We had the fluffy pancakes which looked amazing. However, they were too greasy and heavy for breakfast. All I could taste was butter. A bit overpriced…

Saturday, December 13th, we had a leisurely lunch with 14 people at mevrou&co. All the food was incredibly fresh. What a treat. Friendly service. The coffee deserves an excellent rating. If you haven't been here yet, just do it! Have a coffee and a milk tart. The coffee flavor is perfectly balanced with the pastry. A nice, round bitterness with a vanilla note that's not too sweet. Pure bliss. I'll be back. Rob van Nes.

Quite noisy acoustics. But the staff is super friendly and they also have a delicious breakfast platter.

Wow, so expensive! Almost €23 for a cup of hot chocolate, a small cappuccino, and a regular coffee. Plus two Saint Nicholas cupcakes, the arrival procession was €5.20 for a children's cupcake?! Had I known that, we wouldn't have ordered them. Such a shame. We asked for a glass of water, but we forgot. Whipped cream, too. Lots of children (even when there's no arrival procession) and one large space, unfortunately, the acoustics aren't great. So, it's not a nice, quiet place to be. This unfortunately makes it no longer fun to have a cup of coffee outside.

I happened to have to wait somewhere quickly and stumbled upon this lovely spot. Delicious coffee and friendly staff. I know where to go when I need a nice place to sit.

I love this place I discovered in Weesp! It's the best coffee in Weesp! The service is amazing, the staff :) I recommend it. You can work early... or go with your babies too... everyone can enjoy it.

We had a fantastic team outing with my daughter's hockey team at Mevrou & Co. The kids' high tea was delicious and took place in a separate area at the back of the restaurant. The team was incredibly helpful, and everything was perfectly arranged.

I had a bit of a meh experience. I had to wait a long time, and the food was pretty mediocre. It's also quite expensive for what you get, I have to say. It's nice that they serve Bundaberg ginger beer, which is very tasty.

First of all, it took ages to order. We ordered a flambée, but apparently, according to the waiter, the crème fraîche isn't cooked with it? So we ordered without crème fraîche. It was truly bland, and there were only five pieces of bacon on it. It simply wasn't a flambée. And that for about 16 euros. The service wasn't very friendly either. It was just a very mediocre experience.

A cozy spot with delicious tea/coffee, tasty pastries, and delicious pancakes! They also have toys for kids, so it's family-friendly. A bit tricky to find parking, but oh well, you'll figure it out. Highly recommended!

It was my wife's second time, my first. We both had the Flamkuchen. I had a yellow smoothie and my wife a dirty chai latte. Apparently, the Flamkuchen order hadn't reached the kitchen, but as compensation, we both received a free drink, another latte, and a Zwaanzinig beer. The Flamkuchen were tasty but far too expensive for what you get. If I'm not mistaken, I was charged €42 for two kuchen and two drinks. The service was young but very professional and friendly, a solid pass! The terrace was a bit too crowded with tables, so we were sitting close together. One fewer table would have been better, so we deducted one point. Inside, it looked nice and even had a small play area for the little ones. All in all, this is one of those relatively new establishments catering to the new and ever-expanding demographic our town attracts: young families leaving Amsterdam but still wanting to live nearby for work. The products and prices reflect this: trendy, hip, and overpriced.

Excellent place to have a nice breakfast or brunch. Food tastes great, and servers are very polite. It's also affordable to dine with the option for outdoor seating by the canal. If you're planning a work from home day, it's also possible to have a spot to eat and work.

Our coffee order didn't go quite right, but the alternative was fine too. In any case, it was nice to relax on the terrace. The South African-inspired menu also invites you to come back.

The food is not bad! The cake we had afterwards was a bit dry but the chocolate chip cookie was delicious. The service is ok but the location and decor is lovey.

Nice tent. Enjoyed lunch. Situated on a canal with a large terrace. Busy old center. Traffic situation is a disaster due to road works and trucks that hinder the passage. Paid parking in and around the center. Not a second time.

