A truly excellent establishment, with a very friendly owner. The cakes and bread are delicious and of excellent quality. We will definitely be back.

The bread is good, but the staff here are angry that you had the audacity to come. Even if you say "goodbye, have a nice day," they'll be silent and stare at you. Very strange.

I've tried several bakeries in Rijswijk, but unfortunately, I don't like this one. The pastries and rolls look great, but there are a few flies visible flying around. The staff, unfortunately, are completely unfriendly, don't smile, or offer any helpful advice. When you ask how much a chocolate croissant costs, you can tell by their demeanor that the question is a heavy one. The walk to the cash register, entering the item, and then coming up with €2.40 is a negative experience. I don't feel welcome or motivated to pick up anything. It's pricey and not always tasty (dry or too sweet), and different from other bakeries I go to. It's a real shame, of course, because they call themselves master bakers... I wouldn't mind trying again in the future, but my advice is to focus on friendliness, helpfulness, and service first, so people want to come back, feel warm, and are comfortable asking questions. The lady who was standing in the shop treats us with rolling eyes when I look at what is there. There was also no line or anything behind me, we were the only ones in the shop. Looking at customers also helps and not constantly looking at your mobile. When I then indicate what I want. Throwing everything in the bag with my bare hands while the pliers are next to it. Quality has seriously deteriorated. I used to come here often when I still worked in Rijswijk. But unfortunately never again.

I get a rash from pork. I'm allergic to it. This is the only bakery where I've gotten a ham and cheese croissant instead of a cheese croissant four times now. It's truly unbelievable that this goes wrong so often and is apparently a mix-up. Just be more careful, since besides allergies, there are plenty of people who don't eat meat due to religious beliefs or simply because they don't eat meat! This is so sloppy...

No matter how busy it is, the ladies in this shop always make time for you, and they do it with a smile. I always feel welcome here, and your bread is the absolute best!

Bought some pastries this afternoon. I thought they were fresh. Not at all. They were just frozen pastries. Not tasty. I paid full price. Too bad. I won't be buying any more pastries here.
