Had a tasty meal for a very reasonable price. They don't charge exorbitant prices for drinks either. It is noisy though, quite a lot of sound.

In terms of food, it is perfect; good flavors and everything is presented perfectly! Then there is the service. The first manager we had was a perfect manager; our waiter (the man with glasses) was incredibly arrogant and didn't listen to the guests. The place was too busy and there was no time for the guests. The ladies took over, by the way, and the evening continued perfectly. When the (man with glasses) took over from the first one, things went wrong immediately. An incredibly arrogant man, belittling the staff and unfriendly towards the guests. What an incredibly unfriendly manager this was; a definite no-go! Apart from that, the food is good (managing is quite a challenge for this man!!!). I will definitely go to the other branches in Rosmalen without this man!!

The price and quality are great.

Food and service were great. But because it was so crowded, you could hardly talk to your table companions.

We had a nice meal and it was surprisingly affordable. However, it was incredibly busy; you could barely hear each other. It wouldn't hurt to have a few fewer tables; it was simply way too crowded. It wasn't a quiet, cozy dinner. Unfortunately, my fork was dirty, but I was given another one upon request. The starter was generous, but the main course was minimal, just as it is always so ridiculous that the amount of fries was minimal for two people. You get the same amount of fries if you sit alone. The crowds were the reason we didn't order dessert and left. It was simply unbearable. If I want a busy atmosphere, I'll go to McDonald's. Remove those tables in the middle. The staff keeps bumping into you, and you get noise coming at you from all sides.

I have visited the branches in Mierlo and Boxtel, among other locations. It is my intention to visit every branch, as I have great appreciation for Montimar. The ambiance, the staff, and the value for money of the dishes are consistently excellent. A suggestion would be to introduce a unique menu for each branch. I have already visited the branch in Rosmalen several times; I find this location to be noisier than the others, particularly when seated in the central area of ​​the tables. Otherwise, everything remains perfect.

The restaurant was very popular, so reservations are highly recommended. We decided to come on a whim, and luckily, some of our reservations hadn't arrived yet, so we were able to get a table. There's a parking lot outside, but it was completely full when we arrived. The garlic shrimp was well-seasoned and tasted as expected; the duck breast was very tender, and the sauce tasted somewhat familiar (it seemed to have a sweet bean sauce base); the Crème Brûlée dessert was decent, but the Dame Blanche was surprisingly delicious and definitely the highlight of the day—a must-order!!! All the dishes were delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. The service was also very friendly. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

The food was delicious, as usual, and the service was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere is still a bit lacking, though, and at this time of year, a little Christmas decoration wouldn't be out of place.

I'd been wanting to eat at Montimar for months, but of course, I was always booked for the next few weeks. So I booked two weeks in advance. Then I accidentally booked for Veghel instead of Rosmalen... But luckily I was still able to get a seat (there's a time limit, so booking is recommended). Delicious, affordable, and great service. A 3-course meal (2 desserts) per person for €45. Fantastic! I'll have to be more careful next time. 🥲

The staff was good and flexible. It was really nice to see how the locations differ from one another. The food here was also much tastier than at other locations. We ordered duck breast, steak, and veal. Highly recommended. The atmosphere was a bit busy at the beginning, but still manageable, and we could still understand each other. In short, great!

Cozy location, young staff, busy but not always on top of things. But you can learn everything! The food is very reasonably priced! The pan of garlicky shrimp is always a hit.

Great concept. Good food for the price you'd pay in the old days. Atmospheric decor. Very friendly, efficient service. The menu offers a bit of everything. The food is all delicious and beautifully presented on the plates. The only thing that wasn't really a plus was the cookie under the dame blanche.

We have eaten here before, but that was quite some time ago. Now again with four people. We had a table for 7:30 PM, but first sat on the terrace having drinks from 6:00 PM. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They come by regularly to ask if you want anything else. Very nice. At 7:30 PM we went inside to eat. We had 3 courses and everything was served fairly quickly and everything was really delicious!! I had the Carpaccio, Cod, and Dame Blanche. All top-notch. Only with the Dame Blanche was there a kind of cookie base at the bottom of the round ice cream disc. I liked that a bit less, but maybe others actually like that. I would rather just have scoops of ice cream, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce. But we enjoyed this evening. And then the price. It is so fantastic that this is still possible! Normal (you could even say low) prices, so you don't end up with an expensive final bill. Wonderful. Compliments on the food, staff, and the price!!! Five stars well deserved!

Lovely restaurant with a good price-quality ratio! The service is attentive and the food tastes great. The portion size is also fine, especially for the price! All in all definitely recommended. The only disadvantage is that you have to make a reservation well in advance, but that also has a good reason of course.

Nice staff, fast service. When the restaurant is full, there is a lot of noise and it is difficult to hear each other. Food was good, unless you want vegetarian food. The Tapas Variadas consist of forest mushroom soup, fried mushrooms and a mushroom croquette. Great to eat, but Variadas might be a bit too far-fetched. The risotto was a joke. Drink prices are surprisingly low. Good espresso, fresh beer on tap and excellent wines. A little less noise, a little more vegetarian choice and we will definitely come back!

An excellent meal in a cozy atmosphere for a very good price with very attentive and friendly service! That sums it up, we had a very nice evening and a delicious meal! No negatives except that you have to know early enough to go here because you have to reserve far in advance, but that is not without reason and also says something :). In other words: highly recommended!

I had my birthday dinner here last night & my main issue is with a man who worked here, possibly a manager, who I don’t believe has any understanding of how to deliver proper hospitality and service. As a Black gay man, I am always quite vigilant about how me and my partner are treated compared to white customers as we have faced discrimination many times in the past. As Americans, we are much more used to what I would say is a higher bar for service given the tipping culture. Many restaurants especially in the Den Bosch area actually offer quite good service, but this place lost points for me on this front. This man I mentioned who works here was very cold and unkind, and it completely soured our impression of this place. Apart from him, the rest of the staff were just okay but could also use some hospitality training. The price point of the menu is really good and you can tell the quality of the ingredients is great, so maybe another location would be better. That being said, I will not return to this location again and seriously hope restaurant management take a hard look at the employees here to bring the service quality up to the standard a place like this should offer.

Make sure you reserve a few weeks or even months in advance. +The food is generally fine, the price is great. +Clean toilets. +Friendly and sufficient staff, fast service. +Great wines for the price (€2.75 per glass). +/- Limited parking spaces. You can enjoy delicious food here for a very good price-quality ratio. We spent about 35 euros for 3 courses with (alcoholic) drinks. A bottle of wine under 15 euros and a coffee under 1.50. Main course was very good and you can order extra fries. Relatively small parking lot, but you can park for free in the neighborhood. Reservations in advance are definitely recommended!