When we entered, the atmosphere was still pleasant. The restaurant looks good. Unfortunately, after a while, the atmosphere became less pleasant. The poach eggs were unfortunately no longer available and we opted for Pulled chicken. There are also tables at the back where we sat down. You can see the open kitchen there. We soon saw that a lot of dishes come from the microwave. This was also the case with us. After trying a few bites. The sandwich was not to our liking. My sister also had this sandwich and had the same conclusion. The waitress found this annoying and asked if we wanted to order another sandwich. But since I had already made a different choice, I didn't have to and my sister had also decided to leave the sandwich. When paying, we wondered if compensation could be made to pay for 1 sandwich. A waitress made the comment that it was annoying while it had just come out of the pan. While it is clearly visible that everything is heated up in the microwave. The other waitress said that it is a cold sandwich and that it is a matter of taste. And that they normally look at compensation but because it is now about taste differences this is not possible. In the end almost €55,- lighter for microwave meals.

Disappointing experience on this sunny Sunday morning. When you think you are going to have a nice coffee but are then ignored while all the surrounding tables are provided. And then it turns out that the receipt has been lost and then we have another 10 minutes. If we have to wait, we'll drink our coffee somewhere else.

Lovely little lunch spot with the friendliest people. Had a tomato and pepper soup that was full of flavor. Also really liked their bread and smashed avocado. Decaf coffee available. Big fluffy pancakes for the sweet tooth at the table. Had a nice time here.

Had brunch here with a large group. Most of the food was solid, but one smoothie was super watery and bland. We asked if they could tweak it with some extra fruit or a banana—nothing major. Instead, we got a flat-out "That’s how we make it, sorry it's not to your liking" and they wanted to charge extra for any changes. For a big table that was ready to spend and likely come back, that felt like bad customer service. A little effort would’ve gone a long way, but now we’re just left with a bad taste (literally) and no plans to return.

A cozy place for a cup of coffee plus... Perfect service friendly staff. Especially nice to spend time on the terrace in summer. But also in the winter at the front with or without small children and or at the back to work in peace and quiet with a perfect container. Highly recommended.

A very beautiful venue is always crowded with parents and young kids. A lot of bakfietsen and havermelk. They serve real sourdough bread sandwiches and south African Melktert.

A very nice concept and nice place. I also think the menu has nice options. We had something to drink there. Unfortunately I found it extremely noisy, not nice acoustics. Unfortunately, they also had bomb children then, but of course they can't do anything about that. The atmosphere could have been nicer and it was quite chilly (door always open, draft through the windows, cold and bleak outside in November). Maybe we'll give it another try during the week…. Tea was fine, a bit lacking in mint. But a good glass and a cookie. Edit: after the restaurant's response: the door was closed. But the draft even comes through the windows. The door also remained vaguely half open. Several people indicated this, but even though it was closed it was not a pleasant air. Cold and clammy.

Amazing place to eat! There’s a little corner with toys for kids to play with. The service was excellent and the marshmallows that came with the hot chocolate were delightful.

Had a lovely lunch sat next to a small canal in the town of Weesp The food was delicious. We had the pouched eggs with avacardo smash and crispy bacon. Good coffee also, which is served with a very tasty local cookie on the side. The service is very good here, lots of smiles and very efficient. We were with our 2 pugs, and they brought water and dog biscuits for them. Would visit again, as they also have a great selection on the Menu

I had pulled chicken and it was too sweet. There was also a lot of sweet syrup on the pancakes because of which I couldn't really check the taste of it.

Beautiful location! I sat outdoors and enjoyed the view of the canal, but the interior design looked super cute, too. The flat white was fantastic and the fluffy pancakes were possibly the best I’ve ever eaten! Highly recommend.

Mrs. & co. What a nice coffee/lunchroom. Cozy interior. In a great atmospheric place. Relaxed atmosphere. Nice smooth operation. The best coffee I've had in a long time. The Caesar salad was richly filled. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pancakes and the children's cappuccino. Definitely worth a detour.

The first time I got to this place I received burnt pancakes, the second time again and the third time they were raw inside. I probably shouldn't have ordered them so many times but I really felt like pancakes and the taste was good. The most unfortunate thing in this situation is service. The staff never offered any compensation or a free drink, nothing. The third time when I had raw pancakes I sent them back. They said that now they will prioritise to make the new portion soon as my husband was already eating what he ordered. However, my new pancakes portion came very late, they were again a burned and they forgot mascarpone on top. Again, no compensation offered. I think it is a shame as I really like their coffee and the place is very nice. I live closeby so I would love to comeby more often but now I am not going from principle.

Unfortunately, not a good experience, both in terms of food and service. It was very warm inside on a cold day. My order went wrong twice. Waited a long time for new food, and it wasn't fantastic. My friend's pancakes were burnt and not tasty.

