald's, conveniently located along the highway. Everything looks new, clean, and well-maintained, which immediately gives you a pleasant impression when you walk in. The staff is always friendly and helpful. You're served with a smile, even when it's a bit busier. Orders are neatly prepared and usually served quickly. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious – exactly what you'd expect from McDonald's, but here it often seems to be a little better. The fries are crispy, the burgers well-made and not sloppily assembled. And what strikes me most: the ice cream is always perfect! Not half-melted or watery, which unfortunately happens sometimes at other locations. Every now and then, a small thing gets overlooked, but that's usually resolved kindly, and that does happen sometimes. Overall, the service is top-notch and the quality is good. In short: a fantastic McDonald's where I like to stop when I'm on the road. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a good meal along the highway in a clean and friendly environment!

Things do get forgotten sometimes. I had a tray of 6 nuggets, but there were only 5. Straws are also sometimes forgotten to be included. Also, last week I ordered a Fanta and got a Coke. Such a shame. So every time at the McDonald's drive-thru, you have to double-check everything yourself to make sure everything is actually in there.

Yesterday afternoon I went and ordered 4 cheeseburgers and today I have severe diarrhea and stomach pain. I have never had problems with fast food but at this McDonald's they have stale food.

On the way home from Eindhoven Airport, we stopped for a quick meal. The fries were hot, the staff was very friendly, and we got it quickly. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏻

Today I had one of the worst experiences within all Mc that I was eating in. My girlfriend ordered from this Mc to eat in and since KFC is next to this restaurant I bought something from there. Of course we wanted to eat togheter, so we took a table inside of Mc Donalds, because my order from KFC was done before of her Mc order. Just after we started eating, a employee from Mc - a fat lady with red hair - ruined our meal, telling us that we are not allowed to eat KFC inside of Mc, even if my girlfriend was eating in from their Mc. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful. She was telling me to take the food away if we want to eat together, so we had to move outside with everything. So if you want your fries cold and your meal ruined, go to this Mc Donalds. 0 stars. Just so you know, we did the same in KFC and nobody was kicking us out because we were eating also from Mc. 😉
