I didn't try the food, but I had the pleasure of being tailgated by one of your delivery drivers. Since it was icy and snowy, I slowed down further to signal him to keep his distance and turn off his high beams, whereupon he flew past me as soon as he could and tried to break check (still in the icy conditions). Not very smart for a company car, if you ask me!

Always a delicious Kapsalon. I think it's a good deal better than, for example, "the Kapsalon place" on Kruisstraat. Mimo's is certainly not cheap, but everyone has to decide for themselves what they're willing to spend on quality. And you know that upfront. I think the price/quality ratio is right. I live nearby, so I never use the delivery option. This is all about the food.

I got Kapsalon with chicken and it’s the best one I’ve had in the Netherlands. They use a spice on the fries that is next level, the chicken is absolutely amazing the portion is huge 10000/5 😁

They have poorly explained the dishes and if you don't like something they tell you to put up with it and next time order it properly. Now the dish is already done. I won't order from them again, they have lost a customer... Paying for no dinner. Simply ridiculous

The food is fine, same with delivery, but why suddenly pay an extra 0.30 per aluminum foil for your sandwich? Yes, new rules as of July 1 (I doubt aluminum foil) I have not seen this with any takeaway or delivery person, not even Chinese takeaway If necessary, raise your prices, this just doesn't sound fun

Owner extremely rude and no sense of business whatsoever in regard of making customers leave just because they closing instead of acting like any other normal restaurant. Delivery guys are whatever, always late with delivery. Food is really good tho. I guess it’s to decide between your belly or the basic principles whether you want to support the restaurant or burry it. (P.S. just look at the responds from the owners (more likely a basic thug). #deportationrequired

Perfect service and delicious fresh food

Come here regularly, products are always excellent. Today an error was accidentally made in the order, resulting in a shortage of 1 durum. Called and within fifteen minutes the durum was brought with an extra can of coke as an apology. To make mistakes is human, it's about how you solve it. In this case, we think it was solved fantastically! Our compliments for the perfect service.

Excellent food. We ordered veal but got chicken. Zak broke down because he was too heavy and we were blamed. Then waited very awkwardly until something new was made. Edit: nice response to the accident and it was indeed resolved quickly.