Today I visited Mrsou & Co for the first time and I was impressed by the beautiful and neat design of the coffee lunchroom. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The coffee I ordered was deliciously made and the pancakes were also very tasty. What I also liked was the play area for children and the spacious seating. The menu had a lot of choice and looked very nice. I was so pleased with my experience that I will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire team at Mrsou & Co!

Lovely spot on the water. A very good flat white (haven't had it in a long time), good service and delicious cake! There was a nice sun, so enjoy ☀️. Highly recommended if you are in Weesp!

Had to come here twice because of the nice environment and killer drinks! This place is a chill and dog friendly Cafe with lovely waitstaff and varying menu. 10/10 would recommend the smoothies and the matcha latte 😋

What a nice place, delicious coffee, we chose: fries, avocado toast with poached egg, pastrami kimchi and cheddar. Half sandwiches in the photos because we shared. Delicious bread. Total 44 euros. I continue to find it difficult that a tasty sandwich costs 14 euros. But that is due to the high purchasing prices. I've been before and fell in love with the vegan brownie, really delicious (no photo unfortunately)

Special thanks to the lovely young lady who spoke Dutch back to us when we were practicing (struggling with) ordering food in Dutch language :)) Good sandwiches and coffee!

Best South African Milk Tart in the Netherlands.

Healthy, planet friendly food and drinks. Great coffee beans, delicious espresso. Family friendly place. Easy to get inside for elders or wheelchair user people. In good weathers they have nice terrace by the canal. Friendly staff, good english speakers. There is a bike parking spot in front of the restaurant. Because it is a popular place for families, sometimes there are too much baby / children noises. That may be the only negative point for the people reading book or working at laptop in cafes. Overall it is a very nice cafe & patisserie.

Smiling prompt service, lovely food (me pancakes, wife avo on toast), cappuccinos. We're going back tomorrow!

Cozy restaurant in Weesp. Limited menu and some specials of the day, deserts, and drinks. The prices are on the high side (a sandwich costs 15 euros), but at least the portions are reasonably well sized, and the food is tasty. Excellent choice for families with small children. It has a corner with toys, and a changing table is available. All and all, recommended.

Love this place! They have all my favourite breakfast items on the menu, from avocado toast to a stack of fluffy pancakes. And while you're there, treat yourself on a mimosa with fresh orange juice. Not the fake concentrate. But it's great for the 'borrel' too. Finally vegan bitterballen that actually taste good. Oh and what I really like; they have dog biscuits for when you come with your dog. So cute!

By far mijn favo plek in weesp! Als echte foodie, kan ik hier volop genieten. super relaxte sfeer, mooie plek, kwalitatief goed eten, het enige minpunt is dat t niet s'avonds open is;) maar misschien ook wel goed anders ben ik er elke dag te vinden.

Een gezellige zaak in Weesp. Het eten is lekker en de bediening is vlot. We zaten hier op een zondagmiddag. Er was veel klanten die hun kindje(s) mee hadden. Vonden wij heel gezellig maar wel goed om van te voren te weten.

Food and service are simply great! The place is super cozy.

Wat een zalig plekje, zo aan het water, in het schattige stadje Weesp. Leuke vriendelijke bediening en een mooie menukaart voor groot en klein. Wij hebben genoten van de ontspannen sfeer, gastvrijheid, heerlijke koffie, lekkere salade en flamkuche. We komen graag weer terug om nog meer lekkers van de kaart te proeven.

Prima caesarsalade, maar de croutons waren heel taai. Je hoort ze zeker van oud brood te maken, maar deze waren oneetbaar. Ik heb het doorgegeven aan de bediening, die het zou doorgeven aan de keuken. De koffie was niet warm genoeg. Wat wel heerlijk was: de appeltaart! De potentie is er, maar de details vragen nog wat aandacht

Heerlijk gezeten met bijzondere limonade echt verfrissend.maakte me zorgen over het personeel dat iedere keer moest oversteken arme meiden maar ging elke keer goed.kom zeker nog eens terug.

Best espresso I had in the whole Netherland in 12 years. Sounds like a miracle, I was not expecting a decent coffe anymore! Finally I know where to go when I really want an espresso good as I have in Italy! Alleluja! 🤣🙏🏻 Pancakes are insanely lekker!
